Overbooked

The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because we had an awesome time parasailing. However, when we were done, we went to wait for the Jetskis and they told us we didn’t pay for the combo even though our vouchers said we did. So we showed our vouchers and they said “oh I guess you did pay for the combo.” After this, they checked their Jetskis and told us they had no room for us even though we already paid for it for that day, they asked us to come back another day but we were only in Hawaii for three days and could not go another day. This was also a Father’s Day gift, so that just ruined the plans. Go through a different company.
