Mathew the Shuttle driver was great, provided us with lots of information and recommendations.

We were picked up right on time from the Marriott Waikīkī, and the entire shuttle experience was absolutely top-notch. Our driver and guide, Masa, was a true delight—friendly, flexible, and incredibly helpful from start ... moreto finish. The shuttle itself was clean, smooth, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing ride.

What really made the experience stand out was Masa’s personal touch. He took the time to learn each of our names and offered outstanding tips and advice that really enriched our visit. It felt like more than just transportation—it was a warm, welcoming experience.

Tommy picked us up early at a neighboring hotel/resort. As soon as we arrived, he mentioned me and my son by name and I signed a sheet stating we were present. He was kind, patient, relaxed and informative about the area... more offering great suggestions on different locations. This experience included our entrance fee to Diamond Head State Monument, transportation to and from the hotel. Our hike was moderate and offered beautiful scenery and awesome photo opportunities. The only area I felt somewhat claustrophobic was going into the tunnel on the way up. Tommy provided cold as well as room temperature water and the ride back was comfortable and convenient as we were dropped off right in front of our resort. Thank you for a great experience! Mahalo!

Bus driver was really safe as well as friendly. We had more than enough time to explore the park and got some extra Waikiki history, all was well!
