Paradise Cove Luau on the Beach at Ko Olina Resort

Great luau!

This was our 4th trip to Oahu and we had did another luau the previous trip and decided to try out paradise cove. With mixed reviews we were unsure what to expect. But wow!! Once we arrived we already loved it. So many activities to enjoy and the drinks were great! We sat in the middle towards the back due to us having a stroller but it was perfect for us. The food was good, lots of variety. The sunset was absolutely perfect that day. I would definitely love to go back and do this again!

Family memories for life. Many great historical facts presented along with the visuals. Great dancers musicians and actors. Kelli the host for the evening was very genuine and welcoming. We felt part of the Waikiki family. Surfside location added to the Polynesian environment. Thanks Veltra.

皆さんの投稿と一緒でほとんど英語、周りの人は盛り上がっていたけど私たちはさっぱりで外を眺めていました、でもガイドさんは日本語はできませんでしたがとても気遣ってくれて助かりました。ショーは最高でした。行くときに渋滞にかかり到着が遅れてアクティビティの参加は限られましたが参加したものはとても楽しくさせていただきました。料理は多すぎて食べきれないほどでした。

This was a nice Luau that was right at our Resort. The food was good and the entertainment was awesome, told of the history of the Island and The Royal Hawaiian Resort. Recommend if staying at the Resort.

We had the pleasure of attending the show and a had a great time. The staff was informative and very helpful from arrival to exit. The stage performers and musician were very talented and very enjoyable. A great evening.

Great tour with fantastic transportation through heavy traffic and fun-filled return. Food was in abundance and all was delicious. The dancers, musicians and fire-dancers were the best. Shopping choices best yet and refreshments served promptly and cheerfully. A "don't miss" for sure.

The luau was lovely. Food and entertainment were excellent. We were extremely disappointed that the luau was moved from outside (Oceanside) to inside. We had cancelled a different luau in order to attend this one advertised as oceanfront. The weather was a bit cool but not prohibitive.

Once again Absolutely enjoyed all the entertainment and the meal the shredded pork melted in my mouth. I was there in 2018 and to far back to see the fish netting. Really looking forward to seeing the display this time but disappointed to hear the event has been discontinued. Overall great performance. The dancing to celebrate the lifting of the pig out of the pit was also excellent.

We purchased this mainly so my aging mother could see the sunset over the water and experience some of the culture and history of Hawaii. There was was zero direction from any of the employees, we didn’t know where to go. This was advertised as a place to see the sunset while watching the luau. You can’t see the sunset because they put the stage right in between you and the view. And while we could have walked to the water while the sun was setting, this was the same time they told us to go to the buffet to get food. Glad we did because as soon as the last person sat down they cleared it out. The food left much to be desired, as did the drinks. There was very little culture, it almost felt like a parody and a tourist trap. I’ve been to other luaus that were so much better. We left early and I tried to give my drink cards away as they were unused, and NO ONE would take them, it was that bad. This whole island is this way. There is no longer any Polynesian culture, or none that we witnessed. This island has been given away. So sad for a place with such an amazing history. Go to Maui.

The experience was good. The place is really amazing. The performances were very nice before, during and afte dinner. The activities before dinner were just good because there were so many people in some of them. Dinner was so so. Not many options, just one dish (you can´t put food twice) and we booked for vegetatian options and there was no veggie protein et all. In summary, good experience and bad dinner according to the high price.

Unless we go to Polynesian Cultural Center, we have found Paradise Cove to be the best! Over the years, it has gotten quite a bit more expensive, and does less than it used to (welcome picture with dancers), but is still a great show, great property, and really good food. The imu ceremony is as good as you'll get anywhere on the island.

コオリナエリアに宿泊しており、ハワイアンショーを見に予約しました。説明は全然なくカオスな感じですが、とても楽しめました。席を確保する必要があるのでカラーペン持参がおすすめです。

The he show was nice. My favorite performance was the fire show . Food was decent the bad food was the pork overly salty which was the experience from the group in the vip section with me and my wife. But overall it was a good experience. Kind regards Tony

This was an outstanding luau. I had read some reviews complaining that drive there goes through a industrial area. Who cares!? Once you arrive you are in a secluded, gorgeous property on the ocean.
The food and entertainment was outstanding. I went back for seconds on the pig, which they actually roast in the ground the traditional way.
This luau is the best bang for your buck on the island.

This was my 2nd Luau ever and this one was way bigger than I expected. I would say at least 500 people or more! liked the entrance it was beautiful. I did feel like a bit of herd of cattle coming in. We got seated pretty close to the stage which was nice for us non VIP’s.
The pre show activities were ok. We got temporary tattoos and watched a guy climb up a coconut tree.
The pig coming out of the ground was kinda gross but interesting. As far as the actual food goes, it was just OK.
The pork and rice was good. the chicken and fish were bland. The chocolate cake for dessert was dry. The pineapple was good, very juicy.
The show itself was very good & entertaining. It moved fast which we liked. Overall it was a fun experience. My young daughter liked the dancing & we were able to get a picture with some of the dancers

素晴らしいショーで感激して泣いてしまいました。ちょっとだけプラスで支払っても
前のお席にすることをオススメします！
なかなかのお値段ではありますが
その価値のある内容でした。70代中半の母も感激していました。
海、ダイヤモンドヘッドを背に
ヒストリーに基づいた、ショーの内容で
英語が堪能でなくとも感動できて
素晴らしかったです。
歌も踊りも凄いんです。心に沁みますよ。
お料理はボリューム満点でどれも美味しく
量が食べれない私達にとって
食べきれなかったのが残念無念です。
飲み物も三杯分のチケット＋コーヒーがつくのですが、1杯分のチケットは使い切れませんでした。
大満足です。

Wasn't worth the money

Too long of a time before the food. The moving from station To station to see the different classes. Should be performed on the stage during wait time. When it was time to eat it was crazy. I was told they would call tables at a time. Didn't happen. It was a stampede..Food was taken away quickly. Just seemed uncoordinated the customer service seemed unapproachable.

Best part was the exit out of the venue.. but wait that was my doing.

昨年、ロイヤルハワイアンでルアウショーをやっている事を知って、初めて参加してきました。
色々なルアウショーを見た両親も良かったと言ってくれて嬉しい旅になりました。
ぜひ、ワイキキに泊まった時にはリピートしたいと思います。
今回は食事が始まる時間に合わせて入場しましたが、ハワイ文化を知るイベントにも興味があります。
残念ながら、ショーの司会の方は英語でお話しされるので、日本人には物足らない部分も
あると思います。
ぜひ、ベルトラ様から改善提案よろしくお願いします。

フラは華やかで、最後のファイアーダンスは圧巻でした。
食事はお弁当のような入れ物で前菜が運ばれてきて、雰囲気が？となったので星４つで。

ディズニーホテルの近くにある会場でした！
ショー開始前のミニアクティビティやギフトショップでの暇つぶし込みで楽しかったです☺️
無料でカヌーにも乗れたのですが、運がよく、すごく近く綺麗な海で海ガメを見ることができました！！！

バースデーや記念日などの方はステージ上に上がれたりもするため、色々な経験をすることができ、楽しいです！途中カップルダンスなどもあるため、海外の雰囲気をmaxで楽しむことができ、おすすめです。
日本の3月下旬ごろに行ったのですが、夜は冷えるため、カーディガンなども常備しておくと良いかもしれないです。
