Despite the ship having to return to port because of rough water we had a wonderful time. The drinks were good and the food was delicious. The lobsters were delicious and the steak was about the most tender and tasty steak I have ever had. The music and show were great.I was very appreciative that one of the dancers took a picture with me after the show. The staff was eapecialy helpfull and particularly your assitant manager.The Star of Honolulu was the highlight of our trip to Hawaii. We would definitely do it again. Highly recommended.

I boarded with a 1-star rating, but the staff was absolutely amazing. There was a staff member who resembled Reiji from Nakagawa-ke, who was a bit younger and slimmer. His name was something like Frederico, but since the pronunciation was difficult, I would call him "Nakagawa-ke-san" or "Reiji-san" when I needed something. He immediately responded and came to our table, and he was very kind, especially since there were elderly people with us. During the final dance scene, there were even some people who danced until their pants ripped to get the guests excited. The food was delicious, and it was a cruising experience where I could truly enjoy Hawaiian hospitality. Of course, the sunset was beautiful too!!!

Being my first time in Hawaii and using this service, I had quite a bit of anxiety leading up to the day. However, the local staff smoothly guided us to the shuttle bus, and we arrived at the port in about 45 minutes. Boarding the ship and being shown to our designated seats went without any confusion, just as shown in the pictures.

In the room, people from various countries gathered, and as dinner began and the show started, the excitement gradually built up. After finishing the meal, we went up to the deck. The blue of the ocean was a deep azure, unlike any sea I had seen before. About 30 minutes after going up to the deck, the sunset began. It was a pity that it wasn't a sunset over the ocean, but I was still captivated by the beautiful evening sky.

We returned to the cabin, thinking it was over, but that was just the beginning of the main show. Not only the show dancers but also the staff performed wonderfully, and there were guest interactions that kept us entertained until we were almost back at the port. They also guided us back to the shuttle bus, allowing us to return to the hotel with peace of mind.

I was very pleased that even though I booked just a few days before the trip, I received a phone call confirming my reservation. It was a reasonable and wonderful experience. I created joyful and significant memories on my first trip to Hawaii. Thank you very much.

会社の５５周年記念の一環として実施した、ハワイ旅行。私自身初のハワイということもあり、海と夕日の素晴らしさを目にしたい、という思いから、ネットで調べ回った結果、VELTRAさんのディナークルーズに決めさせて頂きました。　初のハワイ、初の利用ということで、当日までかなりの不安がありましたが、現地の方の送迎バスへの案内もとてもスムーズで、４５分程で港に到着。案内の写真通りの船への乗船～指定された席への案内も、何の戸惑いも無く進みました。案内された部屋には、色々な国の方々が集い、そんな中でディナーの開始～ショウの開宴が進み、徐々にテンションが上がってきます。食事が一段落したところで、船上デッキへ。海の青さは、今まで見てきた海とは別格の紺碧の海でした。デッキに上がって３０分程で、サンセットの開演。海へのサンセットではなかったのは残念でしたが、それでも綺麗な空の夕日に魅了されました。再び船室へ。これで終了と思いきや、ここからがショウの本番でした。ショウダンサーのみならず、スタッフの見事なダンス～ゲストを交えた競演があり、港に着くギリギリまで楽しませて頂きました。帰りのバスへもしっかりと案内して頂き、安心してホテルに戻ることが出来ました。
旅行日のほんの数日前に申し込んだにも拘わらず、電話連絡も頂き、予約が確定したことを確実に連絡頂けたことも、大変嬉しかったです。
リーズナブルで素晴らしい企画でした。初のハワイ旅行での楽しく、大きな思い出が出来ました。本当にありがとうございました。

There were some performances like hula dancing on other floors and rooms, but perhaps because it was the lowest rank, there were only two hula performers and one musician, creating a cozy atmosphere. On June 20th, the sunset was late, so we couldn't see the night view, but we were able to see Honolulu and Diamond Head. The food was decent. On December 30, 2013, I participated with my family of six. Whether or not we encounter whales is purely a matter of luck, so there's nothing we can do about that. What we saw were the distant spouts and the tail of a whale. Unfortunately, we couldn't have an experience that we could truly say was "seeing a whale." The weather was nice, so I comforted myself by thinking of it as a cruise. Since it was early in the morning, we opted for a breakfast plan, but given the price, I didn't have high expectations, and it turned out as expected. There was quite a bit of time before we reached the whale watching point, so it might be nice to have a light snack and drink some coffee while passing the time. There weren't too many people, so we didn't have issues seeing the whales, but it would have been great if we had encountered them. What a shame.

2013/12/30に家族6名で参加しました。くじらに巡り合えるかどうか、こればかりは運ですので仕方ありませんが、見えたのは遠～くのくじらの潮吹きとくじらの尾びれでした。
残念ながら”くじらを見た”と言える体験はできませんでした。お天気はよかったので、クルーズをしたと思って自分をなぐさめました。朝早かったので、朝食つきプランにしましたが、まあこの値段ですし期待はしていませんでしたが予想どおり。くじらのポイントまではけっこう時間があったので、軽く食べてコーヒーでも飲みながら時間をつぶすにはいいのではないでしょうか。人が多すぎてクジラがみえないとかそういうことはなかったので、くじらにさえ出会えていればよかったですね。残念。

Highly recommend! I've been to Hawaii multiple times and this was my first time on this dinner cruise. The views of Waikiki from the boat are a must. The show was great and so was the food.
