I thought it was great that there was live music and a show during the meal. Also, we could step out onto the deck, so we were able to take nice photos with the sunset in the background. They also took pictures of us at our seats, and we received a photo in an album at the end.

The food was average... The all-you-can-eat crab was a bit difficult to eat. Towards the end, the guests were getting into the show, but for some reason, it seemed aimed at Japanese tourists with "Young Man" by Hideki Saijo! It had the vibe of the 1980s, so for us, who are 28 and 30, and for the younger couples, it felt a bit awkward. I think those from an older generation would really enjoy it.

I was about to give up when I couldn't find any whales and was preparing to return to port. Then, I spotted a whale spouting water. They extended the cruise time and slowed down the boat. After that, I was able to see it spout several times, and I also caught a glimpse of its distinctive tail. The excitement of finally seeing the whale was overwhelming. On top of that, a sea turtle swam by gracefully. The view of Waikiki from the sea was beautiful, and I think it's great to enjoy a leisurely cruise while waiting for the whales.

I was a bit anxious about the language barrier since everything was in English, but there were Japanese announcements, so I didn't have much trouble. There were quite a few Japanese guests as well. The cruise started in the morning with great weather, and since we chose a plan without meals, we stayed on the top deck enjoying the sea and the scenery. As for the whales... we saw them! We could see the spouts and dorsal fins every few minutes, and it felt like we were cruising alongside them, which was very pleasant; I wanted to keep watching. I also hope to see them jump next time!

On the first night of our honeymoon, we decided to indulge a bit and went to a three-star restaurant with lobster. We went for the food, but the staff offered to take photos and engaged us in conversation. The view was great, and the breeze felt nice (we even saw a whale's tail!). The highlight was definitely the dance time after dinner! By the end, all the guests were dancing together on the floor. We even made friends with the guests next to us and exchanged contact information. The shuttle staff spoke Japanese and were friendly, sharing lots of information about Hawaii during the ride. I highly recommend it!

The crab was delicious, and they brought refills to the table, but when I got up to take photos during sunset, it was cleared away by the time I returned... even though it was all-you-can-eat, I couldn't eat enough. The singing and dancing performances were decent, but I felt there were too many people crammed in. The performers danced in the narrow space between tables, so those who dislike dust while eating might find it unpleasant... Perhaps because of the high waves, I started to feel a bit seasick. If you're prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take some medication. Initially, I planned to take pictures of the whales, but they would dive before I could focus, so I gave up and enjoyed watching them with my own eyes. Binoculars are nice, but I realized that when there are only a few whales, they can actually make it harder to spot them.

On the way back, there were hula dance lessons and ukulele lessons, which were enjoyable. Even if you don't understand English, I think it's fine because basic information is broadcast in Japanese.

The buffet seating is in the front room on the first floor, and there is no deck facing the window. Therefore, I was able to enjoy the view without any obstructions. All the other floors face the deck, so during events like fireworks, it gets really crowded, and I don't think you would be able to see anything while dining. Additionally, the higher-priced courses are on the upper floors, but there are no windows, and it's exposed to the elements, so it seemed very cold. Conversely, it must be hot in the summer. The show was mainly run by two dancers, but it was never boring, and I enjoyed the full three hours.

I participated in a tour in January. It was truly wonderful to see a mother and baby whale. It was my first time joining, but when I asked those who had participated multiple times, they said it was rare to see so many.

The lunch was a buffet style and very delicious. Additionally, there were plenty of engaging events on board, such as hula lessons and lei-making, which kept us entertained and very satisfied.

The guide spoke English, but they conveyed a friendly atmosphere using gestures and models to help us understand. My child was also able to experience the culture of whales and was very happy.

Picked up on time from our Hotel. Driver was very friendly, his helper was kind enough but quite young and she decided to get some sleep on the way to the ship, she must have had a late night bless her!(Not very professional!).
Onboard, breakfast was good and definitely worth the extra, you could help yourself as much as you like. Unfortunately we didn't actually get to see any whales on this trip so we were offered a free ticket for another day, which is very fair, however we did have to pay again for transportation which I think should have also been included. Our second cruise however we did finally get to see some whales which was great, as this was our main reason for coming to Oahu at this time of year.
Overall it's a very worthwhile trip to go on, even just for the views of Honolulu and the Breakfast.

The dinner cruise had beautiful moments with the sunset and night views that were truly moving. The lobster dish didn't suit my taste. While I was busy taking pictures of the scenery, I didn't have time to enjoy the food slowly. The dancers performed up close, and the performances were wonderful!
