The walk towards the town looked interesting, but unfortunately, most places were closed during the tour's time slot. I returned around noon and saw a few shops, but it would have been great if the tour could have been delayed by another hour. I also enjoyed taking pictures of the mini tour and the Haleiwa sign.

It was a very enjoyable tour! Since we participated right after the New Year, I was hoping to see some whales, and we encountered nearly ten of them! I will never forget the excitement of seeing a whale right in front of the boat. All the other guests and the captain were thrilled too! We joined the tour the day before returning to Japan, and it became the perfect memory to wrap up our trip to Hawaii. Everyone, including Ken, was very kind and wonderful, so I definitely want to join other tours as well.

We participated in a tour that included a shuttle service to Hanauma Bay and a snorkeling set, with three people including a 12-year-old child. The pickup time was early in the morning. It was still dark outside, and I was worried about being out so early, but shortly after arriving, dawn broke. We were able to see a wonderful sunrise, which was the perfect start to the day.

Snorkeling was first thing in the morning, and there were plenty of fish. Although there were times during the day when it was cloudy, it didn't matter, and we still had a great time seeing lots of fish.

On this day, there were no other Japanese participants in the tour besides us. However, that wasn't an issue at all.

Additionally, we could borrow life jackets on the spot by asking the tour staff. Please note that these are cash only.

We considered renting a car to get there, but I think it was better to avoid the hassle of reservations and enjoy the convenience.

I would definitely like to participate in this tour again.

The trolley service had fewer buses, but it was great because it could take us to the main tourist spots. It was a 7-day ticket, so it was a shame that I couldn't use it every day. The East Oahu Scenic Line gets crowded in the mornings. It's best to board from the Royal Hawaiian Center at the start of the line, as it becomes difficult to get on later. The driver was cheerful and kind, making the experience enjoyable. Last time, I used the Waikiki Trolley, but this one was only for Japanese tourists, which made it easier with shorter waiting times.
