Beware! Poor communication and NOT a sunrise tour as stated

This was sold as a sunrise at Diamond Head which turns out NOT ACCURATE AT  ALL! Diamond Head doesn’t even open until 6:00 and sunrise was 6:11 that day. By the time the van was parked it was 6:06. So obviously we did not make it to the top or even to a look out point to view the sunrise. We did get some pretty pictures BUT it was not sunrise by far. Even the pick up location was a rough start and poor, poor communication.  The instructions to 5:15 a.m pick up were at Hyatt Regency and the address. That’s it, that’s all the information that was given. So, we show up, we’re waiting and waiting then the driver calls and ask if we’re coming. Jon told him we’re here where we standing and he said no they’re on the side of the building. We go to the side of the building, which turns out to be a side road. Which looks like a shady looking road for deliveries and the van is parked behind the dumpster, picture attached. Now image this side street, van parked behind the dumpster at 5:00 a.m in the dark.
After the hike we returned at 7:31. Now pick up was at 7:30 and we did show up 1 minute late at  7:31 and the van was gone. Again, we’re waiting and looking. After a few minutes Jon calls. Thankfully we had the phone number from when he called us that morning or we would’ve had no clue what to do. Turns out THEY HAD LEFT! The driver tells us to wait there that he will turn around to come get us. When I questioned the driver about leaving us he said “Julie told you to be back at 7:30” to which I explained  we were back at 7:31 and called you at 7:33. He said I was coming back. I questioned again, “how were we to know that? All we knew was that our tour had left us. You could’ve called like you did this morning but instead you just drove off. “ He was never able to give a reason for just driving off or not even calling. He just kept saying, you were told to be back at 7:30.  My advice DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR WITH THIS

The sea was very beautiful!! I took a small child with me, and the child had a great time as well. There was plenty of time in the water, and we could play with snorkeling gear and boards until we got tired.

I booked a plan that included lunch, so we enjoyed delicious sandwiches. While on the boat, we enjoyed singing and took in the wonderful ocean views to our heart's content.

とてもきれいな海!!小さな子どもを連れて行ったのですが、子どもも大変楽しんでくれました。たっぷりの水中時間もあって、飽きるまでずっとシューケリングやボードなどを遊べます。
ランチ付きのプランを予約したので、美味しいサンドイッチを頂きました。船では歌を楽しんでいながら外の素敵な海景色を思う存分眺めました。

海の透明度、水の中に入ると色々な種類の魚がいて楽しかったです。現地の方々の接客や歌手の方の歌も心地良かったです。

A special experience. I wouldn't change a thing. Connection with nature and people. Not crowded. Staff helpful Great lunch. The sandbar was my favorite since I am not a snorkeling person. My husband enjoyed the snorkeling experience.

We had such a great time though it was raining and thundering the crew was amazing, the lunch was good and the snorkeling was such a fun time. The hot chocolate such a perfect way to end a cool trip!! Mahalo to the crew!!

The staff were very kind and took great care of me, even though I'm not very good at Japanese.

The atmosphere on the boat was wonderful, and the sea was truly beautiful. I was able to see a lot of fish while snorkeling, and I am very satisfied with that experience.

The banana boat was even more fun than I imagined, and it became a wonderful memory. I definitely want to participate again!

船の雰囲気もとても良く、海も本当にきれいでした。シュノーケリングでは無事にたくさんの魚を見ることができて、とても満足しています。

バナナボートも想像以上に楽しくて、素敵な思い出になりました。ぜひまた参加したいです！

The staff was very kind. I was late for the entry time due to a prior commitment, but when I explained the situation and consulted with them, they responded flexibly, and I was able to participate without any issues.

The performance afterward was truly wonderful, and I had a very enjoyable time. I highly recommend it!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! It happened to storm in the middle of our tour, which made it even better. They offer great tours if you don’t mind the rough terrain and getting dirty. Check them out if you want a sense of adventure!

We had such a great tour. Our bus driver was outstanding and made the ride fun and informative! Enjoyed learning more about the events in Pearl Harbor, and thoroughly enjoyed touring the Missouri. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The crew on the catamaran were great. The shuttle bus was very nice. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

We participated with our two children and my husband. Although my English is limited, we were able to communicate and had a great time! The crew members were friendly and cheerful. My daughters, who were initially nervous and scared, ended up having the best smiles and enjoying themselves once we started, and they requested to do it again! We created precious memories during our family trip to Hawaii. After returning to the port, we were able to purchase the photo data, and even though it was a Lightning type for iPhone, the data transfer was smooth, and we received a copy SD card, so we could see the images right away, which was wonderful. Thank you very much!

楽しかったです！クルーの皆さんも気さくで明るい方たちでした。緊張した面持ちで初めは怖がっていた娘たちも、スタートしたら最高の笑顔で楽しんでおり、またやりたい！とリクエストしていました。家族のハワイ旅行で大切な思い出が増えました。港に帰港後に写真データも購入でき、iPhoneのライトニングタイプですがデータ移行もスムーズでコピーSDカードも貰えてすぐに画像を見れたのも嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

The meals were plentiful and delicious 😊. The shows featuring Elvis, Michael, and the fire performance were all great. I was also happy to take photos with the cast after the show. It became a wonderful memory of my trip to Hawaii.

The show lasted about an hour and a half, but during that time, I didn't get bored at all; I thought it was genuinely fun. The food was all-you-can-eat, so there was plenty of it. I think the taste suits Japanese people as well. Japanese guests were in the minority, though...

ショーは、1時間半くらいでしたが、その間飽きたりせず、普通に(純粋に)楽しいと思います。食事は、食べほなので量は十分あります。味も日本人にも合っていると思います。日本人客は、少数派ですね…

Minako, who speaks Japanese, was always by our side as our guide, which made us feel very safe and allowed us to enjoy ourselves! We encountered a pod of dolphins twice, and they came right up close, allowing us to see them well. We also encountered turtles and sharks, making for a very memorable experience! Thank you to Captain Brian, guide Sarah, Koha who resembles Bruno Mars, Peter, and Lucas.

日本語が喋れるミナコさんが常につきっきりでガイドしてくださりとても安心して楽しむことができました！
イルカの群れに２回も遭遇できて目の前まで接近してきてよく見れたし、亀とサメにも遭遇してとても思い出深い体験ができました！船長のブライアンさん、ガイドのサラさん、ブルーノマーズ似のコアさん、ピーターさん、ルーカスさんありがとうございました。

I attended the Waikiki Luau Hawaiian Show! ✨ Since I had a VIP seat, I was very close to the stage and could see the dancers' powerful performances and expressions clearly, which made me very satisfied. The fire dance was particularly amazing and left the biggest impression on me during the show. The spins and the intensity of the performance exceeded my expectations, and the entire venue was buzzing with excitement.

The buffet didn't have an overwhelming variety, but each dish was delicious, especially the whole roasted pig, which was very tasty.

Additionally, the layout required us to pass between seats to reach the exit, and there were times when people sitting on the aisle were unaware and remained seated comfortably, making it a bit difficult to get through.

Overall, the staff was courteous, and I felt at ease enjoying my first Hawaiian show. Experiencing Hawaiian music and dance up close made for a wonderful time that will be a memorable part of my trip. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to fully enjoy the Hawaiian atmosphere in Waikiki! 🌺

ワイキキルアウ ハワイアンショーに参加してきました！✨
VIP席だったのでステージがとても近く、ダンサーさんの迫力や表情までしっかり見えて大満足でした。特にファイヤーダンスが本当にすごくて、今回のショーで1番印象に残りました🔥 回転やパフォーマンスの迫力が想像以上で、会場全体も大盛り上がりでした。

ビュッフェは品数が多いという感じではないですが、その分ひとつひとつが美味しく、特に丸ごと豚のローストがとても美味しかったです。

また、席と席の間を通らないと出口に出られない構造になっているのですが、通路側にいても気づかずにゆったり座ったままの方もいて、通りづらいタイミングがあったのは少し気になりました。

全体的にはスタッフの対応も丁寧で、初めてのハワイアンショーでも安心して楽しめました。ハワイらしい音楽やダンスを間近で体験できて、旅行の思い出に残る素敵な時間になりました。ワイキキでハワイ気分を満喫したい方におすすめです🌺

It wasn't very large, so I was able to explore it on foot.

There were things I wanted to try that I had caught a glimpse of when I had a guide before. I wanted to get a tattoo (there are different designs in Tahiti and Fiji, and sometimes they are not available when you want to do it later), try out an outrigger canoe (it was a smaller area than I expected), watch the haka at a New Zealand show, go fishing (no one caught anything, but it was still fun), and take photos with the villagers. I was able to do all of that.

I also went to a show in Samoa, and the fire knife performance seemed interesting, so I checked it out. The first 15 minutes inside the building was a talk (it was in English, so I didn't understand much), and then everyone was told to go outside! So, the juggling with fire sticks began in the garden, and it might be better to wait outside instead of rushing to get a good seat inside from the start.

It was peaceful, and everyone was kind; I had a wonderful experience.

However, regarding the video data worth $22.50, even after scanning the QR code I received, it just says "processing." I've inquired about it, but even after more than two weeks, it hasn't been sent, so I'm not sure what it is.

それほど広くないので徒歩で十分見て回れました

以前ガイドさんがついてくれた時にチラ見してやってみたいなと思っていたこと
タトゥー（タヒチとフィジーとで柄に違いがある、やっている時とやっていない時があるので後でやろうと思うとできないことがある）アウトリガーカヌー（思ったより狭い範囲だった）、ニュージーランドのショーでハカを観る、釣り（やっぱり誰も釣れないけど楽しい）、村人たちとの写真撮影　等全部できました

サモアでのショー、ファイヤーナイフも面白そうなので行ってみました
建物の中で前半15分はお話（英語なのであまりわからず）その後みんな外へ出ろ♪
ということで庭で火のついた棒のジャグリングが始まるので急いで最初から建物の中の
いい席を取ろうとしないで外で待っていた方がいいかもしれません

のどかでみんなやさしく、楽しい経験ができました

ただ、２２．５ドル相当のビデオデータというのが、いただいたQRコードを読み取っても
只今処理中というばかりで　問い合わせしていますが２週間以上経っても送られてこないのでどういう物なのか不明です

Everyone I met locally was praising it. Since this was my sixth time, including trips to Japan and abroad, I wasn't as moved as others, but considering the weather wasn't great, I still felt it was worth going. I think it would be better to include such fun activities at night, not just hula and fire dancing.

現地で知り合った人達のすべてが、絶賛してました。
私は日本や海外を含めて6度目でしたので、そこまでの感動はありませんでしたが、
天候に恵まれなかったことも含め、行って良かったと思いました。
フラとファイヤーダンスだけで無く、こんな楽しみも夜に入れたほうが良いとは思います

There are quite a few ups and downs, and especially the downhill sections can be slippery, so be careful. However, you can work up a nice sweat. The descent is more challenging than Diamond Head due to the steep incline.

結構、UPDOWNがあり、特に下りは滑りやすいので要注意ですが
気持ちの良い汗をかけます。
ダイヤモンドヘッドよりも急こう配なので下りは大変です。

It was a very impressive and worthwhile show, just as the reviews said. It's definitely worth seeing at least once. I think the seats in the front and back offer a good view of the whole performance since the venue is quite small. It was completely full, showing how popular it is. I was seated to the side, so my neck got tired.

口コミ通り迫力のある見応えのあるとても良いショーでした。ぜひ一度は見る価値ありますね。前方後ろのほうが全体がよく見えていい席だと思います。会場はこじんまりしているので。満席でした。スゴイ人気なんですね。私は横前だったので首が疲れました。

Overall, this is an excellent option for anyone wanting an easy, affordable, and meaningful visit to Pearl Harbor.

We got to see plenty of tropical fish and even a sea turtle up close, which was the highlight. As well, the crew was friendly teaching the ropes to the scooters!

Chief’s Luau was an incredible and lively Polynesian cultural experience from start to finish, with the fire knife dancing as the highlight!

The cage was secure and the guides stayed nearby the entire time to ensure everyone was comfortable. We saw several sharks circling which made the experience even more incredible.

Each village offered something unique, with engaging demonstrations, performances, and friendly staff who shared their traditions and stories.

The scenery was just breathtaking, with views of the mountains and valleys used in many films. As well, our guide was friendly sharing interesting facts about the ranch and movie history along the way.

Our guide was engaging and shared interesting behind-the-scenes stories that made the tour. The 90-minute duration as well was perfect to see the highlights without feeling rushed
