The dolphins in Hawaii are more friendly and approachable than those of other places due to never being hunted by humans. As such, dolphin watching tours are common and very popular in the islands, especially on the west coast of Oahu where spinner dolphins are often seen. You can also snorkel among them and, if you're lucky, get approached by a curious wild dolphin! For those interested in a more interactive experience, educational programs are available with trained dolphins.
