I booked a day pass tour with transportation included. It was cloudy that day, so it was very quiet. The venue opened at 10:30, and I was able to enter right away. The locker instructions were easy to understand, and I could rent one without any hassle.

Thanks to the low crowd, I was able to enjoy the attractions without much waiting. However, due to the limited number of staff, some attractions were closed at certain times, so I recommend adjusting your schedule accordingly.

For lunch, I found hamburgers and pizza at the concession stand, which I could enjoy on a nearby bench. The area was more compact than I expected, and since it was not crowded, I was able to experience all the attractions and have plenty of fun until the bus departure at 15:00.

The attractions were more thrilling than I anticipated, making me want to experience them again and again. I definitely want to go back!

I considered various locations to watch the fireworks limited to Friday, but to secure a spot, I signed up for this tour. As the meeting time approached, the meeting place was extremely crowded with people participating in the same tour, and I wondered how it would turn out. However, once we boarded the bus and arrived at the port for departure, we were smoothly guided to our seats on the boat.

We took our plates from the dinner buffet in order from the nearest seats, and when everyone had finished, the hula show began. We enjoyed various hula performances with changing songs and costumes. The fireworks started right at 8:00 PM. For about five minutes, watching the fireworks and the night view from the boat was truly an amazing experience.

I participated in the 3-star course. Our seats were on the edge, but the hula dance show featured dancers coming to the sides as well as the center, so we could see it up close and it was very impressive! During sunset, we were able to leave our seats and watch from the deck. It was amazing to see the beautiful sunset and the red Diamond Head! We were also very satisfied because we got to see fireworks at the end of the day!

We participated as a family of three because we wanted to see the sandbar. Since two of us can't swim, we were looking for a tour that would be easy for non-swimmers to join, and we found this one.

The Angel Sea was very beautiful! Perhaps due to the timing, the sandbar wasn't visible, but the water's clarity was incredible! We learned how to use the snorkeling gear and had a fun experience in a safe area. We also got to see sea turtles from the boat and throw bread to the fish, which was a unique experience. The hamburger we had on the boat was delicious!

I had always wanted to go after seeing it on TV and in magazines, but it was incredibly small, and I was able to go around it in no time. The slides were all quite similar, and I wished there were more regular pools. Moreover, the wave pool requires an additional fee, and the lockers are expensive, so they really charge you for everything.

The good points were that it was very empty and the hamburgers were fairly tasty. The Shaka was interesting.

The sunset dinner was truly a great experience. Everything was very well organized. We were served champagne to begin with and helped ourselves to fresh cheese, crackers and fruit trays. And those were left out for everyone the entire trip, which is beneficial when you have kids who might not like the whole dinner but still want to eat something. The entire dinner was fresh and tasty, and plentiful. Beverages were refilled as necessary but there weren't a lot of soda options. The sunset was beautiful. You just have to keep watch for the ideal time to take pictures of your experience. The entertainment was great, with music and dancers. Great experience overall!!

Initially, I considered taking the city bus without a pickup service, but as of May 2019, there was no bus stop nearby, so I opted for this tour with a pickup service. Since I went on a weekday, the waiting time was relatively short, and I had a great time! It was a bit disappointing that the jacuzzi was closed and that the lazy river wasn't operating that day, possibly due to a shortage of staff.

I usually avoid these typical places, but this one was quite entertaining.
Honestly, I didn't expect much from the food, but the crab was delicious.
I was pretty much silent while eating, and there was unlimited refills.
Since I was eating crab, I completely ignored the show and the scenery.
Actually, the sunset only lasts about 20-30 minutes, so I wasn't sure which was the main attraction, but I did manage to get some nice photos of the sunset.
There were fewer Japanese people, and it was a mix of people from various countries, so I enjoyed the overseas vibe in Hawaii more than in Waikiki.

I enjoyed this event very much because of the beautiful view and interesting stories about the stars. At about 8 to 8:30 pm, the sky was getting darker and darker. I was able to many stars in the sky with my naked eyes. However, if your eyesight is not very good, I recommend you bring your glasses or wear contacts. I was able to see the cluster of stars, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and more through the telescope. I really liked it, especially because it is such a rare opportunity to observe the stars through telescopes.

I went snorkeling for the first time. To be honest, I'm not a good swimmer and I was scared of not being able to touch the ground, but since I came all the way to Hawaii, I thought I should give it a try at least once. The ocean was so beautiful, and it was a lot of fun swimming while looking at the underwater scenery. I didn't see any dolphins on the first try, and on the second try, I was too tired and just watched from the boat.

For lunch, they give you a hamburger, and you can add tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard while sitting down, so you don't have to worry. The hamburgers and snacks were delicious, and the view was stunning—it was the best! Many people got seasick, so I strongly recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance if you're worried about that.

実は泳ぐのが苦手で地に足が着かないのも怖くて嫌だったのですが、せっかくハワイに来たので1回くらい…と思って参加しました。

As mentioned in other reviews, the cruise turned out to be the worst due to troubles with the shuttle service, ruining what was supposed to be a wonderful trip. I arrived at the designated location 15 minutes early and showed my voucher to the staff in cruise uniforms near the bus that was parked at the bus stop, but I was told to wait in the waiting room and was left unattended even after the scheduled time had passed. I showed my voucher again since other tour guests from different travel agencies were being picked up, but I received the same response that the driver would come in and call me, so I should just sit and wait in the waiting room. I complied quietly, but there was no announcement or call, and after 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I became extremely anxious. I called the Japanese support line for VELTRA, but was told that there was no one who could speak Japanese at the moment and that my name was not on the reservation. I persisted, and it seemed they called the staff at the pickup point, and finally, my name was called, allowing me to board somehow. Meanwhile, I received a follow-up email from VELTRA stating, "We received a notification from the cruise company that we would depart if we couldn't meet you on time, and refunds are not possible in case of cancellation," which only added to my anger. It was a cruise experience that left me feeling utterly frustrated.

他の口コミにもありましたように、送迎時のトラブルで最悪のクルーズになり、せっかくの旅行が台無しになりました。15分前には指定場所に行き、バス乗り場に停まっていたクルーズのバスのそばにいた、クルーズの制服の係にバウチャーを見せたものの、待合室で待ってろと言われ、時間を過ぎても放ったらかし。他の旅行社のツアー客を乗せているのでもう一度バウチャーを見せたものの、ドライバーが中に入って声をかけるから待合室で座って待っていろ、と相変わらずの返事。大人しく従っていたが何ら声がけも呼び出しもなく、指定時間が10分過ぎてもほったらかしなので、極めて不安になり、ベルトラさんの日本語電話にかけるも、日本語を話せる人は今いない、予約に名前がないなど、にべもなく、あきらめず食い下がっていると、乗り場の係に電話をしたようでようやく名前が呼ばれ、なんとか乗り込むことができた次第。一方でベルトラさんからは、「時間になっても出会えないので出発するとクルーズ会社から連絡があった、キャンセルの場合には返金できません」などといった内容の追い討ちメールが届くはで怒りMAX。最低最悪の気分でのクルーズとなりました。。
