Most beautiful spot on the island!
Reviewed by: Holly, 2021/11/15I actually did not end up horseback riding because my friend was 5lbs over the weight requirement, so we switched for the E Bike tour instead and had a blast! I am however disappointed about the horseback ride. I understand the weight limitation because we wouldn’t want to cause strain or damage to any animals, but my friend and I have both been horseback riding throughout our varying vacations and it’s never been an issue. A horse can hold a man. Anyways, the bikes were great. The valley is beyond beautiful and our tour guide was to coolest!

Beautiful scenery

Girlfriend loved it

Beautiful Views, Friendly Guides

it was worth it
Reviewed by: Jin, 2015/03/16even though i dont have any horseback riding experience before, i was truly enjoyed it. Beautiful horses are pretty well trained. No worries even for beginners.. plus, a staff was accompanied us on a horse, checking any possible problems back and forth.

Kualoa Ranch Horseback Ride
Reviewed by: Vanessa, 2014/12/29I had originally purchased the 2 hour horseback riding tour but was called earlier on the day of the ride that they were not able to give the 2 hour ride tour due to a triathlon taking place on the Kualoa Ranch property. Renee was great to talk with with she offered alternatives. Change of day in the ride or lunch on them and a 1 hour ride with a bus ride to see the area that "Jurassic Park" was filmed. We chose to take the 1 hour ride and lunch on them. The buffet lunch was VERY good and had many selections to choose from. The horse were used to having inexperienced riders. They in my reflection were push button horses. They followed the leader. Very good ride for a first time horseback rider. The tour guide was very pleasant. Oh and Veltra reimbursed me the difference in cost between the two rides. That was very nice of them. When I go back to Oahu I think I will purchase the ATV tour. That looked like a lot of fun.

Great Ride!
Reviewed by: Skids, 2014/04/17My daughter and I only had two days in Hawaii and I am so glad that two hours of it was riding at Kualoa Ranch. It was a wonderful way to see the beautiful scenery of the island and learn some interesting history of the area. The horses were great even in the windy weather and our guides friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

2 Hour Horseback Ride
Reviewed by: Kyle Conner-Diven, 2014/01/06My girlfriend and I had an enjoyable ride through Kualoa Ranch on 12/30/13. Our guides were Kai and Karissa ( I believe I got the names right). The terrain in which you ride through is beautiful, it takes your breath away. We learned the history of the ranch and about what has taken place there over the years. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!!
