A whole activities were canceled because we were 15 mins late!!
Reviewed by: Mjkim, 2022/07/10I do not recommend this site especially for kualoa Ranch tours. There is no grace period at all, no flexibility. I booked 2 ATV tours for a whole family but ended up lost more than $500 because of 15mins late. Please book directly through their own website and will give us much more options when some emergency happens and we need to reschedule it.

15 mins late made my activities canceled!
Reviewed by: Mjkim, 2022/07/10I was 15mins late the check in time but the kauloa Ranch office does not allow any grace period time and asked me contact back to Veltra tour agent for rescheduling. I was forced to take other alternative tour at that day which is only worth 1/3 of the original package price that I already paid and ended up to lose more than $500. I was very upset about the Kauloa Rach Office response and Veltra feedback and assistance. I do not recommend use this website and please book through their website directly. Then there will be much flexibility.
My whole family were literally just looking outside of the valley and waited for 3 hours there.

Absolutely Stunning

ATV guide was awful

He said I was drifting and speeding when I was the atv right behind him therefore I don’t see how I can be drifting or speeding if I couldn’t even go more then 15 miles an hour. He then continued to lecture me like I was a little kid over the video that I watched when I answered all the questions right he was shocked. Singled me out for some reason and I don’t appreciate that at all specially when the tour was about 150 per person I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anybody in the future

ATV tours aka; a terrible vacation experience
Reviewed by: Beer, 2013/11/14I have only reviewed one thing in my life, Space Jam the movie in 1997. I hated it.
But now I have to break my vow to never review again by reviewing this ATV tour.
Whilst Space Jam the movie had some redeemable qualities; the ATV tour did not.
Once we arrived at the ranch (aka mud farm) we observed gangs of roving cats strutting around, intimidating us into purchasing horrible scented soaps from the ugly women at the gift shop.
The actual ride itself was comparable to the holocaust and I refuse to remember the details as I'm not ready to accept that it actually happened. The dude took us to where the hit comedy "you, me and Dupree" was filmed, I think it was the part where they stood in a vacant field and nothing happened. The only thing the dude in charge watched more than the road ahead, was his watch. I think he even said he hated one of us under his breath. His only rules were that no one was allowed to have fun and that we we had to go back to his shack on the ranch to watch Skrek 2. We politely declined his offer.
The only good thing was the view; just like when Michael Jordan scored in the final seconds of Space Jam, thus saving the earth from the invading basketball aliens (?).
After the trip I drove home with the Space Jam theme song playing through the radio.
May god have mercy on us all.
