Ended up tearing fingernail away from nail bed and bleeding with pain and still have finger bandaged because of injury. This was special treat for my sister as it was her first trip to Hawaii and I wanted it to be a great memory. Don't know reason late but driver was very nice once we found him.

Reviewed by: Megan Martin, 2014/01/13Greeter did not meet us inside the terminal. We made our own way out and found the Limo which was unattended. Driver came without fresh leis that we had paid for. When questioned he said he was waiting for someone to meet us with the leis and not to worry because we would get a refund. We didn't want the refund we wanted out daughters to have the welcome leis so he stopped around the corner and purchased some fresh leis for us. Window tinting was all bubbled in the car. Very average overall.

Transfers in Honolulu
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2009/07/30My clients had 2 sets of reservations. The 1st one was for a transfers on 7/14/09 from Honolulu (airport) to Turtle Bay. The reservation was for a Lincoln Navigator (up to 12 psgrs), but they got a hummer instead which was fine. As for the driver my clients said he was not friendly at all, and hardly spoke to them. They even had to yell to him to put on the air conditioning.
The 2nd reservation was on 7/24/09 from the Marriott Waikiki Beach back to the airport which was ok. Again they had a reservation for a Lincoln Navigator, but ended up with a hummer. The driver did speak to them and was a bit friendlier.
For the amount my clients paid for each set of reservations I feel they should have been treated with a more friendly attitude by the driver as my clients tipped him about 20%.

Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2008/09/29I would suggest limo service for those first timers, just so you don't get lost going to and from your hotel. The service was great and always on time. Plus... its a LIMO!! Great for your trip in Hawaii!

wrong limo
Reviewed by: David, 2007/07/11Initially, we received the wrong limo. We ordered the Lincoln Navigator since we had 7 people plus luggage, and the company sent the stretch, but after placing a phone call, another stretch was sent. Not what we wanted, but they did make up for it. Both limos were in good shape.
