Amazing experience!
Reviewed by: Family Fun, 2024/03/25Overall the experience was amazing! It was a first for both my husband and I and the kids. The crew did a fantastic job. They provided clear instructions, ensuring we were all safe and had many opportunities to see the sea turtles among a plethora of wildlife along the reef. I would not hesitate to book this again.
I do think it was a bit disorganized with adults and children going down the ladders and then needing to come right back up, leaving patrons that had not had a chance to get in the water a 10 min leg time.
Also, a female crew member was wearing a thong bikini bottom which I have no problem with - wear one!! However, the male crew members continued to smack her bottom or spray it with the defogger. I’m not sure that the female crew member cared but definitely not acceptable now a days!

Fun and definitely worth ot
Reviewed by: Anamari, 2024/03/08The water was a little cold so we got out of the water sooner than we would have wanted, and so we didn’t see as much as we had hoped to. But we had fun and would do it again. Hopefully next time we will see more.

Nice little sea outing!

Great Boat & Crew….BUT.
Reviewed by: Scotty138, 2022/07/25Had a great time. BEST BOAT AND CREW I’VE HAD! Crew was fun, instructional and well-prepared. Handled us in an AWESOME manner with Aloha. The “big let down” was the sheer number of the other boats trying to come into the same small area. There were 7 other boats very close to us. I kept being bumped into by swimmers from other boats. It’s freaking ridiculous! And I know there’s nothing you guys can do to control that so I can’t hold it against you. But it would be nice if the tourism board or the county did some thing to limit it. Especially when your boat has been doing this much longer than the others.

Great experience for beginners

Interesting experience
Reviewed by: Pam, 2022/06/18It took awhile to get comfortable snorkeling in the ocean where you can't just stand up if you want. Nervous that the waves would take me under the boat I could not relax. Our guides were wonderful and talked me thru it until I calmed down. After that it was quite an experience. Not exactly what I expected swimming around with turtles because they were swimming way below you but it was still cool. The fish also stayed down lower which after snorkeling where the fish come right up to you in shallow water was alittle disappointing. Afterwards the Mai tais and beer were good except my daughter was sea sick by then and only wanted to go to shore. Would recommend this cruise.

Short but sweet

In particular, the crew of the boat (Junyah, Bella, Josiah, Julian, and Amos) were very professional and accommodating. We really liked that all of your staff were clear with their instructions, but also relaxed and light humored. We really appreciated the time and attention they gave to our daughter, Olivia, who was snorkeling for the first time and required a lot of additional attention. Even though we required extra attention, no one was rude or impatient with us - in fact, they were very kind and understanding. Thanks again to your crew for such a positive experience!

This was a nice boat and tour.

Honestly the water was kind of murky and you don't get to see colorful fish but you do see generic silver ones. We really liked that the drinks were included though and the staff were very helpful, informative and friendly!

Quick snorkel trip
Reviewed by: Gziggy01, 2022/03/09The boat was clean and the staff were friendly. We saw lots of fish and turtles. We only snorkeled for maybe 30 minutes before it was time to head back. I wish it was a little longer. Also they don’t have snorkles for people with glasses so keep in mind you may need contacts.

A fun experience
Reviewed by: Barry, 2021/10/22Very convenient as we stayed at the Outrigger, a stones throw from where we boarded the vessel. Crew was very friendly and that always helps. Confused about flippers. Posting on web site said they are not provided by yet they were given out on the ship. I’m glad, made snorkeling a lo easier. Turtles were fun to watch. Only wish we saw more of the reef. Had a very good time.

First time snorkeling and it was great!
Reviewed by: Shaz, 2021/07/19I booked this excursion for my 14 yr old son and me, it was our first time snorkeling. My son was a bit anxious before we boarded, he gets a bit weary when it comes to deep ocean water. The entire crew made us feel comfortable and welcome. We got up close and personal (keeping a healthy distance of course) with several turtles. The crew pointed out where the turtles were so we could have the best viewing position. All in all it was a memorable experience and the highlight of our trip for my son.

Cool experience

Fun safe snorkel trip.
Reviewed by: Dave, 2019/07/26They take you just off the beach in Waikiki where the turtles roam. We saw at least 10 turtles on our trip. The cold beverages after the trip were also refreshing. The crew were awesome and helpful for those first timers.
