Taro is deeply related to Hawaiian soul food Poi, Lau Lau and Squid Luau. The journey continues toward to Secluded Coves you might be able to see Hawaiian Green Turtles "Honu". One of the highlight of this tour is Makua Cave where is one of the most mysterious site on the West Side. We will check the inside of this 150,000 years old cave that has many ancient legends tell about the cave's history.   • Taro patch at Disney’s Aulani Resort and Spa
    Taro is the local crops and a staple of the native Hawaiian cuisines like Poi and luau leaf. Also this plant is deeply connected to Hawaiian mythology and culture. You can learn about Taro here at the patch. Also you can check art collections in Aulani.
  • Secluded Coves

    *Please keep your distance from these turtles. They are very gentle and protected by law.
  • Yokohama Beach
    Yokohama beach is officially known as Keawa’ula Beach, which means “red bay" in Hawaiian. Some people say one of the fishermen from Japan started calling this beach Yokohama Bay decade ago and became common. This area produce dangerously high waves but very good for surfing especially in winter.
  • Makua Cave

The cave is estimated around 150,000 years old, about 100 feet high and 450 feet deep. There are many legends associated with Makua Cave.
  • Makaha Beach
    img_6833 Makaha Beach is world-famous location for legendary surf breaks with a strong rip tide. You might be able to get a time to take a dip under the eyes of the lifeguards, only if the condition permits.
  • Pokai Bay
    west side 4 Pokai Bay is calm year-round and one of the most protected beaches on the west coast of Oahu beloved by local. Perfect to take your family, picnicking, fishing, and swimming. “Pokai” is the Hawaiian chief’s name whom people believe brought the first coconut palm tree to Hawaii.
  • Lunch at A&G Steaks
    A&G Steaks is a local favorite showcasing local products in a variety of fresh menu choices.
