Join a marine biologist aboard The Kahakai (The Beach) to enjoy the stunning colors of the Hawaiian sunset while observing majestic humpback whales play off the coast of Oahu. Wave at these 45-ton mammals as they lift their giant tails out of the tropical surf and bring them crashing back down into the water. Hear their incredible mating songs, sung only by males while in their breeding grounds. If the timing is right, you might view two males butt up against each other and rise out of the water in an awesome exhibition of power. Dolphins and green sea turtles may make an appearance as well.
