Wonderful morning
Reviewed by: Melody, 2019/04/28Dan was an awesome guide. Once he picked us up he gave us lots of little facts about Honolulu in general as we drove out. He was also very knowledgeable in answering our questions.
I liked that it was such a small group and felt that we all got some one on one time with the instructor as we needed.
Overall it was an amazing day and an experience I’ll remember for the rest of my life.
Highly recommend!

Great snorkeling experience, even for my shy 6 year old!
Reviewed by: Roslyn, 2019/04/27Our guides were really patient and very good at what they do. Not only do they make the whole gearing up and organizing details easy they taught my 6 year old daughter to snorkel and she actually did it! She is shy and was refusing for weeks, telling me she would not snorkel and I was quite prepared to sit on the beach with her but they wasted no time in teaching her directly 1 on 1 and getting her to put her face in the water while I got to snorkel close by. It was really great and she loved it, I loved it and the rest of the family did too. We saw beautiful fish and spent the time all pointing at things and saying "look" under water. A great day! Thank you so much!

It was good

Half of us didn't finish the entire activity as we got easily tired and unfortunately didn't see any turtles. It was a good experience though and something worth doing/trying at least once.

Perfect Conditions and great Guide team!
Reviewed by: Old Dude, 2019/04/04It was a perfect day. Nice and Sunny, but not too hot. We saw 2 turtles and loads of fish. Guide Dan was very helpful for those in our group, who were true beginners or having trouble with their masks or other issues.
Would highly recommend them.

Recommend for first timers!

A Breathtaking Experience at Hanauma Bay

Very helpful and professional

Pick up on time, lots of interesting information along the drive, friendly, professional and took care of safety. Explained everything well. I had difficulty with the breathing bit and they were very helpful and calming.

First Timers!

Amazing day trip!
Reviewed by: Jaime, 2018/07/29The husband and wife team were insightful, helpful, and made sure everyone was safe. They even picked us us and gave us a mini tour of the island sites as we drove. I would definitely recommend to anyone including families with children. They had an additional family with us with small children and they provided them with extra resources to be safe and have fun.

Amazing Experience!
Reviewed by: elllop, 2018/06/21My husband and I were first time snorkelers. Dan picked us up promptly from our hotel and we had a lovely drive to Hanauma Bay. Dan explained everything to us and was very professional. We snorkeled at our own pace, but Dan and his wife were always watching to make sure that everyone in our group was safe. We were lucky enough to see four turtles as well as other fish. All necessary gear was provided. I highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful experience

Amazing experience

They made me feel totally comfortable about the whole process. We saw so many fish, including whole schools of fish swimming just centimetres away from us, and even a sea turtle.

Once in a lifetime

My boyfriend was terrified of sinking and Dan explained it thoroughly which gave him the confidence he needed to do it. We saw sooo many out of this world fish it was like an acquarium, and even a turtle! We had plenty of time to explore the entire bay and you go plenty deep to see some amazing marine life. It was a once in a lifetime experience so thankyou Blue Hawaii Divers!

Great experience, and great instructors!
Reviewed by: S. Lai, 2018/04/28It was me and my friend’s first time snorkeling and Dan was extremely patient. At first, I was uncomfortable with breathing under water, but Dan made sure that I relaxed myself and held on to me during the practices to ensure that I was comfortable. He took great photos for us and took us further down to see a lot of fishes and we even saw a turtle towards the end of the tour! I would highly recommend Blue Hawaii Divers to anyone who wishes to book a tour for snorkeling. It is not necessarily just for beginners, we swam in groups and there were people who have snorkeled before. On the way back to the hotel, Dan gives great suggestions on where to go, and he also gives great recommendations for food spots.

Friendly and well prepared guide-worked well with grown ups and kid

She asked us what we wanted to see, and when my daughter said turtles, she took us straight to two turtles after an introductory snorkel lesson. This was my second trip to Hawaii, and I was so glad I finally took a lesson. For the next week, I was able to finally relax, enjoy, and see a lot of interesting sea life. The snorkel at Haunama was spectacular also.

First time snorkeling!

Excellent beginner snorkel experience

Great trip

Mind blowing and the best in town..

They gave us a lesson before the activity and it helped us a lot. During the activity, Dan was always there.. literally holding my wife's hand through out so that she doesnot panic.
