Reviewed by: Liza, 2023/07/01The Ferry was clean and the trip was well organized. I couldn’t give it a five star review because the waves were extremely choppy and the ride was nearly unbearable on the way back. And, although there were “puke bags” in our seat on the way over, there were none on the way back. I had a motion sickness patch in place, but it wasn’t enough to keep me from feeling like I might be sick. Fortunately I did not get sick, but I was so stressed about not having a bag just in case. There were some bags on the back counter, but it was unsafe to get up and move around.

On time and well organized

Great experience in Lanai

Great Ride
Reviewed by: Debo, 2022/08/19Great ride. Easy and convenient. Wish I could park a car as well as the captain maneuvered the boat!! The reservation said I could show tickets on my phone but they insist you go to the ticket booth and get the paper tickets. No big deal but we wasted time in line so wish we had known. If you want to sit outside on upper deck, get there much earlier than they recommend to be in line early enough on a full boat ride.

Review on boat shuttle.

The only thing I have frustrating to me is that there was no way to get around the island unless you booked a car two days in advance. And I booked to come back at 5:30 I had to go all the way back to the kiosk lady and tell them we want to go on the early shuttle back That’s after I was in line I wish there was clear instructions or somebody would announce that while sitting there waiting for the shuttle and standing in line

Trip to Lana’i

Jedoch war es unpraktisch, dass die gekauften Tickets zuerst gezeigt werden mussten und dann neue Tickets verteilt wurden anstatt, dass diese Online gezeigt werden konnten. Etwas flexiblere Rückreise wäre Praktisch, anstatt nur genau zu der Ausgewählten Zeit. Sonst war der Ausflug gut und hat sich gelohnt.

On time and picturesque trip to Lanai Island

My only issue with the experience was the third party parking cost we incurred. Which resulted from the endorsement given from your business that wound up costing us $42 for 6 hours. There was plenty of parking elsewhere but we followed your recommendation and instructions provided in our packet. This was an additional 35% surcharge or cost we did not anticipate.

Ride of your life if against the wind and tide
Reviewed by: Tia, 2019/08/01Boat was clean and on time. If you get motion sickness going to Lanai is not an issue, coming back depending on the time you may get tossed and splashed pretty well. Coming back make sure you sit inside to avoid being soaked if you leave after 1 p.m.

Ferry for the day or for overnight to Lanai is a great way to see the island

Lanai is a very small place. "What happens in Lanai stays in Lanai and it can happen twice", said the Lanai people.

Reviewed by: Bill Farrant, 2014/09/30The Ferry was clean, the staff was well organized and we sat in the shaded air conditioned area upstairs as we didn't need any more direct sunlight. The return time is flexible and we liked touring the top up Lanai as it is more of an alpine experience than we expected for Hawaii. We had lunch at a very nice little diner and the wife bought a painting from a local artist - All in all a good, enjoyable day and an alternative to being on Maui all week long.

Relaxing and Fun Transportation to Lanai from Maui

Most of the Restaurants there, which are not too many, close really early. We were lucky to be able to have a late lunch at one of them, cant recall the name, and the food was delicious.
