Bad last minute trip idea

Nothing Extraordinary Than Expected
Reviewed by: Daisy, 2022/06/23It was just a normal ferry ride from Maui to Lanai that took about a 45 minute ride each way. The boat was not full so it was nice that you had some room to not have to sit next to someone. Though there was a line I didn't worry because there were plenty of seats. If you prefer not to be under the sun then sit inside otherwise if you want to feel the breeze and get some sun then sit upstairs.

Still telling everyone to wear masks outdoors. Really?
Reviewed by: Barre, 2021/12/09They are still telling you to west a mask outdoors. The girl taking tickets was very aggressive about putting your mask on. I was on the dock in the open air without my mask, which is totally legal and I stated to her, that when I go to get on the ferry I would be happy to put my mask on.
Really? Enough with the bullying.
She could have been so much more pleasant to everyone.

Lanai isn’t worth the bother…
Reviewed by: John Galt, 2021/06/14The waters were rough so the snorkeling wasn’t good and with younger kids that just made for a wasted day. The rough waters made the ride back a nightmare with all on the verge of vomiting. We salvaged the day by leaving early on the 2:30 instead of the 5:30 and having an amazing early dinner at Kimo’s in Lahaina, along with some shaved ice for desert.

Ferry from Maui to Lanai
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2012/09/22The ride to Lanai was nice, great view. Not much to do once you get there. We stayed at the beach, did not go into town. The ride back was Very choppy. I have never felt sea sick before, even ate ginger candy.
