Great experience!
Reviewed by: Carla , 2022/07/30The staff was amazing! The tour is a wonderful experience. I was hoping to see more marine life, but of course that’s not in anyones control. That was my only disappointment. Otherwise everything was well organized. I would recommend this excursion at least once to experience it.

Unique. Tour Host was the Best Part.
Reviewed by: Tamara L., 2022/06/14We took our three boys (ages 8, 6, and 3) on this during our first visit to Maui and overall, really enjoyed ourselves. The host was witty and funny, even if he's likely reusing the same jokes over and over. Understandably, it doesn't appear as colorful as you'd expect because of how the lighting changes things through the windows, but it was a really unique experience. I would say happy we did it once, but wouldn't do it again.
To be honest, the only thing that really disappointed me was knowing that the sunken ship was completely staged for the submarine tours. It didn't feel authentic.
Pros - we got to see a lot of marine life! Sharks included. And the boatride to/from the submarine was really nice and the kids were pretty blown away when the submarine first popped up.
Great job to the tour guides and staff!

First submarine ride for my family and me.
Reviewed by: Jaime, 2022/04/04The experience was one for the books, I took my 2, 5, and 7 years old. The year-old was super excited about all the cool fish he saw. The 5-year-old attention span was about ten minutes, after that he was just out of it. The 2-year-old was looking for mermaids. So overall it was a success.

Family Submarine Dive
