After check-in wait
Reviewed by: Washington Visitor, 2018/03/19After checking in with "desk" there was an extremely long wait for the shuttle. Staff mumbled something about the driver having gone home, so we had to wait for another driver. Poor staff planning.

Noticed Our Driver Ignored Red Lights
Reviewed by: Elwyn-California., 2017/11/01Welcomed at the airport’s arrival area by a company employee who kindly gave us needed directions. Waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive outside the Maui Airport terminal building. Shuttle bus clean and comfortable. Female shuttle bus driver was courteous but drove the shuttle bus too fast with a fuul load of passengers. I noticed that whenever a traffiic light would turn from green to orange, she sped up to beat the red light, which she actually did twice. We have patronized Roberts Hawaii in our previous visits to Oahu and we were satisfied with their services, these are the reasons I chose this company again.

Disappointed
Reviewed by: Washington Visitor, 2017/03/27I called twice to verify my pick up location and STILL they didn't get it right and were therefore late with pick up! Driver played some obnoxious radio station during the entire trip so loud that no conversation was possible. Not a very pleasant experience.

late pick-up

and the driver had to back track to pick us up. over-all 25 min. late. this was a little stressful. The driver did apologise. Otherwise every0ne was very polite nd helpful.

Too long a delay
Reviewed by: Freaby, 2016/09/18We were met at Kahului airport by a lovely guy who then asked us to sit and wait 20 minutes which turned into 40 minutes watching 6 people stand around the customer 'service' desk until an empty van turned up. From arrival to being dropped off at our destination 15 minutes away; 90 minutes. We're taking SpeediShittle back.

事故でハイウェイ封鎖・・・
Reviewed by: hawaii, 2016/07/04チェックアウトの際にホテルのフロントでハイウェイで事故があって空港までの道が封鎖されていると聞き、送迎が来るのかどうか不安で急いで問い合わせました。メールアドレスや滞在先を登録しているんだから、こういうトラブルがあった際には一応連絡をくれてもいいと思うのですが・・・。自分で問い合わせるまで本当に不安でした。しかも、時間通り行くと言われたにもかかわらず、結局15分以上遅れてやってきて、飛行機に間に合わないのではないかとさらに不安になりました。事故なのでしょうがないですが、そういう情報があるのならばすぐに共有してほしかったです。

Airport to Hotel was great, Hotel to Airport not so much

Got a confirmation email, called to check again the time and location on the day prior to pick up to the airport.
Nevertheless there was a 30 min. delay because the driver "forgot" to pick me up. Had to call 3 times to get things straight. Was on hold first time and got hung upon, second time also got hung upon while on hold. For the third time I got reconfirmed that the driver will promptly pick me up in a few min. which he actually did so I added a star.
Airport to Hotel:
Now this was a nice experience.
Flight got delayed but I think they check flight schedule on a real time basis.
Welcomed on arrival with a shell lei around the neck, there is a desk when you exit the baggage claim area, so it is really hard to miss. Nice van with cool air conditioning right to your door. Highly recommended!
All in all, don't rely too much on the hotel pickup time and arrange it early so that you have some extra time and don't miss the flight even if things get messed up.

Mini shuttle or Tour Bus?
Reviewed by: Bill, 2014/10/11I was confused as to where my shuttle would pick me up after being told by the tour bus driver on drop off at the parking lot near the car rental booths that this is where I would be picked up after returning my rental car a few days later. I was glad I checked to find out that a mini shuttle would instead pick me up at the front of the baggage area.
Less confusion would have been avoided if I were given instructions when I made my reservation.
