Truly unique way to see the island
Reviewed by: Kfw, 2019/04/02All in all, we liked this a lot just because of where you get to go and how close you’re able to fly . Very comfortable ride, excellent pilot but his narration was pretty tired sounding. Luckily , we had learned a lot of the names and stories beforehand so that didn’t bother us much, but it might others.
Their flight video needs an upgrade also- it is tough to get good shots from inside, so we totally would have bought a high quality video had it been available.
Overall 4/5 stars. Helicopters are cool !

Good but...
Reviewed by: Jem, 2017/12/03Our helicopter adventure was good. A few things that could’ve been better was our pilot’s voice could be louder. It was hard to hear him at times. Also, at the end of our helicopter flight, we wanted to buy the USB video of our actual flight and photo but the person responsible for the USB forgot our video in the helicopter. My boyfriend and I wanted to buy both but we couldn’t. We were asked if we could return to the Sunshine Helicopters office in an hour but we couldn’t as we were flying out that day and our schedule was already tight. No other options were able to give us the USB video unless we were to pay shipping to Canada. That option didn’t even guarantee the USB getting delivered to us as it wouldn’t have a tracking number. It just sucked that we didn’t have the chance to get the USB video even when we really wanted to buy it.

the sale gimmick of taking a photo near the helicopter nad selling it at a exhorbitant price soured the experience to some extent..suggesstion is to give it as a momento at a throwaway price..the good will it would create would build the brand immensely..
