Great splurge for Hawaii arrival!
Reviewed by: Yes to Hawaii, 2022/01/17Celebrating something special? Want to get to Waikiki in style? This limo was GORGEOUS. I had a visitor who was new to the island and wanted to make it special. We met the greeter at baggage claim and they had sign waiting with my name. We were escorted to the limo and it was super nice. Perfect start to a staycation!
Yes to Hawaii =) Its still a great time to come to Hawaii while the rates are affordable. Just continue to be safe and mask up, wash your hands and also social distance. We appreciate your comment and until we see you again, MAHALO!

Kona airport transfer
Reviewed by: Gale, 2021/07/08Our van took a long time to finally pick us up from the airport. The driver was very personable but dropped us at the Hilton lower lobby. We had no idea where we were. We had to find our way to an elevator and get to the main lobby to check in. I had to drag two suitcases since my husband is in a wheelchair. It was very stressful after long flights and a long wait for the van.

Smooth ride, but no Lei at arrival
Reviewed by: Melissa P, 2021/05/18We paid for the ride and a Lei greeting well in advance of our trip. Plenty of time for someone to figure out they don't do Lei greetings at the airport in which we arrived.
We didn't get it, so I called to find out what happened. That's when I was informed there was not ever going to be a Lei Greeting. I've been trying to contact the company for a couple of days for my $30 refund and can't seem to stir up a human for help.
The shuttle was waiting for us and the driver was friendly. He pointed out some restaurants we should try near our Airbnb.
Aside from the lack of communication and needing a refund, I'm happy with the transportation we received.

Speedi Shuttle Did The Job

Though I booked for the 'shared' option, 3 out of the 4 transfers I was the only rider, so it was a great value. Would definitely use again when I'm not renting a car in HI.

Great early pick-up service to get to the airport.

The driver called in advance to let me know he would be arriving soon & he was quite polite & helpful as I was dragging my luggage down to the pick-up point.

Professional and Timely Shuttle Service

The driver carefully handled our luggage and warned us to watch our step when boarding and deboarding. His professionalism continued with casual conversation as he drove towards the airport, using safe and defensive driving skills along the way. The vehicle was a shuttle type and was exceptionally clean inside and out. Overall, this was an outstanding experience.

It was ok but not sure it was worth the price

The driver must have been having lunch since when we got on the van there was a strong food smell inside which we had to ride with for half an hour since windows were up for AC.

Roberts Hawaii were there right away and took our luggage to van, had cool water waiting for us and drove us to our Hotel with ease and had a relaxing trip.
