    • This activity is wheelchair accessible. Passengers traveling with a collapsible wheelchair are more than welcome to join our tour.

What kind of vehicle will be used?
  • You will be on a new 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinter van, and with a maximum of 13 passengers on each tour, your comfort is assured.
What should I wear for tours on Big Island?
  • Although Hawaii is home to the endless summer, there are places and times where the temperature can drop substantially. Temperatures at the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park can range from 50 to 75 degrees F. Saddle Road temperatures can get even lower to perhaps 40 degrees F.

    Most guests wear a light jacket and shorts or long pants. Wearing comfortable shoes, and bring a light sweater or jacket is recommended. or bring long pants for after sunset, especially for stargazing.
