Reviewed by: Gale, 2021/07/08Our van took a long time to finally pick us up from the airport. The driver was very personable but dropped us at the Hilton lower lobby. We had no idea where we were. We had to find our way to an elevator and get to the main lobby to check in. I had to drag two suitcases since my husband is in a wheelchair. It was very stressful after long flights and a long wait for the van.

wrong hotel

Airport transfer
Reviewed by: M.Desau, 2017/04/19Reception at airport on arrival good..van driver came little late,not want to involve in any conversation started radio so we can't ask any questions no help with luggage loading had some one local lady driving went to drop her first no apology took additional half hour drive in traffic,not a good experience two points for car and greeting by another guy at airport

Hide n seek Kona
Reviewed by: Cheapdozen, 2016/09/13Dispatcher called my cell long distance to confirm flight details, information NEVER given to shuttle driver. Waited longest time ever on rainy night for pick up, had to call and remind crew of my airline name & location.
