I had to wait at both Kona and Maui airports. Over an hour at Maui.

Requested pick up time not honored
Reviewed by: Ivan P., 2017/01/17My fight departure was 11:50pm, so I requested to be picked up at 9:45pm. However, upon confirmation I was notified the pickup time would be 7:45pm (take or leave it with no refund.) The ride took about 30 minutes, so I was at the airport around 8:15pm and had to wait more than 3 hours before boarding. So no complains about the ride itself, but it would be nice if my requested pickup time would have been respected.

Stressful
Reviewed by: Jason, 2016/04/04My arrival pickup couldn't have been better. I was off the plane and on the shuttle within 5 minutes. I booked that one online. I called to schedule my return shuttle. When the time came, no one showed up. When I called them, they said they had no record of my reservation. Thirty minutes later the shuttle showed up. I made my flight, but I doubt I would if I had not called them. Very nice staff but didn't love the experience.
