In April, I also participated in the Hangar Tour. Since I have a general interest in the aviation industry, I had a very enjoyable time on this tour. I was able to encounter the training environment, and the mechanics noticed us and waved, allowing me to feel their warmth.

One point I would mention as a downside is that during the initial lecture, the volume of the background music in the video was loud, making it difficult to hear the speaker in many instances.

4月にHangar Tour にも参加しました。航空業界全般に興味があるので、本ツアーもとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
訓練をされている現場に遭遇することができましたし、整備士の方々がこちらに気付き、手を振ってくださり、皆さんの温かさを感じることができました。
一点だけ、残念な点を挙げさせていただけば、冒頭の座学の際、映像のBGMの音量が大きく、説明者の方の声が聞きづらい場面が多々ありました。

When entering the water from land, there was a big splash that was impressive, and those on the outside got thoroughly soaked, resulting in everyone bursting into laughter! It was a very enjoyable tour! I want to ride again.

陸路から水に入る時には、ザブーンと水しぶきをあげ迫力があり、外側の人はしっかり濡れて皆さん爆笑！とても楽しいツアーでした！また乗りたいです。

I had trouble making a reservation for a long time, but I finally got to go. Since it was a paid experience, I was excited to see what it would be like, but I felt it was a bit simpler than I expected. However, I was happy to be able to tour the valuable training facility, and the exclusive merchandise and gacha available only to participants were a nice touch. The stories from the current cabin attendants were also easy to understand and enjoyable.

ずっと予約が取れず、やっと行くことができました。
有料だったこともあり、どんな内容かワクワクしていましたが、思ったよりはあっさりした感じだったかな、と思います。
ただ、貴重な訓練施設を見学でき、参加者のみが購入できるグッズやガチャは嬉しかったです。
現役CAさんのお話も分かりやすくて良かったです。

We Hadès a wonderful journey to Mount Fuji.
Our guide and chauffeur where very kind and helpful.
The lake kawaguchi and the visit of the sanctuary so peaceful after the crowded lake was magical.

I participated with my elderly mothers. The weather and breeze were pleasant. The meeting place was close to Tokyo Station and easy to find. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate again.

天気や風も気持ち良く。東京駅から近い集合場所も、解り安く機会があれば、また参加したいです。

It was drizzling, but they provided simple raincoats, which helped. Even though it was a two-hour course, we had one hour of free time in Odaiba. The tour was about enjoying the night view by finding our own spots. When the bus came to pick us up after free time, the seats were still wet, probably because of the light rain. Since it’s a paid tour, I thought there should have been at least some consideration to wipe them down, which might have made me want to use their services again.

In the end, the highlight was just the illumination of Tokyo Tower. Passing by the closed Tsukiji at night and getting explanations was not interesting at all. The lights of Ginza were just glamorous.

Well, it was a tour that matched the price. I was disappointed in myself for having too high expectations.

小雨だったけど簡易レインコートを配ってくださり、凌げた。2時間コースなのにお台場で1時間のフリータイム。
夜景は自分で場所を探して堪能するツアーでした。乗客を下ろし、フリータイムが終わる時間に来たバスは小雨だからか座席は濡れたまま。金とってるツアーなんだからせめて拭いておくくらいの心遣いはあったほうが次も利用しようと思ったかもしれない。
結局目玉は東京タワーのライトアップのみ。夜の閉まっている築地の前を通って説明されても面白くもない。銀座の明かりが華やかだっただけ。
まぁ値段並みのツアーでした。
期待しすぎた自分が残念でした。

I learned about the facility opening and waited for several years.
Although COVID-19 had an impact, I was finally able to visit.
The flight attendant has transferred to this department and provided explanations from a professional perspective.
Unlike in-flight service, I was able to have conversations up close, and it was really enjoyable.
It's a training facility for employees, and it's definitely worth seeing.

コロナが影響しましたが、ようやく見学できました。
CAさんがこの部署に異動となり、プロからの解説。
機内での接客とは異なり近くでお話ができ
すごく楽しめます。
社員の方々の訓練施設。見ごたえありますよ。

Thoughts after the visit: It was a truly wonderful training facility! If I could wish for anything, I would have liked to see a bit more in-depth areas as well! Like the training scenes, etc. (^_^)

I visited the ANA hangar and made this reservation for the tour. It was truly educational. I found things that I can apply to my own work, and I gained a deeper understanding of how the ANA employees, whom I frequently rely on, consistently provide better service to customers and maintain thorough safety management.

I wish the time could have been extended a bit, and it would have been great to have some hands-on experiences...

ＡＮＡの格納庫見学をして、この見学を予約しました。本当に勉強になりました。自分自身の仕事に生かせるものもあり、自分がよく利用する、ANAの従業員の皆様方が常日頃から、お客様によりよいサービスを提供し、安全管理も徹底している様子が、さらにわかりました。

もう少し時間を伸ばしてもらうのと、どれか体験させてもらえれば・・・・・。

This is a popular tour that is always fully booked even on weekdays. On this day, there was training for cabin attendants, mechanics, and pilots, and we were able to observe it in person. We got to watch videos of the view from the cockpit, sit in business class seats, and even mimic cabin attendants, making for a hands-on experience. There are also exclusive ANA products available for purchase that you can't find anywhere else. Uniquely, there is a capsule gacha (limited to one per person) featuring used equipment, and I ended up getting an oil gauge! I think it's a delightful gacha for enthusiasts. Since this is an irregularly scheduled tour, reservations fill up quickly, so be sure to book early.

平日でも毎回満員御礼の人気ツアーです。この日はCA さん、整備士さん、パイロットさんの研修が行われていて実際に見学しました。コックピットからの景色の映像を見たり、ビジネスクラスのシートに座れたり、CA さんの真似事をしたりと、体験もできます。ここでしか購入できない限定のANA商品もあります。ユニークな事に、使用済み機材がカプセルに入ったガチャ（1人1回まで）があって、私はオイル計が出てきましまた！マニアには嬉しいガチャだと思います。
不定期のツアーなので、すぐに予約が埋まってしまうので、早めにご予約を。

The tour lasted about 2 hours and included a visit to the training center. I was able to take photos, and it was very educational.

Next time, I would like to visit the safety center as well.

The ability to use three routes freely with an unlimited ride pass was very appealing. However, when I actually tried it, the 40-minute interval between buses during lunch time was too short, and I ended up missing the bus and had to take a taxi. After exploring Asakusa with the red line, I got off in Shibuya, but the distance to Meiji Shrine was far, so I had to take a taxi again. I would like to see a few more stops added in convenient locations.

乗り放題で三つのルートを自由に利用出来ることはとても魅力出来でしたが。
実際回って見ると、ランチの時間では次の便まで40分の間隔は短くて乗り遅れましてタクシーを利用する事になりました。
レットで浅草を回った後、
次は渋谷で降り場と目指した明治神宮までの距離が遠くてまたタクシーに乗る事になりました。
少し停留所を便利な場所に増やして欲しいです。

I was able to see the timing of the emergency boat training and the boat detachment. The simulation training was fun, with the airplane moving up and down and tilting forward. You can also sit in the cockpit and experience the feeling of being a pilot.

タイミングよく見ること出来ました。そしてシュミレーション？訓練、飛行機が上下に動き、前に傾いたり楽しかった。操縦室にも座ってパイロット気分味わえます。

I have always had a strong desire to visit at least once, and this time I was able to participate. I hope to have the opportunity to go again someday.

I have an interest in the aviation industry and participated in this event. The current cabin attendants were very kind and provided thorough guidance, which was great. From the reception, the atmosphere of the facility was so perfect that I felt like I was already boarding a plane. I was impressed that the airplane mock-up was actually moving. The 90 minutes flew by, and the time felt very fulfilling. I think I would never get bored participating multiple times, and I would like to join again.

The explanation from the cabin attendant who guided us was very clear, and you can really feel their professionalism in customer service. It's a shame it wasn't a training day, but I'm glad I got to see the real scene.

I visited ANA's training facility.
I was able to see the training of various professions, and it became clear that many people are involved with the airplanes we often see without thinking. I particularly understood the importance of teamwork.
During the tour, it felt as if I was listening to announcements in an airport. I also think the guide did a great job creating a good atmosphere.

ツアーの中では、まるで空港の中でアナウンスを聞いているようでした。ガイドさんが良い雰囲気を作って頂いたのもよかったと思います。

I was impressed by the amazing facilities that are usually not accessible. In addition to pilots and cabin crew, there are many ground staff who manage equipment and ensure the safety of the aircraft. They strive for improvement through training and practice.

Pilots must take qualification exams for each specific aircraft, meaning they can only fly that particular type. There were many details about the various job responsibilities that I was unaware of.

The explanations were thorough, and there were places to take photos, so I enjoyed it without getting bored.

What was impressive was that the tour started and ended exactly on time!

普段は見れない施設内に設備の凄さに感動
パイロットやCAのほかにもたくさんの
グランドスタッフに設備機器等を管理するスタッフが居て飛行機の安全を確保している。
研修や訓練で日々向上を目指す。

パイロットは、一つの飛行機の資格試験を受けてその飛行機しか飛ばせない。
多々、それぞれの細かい仕事内容が知らないことばかりでした。

説明も丁寧で、写真撮れる場所もあるから飽きずにとっても楽しめました。

スゴイのは、案内時間がピッタリ！始まり、
ピッタリ！終わったこと。

I participated in the session starting at 11:45. Even if you arrive early, you will have to wait outside the building. When the start time arrives, you can enter the venue and check in at the counter where ANA staff are waiting. You need to present either the voucher screen received via email or a printed version of the voucher, along with an identification document (such as a driver's license, health insurance card, passport, student ID, or My Number card). Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a key for a locker to store your luggage and outerwear, as well as a special touch pen.

When the tour begins, there is an announcement similar to those at airport boarding gates, and you enter the facility from the gate. Unfortunately, smartphones and cameras must be stored in lockers before entering the tour route. Since I couldn't capture any images, I focused on observing as clearly as possible to imprint the experience in my memory.

In the training area, you can see facilities equipped like an airport, including a check-in counter and automatic baggage drop machines, a pool for emergency water landing training, equipment to simulate airplane turbulence, and flight simulator equipment. Each training area features the latest facilities that can be viewed from the tour path.

After retrieving my smartphone and camera, the last stop is the commemorative photo area. Not only can you take pictures, but you can also touch real equipment, such as sitting in the cockpit of an Airbus A320 and having someone (the navigator) take your photo, as well as interacting with switches. The 90 minutes flew by. I believe participating in this tour is highly meaningful, as it offers experiences that you would never be able to see otherwise.

早く到着しても建物の外で待たされます。
開始時間になると館内に入って、ANAのスタッフの方が待つカウンターにて、メールで受け取ったバウチャー画面かバウチャーを印刷したもののいずれかと、身分証明書（運転免許証、健康保険証、パスポート、学生証、マイナンバーカードのいずれか）を提示してチェックイン。予約が確認できると、手荷物や上着などを入れるロッカーのカギと、特製のタッチペンが渡されます。
見学ツアーの開始時間になると、空港の搭乗ゲートでのアナウンスさながらに、見学ツアー開始のアナウンスがあり、ゲートから施設内に入っていきます。残念なことに、スマホやカメラ類は見学コースに入る前のロッカーに預けることになりました。
映像として残すことができないなら、少しでも鮮明に脳裏に焼き付けておこうとできる限り真剣に見てきました。
訓練エリアにはチェックインカウンターや自動手荷物預け機など、空港と同じ設備を備えたエリア、緊急着水訓練を行うことのできるプール、飛行機の揺れが再現できる設備、フライトシュミレーター設備など、各訓練エリアには最新の設備を見学通路から見ることができます。
スマホやカメラを受け取り、最後は記念撮影エリアです。写真撮影するだけでなく本物に触れることができる空間てはエアバスA320のコックピットに実際に座って写真を撮ったり（ナビゲーターの方に撮ってもらったり）、スイッチなどに触れることもできます。あっという間の90分でした。この施設に来なければ決して見ることはできないものなので、これだけでも見学ツアーに参加する意味は大きいと思います。

I think it depends on the timing, but I couldn't see much of the actual training scenery, and it was mostly just the guide's explanations, so I didn't have a particularly meaningful experience.

Even though it was only 1,000 yen, I felt it wasn't worth paying to participate. This time, I attended with three people, and we all shared the same opinion.

タイミングによるのかと思いますが、実際の訓練中の風景はあまり見ることが出来ず、あとはガイドさんの説明ばかりだったので、特に有意義な体験は出来ませんでした。

たった1000円とは言え、お金を払ってまで参加する価値はないかなと感じました。今回、3名で参加させていただきましたが、皆同意見でした。

The cabin attendant provided guidance, and I was able to learn more about the various roles related to ANA. While many people are likely aware of the three stripes for first officers and four stripes for captains, I realized that cabin attendants, mechanics, ground staff, and others also have their own goals to strive for.

As a man over 50, I appreciated the opportunity to visit your training facility in Tokyo after a long time, and I hope to use this experience to benefit myself in the future. Thank you very much.

CAの方が案内をしてくださいましたが、ANAにかかわる様々な職種について、より多くのことを知ることができたし、副操縦士の３本線、機長の４本線というのは結構皆さんお知りだと思いますが、CA、整備士、グランドスタッフ、他の職種の方にもさらに目指す目標があるのだとわかりました。

The weather was wonderful, and it felt great to get splashed by the water while entering the sea. I got a little wet, but I dried off quickly, and before I knew it, it was over. It was a fleeting moment.

天気にも恵まれて、気持ちよく、海に入る際に水しぶきをうけて、少し濡れましたが、あっという間に乾いて、そして、あっという間に終わってしまい、あっという間のひとときでした。

As someone who loves airplanes and works in the aviation industry, I have been eagerly awaiting the resumption of this ABB tour. Since it was a weekday on April 11, the participants were all adults.

Upon arrival, I checked in, and even while waiting for the tour to start, my excitement was through the roof. There were plenty of things to do with the latest equipment, and I could learn about the history of ANA, which was very educational.

The actual tour is conducted by a current cabin attendant. I was really impressed by how she explained everything appropriately while maintaining eye contact with us, all without any notes—it was truly moving! There were some lengthy explanations, and I could tell she had studied a lot for this. I felt grateful!

After the tour, I learned so much, and I gained a newfound respect for ground staff, maintenance personnel, cabin attendants, and pilots. I realized just how much effort they put into ensuring safety in the skies. I highly recommend this tour.

Lastly, you can purchase original merchandise from this tour, and I found myself wanting everything. Please note that payments are only accepted via electronic money, and cash cannot be used.

飛行機好きで、仕事も航空関係で、だからこそ、このＡＢＢの見学ツアー再開を待ち望んでおりました。
4月11日平日だったので、参加者は大人ばかりでした。
現地について、チェックインして、ツアー開始までの待っている間でさえテンション上がりっぱなし。最新の設備で時間潰せたり、ANAの歴史が見られたり、勉強になることたくさんでした。
実際のツアーは現役CAさんが担当してくださいます。すごいなーと感心したのは、まったくカンペなしで私達とアイコンタクト取りながら適切に説明してくださって、まさに感動！すごく長いお話のくだりもあったり、とても勉強してくださったんだろうなと思います。ありがと！って感じでした。
ツアーを見て、いろんなことを勉強させていただいて、ＧＦさん、整備士さん、CAさん、パイロットさんへの見方は尊敬に値するし、空の安全を守るためにどれだけ努力してくださっているんだなと改めてわかりました。
ほんとオススメのツアーです。

I went with my foreign partner. The verbal explanations were in Japanese, but I was able to borrow printed materials in English. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Since I'm not good with directions, I made sure to arrive at the station with plenty of time to spare. It's quite a walk from the monorail station.

外国人の連れ合いと行きました。口頭の説明は日本語ですが、英語の印刷物を貸してもらえました。とても楽しい体験でした。

方向音痴のため、時間に余裕を持たせて駅に着くようにしました。モノレール駅からは結構歩きます。

The facility was very clean, and I had a good impression the moment I entered. During the 90 minutes, I received various explanations. It was nice to see things that are usually not visible, like a slide floating in the pool.

プールにスライドシュートが浮かんでいたりと、普段見れないものが見れて良かったです。

This was my first time participating in such a tour, and I thought it was very affordable. The content was filled with hospitality. It was also valuable to see the actual training in progress. I thought it would be nice if merchandise could be purchased on-site by people other than the visitors.

The staff were incredibly kind, and I had a very enjoyable time. I was excited to learn that the mechanics from ANA actually use the same work gloves! It was great to discover things I didn't know before. I highly recommend the limited edition merchandise!

I had a vague understanding of the history of aircraft, but for those interested in airplanes, seeing the training process makes me realize how seriously the crew studies and how hard they work every day to ensure our safety. It makes me wonder, is it really safe to fly? As someone who boards with a bit of skepticism, I appreciate that the cabin crew has undergone such extensive training. I think it would be tough to endure this job if you didn't love airplanes. I'm glad I accidentally joined this tour. I'll also be participating in a hangar tour in April.

何となく知っていたようなレベルの航空機の歴史等等，飛行機に興味ある方は訓練の様子から，こんなにも真面目に勉強してくださって
私達の安全を守る為に日々努力されているのかと思うと，飛行機✈️って大丈夫？とどっか半信半疑で乗っている私には，大丈夫何かあってもこれだけの訓練をされて搭乗してくれているCAの方々，飛行機が好きでないと中々耐えられないだろうなと思える事もあり，間違えてツアーに参加して良かった。の一言です。
4月に格納庫参加ツアーにも行って参ります。

This is a training facility for All Nippon Airways staff to further enhance their passion for work. Although visitors can only catch a glimpse of the activities, it was clear that employees from various job roles are honing their skills here. In the afternoon of that day, I also participated in a tour of the aircraft factory and returned home on an All Nippon Airways flight. I was able to deeply understand and feel the work of the All Nippon Airways staff. I recommend preparing a lot of questions in advance, enough to make the guide feel challenged.

全日空のみなさんが仕事への情熱をさらに高めるための訓練施設です。見学者はその様子を垣間見るだけではありますが、あらゆる職種のみなさんがここでスキルを磨いていることがわかりました。私はこの日の午後には機体工場見学にも参加し、全日空便で地元に帰りました。全日空のみなさんの仕事の様子を深く知り感じることができました。参加するときは、案内してくださる方が困るくらいの質問を予め考えておくことをオススメします。
