The tour duration is just right for seniors.

This was my third visit. This time, our guide was a flight attendant who is currently pregnant. She mentioned that she won't be able to work on flights until after her maternity leave, but she was actively engaged as our guide. I was able to hear various stories, and it was a satisfying tour. I also got some new souvenirs!

3回目の訪問でした。今回の案内役は現在妊娠中のCAさんでした。飛行機への乗務は育休明けまで出来ないとのことでしたが、案内役として活躍されていました。色々なお話も聞けて、満足のツアーでした。
お土産の新たなアイテムもゲット出来ました！

I participated with my elementary school child on the substitute holiday for the sports day. I was happy to see the trained crew members waving at us. Both adults and children enjoyed it. Knowing about the backyard makes me feel more at ease about flying.

小学生の子供と、運動会の振替休日に参加しました。
実際に訓練されているクルーの方が手を振ってくれてうれしかったです。大人も子供も楽しめました。バックヤードを知って、改めて安心して飛行機にのれそうです。

I participated in this tour and was able to learn that all the employees undergo rigorous training repeatedly and work under strict standards. That's why I felt that our safety is being protected, and I felt a sense of gratitude. I'm glad I joined the tour! I highly recommend it!

このツアーに参加して、社員さん全員が何度も訓練を繰り返し、厳しい基準のもとに働いておられることを改めて知ることができました。
だからこそ私たちの安全が守られているんだなと感じ、感謝の気持ちもわいてきました。

I participated alone as a woman on a weekday. At first, I felt a bit out of place because the other participants were really lively, but the flight attendant who guided us kindly spoke to me. When I shared my love for ground handling, we had a great conversation. I was able to tour the training facility, which I usually can't see, and it was a wonderful experience.

平日に女子1人で参加しました。他の参加者の方が盛り上がっていて始めは肩身が狭かったですが、案内してくださったCAさんが優しく声をかけて下さり、グラハン好きなことを伝えると色々話をして下さりました。
普段見ることが出来ない訓練施設の様子を見学することができ、いい経験になりました。

The pilot trainee provided a thorough explanation. Since the tour is limited to a maximum of 15 people, you can take your time to explore. On the day I visited, the ground staff and maintenance team were in training, but I was able to enjoy the experience while learning about ANA's commitment to safety.

I think it's also great for middle school students and above to experience this kind of career exploration. Many participants come alone, and the staff are happy to take photos if you ask, so you can really enjoy your time there.

パイロット訓練生が丁寧に説明して下さいました。MAX15人のツアーなので、ゆっくり見学ができます。私が伺った日は、グランドスタッフ、整備の皆さまが訓練中でしたが、ANAさんの安全への取り組み等、楽しみながら体験できました。
中学生以上の職業体験にも良いと思います。
1人参加の方も多く、スタッフの方が写真もお願いすると撮って下さいますから、楽しめますよ。

Had a wonderful time with my friend at the ANA Blue Base tour. The guides were very accommodating and helpful.

We didn’t know what to expect, but we learned a lot from this educational tour. We were amazed by the intensive training ANA staff receive from different departments, along with the teamwork involved. You can also take photos at designated spots before and after the tour. I loved the free sticker and mini boarding pass (mini card) they included. If you’re an aerophile or looking for unique activities in Tokyo, I recommend this! There’s also a souvenir section where you can buy items.

There was a time when I thought I would be late, and normally, if you arrive late, it would be treated as a no-show. However, when I directly contacted the tour desk's Gmail, they quickly responded that I could join the tour if I arrived by 〇〇:〇〇, which was incredibly helpful.

遅れそうになった時がありまして本来時間に遅れたら無断キャンセル扱いとなりますが見学ツアーデスクのgmailに直接連絡したら〇〇時〇〇分までなら途中参加可能などの早急対応をしていただき凄く助かりました。

I participated alone, but I had a great time. I love airplanes, so the content was very interesting and it flew by quickly. I want to go again.

On the day of my visit, heavy rain disrupted public transportation, causing delays in my arrival, but I received courteous assistance.

The guide was a former cabin attendant, and the explanation was entertaining and enjoyable, making the time fly by. I was thrilled to be in a place where real pilots are actually trained!

当日、大雨の影響で公共交通機関が乱れてしまい、到着が遅れましたが、丁寧に対応してもらいました。

案内は、元CAさん。面白楽しく解説つきであっという間に終了しました。
本物のパイロットさんたちが本当に訓練されている場所ということで、キュンキュンしました！！

You can see a realistic training session of ANA. You can also understand the thoughts ANA has regarding their training. However, 1500 yen seems a bit expensive.

また、ANAがどの様な考えを持って訓練をしているのが分かる。
しかし、1500円は少し高い様な気がする。

It was my first time participating, and it was a wonderful tour.

It was very interesting, and it was a fantastic facility that entertained both adults and children. I had a great time. Especially, the pilot's experience was incredibly fun! If I had any questions, they were happy to answer and I made new discoveries. They responded to the children's questions, which came from surprising angles, with a smile and in an easy-to-understand manner, even if the topics were unrelated. The flight attendants were truly wonderful people, and I couldn't help but admire them.

初めての参加でしたが、とても素敵なツアーでした。

とても興味深く、大人も子供も楽しませてくれる様な素晴らしい施設となっており大変楽しめました。
特にパイロットの◯◯の◯◯が凄く楽しかったです！
わからないことは質問をすれば教えて下さり、新たな発見がありました。
驚きの角度から来る子供さんの質問にも笑顔でわかりやすく、たとえ関係のない内容でも寄り添いお答えされていました。
CAをされている方はやはり素敵な方で憧れてしまいますね。

It was a valuable experience to enter an area that is usually not accessible. The number of participants was limited, making for a comfortable tour without any chaos. It’s enjoyable for everyone, from adults to small children. The admission tickets we received were stylish, and there were exclusive goods available only there, keeping us excited from start to finish in that rare situation.

普通は見られないエリアに入れ、貴重な体験でした。
一回の参加人数も限られており、わちゃわちゃすることもなく快適なツアーでした。
大人から小さいお子さんまで、楽しめます。
いただく入場チケットもおしゃれで、そこでしか買えないグッズもあり、最初から最後までそのレアな状況に興奮しっぱなしでした。

You can actually see scenes where training for each job role is taking place. The person who guided us was a flight attendant, and it was very enjoyable as they shared stories from their own training experiences.

実際に各職種の訓練が行われている風景を見ることが出来ます。
案内してくださったのが客室乗務員の方で、実際に訓練されてた経験からお話ししてくださったり、とても楽しかったです。

The staff from All Nippon Airways provided clear explanations, which was very good. It might be worth going not just once, but two or three times.

案内してくださる全日空の方も分かりやすく説明していただき、とても良かったです。
一度ではなく、二度、三度行っても良いかもです

Very professional and friendly guides!! And I feel like ANA has a complete visiting plan for the visitors. No doubt about that ANA base tour is the best airline base tour I have ever participated!!

I was glad to see places that are not usually accessible, such as the training sessions and practice locations. There are many things that you can't understand unless you visit, and for someone like me who is interested in the aviation industry, it was a very valuable experience.

訓練の様子や訓練の練習場所などなかなか見れない場所を見れて良かったです。見学に行かないと分からない事がたくさんあり、航空業界に興味ある私にとってはとても貴重な体験でした。

CA was able to explain things in detail and shared a lot of insights. It was great to hear about airplanes and airports personally after the tour. They took the initiative to take photos at the photo corner, which was fun! It was a valuable experience since we could also see the training in progress at certain times.

CAさんが実際に説明してくださって、見聞を含め多く語っていただけました。ツアー終了後も個人的に飛行機、空港の話を聞けてよかったです。写真コーナーで率先して写真を撮ってくださって、楽しかったです！！時間によって訓練しているところも見れたので貴重な時間でした

ANA's training center for various job roles. It's reassuring to know that even after debuting, they continue to undergo regular training, which gives us peace of mind as ANA users. A trainee pilot was serving as a guide, so I was able to hear some rare stories from the field, which was very interesting. They were just doing a simulation with new ground staff and maintenance personnel, and I was happy to see behind the scenes. I could only get tickets for the walking tour, so I felt lucky to have secured those and participated, but I might end up with a bit of tired feet. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes when you join. I definitely think it's worth going! ☝

ANAの各職種の方々の訓練センター。
デビューしてからも定期的に訓練しているとの事で、ANAを利用している私達も安心できるシステム。
パイロット見習いの方がガイド役を担っていたので、現場のレアなお話も聞けて、とても興味深かった。
ちょうど新人グランドスタッフさんと整備士の方々とパイロットのシミュレーションをやっていて、裏側をみれて嬉しかった。
ウォーキングツアーしかチケット取れなかったので、取れただけ、ラッキーとし、参加したが、やはり少し足が疲れるかも。
参加する際は、歩き慣れた靴をオススメ。
行く価値は、絶対あると思う☝

The explanations were thorough, and questions were answered, which helped me understand better. There were many children participating, but I think they were able to understand as well.

丁寧な説明と質問にも回答をされ、より理解することができた。子供も多く参加されていたが、理解出来たと思う。

たまたま英語セッションしか空いて予約できませんでしたが、機会があれば沢山訓練している日、時間に見学したいです。

I was able to observe the training of ANA employees, which was a rare experience. Since it's a paid event, it's easier to make a reservation compared to the factory hangar tour, which is great. I'm also happy as a fan to be able to buy exclusive merchandise here.

I wasn't sure what training would be available that day, but even the ground staff were lacking. Since it was a paid service, I might have had too high expectations. I wished there had been a bit more creativity, like offering snacks that would be served on board. It was disappointing that there was nothing I wanted to buy from the souvenir shop. I won't be going again.

その日によって見れる訓練が分からないと言うことでしたが、グランドスタッフくらいでものたりなかった。有料でしたのでちょっと期待し過ぎたかな。機内で出るお菓子とかも出していただけるとかもう少し工夫が欲しかった。お土産の販売も何も買いたいものがなかったのが残念。もう行くことはないです。

I participated for my son, who dreams of becoming a pilot. Since I also dreamed of working for ANA when I was younger, it was both enviable and a valuable experience to see everyone receiving training in such a bright environment. There weren't too many participants, which created a homey atmosphere, so I took advantage of the words of the current cabin attendant who encouraged us to feel free to ask questions, and I asked various questions driven by curiosity. Among the participants, there was someone who seemed to be preparing for a job interview, and that person was also asking various questions, but they answered every question politely, making it a fulfilling time. It would have been even better if the souvenir corner had been more substantial.

パイロットを夢見る息子のために参加しました。
私自身も若い頃はANAで働くことを夢見ていたので、明るい環境でそれぞれ研修を受けている姿を見られることは羨ましくまた貴重な体験となりました。参加者が多すぎずアットホームな感じだったので、どうぞ気軽に質問してくださいと案内してくださった現役CAの方の言葉に甘えて、好奇心の赴くまま色んな質問をさせていただきました。参加者の中に恐らく就職試験の準備をしていると伺われる方がいらっしゃって、その方も様々な質問をされていましたが、どんな質問にも丁寧に答えて頂き充実した時間でした。お土産コーナーがもっと充実していたらもっとよかったかな。

During summer vacation? Held only once a day. I observed the practice of the cabin crew. There were no pilots, but the content was plentiful. However, I think there wasn't enough time for the last photo opportunity.

夏休み中で？日に一回のみの開催。ＣＡさんの練習を見学。パイロットはいませんでしたが、内容は盛りだくさん。ただ、最後の写真可能場所の時間が足りなかったかな。

I love ANA and ANA Blue Base, and I have visited several times. Each time, I learn something new and make discoveries, which makes me want to visit again and again. Since you can also purchase original ANA Blue Base merchandise, I end up buying new items every time I visit. I truly want to visit ANA Blue Base again, as it is a unique and special place unlike any other.
