Infection control measures are in place. Since the number of participants is relatively small, it feels safe. I happened to be able to make a reservation this time and participated. My last visit was in December of last year. I won't go into detail, but there were just a few small changes. The guide was very kind and provided a thorough explanation, making it feel friendly. I had a great time!

今回たまたま予約が取れたので参加しました。前回の参加は昨年12月。詳しくは書きませんがほんの少しだけ変化がありました。案内の方はとても親切で丁寧な解説で親しみが持てます。楽しかったです！

I attended with my daughter, who dreams of going to California. Since there were no other children around, I was anxious about whether we could enjoy the experience for 1.5 hours without being a nuisance, but the staff were kind and we both had a great time. We were able to view historical uniforms on a touch panel, and as part of the infection control measures, we were each given a touch pen, which turned out to be a nice souvenir.

CAに憧れる娘を連れて参加しました。周りに子供が居なかったので、1.5時間迷惑をかけずに回り切れるかヒヤヒヤでしたが、職員の方が優しく接してくださり親子共々楽しめました。
タッチパネルで歴代の制服などを閲覧することができますが、感染対策の一環としてなのかタッチペンを1人1本いただけて嬉しいお土産となりました。

I was able to observe the training facilities and the training sessions from a distance. Please note that photography in the training area is prohibited, and you will need to store your belongings in the lockers provided on the floor after entering.

Including myself, there were about half solo travelers. If you love airplanes, you can enjoy this regardless of your favorite airline. It's not a niche tour, so you can participate without any pressure.

訓練施設や訓練の様子を遠目ではあるものの見学できました。なお、訓練エリアの写真撮影は禁止で、入場後のフロアに設置されているロッカーに収納することとなります。
私を含め、おひとりさまは半分くらいいました。飛行機好きであれば好きな航空会社に関係なく楽しめます。マニアックなツアーではありませんので気楽に参加できます。

I received a notice to gather by 6:30 PM, so I went to the reception around 6:15 PM and found out I was the first to arrive. I was grateful for the luck of being able to choose my favorite seat since that determined the boarding order.

Ultimately, we were to regroup 15 minutes before boarding, so I spent about 20 minutes exploring the rooftop plaza at Osanbashi, where I was able to capture beautiful night views of the Minato Mirai 21 area, making it a meaningful experience.

At 6:45 PM, there was an explanation for the night view cruise, and due to COVID-19 prevention measures, we were required to wear masks and life jackets before boarding.

The boat was not a typical sightseeing vessel; it was repurposed from being used for transporting construction workers related to Haneda Airport after many years of service. Because of this, it could achieve a much higher speed than regular sightseeing boats, allowing us to efficiently visit various night view photography spots.

The captain provided a detailed explanation about the company name, factory, and its history, and at the photography points, he appropriately stopped the boat, allowing us to take pictures from our seats or move to the front deck, enabling me to capture satisfactory photos.

On the water, the wind was strong, so even with a long-sleeve shirt, it felt cold, and I realized a windbreaker would have been necessary.

18時半までに集合の案内が有ったので、18時15分頃受け付けに行った結果1番乗りと判明、それが乗船順と分かり好きな座席が選べる幸運に感謝です。
最終的に乗船15分前に再集合ということで、20分程大さん橋の屋上広場見学に行き、みなとみらい21地区の夜景が奇麗に撮れて有意義に過ごせました。

18時45分から夜景クルーズの説明があり、新型コロナ感染防止でのマスク着用と安全面からライフジャケット着用後乗船開始。

船は通常の観光船ではなく羽田空港工事関係者（作業者）輸送用で長年使われた後に工事終了に伴って夜景クルーズに転用した船なので、いわゆる観光船よりかなりの高速が出せる為効率よく夜景撮影ポイントを廻ってもらえた。

船長が会社名と工場名や歴史等かなり詳しい説明があり、撮影ポイントでは適切に停船して座席からの撮影や前側のデッキへ移動させてくれるので、自分なりに納得できる写真が撮れました。

海上では風が強いので用意していた長袖でも寒いくらいで、ウィンドブレーカーが必要と感じました。

The active flight attendants provided explanations and answered questions with a sense of reassurance, warmth, and bright energy! In the area where the flight attendants were conducting emergency training, they shared specific responses to real-life situations involving medical emergencies on board, which added a sense of realism.

I felt that our flight was being kept safe and secure by everyone who trained here.

I also think the sense of the original merchandise is quite good, so I recommend checking it out.

CAさん達が救命救急の訓練をやっていたエリアでは、実際に機内で急病人が発生したときの具体的な対応をお話くださいましてリアリティーがありました。

The captain shared interesting trivia and stories featured on television, keeping us engaged throughout the trip. At the filming spots, he slowed down or stopped the boat, allowing us to take our time to observe. It was a valuable experience to see the unsung heroes behind the scenes that we usually don't get to see.

船長さんが豆知識やテレビで取り上げられた話など終始飽きさせような話をしてくれたり、撮影スポットでは減速や停止をしてくれ、じっくり見学できます。普段見えない縁の下の力持ち達を見る貴重な経験になりました。

Listening to the captain's wonderful explanations while enjoying the beautiful views of various factories was a valuable and enjoyable experience that deepened my understanding of Japan's economy. The night scenery of the factories has a charm that makes you forget the everyday routine, even if you just gaze at it. I think it's a very refreshing experience.

船長さんの素晴らしい説明を聞きながら、数々の工場の美しい景色を見て日本の経済を知る体験は貴重で楽しかったです。
工場の夜景は、ボ～と見ていても心が和らぐような日常を忘れさせてくれる魅力があります。とてもリフレッシュ出来る体験だと思います。

The explanation from the active flight attendant was easy to understand. The facilities were also clean and nice. The use of exhibits and videos for the explanation was clear. Next time, I would like to see the training in action.

It was my first time participating, but the boatman's stories were very interesting, and time flew by. The gentle rocking of the boat invited a pleasant sleep, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. I would love to participate again.

I was impressed by the current flight attendant who provided direct explanations and accurate answers to my questions. I gained a better understanding of ANA's ongoing efforts towards safety and security. I have come to like ANA even more.

During the visit, there was a training session happening, and I really understood how the diligent efforts and training behind the scenes ensure the safe operation of airplanes. I think it's something everyone should see at least once.

見学の際にちょうど訓練をされており、裏側の地道な努力や訓練で飛行機が安全に飛んでいることがよく分かりました。一度は見ておいた方がいいと思います。

It was a more interesting facility than I expected. I was able to have a great time. I definitely want to participate again.

思った以上に、興味深い施設でした。楽しいひと時を、過ごす事が、出来ました。ぜひまた、参加したいと思います。

I live nearby, but I usually don't have the opportunity to tour inside Haneda Airport, and the social studies field trips for elementary schools were all canceled due to COVID-19. Therefore, I participated during the summer vacation with my two elementary school children. The staff's hospitality was truly wonderful, and fortunately, we were able to see the training in action. My second-grade daughter got tired and wanted to sit down partway through, but my fourth grader listened attentively until the end. It was a very educational tour for me as an adult as well.

近所に住んでいますが、ふだんとくに羽田空港の内部を見学できる機会はなく、小学校の社会科見学はコロナで軒並み中止。そのため小学生二人連れで夏休みに参加しました。案内のスタッフ様の接遇は大変すばらしく、幸運なことに訓練の様子が見れました。小２の娘は途中で疲れて座りたいなどぐずりましたが、小４は最後まできちんと話を聞き、大人の私も大変勉強になるツアーでした。

I participated in a factory night view tour for the first time, and I was able to take a lot of photos that would look great on social media. There were especially many beautiful factory night views in the latter half of the tour. Near the end of the tour, the night view of Minato Mirai from the boat was also amazing. If the weather is clear, you can see it up close from the deck of the boat. The captain's storytelling is enjoyable. He provides detailed explanations, and I learned that the way the factory night views appear changes depending on the season, which makes me want to join again. Since it's a small boat, it can sway quite a bit when it speeds up. As a pregnant woman, it was tough to stay out on the deck for long, but I didn't feel much sway when I enjoyed the view from inside the boat with the window open.

初めて工場夜景のツアーに参加しましたが、SNS映えしそうな写真がたくさん撮れました。特に後半にステキな工場夜景が多かったです。ツアー終了間近に、船から見るみなとみらいの夜景も最高です。晴れていれば、船のデッキで間近で見られます。船長さんの語りが楽しいです。細かく説明してくれるし、季節によって外の気温が異なるので、工場夜景の見え方も変わるんだなぁと知って、また参加したいです。小型船なのでスピードを出すと結構揺れます。妊婦なのでデッキに出続けるのは辛かったですが、船の中から窓を開けて鑑賞すれば、あまり揺れは感じなかったです。

It was very enjoyable to experience the actual training with guidance from a current flight attendant and to wave at the pilots. I learned various safety measures as well. I believe it's a place where both children and seniors can have fun and learn.

現役のCAさんの案内で、実際の訓練の様子を見たり、パイロットに手を振ったりする経験はとても楽しかったです。安全のための工夫もいろいろ知ることができました。お子様からシニアまで楽しめるし学びになる所だと思います。

The tour was initially canceled due to bad weather, so I rebooked. Since it was drizzling, they lent us raincoats. We had to wait because a couple arrived late, even though everyone else checked in early. Despite being late and causing the departure to be delayed, the couple participated without any apology. If they had shown some common courtesy and apologized, I might have enjoyed it more. The tour itself was well-explained, and the captain shared personal stories, stopping along the way to let us take photos. I think it would have been fantastic if it hadn't been raining. Ultimately, the delayed departure made us return late, which changed our plans afterward, and that was disappointing. I hope to go again when the weather is nice and there are no latecomers.

一度天候不順で欠航になり、再度申込みました。雨がしとしと降る中なので、カッパは貸してもらえました。一組の夫婦が遅れて来たため、皆さん早くにチェックインしたのに待たされました。出港が遅れる程遅刻なのに、遅れて来た夫婦は何の謝りもなく平気で参加しました。常識のある人で一言謝罪があったらもっと楽しめたかもしれません。ツアー自体は説明が詳しく、船長さん自身の話もあり途中で止まって写真を撮らせてくれたり、雨が降っていなかったら最高だったと思います。結局、出港が遅れたせいで帰りが遅くなりその後ので予定が変わってしまい、それだけは残念でした。天候の良い時に、遅れる人がいないことを願いまた行ってみたいとは思います。

You can have a valuable experience observing people who actually work at ANA. This is likely to resonate most with upper elementary to high school students. Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be cancellations right before the event, so even if your desired date is sold out, I recommend checking the application page's calendar daily without giving up.

実際にANAで働いている方々を見学できる貴重な体験ができます。小学校高学年から高校生くらいにいちばん刺さるのでは。コロナの影響なのか直前にキャンセルも出るようなので、希望日が売り切れていても諦めずに申し込みページのカレンダーを毎日覗くことをおすすめします。

I participated with my third-grade son. The flight attendant who guided us explained everything clearly, incorporating her own experiences. We were able to see the training scenes of ground staff and mechanics, as well as the flight training of pilots. Even in departments where we couldn't see the training, we gained a lot of knowledge through exhibits and videos. I've always used ANA and was originally a fan, but I realized that the safety and security of operations are maintained through the tireless efforts of all the staff and crew, which made me even more anxious. Both adults and children enjoyed it. It was a tour that made me want to go again.

小3の息子と参加しました。
アテンドして下さったCAさんがご自身の経験を織り交ぜながら分かりやすく説明して下さいました。
グラウンドスタッフさんと整備士さんの訓練風景、パイロットさんの飛行訓練の様子を見ることが出来ました。
訓練が見られなかった部門でも、展示やビデオで色んな知識を得ることが出来ました。
いつもANAを利用していて元々ANAのファンでしたが、スタッフ乗組員の皆さんの日頃からの弛まぬ努力の元に安心安全が運行されていることが分かり、益々不安になりました。
大人も子供も楽しめました。また行きたいと思えるツアーでした。

First of all, the facility is wonderful.
I could clearly see that each employee is working hard for safe operations.
Also, the explanations provided by the person in charge of the guidance were very clear and excellent.

安全運航に社員一人一人の方が一生懸命取り組んでいるのがよく分かりました。
また、案内を担当された方の説明がとてもわかりやすくとても良かったです。

In the morning, it was raining and I was worried, but by the afternoon, it cleared up and the weather was nice. Perhaps because of that, I could see far out to sea. The captain's explanations were straightforward, but he covered the key points and kept it interesting.

The night breeze was cool, and I think this time of year is the best. In winter, the air may be clear, but you need to take quite a bit of precautions against the cold.

朝の内は雨が降り心配していたが、午後には上がり良い天気に。そのせいか、海上では遠くまで見通す事ができた。船長の説明も朴訥だが、要所を抑えていて飽きさせない。
夜風も涼しく、この時期が一番かと思う。冬は空気は澄んで居るかもしれないが、防寒はかなりしっかり対策する必要がある。

There are avatars of mechanics, pilots, and flight attendants, and efforts have been made to ensure that even children can enjoy it, which made the kids seem very happy. The flight attendant who guided us also seemed to have studied the names and roles of the tools. At the end, we were able to take photos in a room that had a counter, cabin, and cockpit, and it was a lot of fun.

整備士、パイロット、客室乗務員のアバターがあり、お子さんでも楽しめる工夫がなされおり、子供達も楽しそうにしていました。案内をされた客室乗務員さんも、工具の名称・役割も勉強されている印象でした。最後はカウンター、機内、コクピットがある部屋で写真も撮ることができ、とても楽しかったです。

A current flight attendant thoroughly explained the training facility, which is designed to resemble a runway, and my son, who aspires to be a cabin crew member, was very happy. Additionally, today we actually experienced a cabin crew training session at the facility. Everything was wonderful and educational. It was an experience tour that made me want to go again.

滑走路をイメージした、廊下や乗務員さんたちの訓練施設のことについて現役乗務員さんがしっかりと教えてくださり、客室乗務員志望の息子も大喜びでした。
また、本日は実際に訓練施設で客室乗務員体験をしてまいりました。

It was a tour that makes you want to go again. I thought the CA's clear, polite, and kind manner was wonderful. I'm grateful to the ANA staff for allowing me to board the plane with peace of mind. I want to introduce this tour to my friends as well. It was also moving to see things that I usually don't get to see.

また行きたくなるツアーでした。CAさんの解りやすく丁寧で優しい接し方が素晴らしいと思いました。ANAの職員の方達のお陰で安心して飛行機に乗れる事に感謝です。周りの友達にもこのツアーを紹介したいと思います。普段目にする事のない中が見れたのも感動です。

I took my boyfriend out for his birthday, and he was so happy! We had a great time, and the captain's stories were enjoyable.

You cannot enter the building until 30 minutes before. You will have to wait outside. There are only a few exhibits on the first floor, so entering 15 minutes early is sufficient. I am satisfied with the tour content. Even though it was during lunchtime (11:45), training was still taking place.

30分前にならないと建物の中へ入れません。外で待たされます。１階の展示は少しなので１５分前に入場すればいい。
ツアー内容には満足です。昼の時間帯（１１：４５）でしたが訓練はやっていました。

As others have mentioned in their reviews, I thought it was a bit expensive at 1,000 yen, especially since it's a little far from the nearest station and in the blazing sun. However, the staff who provided the facility tour explained everything thoroughly, and they answered any questions I had, so I personally felt it was worth the 1,000 yen! I had a great time.

It was nice to see the efforts made daily for safety up close, and I'm glad I participated.

One of the people who joined the tour seemed to be disappointed as it wasn't what they expected, and they sighed throughout, so I think the experience can vary depending on the group.

I would like to visit again at a different time! Thank you for your hospitality.

It felt amazing to ride on a bus without a roof on a windy day while driving on the highway. It was great to see Tokyo Tower from various angles and to tour famous places like the Imperial Palace and Ginza by bus. I was with my child, and we had a lot of fun. It was refreshing since it was cloudy in late August. I would like to use a different route next time.

屋根がないバスでかぜが強い日で、高速道路を走ってるときは最高に気持ちよかった。
東京タワーをいろんな角度から見たり、皇居、銀座など有名な場所をバスで見廻るにはとても良かった。子供と一緒に乗り、楽しんでました。
８月後半で曇りだから爽快でした。
次回も違うコースで利用したいです。

I often visit Minato Mirai, and I participated with my daughter because we could enjoy the night view of Minato Mirai along with the factory district's night scenery from the boat. It was a delightful 90 minutes filled with the refreshing sea breeze and enjoyable stories from the captain!

みなとみらいにはよく遊びに行くのですが、船上から工場地帯の夜景と一緒にみなとみらいの夜景も楽しめるという事で娘と参加させていただきました。気持ちいい潮風を感じながらの夜景鑑賞や船長さんのお話も楽しく、あっという間の90分でした！

It was a visit to the behind-the-scenes facilities that ensure the safe operation of the airplanes I usually use casually. I felt that the airplanes are able to fly thanks to the daily training and education of the flight crew, cabin attendants, ground staff, and maintenance personnel, all working to ensure safe and comfortable flights.

　普段気軽に利用している飛行機を安全に運行するための裏側の施設の訪問でした。安全に快適に飛ばすために、運航乗務員さん、CAさん、グランドスタッフさん、整備士さんたちの日頃の訓練・教育によって飛行機は空を飛んでいるんだなぁ-と感じました。
