やんばる北部、初の独りバスツアーで、当日は曇り空ぽつぽつ雨の中不安ながらの参加でしたが、最初の添乗員さんの底抜けに明るいご挨拶に心も解れ、イヤホンで所々聞く案内も勉強になりました。添乗員さんの臨機応変なご対応で、マングローブの遊歩道、ルート58と大石林山のツーショット、お昼ごはん(ここだけ大雨)、辺戸岬(絶景)、そして大石林山では奇岩、森林、海を眺めながら、足に自信がない私でも全てのコースを廻ることができました。

今回は弊社ツアー内容にご満足いただけなかったようで大変申し訳ございません。
ご意見いただいた内容につきまして、確認させていただきました。
・美ら海水族館は海洋公園の中にあり、見学に与えられた時間はそれほど長くない。しかも、公園内で昼食を取ってバスに戻る様に指示あり。
→沖縄美ら海水族館滞在時間は約2時間30分と限られておりますので、
時間内に施設をお楽しみいただけるよう昼食場所は園内のご利用をおすすめしております。
・ところがバス駐車場に戻ってみれば、駐車場周辺に多彩な地元のレストランがいくつもあり、とてもおいしそう。つまり、バスが着いて美ら海水族館を見たら（バス駐車場からずっと降りて行った海岸近くにある）公園内で昼食を取らずに、サッサとスロープを上って駐車場に戻って来て、周辺の多彩なレストランで昼食を楽しんで、バスの出発時間を待つ、と言うのがお勧めの行動パターンと言える。但し、決してこの行動パターンはガイドさんからは語られないので注意、
→海洋博公園外の施設につきましては、弊社でも把握てきておらず大変失礼致しました。
・お菓子御殿やアメリカンビレッジは単なる土産物屋であり、ここに必要以上の滞在時間を掛ける意味を感じない。
→御菓子御殿は、紅芋タルトなど定番のお土産を購入されたい方には人気の場所となっており、
また、アメリカンビレッジも沖縄ならではの異国情緒あふれる観光スポットで、写真撮影や海岸沿いのカフェエリアでゆっくりくつろぐなど人気の場所となっており立ち寄りご希望されるお客様もいらっしゃいますのでツアーには組み込みさせていただいております。
ご指摘いただいた点につきまして、社内でも共有させていただき、今後の商品造成の参考にさせていただきます。
他社のバスツアーでは弊社よりも沖縄美ら海水族館での滞在が長めのバスツアーや他の観光スポット巡るバスツアーなどもございます。これでバスツアーに懲りず、また機会がございましたら、沖縄観光のバスツアーにご参加いただけると幸いです。
