It was comfortable. I even took a nap in the back seat. (laughs)

We visited Busena Terrace → Churaumi Aquarium → a friend's house → a convenience store → Busena Terrace. We booked for 8 hours but managed to finish in 7 hours.

On the way to Churaumi Aquarium, someone asked, "Have you already purchased your tickets?" and if we hadn't, they would have taken us to a discount ticket sales location, which I appreciated (we had already purchased ours online).

However, there was a moment when we almost hit the car in front of us while stopping at a red light, which was quite nerve-wracking...

Other than that, I was very satisfied. On our way back, my two daughters received cute Hello Kitty stickers. Thank you very much!

ブセナテラス→美ら海水族館→大家→知人宅→コンビニ→ブセナテラス
で、回っていただきました。
8時間で予約しましたが、7時間で回れました。

美ら海水族館まで行く途中、「チケットはもう購入してますか？」と声をかけていただき、購入していなかった場合は割引券販売所に寄ってくださる感じでしたので、ありがたいなと感じました（我が家は既にネットで購入済でした）

ただ、途中赤信号で停止する際、前方の車にぶつかりそうな場面があり、かなり焦りました…

それ以外は大変満足するものでした。
帰り際に娘2人に可愛いキティちゃんのシールもいただきました。

I came to Okinawa for the first time, and when I didn't know where to wait in the spacious lobby, they kindly called me. When I told them where I was, they said, "We'll come to you, so please wait." I was glad to be able to efficiently explore Okinawa. It's important to take measures against the heat. The guide was doing a great job. By the time we reached the last stop, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, I was completely exhausted.

効率的に沖縄観光できてよかった。暑さ対策が必要ですね。ガイドさん頑張ってました。最後の御菓子御殿の時は疲れはてました。

It was fun, and the places we visited were great, but the schedule was too packed. I was disappointed that I only had one hour at Pineapple Park, which didn't allow for enough shopping. I hope they can reconsider the time allocation. Also, there was someone who misunderstood the meeting time and didn't come back, so I would like them to distribute a schedule to ensure everyone is well-informed about the meeting time.

楽しかったし、行く場所も良かったのだがスケジュールが過密過ぎる。パイナップルパークが1時間しかないせいで買い物が満足にできなかったのが残念。
なので時間配分を見直して欲しいとは思う。
あとは集合時間を勘違いして帰ってこない人が居たので、時間表を配ったりなどして集合時間の周知徹底をしっかり行って欲しい。

It was a tour that took us around several places in the northern region by bus. You can optionally listen to explanations through earphones while on the bus. I was unsure about what to wear before participating, but since we only walked a little in the Oishi Forest, casual clothing is perfectly fine without worrying about hiking gear.
There were many participants who came alone, and the ages varied.
It was a very good experience. I would like to join other tours as well. Thank you.

北部をバスで数ヶ所を周るツアーでした。バスの中でも任意でイヤホンで説明を聞く事が出来ます。参加前に服装を悩みましたが、大石林山で少し山中を歩く程度なので、登山の装いなどを気にしなくても、楽な服装で大丈夫です。
1人参加の方が多かったです。年齢も様々でした。
とてもいい経験になりました。また他のツアーにも参加させていただきたいです。ありがとうございます。

In the 8-hour course, we were able to visit all the planned spots: Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and American Village. For lunch, we had the driver’s recommended soki soba, which was very delicious.

8時間コースで、美ら海水族館、古宇利島、アメリカンヴィレッジと予定していたところ全てを回れました。
また、お昼ごはんには、運転手さんおすすめのソーキそばをいただいてとても美味しかったです。

You can go on your own, but the beauty of the tour is that the guide provides detailed explanations about the places you will visit along the way. Based on that knowledge, my visits to the Sefa Utaki and the Gangala Valley turned into a wonderful journey.

At Sefa Utaki, I stepped into the heart of the Ryukyu Kingdom's politics, a place that served as a spiritual home for the king and the people. In the Gangala Valley, each group had a specialized guide who joyfully introduced us to the valley's formation, its flora and fauna, and the remains of ancient human dwellings and burials, allowing us to share a moment in time with the ancient Port of Nakagusuku people.

Although my wife, who was supposed to join me, was unwell and I participated alone, I had a great time.

自分で行くことも出来ますがツアーの良さはガイドさんが道中にこれから行くところを詳しく説明してくれるところだと思います。
その知識をもとに行った斎場御嶽とガンガラーの谷は素晴らしい旅になりました。
斎場御嶽では琉球王国の政治の根幹をなす王と国の民の心の拠り所に足を踏み入れ古代王朝の世界に。
ガンガラーの谷ではグループごとに専門のガイドさんが楽しくこの谷の成り立ちや動植物、古代人の住居跡や埋葬の跡を紹介してくれ太古の港川人と時空を共有出来ました。
同行予定の妻が体調不良でひとりで参加しましたが楽しく過ごせました。

Waking up a bit early was not ideal, but I was impressed with the tour guide's sightseeing information. Since they drop you off at the airport at 1 PM, I think this is a good option for those flying in the afternoon. Thank you very much.

朝少し早いのがいまいちだけど、ガイドさんの観光案内も付いていて感動しました。午後1時に空港で降ろしてくれるので、午後便で帰る人には良い選択肢の一つになると思います。ありがとうございました。

Please consider this review with the premise of participating with preschool children.

The bus… there was trash left by the previous passengers. The audio guide content was good, but the connection with the headphones was poor. The number of participants on the tour was about half of the bus seats filled, but during the hot summer, everyone was crammed in the front seats, and there was someone nearby with a strong body odor, which was tough. Given the current COVID situation, I thought it would be better to space out the seating instead of packing everyone together. There was no restroom on the bus, so I had to be mindful of my child's bathroom timing, and I was constantly worried about restrooms during our stay at each facility. It would have been better if there were restrooms available.

Kouri Island, Okashi Goten, Manzamo… the stay time was about 30 minutes, and we were always in a hurry. I was anxious thinking that if my child threw a tantrum, there wouldn’t be time for shopping. The drop-off location on the way back was flexible (changes can only be made within the designated drop-off points).

Pineapple Park… I wished we could have stayed a little longer. There was no time to enjoy tastings. It felt like we were just pulling the kids towards the exit.

Churaumi Aquarium… they set the stay time to accommodate two dolphin shows, allowing us to choose which one to see, which was great. The aquarium isn’t that large, so if you’re just doing the dolphin show and the aquarium, the time seemed about right. Lunch was on our own, but there wasn’t time to eat leisurely. The large bus parking lot was extremely far from the aquarium. There was a paid trolley-like vehicle running inside the park, but due to the admission ticket situation, everyone had to walk to the entrance. If the tour guide had prepared and handed out the tickets on the bus beforehand, we wouldn’t have had to walk so much… but maybe that wasn’t possible due to scheduling?

I’ve mentioned mostly negative points above, but overall, I am satisfied. Above all, it’s inexpensive; the service isn’t bad for the low price, and although it’s busy, you can visit many famous spots in one day. I would even like to try a different course when I come to Okinawa next time.

バス…前の人のゴミが残っていた。音声ガイドの内容は良いがイヤホンとの接続が悪い。ツアーの参加人数はバスの座席半分程度が埋まったくらいだったが、夏の暑い時に全員前に座席を固められ、近くに体臭がきつい方がおられてしんどかった。コロナの時期でもあるし、前に固めずに間隔をあけて座らせたらいいのに…と思う。バスにはトイレがないので、子どものトイレのタイミングに気を遣い、各施設滞在中もトイレのことばかり気にしていた、トイレ付きならもっと良いのに…
古宇利島、おかし御殿、万座毛…滞在時間が30分程度と始終小走り。子供がわがままを言ったら買い物なんてしてる時間ないなぁと思ってヒヤヒヤしていた。帰りに降ろしてもらう場所は融通を聞いてもらえる(設定された降車地点の中でのみ変更可)
パイナップルパーク…もう少し長くてもと思った。試飲試食を楽しむ間はない。子どもを引っ張ってとにかく出口へという感じ。
美ら海…イルカショー2回分の時間帯に滞在時間を設定してくれていて、どちらか好きな方を選んで見ることが出来てよかった。水族館内はそんなに広くないので、イルカショーと水族館のみならば時間としてはこんなもんかな？という感じ。昼食は各自だがゆっくりたべる時間はない。大型バス駐車場から水族館までものすごく遠い。園内有料でトロリー的な乗り物が走っていたが、入館券の都合で全員歩いて入り口まで連れて行かれる。ツアーの方が予め準備しておいて乗ってきたバスの中で渡してくれたらこんなに歩かずに済んだのに…日付の都合で無理なのかな？

マイナスなことばかり上には挙げていますが、総合としては満足しています。
何より安い、安い割にサービスが悪いわけではない、忙しないけれど名所を1日で一気に回れる。
次回沖縄に来ても、別のコースを頼んでみたいと思うほどです。

I was able to efficiently sightsee for half a day on the last day.
The World Heritage Site "Sefa Utaki" is a must-visit.
The limestone cave at Okinawa World is very beautiful. My child was moved to see a limestone cave for the first time.

おきなわワールドの鍾乳洞がとてもきれい。こどもがはじめて鍾乳洞をみれて感動した。

It was a meaningful day as we were able to go to the places we wanted with a chartered sightseeing taxi since we traveled without a car on our parent-child trip. The driver was friendly and kind, taking photos for us and sharing various information. I would like to request this taxi service again when I use a taxi in the future. Thank you very much!

The guide was very kind. They were also good at singing. They brought a sanshin and taught us how to move our hands while dancing. It was fun.

ガイドはとても優しい。歌も上手。三線も持って来て、踊りの手の振り方も教えてくれました。楽しかったです。

I couldn't drive, so I requested assistance. It was helpful because the hotel was in the opposite direction from where I wanted to go, and I wanted to avoid taking the bus and sightseeing in the heat. I will definitely use this service again when I go to Okinawa.

車を運転できないので、お願いしました。行きたい所からホテルまで、逆方向なのと、暑いなかバスなどで観光地を回るのを避けたかったので、助かりました。また、沖縄行く時は利用させていただきます。

I went to the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island on a 9-hour tour. You can gather information using guidebooks or your smartphone while traveling to the destination, and there's no need to worry about restrooms or parking. You can also change your destination freely along the way, and even if you're tired on the way back, you can sleep in the car. Considering the convenience of being able to go to places efficiently until the last minute, I think it's a great value for the cost.

9時間のコースで美ら海水族館や古宇利島に行きました。目的地へ向かう車中でもガイドブックやスマホで情報収集できるし、トイレや駐車場の心配もない。途中で自由に目的地も変えられ、帰りは疲れても車中で寝ることもでき、ギリギリまで効率よく行きたいところに行ける便利さを考えるとコスパもいいと思います。

I participated in "Saijō Gushikawa" and "Gangalala Valley" this time. The bus guide and the local guide provided thorough explanations, and the driver was also very kind, making it a very enjoyable tour. I’m truly sorry for causing trouble by forgetting my souvenirs on the bus on the way back. I really appreciate that you returned them to the restaurant where I got off last. Thank you very much. I participated in a bus tour by myself for the first time.
As a result, once I got on the bus, I was taken to the destination without getting lost.
At the destination, I had free time to explore at my own pace, and I just needed to return to the bus by the meeting time.
The bus seats were assigned, but they arranged them by group, so I didn't have to sit next to strangers.
Additionally, the bus guide provided information during the journey, making it very enjoyable and it went by in no time.

Although our schedule didn't go as planned due to some shops being closed and having some unexpected downtime, the driver thoughtfully adjusted the itinerary and took us to various places. As a result, we were able to make new discoveries without wasting time and had a wonderful trip.

Even when we were late for our meeting time, the driver hurried to ensure we made it on time.

What stood out the most was that I didn't expect a guided tour, but the driver provided continuous information about Okinawa during our travels, which was very informative. I felt that alone made the private hire worthwhile.

I would definitely like to use this service again next time.

時間が限られた中、予定してた場所へ行くお店が閉まっていたり、中時間が空いてしまったりと予定通りいかなかったりしましたが、運転手さんが色々考えてくださり、連れて行ってくれました。その為、時間をお持て余すことも無く新たな発見が出来て楽しく旅行が出来ました。
また、集合時間に遅れてしまった時なども、急いで下さり時間に間に合う事が出来ました。
特に良かったのが、ガイドをしてくれるとは思って居なかったので、道中を移動している最中ずーっと沖縄を案内して下さり大変良く分かりました。それだけでも貸し切りを利用した価値が有ると思いました。
次回もまた利用したいと思います。

I arrived at the meeting place 40 minutes early, but I wasn't sure where to go. It said "in front of the prefectural office arch," but in reality, I had to look for several buses lined up to figure it out. There were many people wandering around. Even five minutes before the meeting time, no one had arrived at the arch, so I finally went towards the buses and understood where to go.

There is a problem with the meeting location. It would be better to either come to the arch or look for your tour bus. The arch is where school trip students gather.

The tour itself was very good. Next time, I would like to try a full-day tour. I will be going to Okinawa again this year.

待合せ場所に40分まで行きましたが。良くわからない。
県庁前のアーチのと書いてありましたが、
実際は縦列しているバスの幾つかを探さないとわからない。
ウロウロしている方々が沢山いた
５分前になってもアーチの所には誰も来ないので
バスの方へ行ってやっとわかった。

集合場所に問題がある。アーチへ来るか、自分のツアーのバスを探して下さい。とどちらかにした方がいい。
アーチは修学旅行生が集合する。

ツアー事態はとても良いです。
次回は１日ツアーを行ってみたいです。
今年又、沖縄行きます。

The tour guide was pleasant and everything was well organized. Considering the traffic situation in Okinawa, I think a bus tour is better than renting a car and driving.

添乗員の方も感じよく、段取りよく回れました。
沖縄の交通事情もあり、レンタカーを借りて運転するより、バスツアーの方がいいと思います。

We both wanted to enjoy Awamori during our distillery tour, so we requested an 8-hour course starting from our hotel in Naha City to Naha Airport.

On the way there, our driver shared local knowledge to match our energetic mood, and on the return trip, he drove quietly while we slept in the car, making for a very comfortable ride. Since I usually can't sleep in a friend's car because I feel like I have to be considerate, it was great to be able to relax and sleep in the taxi without hesitation.

When we visited tourist spots, he also shared interesting tidbits about the area, which was very enjoyable.

It was a whirlwind 2-day trip, but thanks to Mr. G, the second day was the best!

泡盛の酒造見学で2人とも泡盛を楽しみたかったので8時間コースで集合は那覇市内宿泊ホテルから到着は那覇空港までお願いしました。

行きは元気な私達に合わせて、地域の知識をお話してくださり、そして帰りは車内で寝ている間は静かに運転してくださり、とても居心地の良い車内でした。友達の運転だとどうしても気を使って寝れないので、タクシーは遠慮なく寝られるのか良かったです。

観光場所に行く時は、その地の豆知識もお話ししてくださり、とても楽しかったです。

1泊2日の弾丸旅行でしたが、Gさんのお陰で最高の2日目になりました。

I considered the time allocation for the children's restroom and walking pace, and I was always carrying them or moving at a brisk pace (laughs).

At Manzamo, there was a children's restroom, and my child was delighted♪ The sata andagi on the second floor was also delicious.

At Churaumi, we focused mainly on the dolphin show and the sea turtles, and decided to move quickly through the other areas!

The sandwich service was included, and the guide's humor-filled talk, along with singing folk songs and touching on history, made everything very satisfying!

On the way back, my child fell asleep, but when we got off, they helped carry our luggage and were very considerate^^ It became a memorable trip♪ I think it was an incredible deal.

The weather forecast was completely rainy, so I participated without much expectation, but as we approached Cape Hedo, the sky suddenly cleared up, and the views from the two observation decks at the cape were amazing. Just seeing this scenery is worth it.

The rock formations at Obayashi Ishiyama are unique and not easily found elsewhere, and from the observation deck, we could also see Cape Hedo, which was breathtaking.

And above all, the taste of the sashimi at the port for lunch exceeded my expectations—it was incredibly delicious!

However, the tour guide spoke too quickly, making it hard to hear, and there was little explanation about the flow after getting off the bus or about the restrooms. It was disappointing that I had to ask again after getting off to understand. I would have appreciated some advice about walking a bit ahead. Also, when we went to the store, the conversation was mostly with the staff, which was awkward. I hope they can prioritize customer interaction a bit more and be more accommodating.

The scenery was fantastic, and the Okinawa rail was super cute, but if the tour guide had been more attentive, it would have made for an even better trip.

天気予報は完全に梅雨空で　あまり期待しないで参加しましたが　辺戸岬近づくと急に晴天になり　岬の2つの展望台が景色最高でした
この景色見るだけでも価値があります

大林石山も他ではあまり見ることができない奇岩怪石と展望台からも辺戸岬がみられ絶景でした

それと何と言っても　昼食の港食事の刺身の味が期待以上でした　めちゃ美味かった！

ただ添乗員の説明が早口で聞こえづらく　バスを降りてからの動線や　トイレの説明少なく　降りてからもう一度聞かなければわからないのが残念でした　　少し先頭で歩くとかアドバイスが欲しかったです　　お店にいくと店スタッフとばかりの会話も見苦しかったです　もう少し客の対応を優先すること考えてもっと寄り添ってください

景色が最高で　ヤンバルクイナもめちゃ可愛かったですが　添乗員の気配りがもっとあればより最高の旅になりましたよね

Even if you don't know much about your travel destination, they suggested places you can visit within the time limit, making it a wonderful trip! I think it's more efficient than renting a car!

旅行先の事がわからなくても時間内で行けるところを提案してくれてとても良い旅行になりました！！

On our free day during the group trip, we chartered a car for eight people. The driver arrived at the entrance ahead of time, greeted us, and confirmed our itinerary. They provided solid advice on whether our planned schedule was feasible and if we could return within the chartered time, which was very helpful! The driver had a wonderful smile and received great feedback from my companions! Although it was just a half-day tour, everyone was able to visit the places they wanted, creating great memories! I would like to use this service again when I come back to Okinawa!

団体旅行の自由行動日に8人で車をチャーターしました。ドライバーさんは時間前にはエントランスにお迎えに来て下さり、ご挨拶と同時に行程の再確認をしてくれました。自分たちで考えた行程に無理がないか、チャーターした時間内に戻れるかなどしっかりアドバイスもして下さりとても助かりました！

Since we participated with 10 people, the schedule was efficient, and the time spent at tourist spots when getting off the bus was appropriate. The time spent at the Churaumi Aquarium was also just right, allowing everyone to enjoy themselves.

10名で参加したので、スケジュールが効率よくバス下車の際の観光スポット滞在時間も適切でした。美ら海水族館での滞在時間も適当で其々で楽しむことができました。

On the last day of our trip to Okinawa, we checked out and chartered a taxi for 5 hours until our departure.
Unfortunately, the weather turned rainy, but the private taxi had a high ceiling and plenty of legroom, making it very luxurious and comfortable for just the two of us.
It was convenient to be able to charge our devices via USB in the car as well.
We also appreciated that umbrellas were provided.
If the weather had been nice, it would have been even better, but the convenience made us forget about that.
I looked into various tours, but I think having a private experience is really nice.
