I participated in a half-day tour that included landing on the Phantom Island and snorkeling in the Sekisei Lagoon. Despite my worries about the weather during the rainy season, the forecast turned out to be wrong, and the view of the sea from the Phantom Island was stunning! I couldn't believe how beautiful the water was—was I really in Japan? The clarity of the ocean exceeded my expectations and was breathtaking. The staff kindly took photos for us, allowing us to create wonderful memories.

I didn't have much experience with snorkeling and was a bit nervous, but the staff provided thorough instructions on how to breathe and swim beforehand, which made me feel at ease when we started. Seeing the blue coral up close for the first time was incredibly beautiful and left a strong impression. If I could wish for anything, it would be to see even more fish up close for an even higher level of satisfaction.

Throughout the tour, they took infection prevention measures seriously, lent us anti-nausea bands, and the staff constantly checked on our well-being. I believe this tour is highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful sea of Ishigaki in a safe and secure environment!

幻の島上陸と石西礁湖シュノーケリングの半日ツアーに参加させていただきました。梅雨の時期で心配していた天気も予報がはずれてくれ、幻の島から見る海の綺麗なこと！ここは本当に日本！？と思うくらいの想像を超える海の透明度で絶景でした。スタッフの方は快く写真も撮ってくださり、素敵な思い出写真が残せました。
シュノーケリングはあまり経験がなく自信がなかったのですが、呼吸の仕方から泳ぎ方のコツまで事前に丁寧にご指導いただき、安心してスタートすることが出来ました。初めて生で見るブルーの珊瑚がとても綺麗で印象的でした。欲を言えばもっともっと沢山の魚がより間近で見られたらさらに満足度が高かったかと思います。
ツアー全体を通して、感染対策もしっかりされていましたし、酔い止めバンドを貸して頂いたり、常にスタッフの方に体調等気遣っていただき、石垣の綺麗な海を安心・安全のもと堪能したい方にとってもおすすめなツアーだと思います！

As we approached the snorkeling point, I felt a mix of excitement and anticipation. The explanation of snorkeling was easy to understand, and then we headed into the sea... I was amazed by the various cute fish and coral reefs, and we had plenty of time for snorkeling, which left me extremely satisfied! Next, we went to the Phantom Island... This was the course I was looking forward to the most during this trip. When we landed on the Phantom Island, the breathtaking view was beyond words, and I was deeply moved by the 360-degree ocean view! It was truly a wonderful tour. The staff's thoughtfulness was also greatly appreciated. I'm really glad I chose this tour. If I have the chance, I will definitely use it again. Thank you!

シュノーケリングのポイントに近づくにつれて、ドキドキワクワク　　シュノーケリングの説明もわかりやすく、いざ海へ… 色んな可愛い魚や珊瑚礁達に感動し、シュノーケリングの時間もたっぷりあり大、大満足^_^ 次は幻の島へ… 今回の旅の中で1番楽しみにしていたコースでした。　　幻の島に上陸した時は言葉に表せないほどの絶景で、見渡す限り360度の海に大感動❗️
本当に素晴らしいツアーでした(^^) スタッフの方達の心遣いも大変良かったです^_^

From the moment we got on the bus, our guides, Kua-chan and Ko-chan, engaged us in conversation, making the experience enjoyable right from the start! We went canoeing at Kabira Bay, and luckily, the weather cleared up, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery during the experience. Ko-chan kept the atmosphere lively on the bus and interacted with all the participants during the canoeing, which was really wonderful. It was a stroke of luck to have him as our guide since he usually works in Iriomote Island!

I think canoeing at Kabira Bay is best done when the weather is nice. It was my first time snorkeling, and I had a blast! There were some unstable spots, and with so many corals around, it might be a good idea for women to wear leggings. Kua-chan guided us slowly and carefully, which made me feel at ease! During the bus rides, he also shared information about Ishigaki Island and recommended delicious restaurants, making the time outside of the activities enjoyable as well. I'm really glad that Kua-chan was our guide for the day! Thank you so much! I wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

バスに乗車した時からガイドさんの、くわちゃん、こうちゃんのお2人がたくさん会話してくださって最初から楽しいをスタートすることができました！
川平湾でカヌーをしましたがなんとか天気が晴れてくれていい景色の中で体験することができました♪
ガイドさんのこうちゃんがバスの中で盛り上げてくれたり、カヌー中も参加者全員に声をかけてる姿が凄く素敵でした♪ 普段は西表島の担当の方なので今回担当して頂けてラッキーでした！

川平湾でカヌーは晴れてる時にするのが良いのかなと思いました。
シュノーケリングは初めてで凄く楽しかったです！
足元が不安定な場所もあったり、サンゴがたくさんあるので女性の方はレギンス履くのが良いかもしれないです。
ガイドさんのくわちゃんがゆっくり丁寧に案内してくれたので安心してできました！
バスの行き帰りでも石垣島の説明や、美味しいご飯屋さんを教えてくれて体験以外の時間も楽しい時間を過ごすことができました♪

I chose to participate in an optional tour of the remote islands from a site in Ishigaki Island. It was a package that included the Phantom Island and snorkeling. The tour duration of three hours was convenient and appealing.

It took about 30 minutes by boat from Ishigaki Port. The waves were a bit high, but I didn't get seasick, and we safely arrived at Phantom Island. I was overwhelmed by the stunning contrast of the sea's color and the white sandy beach.

After staying for about 40 minutes, we headed to the snorkeling spot. When we arrived, the depth made me a little anxious, but once we started snorkeling, it was a precious experience to see beautiful coral reefs and schools of fish up close.

The captain and the instructor provided perfect support… thank you very much. There were families with small children participating as well, and they looked very happy. My wife and I both thought that if we come to Ishigaki Island again, we would like to participate again. I highly recommend it.

石垣島の離島オプショナルツアーのサイトから選んで今回参加しました。
幻の島とシュノーケリングがセットになったものです。ツアーの所要時間が3時間なのも手軽で魅力的でした。
石垣港から船で30分ほど。
波は高めでしたが船酔いする事もなく、無事に幻の島に到着。
素晴らしい海の色と白い砂浜のコントラストに圧倒されました。
40分くらい滞在ののちその後シュノーケリングスポットへ。
着いた時は深さもあり少し不安でしたが、シュノーケリング開始後は美しい珊瑚礁と魚の群れを間近に見て、経験できない貴重な体験でした。
そして、船長さん、インストラクターさんの完璧なご対応…ありがとうございました
小さなお子さんを連れた家族も参加されていましたが、とても嬉しそうでした。
家内とも次回も石垣島に来たら、また参加したいと思いました。
かなりオススメです。

I participated in the half-day plan for landing on the Phantom Island and snorkeling at the Sekisei Reef, and I had a great time because the instructors adjusted their teaching methods to match the skill levels of the guests. The weather was typical for early June during the rainy season, with cloudy skies and occasional downpours, but we were lucky that it cleared up just in time for our dive and when we landed on the Phantom Island.

First, we met on the road in front of Toyoko Inn. When it was time, I turned on my hazard lights and parked on the side of the road, and someone got out of a car that was already parked and called out to me. We registered on LINE for communication, and once everyone arrived, we moved to the parking lot at the port by car. In winter, diving suits are available for rent, but not in other seasons; however, this time we were provided with suits due to the low water temperature. After that, we boarded the boat, put on half of our diving suits, and headed to the snorkeling spot. There were tips for those who are prone to seasickness. Also, due to COVID-19 prevention measures, masks were required on the boat.

After about 30 minutes, we arrived at the snorkeling spot. We were given snorkeling fins, masks, and snorkel pipes, and received instructions on how to use them. Then, we began snorkeling.

My companion was a beginner and took some time to get used to it. Looking underwater was deep and seemed scary for someone with a fear of heights, but the staff did various things to ease their fears, and it seemed they started to enjoy snorkeling after a while. There were many fish, and the coral reefs were impressive. I realized I was good at swimming, and they encouraged me to dive deeper, which I did. However, the water pressure was strong, and I could only dive about three meters while equalizing my ears, but the staff was diving around eight meters deep, and I was just amazed.

After about an hour of fun, we returned the fins and diving suits and headed to the Phantom Island. We arrived after about 15 minutes and landed. Depending on the day, the Phantom Island may barely be above water, but at this time of year, it was beautifully crescent-shaped above the surface, with many corals and shells scattered around. The sea was emerald green and beautiful, and we enjoyed about 45 minutes of taking photos and exploring before it was time to head back.

We then took about 30 minutes to return to the original port. During that time, the staff entertained the small children with quizzes, which was enjoyable. We disbanded at the parking lot at the port.

Since there are no showers included in the plan, I think it would be good to use the Ishigaki Island Shower Station. It is about a 6-minute drive from the parking lot and costs 500 yen to use. The parking lot across from the shower station charges 600 yen for the first hour, so it might be better to walk from the Yajima No. 2 parking lot or Kuramoto parking lot, which costs 100 yen for an hour.

This plan includes a one-way free ticket to Taketomi Island, and if you show the LINE you registered with at a place called Moon-Rise, you will receive the one-way ticket.

In summary, the staff were all kind, and it was a plan that even beginners could enjoy. I had a lot of fun! Thank you very much.

こちらの幻の島上陸＋石西礁湖シュノーケリング半日プランに参加しましたが、お客さんのレベルに合わせて教え方を変えていたので、とても楽しめました。天気は6月前半の梅雨時で、曇り時々スコールでしたが、ちょうど潜るタイミングや幻の島に上陸した時は晴れてきたので、運が良かったです。

まず最初に東横インの前の道路で待ち合わせの為、時間になったら道路の脇にハザードを点けて停めてると、先に停めてあった車から降りてきて声をかけられます。連絡用のLINEを登録し、人数が揃ったら港の駐車場に車で移動します。冬はダイビングスーツ貸し出し、それ以外の季節は無しなのですが、今回は水温が低いとの事で貸し出されました。その後船に乗り、ダイビングスーツを半分着て、シュノーケリングスポットへ向かいます。船酔いしやすい人に船酔いしないコツの伝授がありました。また、コロナ感染予防の為船の中でもマスク着用でした。

30分程でシュノーケルスポットに到着。シュノーケリングのフィンとマスク・シュノーケルパイプが配られ、使い方をレクチャーされます。その後シュノーケリング開始です。

連れが初心者で慣れるまで時間がかかり、水中を覗くと深く、高所恐怖症には怖かったようですが、恐怖心を和らげる為にスタッフが色々してくれたようで、途中からシュノーケリングを楽しめていたようでした。魚も多く、サンゴ礁も見応えがありました。自分には泳ぎが得意なのを分かったようで深く潜ってみても大丈夫と言ってくれて、深く潜ったりもしました。ただ水圧が強く、耳抜きしながら3メートル潜るぐらいしか出来ませんでしたが、スタッフは8メートルくらい潜っていて、ただただ感動していました。

約一時間楽しんだ後、フィンやダイビングスーツを返却して、幻の島へ向かいます。15分程で到着し、上陸します。幻の島は日によっては殆ど水面に出ない時もありますが、今の時期は綺麗に三日月型に水面に出ていて、サンゴや貝殻がたくさん落ちていました。海もエメラルドグリーンで美しく、写真撮影など各々45分程楽しんで帰る時間になりました。

再び30分程かけて最初の港に向かいます。その間、スタッフが小さな子供にクイズを出したりして、楽しんでいました。港の駐車場で解散となります。

シャワーはプランには無い為、石垣島シャワーステーションを利用するのが良いかと思います。駐車場から車で6分ほどの距離に有り、500円で利用出来ます。シャワーステーションの向かいの駐車場は料金が一時間600円かかる為、一時間100円で利用出来る八島第２駐車場や蔵元駐車場から歩いた方が良いかも知れません。

こちらのプランでは竹富島の片道無料券が付属しており、Moon-Rise（ムーンライズ）というところで最初に登録したLINEを見せると片道券を渡してもらえます。

総括としては、スタッフが皆優しく、初心者でも楽しめるプランでした。とても楽しかったです！ありがとうございました。

The wind was strong, but I enjoyed both Hamajima and the snorkeling afterward. The staff were kind, friendly, and had a great attitude, from the transportation to the accompanying staff. I forgot my motion sickness medication, but they lent me a wristband that applies pressure to acupressure points. The explanations during snorkeling were also good. Hamajima had a fantastic atmosphere and was beautiful. However, because the wind was strong, the boat rocked quite a bit. It's a small boat, so it's understandable, but it felt a bit like a ride. My backside hurt, haha.

風が強かったですが浜島、その後のシュノーケリング共に楽しめました。
スタッフの人達は送迎から同行のスタッフまで、親切でフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。酔い止めを忘れましたが、手首のツボを押すバンドを貸してくれました。シュノーケリング中の説明も良かったです。浜島は最高の雰囲気で綺麗でした。
ただ風が強かったので船がかなり揺れるというかハネました。小さい船なので仕方ないでしょうが、ちょっとしたアトラクションのようでした。お尻が痛かったです笑

The pickup location was in the city center, and since there was no shuttle service, we gathered with a rental car, but it was great that there was free parking available. The waves were calm, and I didn't feel seasick at all on the way to the island. The sea around the island was incredibly beautiful. I was able to take photos there, which became wonderful memories. We entered the water about 15 minutes away by boat. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and it was a lot of fun. The people from RIZE were all very kind and knowledgeable about the different types of fish, which made it a memorable experience. However, since there were no snorkeling photos, I think those who want to take a lot of pictures should bring their own camera to capture more memories. Thank you for providing such a valuable experience.

送迎場所がの対象場所が市街地であり、送迎がなくレンタカーで集合だったのですが無料の駐車場があったので良かったです。波も静かで全然船酔いもなく島に行けました。島の海はすごく綺麗でした。そこで写真を撮ったりでき、思い出になりました。そこから15分程船で離れた所で海に入りました。ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく、とても楽しかったです。RIZEの方々も凄く優しい方ばかりで魚の種類も詳しくてとても思い出に残りました。ただシュノーケルの写真がなく写真を沢山撮りたい方は個人的にカメラを持っていった方がより思い出が増えるかなと思います。貴重な体験をさせて頂きありがとうございました。

The clarity was higher than I expected, and the coral was beautiful. It would be even better if the weather were nice. I thought I would like to go again when it's not the rainy season! ^_^

思っていたよりも透明度が高く、サンゴも綺麗でした。お天気が良ければもっといいんでしょうね。

I experienced SUP for the first time. I thought it might be difficult to balance, but since there were no waves, I was able to enjoy it without falling into the sea. The weather was great, so I was able to take some beautiful photos!

While snorkeling, I was able to see various creatures like sea turtles, clownfish, and sea snakes! Wearing a life jacket made it safe even in deeper areas.

When you get into the water, you might feel the need to go to the bathroom, so it's best to take care of that right before putting on your wetsuit.

初めてSUPを体験しました。バランスを取るのが難しいのかな？と思っていましたが、波も無いところだったので、海に落ちることなく楽しむことができました。天気も良かったのでバッチリ綺麗な写真が撮れました！

シュノーケルではウミガメ、クマノミ、ウミヘビなどなど、色々な生き物を見ることができました！ライフジャケットを着用するので深いところもでも安心でした。

海に入るとトイレに行きたくなるので、ウェットスーツを着る直前にトイレは済ました方がいいです。

We utilized the service as a family of five. The guide was a man who provided very polite service, which made us feel at ease throughout the experience. There were various members in the group, including families, couples, and married couples, but everyone was considerate of each other, which made it even more enjoyable. The scenery was truly stunning, as expected from Kabira Bay, and it was a satisfying activity for the whole family. Time flew by, but I thought it might have been better if we had a bit more time to enjoy, as we had the physical stamina to do so.

家族5人で利用させていただきました。ガイドさんは男性でしたが、すごく丁寧な対応で、終始安心できました。家族連れ、カップル、ご夫婦といろんなメンバーでの合同でしたが、それぞれに気を使っていただけたので、より楽しめました。さすが川平湾といった風景も十分に楽しむことができ家族全員、満足のアクティビティでした。時間はあっという間に過ぎてしまいましたが、もう少し楽しみたいと思えるぐらいの方が体力的に余裕があり、いいのかなとも思いました。

The wind was a bit strong, so it required some effort to paddle the canoe, but the view of Kabira Bay from the canoe was very beautiful! The instructor was also very pleasant, and the time flew by! This time I chose the canoe, but those who opted for stand-up paddleboarding seemed to be having a lot of fun as well. Since the canoe splashes water, I think it's best to wear clothes that can get wet or a swimsuit. There are rental marine shoes available, so I didn't have to prepare them, which was helpful.

風が少し強く、カヌーを漕ぐのに多少力が必要でしたが、カヌーからの川平湾は非常に綺麗でした！
インストラクターの方もとても感じがよく、あっという間の時間でした！
今回はカヌーを選択しましたが、supも選んでいる方もとても楽しそうでした。
カヌーは水がかかるので、濡れても良い服もしくは水着着用が良いと思います。
マリンシューズはレンタルがあるので、こちらで用意する必要がなく、助かりました。

If you're considering paddleboarding in Ishigaki Island, there are several places to choose from, but I particularly recommend paddleboarding at Kabira Bay! The sea there is incredibly beautiful, and the waves are calm. I ended up paddleboarding in light rain, but it was amazing to paddle on the emerald green sea!

I had never paddleboarded before, but the instructor was very kind and taught me well, so I was able to enjoy it. Those with good stamina can go ahead quickly, and for those who get tired, the instructor will pull you along, so I think both beginners and advanced paddlers will be satisfied!

When I visit Ishigaki Island again, I definitely want to paddleboard here! It was so much fun, thank you very much!!

石垣島でサップをするならいくつか場所は考えられますが、私は特に川平湾でのサップをおすすめしたいです！川平湾は海がとても綺麗で、さらに波も穏やかだからです。私は小雨の中でのサップとなってしまいましたが、エメラルドグリーンの海の上でボードを漕ぐのは最高でした！
私はサップをしたことが無かったのですが、インストラクターの方が丁寧に教えて下さったので楽しく取り組むことができました。体力のある方はどんどんと進めますし、疲れてしまった方もインストラクターの方が引っ張ってくれるので初心者の方から上級者の方まで満足できたと思います！
石垣島に訪れた際にはまたここでサップをしたいと思います！楽しかったです、本当にありがとうございました！！

Due to the weather, I was unable to participate in the Blue Cave tour. I received a notification the day before that the Blue Cave was canceled due to wind and waves, and they suggested snorkeling at another location. However, I really wanted to go to the Blue Cave, so I switched to just participating in the SUP and rescheduled the Blue Cave for the following day. In the end, the tour was also canceled the next day, and I had to reschedule again three days later, but that too was canceled. It can't be helped since it's the weather.

That said, I only did the SUP, but it was still a lot of fun and an amazing tour. The guide was friendly and easy to talk to, and they taught us how to ride carefully. It was my first time doing SUP, but I managed to stay on without falling in. When I visit Ishigaki Island again, I would like to use this service once more.

天候の関係で青の洞窟は参加できませんでした。
前日に連絡があり、風と波で青の洞窟は不催行とのこと、他の場所でのシュノーケリングを提案いただきましたが、どうしても青の洞窟に行きたくて、SUPのみ参加で青の洞窟は翌日に切り替えていただきました。
結局、翌日も不催行になり、その3日後に再度切り替えてもらいましたが、こちらも不催行になってしまいました。天気なので仕方がありません。

ということでSUPだけでしたが、それでもとても楽しく最高のツアーでした。
ガイドさんはフレンドリーで話しやすいですし、乗り方も丁寧に教えてくれます。
私はSUPは初めてでしたが、ドボンせずに乗り切ることができました。
石垣島を訪問した際は、また利用したいと思います。

The weather wasn't very good, so we couldn't hold the planned stand-up paddleboarding at Kabira Bay and instead had it in the mangroves. However, since they contacted us in advance and we agreed, there was no problem.

Also, on the day of the event, we were informed that the sea conditions were not good, so snorkeling was canceled. But they explained everything properly in advance and mentioned that we would receive a refund for the canceled activity, so I was able to participate without worry.

The stand-up paddleboarding in the mangroves was great; they took plenty of photos and provided a lot of explanations about the plants and insects, which made it a fun experience.

天気があまり良くなくて、予定していた川平湾でのサップ開催が出来ず、マングローブでの開催でしたが、事前に連絡を下さり了承の上だったので問題ありませんでした。

また、当日に海の状況がよくないとの事で、シュノーケリングも中止になりましたが、こちらもきちんと事前に説明してくだり、中止分は返金の旨も説明頂けたので心配せず参加できました。

マングローブでのサップはしっかり写真を撮っていただけて、植物の説明や虫の説明などたくさんしていただけて楽しかったです。

Due to the weather, we changed from sea SUP to river SUP. The snorkeling in the northern area with the Blue Cave was changed to snorkeling in the southern area where the waves are relatively calm.

I was anxious about trying SUP for the first time, but I was able to manage it very easily! Once I got used to it, I felt relaxed and had a great time!

Since it was raining, the atmosphere of the mangroves was present, and I was able to fully enjoy the great outdoors!

In the afternoon, we went snorkeling! I thought we would only enjoy the shallow areas, but surprisingly, I ended up swimming quite deep! There were colorful fish like those seen in aquariums, and the coral reefs were spread out, which captivated me as someone who loves marine life!

The guide was very friendly, and I felt like I could have talked to him even more! I was able to have a fun experience with the other participants as well!

Although we had to change plans due to the weather, I still think it was worth participating! I want to join the tour again for a revenge attempt!

*On the day of participation, it was quite windy and cloudy, so honestly... it was cold when I was diving and after coming up! (laughs)

*The pickup time should come through the app or email around 6 PM the day before participation, but this time, perhaps due to the difficulty in judging the weather, I didn't receive a notification and had to confirm by phone. If you don't receive a notification about the pickup time, it might be a good idea to check with the tour company.

今回は天候の関係で、海のSUP→川のSUP。青の洞窟がある北部のシュノーケル→波が比較的穏やかな南部のシュノーケルにそれぞれ変更となりました。

SUPは初めてチャレンジで乗りこなせるか不安がありましたが、とても簡単に乗りこなす事が出来ました！
慣れると余裕が出てきてすごく気持ち良く楽しむ事が出来ます！

雨が降っていたこともあり、マングローブの雰囲気が出ており大自然を堪能する事が出来ました！

午後はシュノーケルを行いました！
浅瀬で楽しむくらいかなと思っていましたが、泳いでみれば意外と深いところまで泳いでいました！
水族館で見るようなカラフルな魚たちから珊瑚礁が広がっており、海洋生物が好きな私は終始見惚れてしまいました！

ガイドの方はとても気さくな方でまだまだ話し足りないくらいでした！
一緒に参加した人達とも楽しく体験する事ができました！

今回は天候の影響で代替え案となりましたが、それでも参加する価値はあると思います！
リベンジしにまたツアーに参加したいと思います！

※参加して日は風が強く、お天気も曇りだったため、正直…潜ってる時、上がった後は寒かったです！笑

※参加する前日の18時くらいにピックアップ時刻がアプリやメールを通じてくるはずですが…
今回は天候の判断が難しかったのか、通知が来ず電話で確認しました。
ピックアップの時刻の通知が来ない時は催行会社に確認した方がいいかもしれません。

In the morning, I participated in canoeing, and in the afternoon, I joined a snorkeling session. Although it was unfortunately cloudy, the sun occasionally peeked through the gaps in the clouds, and I was moved by the beauty of the sea at that moment. It was my first time canoeing, but I learned how to paddle, and gradually got the hang of it. The wind felt refreshing and invigorating.

For snorkeling, I wore a wetsuit, and at first, I thought it might be cold, but the shallow waters felt warm enough, so I was glad it wasn't chilly even in March. There were so many colorful fish, and while the deeper areas were a bit murky, the not-so-deep spots were clear, and I was thrilled to encounter a clownfish family. I wished I had a bit more time for snorkeling. I want to come back on a sunny day next time!

午前中カヌー、午後はシュノーケリングに参加しました。
あいにくの曇り空でしたが雲の隙間から時折太陽が出でき時の海の綺麗さに感動
カヌーも初めてでしたが漕ぎ方を教わり

シュノーケリングはウェットスーツを着ての参加だったので最初な寒いかなとも思いましたが
浅瀬は海水も暖かく感じるぐらいで
3月でも寒くなくてよかったです。
色とりどりの魚がいっぱいいて、
深いところは少し濁ってましたが
そんなに深くない所は良く見えたし
ニモ親子にも出会えて感動でした
もう少しシュノーケリングの時間があればいいなと思いました。
今度は晴れた日にまた来たい！

My child was a bit scared on their first canoe trip, but once we started, they got completely absorbed and paddled off on their own! I left my smartphone in the car to avoid dropping it in the sea, but the guide took plenty of photos, so we have great memories! The kids were impressed by the handsome guide! This time we went canoeing as a family, but next time I definitely want to try stand-up paddleboarding! It was a half-day tour this time, but I slightly regret not choosing the full-day plan.

子供は初めてのカヌーで、少し怖がっていましたが、始まるとなんのその、夢中で勝手に行ってしまいました！スマホは海に落とすと大変なので、車に置いておきましたが、ガイドさんがたくさん写真を撮ってくれたので、思いでもバッチリです！子供たちはイケメンガイドさんや！って感動してました！今回は家族でカヌーでしたが、次は是非サップに挑戦したいです！今回は半日のツアでしたが、一日プランでもよかったなぁと少し後悔しています。

Today, I had my first kayaking experience with a fun guide! The location was perfect with shallow waters. The explanations were easy to understand, and even though there were many other participants, the guide was attentive to everyone. Time flew by, and it seemed like the kids wanted to do it a little longer! It's a safe and enjoyable activity even for small children!

今日は楽しいガイドさんに連れられてカヤック初挑戦！
遠浅で最高のロケーションでした。
説明もわかりやすく、他の参加者もたくさんいらっしゃいましたが、全員に気配りしてくれるガイドさんでした。
時間が過ぎるのが早くて、子供たちももう少しやりたかったみたいです！
小さい子供さんでも安心して楽しめます！

Overall, it was a journey that healed my heart with beautiful scenery and a pleasant breeze. When I previously visited Kabira Bay, I dreamed of doing SUP there someday, and I finally fulfilled that wish. While the shallow areas made me think, "Isn't this more like just standing than SUP?", the sensation of standing on the clear, beautiful water surface was unforgettable.

I wanted to go to the Blue Cave, but due to high waves the day before, we couldn't go and instead went snorkeling at Okasaki Beach. It was thrilling to see tropical fish, familiar from aquariums, right in front of me! Plus, the excitement of swimming through the corals was incredible! Time flew by in an instant.

All the staff were kind, taught well, and even took wonderful photos for us, which I truly appreciated. However, an unexpected issue was that while lunch was supposed to be in Kabira when I made the reservation, it actually turned out to be at the island terminal. We had to travel for 30 minutes and then wander around the bustling area for over an hour in wet clothes. After lunch, we regrouped and had to travel another 30 minutes back to Okasaki Beach, which was tough. It was disappointing that it took an hour instead of the less than 20 minutes it would have taken to go directly from Kabira to Okasaki, and that we couldn't have lunch in Kabira (since I had researched it a lot).

I thought it might be better to request separate days for these activities next time.

総じて、美しい景色と心地よい風に心を癒される旅となりました。
以前に川平湾へ来た時に、いつかは川平湾でsupをしたいと夢見て、そしてついに念願がかないました。浅いところは、「supじゃなくてよくね？」という感じもしないでもないですが、透明な美しい水面に立つ快感は忘れがたいものでした。
青の洞窟に行きたかったのですが、前日に波が高くて行けないとなり、大崎ビーチでシュノーケリングをしました。水族館でおなじみの熱帯魚がすぐ目の前にいる感動！しかも、珊瑚の間をすり抜けるように泳ぐスリル！　あっという間に時間が終わりました。
スタッフはみなさん親切で、教え方も上手、しかもステキな写真も撮っていただき、本当にありがたかったです。
ただ予定外だったのが、予約時は川平で昼食となっていたのが、実際は離島ターミナルとなり、30分かけて移動して、ぬれた格好のまま1時間以上、繁華街をうろつくことになったことです。昼食後に再集合し、また30分かけて大崎ビーチに移動するのは、きつかったです。川平から大崎までは直接行けば20分もかからないのに、実際は1時間もかかってしまったことや、川平でランチできなかったことが残念でした（あれこれ調べていたので…。）
次回からは、別々に、別日に頼めばよいのかな思いました。

Since the weather was forecasted to be rainy, I had given up on marine sports, but two days ago the forecast changed to sunny, so I made a last-minute reservation.

Despite the sudden booking, the staff were kind and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable.

On the day of the activity, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to sea conditions, but we were able to do stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling at Kabira Bay. I was anxious about trying stand-up paddleboarding for the first time, but the staff kindly taught me, and I was able to create wonderful memories.

I would love to request this again when I come back to Ishigaki Island! Thank you very much.

天気が雨予報だったので、マリンスポーツなどを諦めていたのですが、2日前に晴れ予報に変わり急遽予約させていただきました。
急な予約なのに親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださり、とても気持ちが良かったです。

当日、青の洞窟は海の状況で行けなかったのですが、川平湾でサップとシュノーケリングをさせていただきました。
初めてのサップでできるか不安でしたが、スタッフの方が優しく教えてくださり、とても楽しい思い出を作れました。
また石垣島に来た際にお願いしたいと思いました！

Around 9 AM, I was picked up at Granvillage Resort and joined the other participants in the car. We enjoyed the guide's talk during the ride, where they shared trivia, recommended shops, and tourist spots!

After about 30-40 minutes, we arrived at the beach, where we were given special shoes and received a lecture on how to paddle a canoe. By around 11 AM, the experience was over, and we were dropped off near the island terminal before noon.

I wasn't sure how wet I would get, but I found that only my lower back got completely soaked, while the upper body only got splashed. I was worried because I didn't have sandals, but it wasn't a problem since I could quickly change into the provided shoes!

If you want to participate with a smartphone, I think it's a good idea to have a waterproof case that you can hang around your neck. It was mid-March, but the weather was quite sunny, so sun protection was essential. Thanks to the good weather, the beauty of the sea was amazing!!

The guide also took beautiful photos, and I have many wonderful memories!

朝9時頃グランヴィリオリゾートに迎えに来ていただき、同じツアーの方と車内で合流。車内ではガイドさんのトークで楽しませてもらいました！（豆知識やおすすめのお店、観光地など教えていただきました！）
そこから30-40分程でビーチに着き、専用シューズを貸してもらい、カヌーを運んで漕ぎ方のレクチャーを受けました。
11時頃には体験が終了し、12時前には離島ターミナル付近まで送り届けていただきました。
どのくらい濡れるのか分からず行きましたが、完全に慣れてしまうのはお尻周りで、腰から上は水が散る程度でした。
サンダルを持っておらず心配でしたが、貸し出しのシューズにすぐ履き替えるので問題なかったです！
スマホなどを持って参加したい場合は、首から下げれる防水ケースがあると良いと思います。
3月中旬でしたが、かなりの晴天だったので日差しも強く、日焼け対策が必須でした。天気が良かったお陰で、海の綺麗さは最高でした！！
写真もガイドさんが綺麗に撮って下さり、思い出が沢山残りました！

In the morning, I went snorkeling, and in the afternoon, I did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). It was my first time snorkeling, but I felt safe and enjoyed it because the guide was attentive. The water was very clear, and I was able to see many corals, beautiful fish, and even clownfish and Dory, which was magical and moving. The guide also provided explanations in some parts of the cave, which was educational. SUP was also my first time, but everyone quickly learned to stand and paddle, and it was fun to maneuver around.

The weather was great all day, so both the Blue Cave and Kabira Bay had crystal-clear water, which was stunning. It was surprisingly warm for March, so I didn't feel cold even when I went into the sea.

To all the guides, it was a packed day, and I’m really glad I participated. Thank you very much.

午前にシュノーケリング、午後にSUPをしました。初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、ガイドの方がしっかり目を配ってくださっているので安心して楽しむことができました。水がとても綺麗で、たくさんの珊瑚や綺麗な魚、ニモやドリーの魚も見ることができ、幻想的で感動しました。また、洞窟の中も所々解説をしてもらえて勉強にもなりました。SUPも初めてでしたが、皆すぐに立って漕げるようになり、小回りなどもでき楽しかったです。
1日中天気が良かったので、青の洞窟も川平湾も海が透き通っていてとても綺麗で感動しました。また、3月と思えないほど暖かかったので、海に入っても寒いと思うこともなく過ごすことができました。
ガイドの皆さん、盛り沢山な1日でしたが、参加して本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました。

This time, my girlfriend and I participated in SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave! Since it was our first challenge with SUP, we thought it might be difficult, but thanks to our instructor, Miyuki, who provided thorough guidance, we had a great time experiencing SUP! The snorkeling was also very enjoyable as they explained about the fish and other things along the way! Overall, it was wonderful that the instructor adjusted the activities to match the participants' pace and created a fun atmosphere for everyone! Above all, I thought the service of taking photos during the activities and providing the data later was fantastic! If I have the chance again, I would definitely love to participate!

今回は、彼女と2人でSUPと青の洞窟シュノーケリングに参加させて頂きました！
2人ともSUPに関しては、初の挑戦ということもあり、難しそうな印象がありましたが、インストラクターさん(Miyukiさん)がしっかりとレクチャーをして頂けたお陰で楽しくSUP体験が出来ました！
シュノーケリングについても、魚など説明を交えながら進めてくださりとても楽しかったです！
全体を通して、インストラクターが参加者のペースに合わせてアクティビティを進めてくださるだけでなく、楽しく参加が出来るような雰囲気作りもいて頂きとても良かったです！なによりもアクティビティ中に写真を撮ってデータとして後で頂けるサービスも凄い良かったと思います！！
また機会があれば是非参加させて頂きますね！！

The tour was changed from the planned Kabira Bay to a river surrounded by mangroves due to the weather conditions on the day, but it was a very fulfilling experience that allowed us to feel more connected to nature. I appreciate the flexibility in adapting to the situation.

Thanks to the thorough pre-lecture on paddling techniques, I didn't feel too confused, but I struggled with my balance and ended up capsizing a few times. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to try it again.

It was a bit chilly, but we were able to use warm showers afterward, so there were no issues at all.

当日の気象状況から予定の川平湾からマングローブに囲まれた川へ変更してのツアーでしたが自然をより感じられ大変充実した内容でした。こうした臨機応変な対応も評価できます。
パドルさばきについては丁寧な事前レクチャーのおかげでさほど戸惑いはありませんでしたが、重心の取り方がうまく行かず何度か水没してしまいました。今度もし機会があれば 再チャレンジしてみたいと思います。
やや肌寒い日でしたが終了後温水シャワーを使用でき全く問題ありません。

This was my first trip to Ishigaki Island, and I was really looking forward to it. Before the trip, the weather forecast predicted clouds and rain, but on the day itself, we were blessed with clear skies, as if the sun was greeting us. I thought it must have been due to my good behavior.

Now, regarding the morning SUP experience, it was wonderful to paddle and stand on the board with both feet, feeling the wind of Ishigaki Island all around me. When I got the hang of it, I tried standing on one foot, but I didn’t succeed and ended up falling into the sea, which became a memorable experience for me.

In the afternoon, the sun became stronger, and I almost wondered if it was really January, as the intense sunlight was piercing. During the snorkeling experience, the sunny weather allowed me to swim comfortably, and I was very satisfied! My companion mentioned they weren’t a strong swimmer, but with the support of a float, they were able to participate safely, making it an activity that anyone can enjoy.

今回が初めての石垣島旅行で楽しみにしていました。
旅行に行く前は天気予報が曇や雨の予報でしたが、いざ、当日になると、太陽がこちらに向かって挨拶してるかのような快晴に恵まれ日頃の行いが良かったのかと思いました。
さて、午前中のSUP体験ですが漕いで両足でボートの上に立つ事で石垣島の風を全体で受ける事でき、非常に気持ちの良いものでした。途中慣れきたころに片足立ちに挑戦するも、上手くいかず転覆して石垣の海に放り出されたのは個人的な良い思い出になりました。笑
午後になると日差しも強くなって行き、本当に1月かと思うぐらい強い日差しが突き刺さる中、シュノーケル体験でしたが太陽が出てる分気持ち良く泳ぐ事が出来て大満足でした！今回、同伴者が泳ぎが苦手との事でしたが浮き輪と一緒にサポートしてくださったので初めての方でも安心して参加できるアクティビティですね。

After the New Year, I went to warm Ishigaki!

After touring the island, I decided to book some sports activities! At first, I was worried that the sea might still be cold, but I was recommended to try stand-up paddleboarding in the mangroves, and it was safe and easy even for beginners! Our guide, Mako-chan, taught us carefully, and the waves were stable, so I didn’t have to worry about falling into the water at all!

Then, in the afternoon, we headed out for snorkeling. The moment I got into the water, I thought, "Oh, it's cold!" but I quickly immersed myself in the beautiful underwater world, and it was so much fun!

When I got out of the water, it was a bit chilly, but the car's heating was working great, and it felt nice!

Finally, there was a shower available to warm up my body, which was the best!

I definitely want to go back once the warm season arrives!

年明け暖かい石垣に！

島観光を回してから、スポーツを予約してみました！最初は海がまだ寒いかなと心配してたが、マングローブのsupをおすすめしていただいて、初心者でも、安心に漕げました！ガイドのまこちゃん丁寧に教えていただき、波も安定で、全然水に落ちる心配がなかったのです！

それから！午後からシュノーケルに向かって、水に入った瞬間、あ、寒ーと思ってたけど、すぐ綺麗な海下の世界に冒頭し、楽しかったです！

水から出てきて、一瞬寒かったけど、車の暖房をガンガン効いて、気持ちよかった！

最後、シャワーも付いて、体を温めて、最高でした！

暖かい季節になってから、ぜひまた行きたいです！

The snorkeling had high visibility, allowing us to see plenty of coral and fish, and the SUP was taught with great care, making it a very satisfying tour! Even in winter, the water temperature was warm, and wearing a wetsuit kept us comfortable; the kids enjoyed it as well. The staff were very friendly and kind to the children. Since it was windy, it would have been nice to have a windbreaker over our swimsuits during the SUP. I would love to participate again!

シュノーケリングは透明度が高く珊瑚や魚を沢山見ることができ、SUPも丁寧に教えてくださり大満足のツアーでした！冬でも水温は高く、ウェットスーツを着れば寒くなく、子供も楽しんでいました。スタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーで子供にも優しいです。風が強かったので、SUPの時は水着の上にウィンドブレーカーがあると良かったです。また参加したいです！

We participated in our first Okinawa activity as a couple. We signed up for this highly-rated tour. The day before, I received a call from Pipi confirming the meeting place and time, checking our shoe sizes and heights, and going over some important notes and the schedule. In the morning, we were advised to wear swimsuits, and since we would break for lunch, we needed to bring lunch money. The plan included snorkeling at the Blue Cave in the morning and kayaking at Kabira Bay in the afternoon. Since it was winter, we wore wetsuits for snorkeling. Although we got quite wet, a layer of warm water formed between our skin and the suit, allowing us to swim without shivering. The path to the beach was a wild, tropical route that offered a bit of adventure. The snorkeling was fantastic, and the cave itself was truly beautiful. The way the light came in and the view of the sea gave it a secret base feel.

After the activity, we took off our wetsuits and were able to rinse our hands and feet with warm water that was provided. We were transported almost in our swimsuits to the city center, but the heating was on, so we weren't cold. Before the afternoon meeting, we returned to our hotel, took a shower, and had a meal at a deli recommended by our guide.

In the afternoon, we were taken to the farthest point of Kabira Bay for our canoe experience. Since the canoe can get wet, it's good to wear swimsuits or rash guards. After receiving a briefing, even beginners could easily paddle and turn. The people on the SUP course were also enjoying themselves while standing and paddling, and we felt a sense of satisfaction from paddling quite a distance. We were able to experience the beautiful Kabira Bay, where the color changes with the depth, and we even saw a bit of sunshine. The guide was very friendly both in the morning and afternoon, introducing us to recommended shops and engaging with the children. I hope to request this experience again when I can visit Ishigaki Island under a blue sky!

初めての沖縄アクティビティ夫婦で参加です。口コミ評価が高いこのツアーを申し込みました。前日にpipiさんから電話があり集合場所と時刻、足と身長の確認、諸注意とスケジュールの確認があります。朝の時点でインナーは水着、昼食時は一旦解散するので昼食代が必要。また、午前に青の洞窟シュノーケリング、午後に川平湾カヌーと予定が入れ替わるという内容でした。シュノーケリングは冬場なのでウエットスーツを着用。中までしっかり濡れますが､ 肌とスーツの間に温かい水の層ができ、震えることなく泳ぐことが出来ました。浜まで南国感いっぱいなワイルドな道がありちょっとした冒険が楽しめます。 シュノーケル中はもちろん、洞窟が本当に素敵でした。 光の入り方や海の見え方が秘密基地感たっぷりです。

アクティビティ後はウエットスーツを脱ぎ、用意してくだ さったお湯で軽く手足を流せます。そのままほぼ水着で 市街地まで送迎ですが、 暖房も入れて頂き寒くはありま せんでした。午後の集合まで私達は一旦ホテルに戻り、 シャワーを浴びてガイドさんおすすめのデリで食事をし ました。

午後は川平湾の一番奥まったところまで送迎していただ き､カヌー体験です。カヌーも濡れるので、水着やラッシ ュガードを着ると良いです。レクチャーを受け初心者でも 簡単に漕いで曲がることが出来ます。SUPコースの方たち も皆立ち漕ぎで楽しんでいましたかなりの距離を漕げ るので満足感があります。少し晴れ間も見え、深さで色が変わる綺麗な川平湾を体感できました。ガイドの方は午前午後とも､とても気さくでおすすめのお店を紹介していただいたり、子どもたちと盛り上がったりとフレンドリーです。今度、青空の石垣島に来ることができた際はお願いしたいです!

In the morning, I went snorkeling at the Blue Cave, and in the afternoon, I experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The weather was cloudy, so it wasn't the best condition, but both activities were incredibly fun! The snorkeling instructor, Nishihara, provided thorough guidance, which made me feel safe during the experience. He taught us a lot about the corals, fish, and nature, so I not only enjoyed snorkeling but also learned about the natural environment of Ishigaki Island. After coming out of the water, it was a bit cold in December, so I think it would be good to have warm clothing that can be worn over a swimsuit. For SUP, the instructor also taught us how to paddle carefully and took many photos, so even though it was my first time, I was able to enjoy it! I didn't fall into the river, and while I didn't get completely soaked, my bottom did get wet, so I think it's best to wear something that can get wet on the lower half. I would definitely like to participate again when I visit Ishigaki Island! Thank you!

午前中は青の洞窟のシュノーケリング、午後はSUPを体験しました。天気は曇りで最高のコンディションとはいきませんでしたが、どちらも最高に楽しかったです！シュノーケリングはインストラクターのニシハラさんが丁寧にレクチャーしてくれるので安心して体験することができました。珊瑚や魚、自然のことについても色々と教えてくださったのでシュノーケリングだけではなく、石垣島の自然についても知ることができ楽しかったです。海から上がった後は12月で少し寒かったので、水着の上から着られる防寒着があると良いと思いました。SUPも漕ぎ方について丁寧に教えてくださり、写真もたくさん撮ってくださったので初めてでしたが、楽しんで参加することができました！川に落ちることはなく、全身が濡れてしまうことはないのですが、お尻は濡れてしまうので、下半身は濡れても大丈夫な格好で行くと良いと思いました。石垣島にまた訪れたときにはぜひまた参加したいです！ありがとうございました！

I couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but they suggested an alternative tour to Balas Island and snorkeling. The conditions seemed good, and it was very beautiful.

The afternoon stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and canoeing at Kabira Bay had strong winds, and it rained a bit along the way, but it was fun. My 7-year-old wanted to try SUP, and with the help of the guide, they were able to experience it.

During the transfers, they also introduced us to recommended shops and sightseeing spots.

While the guiding was great, I was surprised when we had a break between the morning and afternoon sessions, where we just took off our wetsuits and were told to have lunch on our own before regrouping. I was informed that it was okay to enter shops in swimwear, but having gone to Iriomote the day before and seeing a notice that said, "Please do not walk in swimwear or dirty clothes, as this is a residential area," I felt quite resistant to that. Is this the norm in Ishigaki Island?

Lastly, the shower room we used at the end was helpful as it had a hairdryer.

青の洞窟は行けませんでしたが、バラス島とシュノーケリングの代替ツアーを提案していただきました。
条件が良かったようでとても綺麗でした。
午後の川平湾SUPとカヌーは風が強く、途中雨も降りましたが、楽しかったです。
7歳の子がSUPをやりたいと言い、ガイドさんに引っ張ってもらいながら体験できました。
移動中などもおすすめのお店や観光スポットを紹介していただきました。

ガイド中はよかったのですが、午前と午後の間に一度解散があり、ウェットスーツを脱いだだけで解散、各自昼食を取ってまた集合と言われてびっくりしました。
水着でもお店は入れるとのことでしたが、前日に西表に行き、「水着や汚れた格好で歩かないように、生活圏です」との注意書きを見て、その通りだと思っていたので抵抗感が強かったです。
石垣島はそういうものなのでしょうか？
最後に使ったシャワールームはドライヤーもあって助かりました。
