I recommend visiting the three islands of Iriomote, Yufu, and Takeshima as it's more efficient than exploring them individually. Being swayed in a water buffalo cart while listening to the guide's sanshin performance of Okinawan songs, surrounded by the blue sea and the clear blue ocean, was a precious experience that allowed me to forget my daily life and be healed by nature.

西表、由布、竹島３島巡り、個人で巡るより、効率的に巡る事ができるのでお勧めです。水牛車に揺られ、ガイドさんの三線演奏での沖縄の唄、青い海と、透明な青い海、日常を忘れ自然に癒される貴重な体験でした。

I was able to efficiently tour Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart, and Taketomi Island using the ferry, water buffalo cart, and bus. Although it was early October, it was still quite hot, and it was very good that we could travel by bus on Taketomi Island.

西表島、水牛車、竹富島、と船と水牛車とバスで効率的に観光することが出来ました。
10月初旬ですが、まだまだ暑く、竹富島はバス移動が出来、非常に良かったです。

I use it every month. When you buy directly from the bus driver, it's cash only. Since the transaction is completed before boarding, I recommend purchasing with a credit card.

I was worried about the rain, but it held off, so I was lucky! The water buffalo was obedient and cute ❤ I learned a lot about the island's culture and more!

I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Taketomi Island. I think the lack of time was my own mistake.

However, I was really frustrated that I couldn't hear the voice of the water buffalo cart guide. I was at the back of a group of about eight people. The manners of the elderly participants in the group were the worst. They were talking on their cell phones and starting casual conversations. I wanted to enjoy a relaxing time, but they kept interrupting the beautiful folk songs...

If the service is so different between the front and back, I wish the price would reflect that. It was frustrating not to hear the guide's voice, and it ruined the experience.

竹富島の雰囲気は味わえました。
時間にゆとりがなかったのは自分のミスだと思います。

ただ、水牛車のガイドさんの声が聞こえないのには参りました。
片側8人程度乗車の最後尾。
グループで参加していた高齢者のマナーが最悪。途中携帯電話で通話はするし、世間話は始めるし。ゆったりした時間を楽しみたいのにせっかくの民謡に合いの手入れるし…

前方と後方でこんなにサービスが違うなら金額も変えて欲しい。
ガイドの声が聞こえなくてイライラ
せっかくの体験が台無しでした。

I'm glad I was able to efficiently visit the highlights of the three remote islands in one day! Since the weather was unavoidable, I hope to take revenge on a sunny day next time!

3つの離島の見せ場を1日で効率良く回れて良かったです！天候は仕方ないので次回は晴れた日にリベンジしたいと思っています！

It's definitely a good deal. Since it's a local bus, it is naturally used by residents as well. There is limited space for luggage, and with many users, it might be challenging for those with children. There may also be times when you can't board due to exceeding capacity, so I think it's necessary to plan ahead.

お得なのは間違いないです。
路線バスなので当然、地元住民も利用されるバスです。
スーツケースを置く場所も限られており、利用者も多いので子連れは大変かも。
定員オーバーで乗れない場合もありますので、余裕ある利用が必要かと思います。

I also rode a water buffalo on Taketomi Island, and it was truly moving to see it cross the sea, as expected from a water buffalo. I went with my 3-year-old son and my mother (grandmother), and although our time was short, we enjoyed feeding the water buffalo on Yubu Island, seeing many butterflies, and eating ice cream!

竹富島でも水牛になりましたが、やはり水牛というだけあって海を渡る様を見れたのが感動しました。
3歳の息子と、母(祖母)と3世代で行きましたが、由布島で水牛に餌やりができたり、蝶々をたくさん見れたり、アイスを食べたりと短い時間だしたが満喫できました！

I was excited on the ferry to Iriomote Island, and I was thrilled to see the mangroves. Although I didn't see the wildcat, I really felt the abundance of nature. On the return water buffalo cart from Yufu Island, I was captivated by the guide's sanshin and singing, while the water buffalo took a rest... I was able to spend a relaxing time. The lunch was also delicious. Finally, on Take Island, I rented a bicycle to explore the island. I recommend the stamps sold at the post office. Thank you for a wonderful time!

西表島行くまでのフェリーでワクワク、マングローブ見れてウキウキ。ヤマネコは見れませんでしたが、自然いっぱい感じました。由布島から帰りの水牛車では、ガイドさんのサンシンと歌に聞き入って水牛がお休みしたり、、、。ゆったりとした時間過ごせました。昼ご飯もおいしかったです。最後竹島ではレンタサイクル借りて島巡り。郵便局で売っている切手がお勧めです。楽しく過ごすことができて有難うございました。

Many reviews mentioned that lunch was mediocre, but I found it to be quite delicious. The explanations from the bus drivers on Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart on Yufu Island, and the mangrove cruise on Nakama River were very interesting and informative, so definitely take the time to listen. The boat does sway, so taking motion sickness medication is a must.

口コミではお昼ご飯が微妙との声が多かったですが、普通に美味しかったです。
西表島のバス、由布島の水牛車、仲間川マングローブクルーズの方々の説明や現地のことについてのお話がとても面白く参考になったので、是非耳を傾けてみてください。
船は揺れるので酔い止め必須です。

I visited in early October. The staff were kind, cheerful, and polite, and the sky was blue and wide, with beautiful seas. The cows were also cute and soothing. If I were to mention a caution, it would be to bring a light jacket, as it can get cold inside the boat!

10月上旬に行きました。係の方も優しく明るく丁寧で、空も青く広く海も綺麗でした。牛さんも可愛くて癒されました。注意事項を述べるならば船の中が寒くなっているので薄着の羽織物を持っていくことです！

We visited Yubu Island, then Iriomote Island, and finally Taketomi Island. I had a bit of extra free time on Yubu Island, but after that, I was able to enjoy everything efficiently. I chose a plan on Taketomi Island that only included renting bicycles without the water buffalo. If you want to explore the entire island, renting a bicycle is a better option as it allows for more time. I felt that the water buffalo cart experience on Yubu Island was sufficient for me.

由布島→西表島→竹富島の順で周りました。
由布島での自由時間を少し持て余しましたが、後は効率良く楽しむことが出来ました。
竹富島は水牛なしのレンタサイクルのみのプランにしましたが、島全体を探索するならレンタサイクルのみの方が時間がたくさん確保出来ます。水牛車は由布島で私は十分でした。

In April of this year, I participated in a snorkeling tour with Pipi in Miyako Island, and it was so great that I decided to go with Pipi again for this trip to Ishigaki Island! There was a plan on VELTRA called "Second Person Free," so I greedily joined the "Kabira Bay SUP & Mysterious Island Snorkeling Full-Day Tour." The day before, I received a message from Pipi saying, "Due to weather conditions, the snorkeling point will be changed to Osaki Beach," but it turned out to be a great decision! I think it resulted in a very fulfilling day.

The snorkeling at Osaki Beach allowed us to see beautiful fish and coral reefs, and although there was a bit of wind during the SUP at Kabira Bay, I was able to paddle while standing on the board! During the drive to our destination, the staff's stories were enjoyable, and their attention to the participants during the tour was very considerate, which made it easy to engage in the activities with peace of mind.

After the tour, I think it's a nice touch that we could use the shower booths near the island terminal for free. I highly recommend this experience!

今年4月に宮古島で参加したpipiさんのシュノーケリングツアーがとても良かったので、今回の石垣島でもpipiさんにしよう！と決めていました。
VELTRAさんで【2人目無料】というプランがあったので、今回欲張って［川平湾SUP&幻の島シュノーケル1日ツアー］に参加しましたが、前日にpipiさんから「天候の影響で、シュノーケルポイントが大崎ビーチに変更になる」との連絡を頂きましたが、結果大正解！で、非常に充実した1日になったと思います。
大崎ビーチでの美しい魚たちや珊瑚礁が見られるシュノーケリングと、川平湾でのSUPは少々風はありましたがボードの上で立ち漕ぎすることもできました！
車で目的地まで移動中も、スタッフさん方のお話も楽しかったし、ツアー中の参加者への気配りも大変細やかだったので安心してアクティビティに挑むことができました。
終了後は、離島ターミナル近くのシャワーブースで、シャワーが無料で利用できるのもポイントだと思います。本当におすすめです！

A time and space that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of work, soothing your heart. Riding a water buffalo for the first time, enveloped by the sounds of the sanshin, I went to Yufu Island. On Taketomi Island, I cycled until the very last moment. The wind and scenery all became the best memories.

初めて水牛に乗って、三線の音色に包まれながら由布島へ。
竹富島では、時間ギリギリまでサイクリング。
風も景色も、ぜんぶ最高の思い出になりました。

I participated in a snorkeling tour at the Blue Cave in Ishigaki Island. It was much more beautiful than in the photos, and seeing the "blue world" with my own eyes was truly moving. Inside the cave, sunlight streamed in, making the water surface sparkle, creating a fantastical atmosphere.

I felt a bit nervous before entering the water, but the guide explained everything carefully, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience. Even if you're not a strong swimmer, you can participate without any issues thanks to the life jackets and flotation devices. The fish came very close, and I was healed by the colorful corals and marine life.

Not only inside the Blue Cave, but the outside sea was also incredibly clear and beautiful. Everywhere you looked was picturesque, making you want to stay in the water forever. The guide took many photos, and all of them turned out beautifully, creating great memories.

It's a wonderful tour where you can fully experience the charm of the sea and nature. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ishigaki Island; you definitely should experience it!

石垣島の青の洞窟シュノーケルツアーに参加しました。
写真で見るよりもずっと綺麗で、実際に自分の目で見た“青の世界”は本当に感動的でした。
洞窟の中は太陽の光が差し込んで、水面がキラキラと光っていて、幻想的な雰囲気に包まれます。

海に入る前は少し緊張しましたが、ガイドさんが丁寧に説明してくれて安心して楽しめました。
泳ぎがあまり得意じゃなくても、ライフジャケットや浮き具があるので問題なく参加できました。
魚たちもすぐ近くまで寄ってきてくれて、色とりどりの珊瑚や生き物たちに癒されました。

青の洞窟の中だけじゃなく、外の海も透明度が高くて本当にきれい。
どこを見ても絵になる景色で、ずっと海の中にいたくなるような気分でした。
ガイドさんがたくさん写真を撮ってくれて、どれも綺麗に撮れていていい思い出になりました。

海と自然の魅力をたっぷり感じられる素敵なツアーです。
石垣島に来たら、絶対に体験してほしいと思えるくらいおすすめです！

First of all, it was great that the hotel offered a shuttle service! I saved on the taxi fare between the hotel and the island terminal. Also, having options for activities on Taketomi Island, whether by rental bicycle (for an additional fee), on foot, or by ox cart, was innovative! It was also nice to have three different departure times for the boat returning from Taketomi Island!

まず、ホテルまでの送迎が付いているのが、とても良かった！ホテルと離島ターミナル間のタクシー代が浮きました。あと、竹富島での行動が、レンタサイクル(別料金だけど）でも徒歩でも牛車でも、選択肢があるって斬新！竹富島から帰る船の時間も3パターンから選べるのも、良かった！

I signed up for SUP & the Blue Cave, but unfortunately, it was canceled due to bad weather. However, I was able to do snorkeling at a different spot. They suggested canoeing and SUP at different times, but in the end, I only did snorkeling. I was indecisive and called multiple times, and I am grateful to the tour company for their support. My first snorkeling experience was amazing. I wondered if there could be a better spot than this. I had no worries at all. I highly recommend it even for those who are not confident swimmers, as you definitely won't be left behind.

SUP&青の洞窟で申し込みましたが、天候が悪く、残念ながらSUP&青の洞窟は中止。でも違うポイントでシュノーケルだけできました。カヌーや違う時間でのSUP等、提案いただきましたが結局シュノーケルだけに。何度も迷い電話で対応していただき、催行会社の方には感謝です。初シュノーケルは最高の体験でした。これ以上に良いポイントなんてあるの？と思いました。不安も一切ありませんでした。絶対に置いてかれたりしないので、泳ぎに自信のない方にもお薦めです。

Water buffalo have their own personalities; some are impatient while others are calm and move slowly, which was interesting. It was great to be able to touch the water buffalo and take commemorative photos. The plan included lunch, and the meal was quite delicious.

水牛にも性格があり、せっかちさんの水牛もいれば、大人しいゆっくり動く水牛もいて、面白かった。
水牛に触ることができ記念写真も撮れて良かった。
お昼付きのプランで昼食のお料理がなかなか美味しかった。

In the morning, I did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) on the Miyara River, where mangroves thrive on both sides. It was my first time doing SUP, but they provided a proper lecture, and the pace was adjusted to match the group, allowing us to enjoy nature at a relaxed pace. In the afternoon, we had the opportunity for serious snorkeling. The route the guide took us on exceeded my expectations. You can receive photo data, but I recommend bringing your own camera. Depending on the weather, the visibility was amazing, allowing us to see deep into the ocean, along with the coral reefs and many fish swimming around—an incredible experience in nature.

午前はマングローブが川の両側に生い茂る宮良川でSUPをしました。初めてのSUPでしたが、ちゃんとレクチャーしてくれますし、進むペースもグループで合わせてくれるので、ゆったりした気持ちで自然を満喫しながら楽しめます。午後は本格的なシュノーケルが出来ます。ガイドさんが連れて行ってくれるルートは期待以上でした。写真データも頂けますがご自身のカメラの持参をおすすめ。天候によるのでしょうが、海の深い所まで見える透明度と珊瑚礁、たくさんの魚が泳ぐ自然を体験出来て最高です。

Since it was my first trip to Ishigaki Island, I decided to explore the islands through a tour. I was satisfied with being able to visit three islands in one day, which was efficient.

石垣島旅行は初めてだったので離島巡りはツアーで回ることにしました。
1日で3島巡れるのは効率的で満足しました。

The guide who assisted us had a pleasant way of speaking, and the atmosphere felt very much like the relaxed pace of Okinawa time, making our experience very enjoyable.

案内してくれたお姉さんが話術　三線とも心地よいゆっくりした沖縄時間的な印象でとても楽しく過ごさせていただきました。

Although we had to take an alternative course due to bad weather, I’m really glad I participated! (In the morning, we canoed on the Miyara River, and in the afternoon, we snorkeled at Ohsaki Beach.)

It had been about 10 years since I last did any marine activities, so it was quite physically demanding. However, I was able to see mangroves up close and spot many fish (including sea turtles!) in the beautiful waters of Ishigaki. I truly felt the great nature of Okinawa, and I think it was a wonderful experience!

It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t do the SUP at Kabira Bay since it was a rescheduled tour, but I was able to go on another day, so it was no problem.

天候不良で代替コースになりましたが、参加してよかったです！（午前は宮良川のカヌー、午後は大崎ビーチでシュノーケル）
マリンアクティビティ自体10年ぶりくらいだったのでかなり体力的に大変でしたが、、マングローブを直近で見れたり、石垣の綺麗な海でたくさんお魚（ウミガメも！）をみれたり、本当に沖縄の大自然を感じることができるとてもよい体験だったと思います！
（振替ツアーだったので、川平湾SUPができなかったのは残念でしたが、別日に自分で行けたので問題なしです）

I used this service for the first time in Ishigaki Island. After the shuttle to the hotel, it was very easy as I just had to follow the instructions to get around. The weather was also great, making for a fun tour.

It was very enjoyable to learn about Okinawa while occasionally playing the sanshin and singing! At the end, they also took a photo and gifted each group a picture✨

I purchased an unlimited ride ticket because I needed to transfer to the bus to the airport. However, I was disappointed to find out that it was not valid for one day from the date of purchase, but rather for 24 hours from when I got on the bus, which I didn't know.

バスに乗ってからの24時間乗り放題なので
それを知らなかったのでがっかりした。

I was able to encounter two sea turtles! There were also many fish swimming around, which made me very satisfied. Although I couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the typhoon, I appreciated that they chose safe spots to enjoy each day. The mangroves in the afternoon were fun because there were no other tourists, allowing us to paddle the canoe leisurely with a small group. There were many photo spots, and I was happy to take a lot of pictures in the mangroves. It turned out to be a very healing trip.

ウミガメに2匹遭遇する事ができました！ほかにも魚がたくさん泳いでいてとても満足でした。青の洞窟は台風で行けなかったものの、その日その日の安全に楽しめるスポットを選んでくれるのも良かったです。昼からのマングローブは、他の観光客がいなかったこともありますが少人数で気ままにカヌーを漕ぐことができて楽しかったです。フォトスポットも多く、マングローブで写真もたくさん撮ってもらえて嬉しかったです。とても癒される旅になりました。

It was a bit early in the morning, but they came to pick us up at the hotel, and it was great that we could just follow their instructions and enjoy sightseeing without having to think about anything. ☺️

This time, we chose the water buffalo cart plan, and we took the water buffalo cart to Taketomi Island. However, since we also used the water buffalo cart to walk around the town, I recommend renting a bicycle to explore the streets. 🚲 The buffalo was really laid-back, and by the time we got off the cart, we had no time left to go anywhere. 😂

朝は少し早いですがホテルまでお迎えに来てくれて、ずっと指示に従っていればいいので何も考えずに観光できて良かったです☺️

今回水牛車プランにしたのですが、竹富島までも水牛車で行って、街並み見て歩くのも水牛車にしてしまったので街並みはレンタルサイクルがオススメです🚲
牛さんとってものんびり屋さんで水牛車降りた頃にはもう時間がなくてどこも行けませんでした😂

We participated in a tour of Iriomote Island and Yubu Island with our family of four, including our 1-year-old and 4-year-old children. I appreciated the kindness towards families, as one child per adult could join for free. On the day of the tour, we were picked up at 7:15 AM at Fusaki Beach Resort, which was perfectly timed since breakfast started at 6:30 AM. After boarding the bus, we arrived at the port around 7:50 AM, where we received our tickets and an explanation of the day's tour. We departed at 8:15 AM and arrived at Iriomote Island around 9:00 AM. After using the restroom, we quickly boarded a boat for a mangrove exploration. Upon arriving at the port, we swiftly moved by bus to the water buffalo cart station for Yubu Island, reaching there around 11:00 AM. After having lunch at a restaurant, we took photos with the water buffalo and toured the island. We returned to Iriomote Island by water buffalo cart at 12:30 PM and then moved to the port by bus. We quickly boarded the ferry for Ishigaki Island, which took about an hour (arriving at Ishigaki Port around 2:15 PM). The tour provided all the buses, boats, and water buffalo carts, resulting in very short waiting times and minimal waste, allowing even small children to participate comfortably without long waits. The staff on the bus and boat were also very kind to the children, which was touching. Our little one was able to nap in the air-conditioned ferry (with the 4-year-old in a stroller and the 1-year-old in a carrier), making the afternoon activities smooth.

夫婦、1歳、4歳の子供と4人で西表島、由布島ツアーに参加しました。幼児は大人1人あたり1名まで無料ということで、子連れへの優しさを感じました。当日はフサキビーチリゾートへ朝7時15分バスまでお迎え、朝食6時30分からのため絶妙な時間と感心しました。バスに乗り込み、7時50分ごろ港に到着、各種チケットの配布と当日のツアーの説明があり、8時15分に出港、9時ごろ西表島に到着し、トイレを済ませ、すぐにボートに乗り込みマングローブ散策。港に着くとバスで、由布島への水牛車乗り場へ速やかに移動、11時ごろには由布島へ到着し、レストランで食事を済ませたあと、水牛と記念撮影&島内観光、12時30分に水牛車で西表島へ戻り、バスで港へ移動。すぐにフェリーに乗り込み石垣島へ1時間ほどの移動でした（14時15分ごろ石垣港到着）。バスも船も水牛車もツアーで用意されており、待ち時間が非常に短く、無駄が全くと言っていいほど少ないため、小さい子でも待たされることなく快適に参加することができました。バスやボートのスタッフの方々も子供たちに優しい声かけをしてくれ感動しました。お昼寝はエアコンの効いたフェリーの中で（4歳ベビーカーと1歳抱っこ紐）することができたので午後の活動もスムーズでした。

A time and space where you can forget about work amidst the hustle and bustle of work fatigue. However, the humidity was tough on the body, but overall it was fantastic.

仕事疲れのバタバタとした時間から、仕事を忘れられる時間と空間。
ただ、蒸し暑いのが体には厳しく困りましてが、総じて最高でした。

I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island, both from above and below the water. The instructors were refreshing and kind, providing a sense of security, which left a very good impression. Additionally, the free GoPro rental and the availability of barley tea on the boat, along with clean restrooms, made for a comfortable experience.

Regarding the reviews, while some tours may have systems like "discounts for high ratings" or encourage evaluations in front of staff, there was none of that here. They simply handed me a card with a QR code for a review site at the end, which I appreciated as it did not feel forced.

I believe the reason for the many high ratings is that they truly provide excellent service. It was a tour I could confidently recommend to acquaintances.

石垣島の美しい海を、海上からも海中からも存分に堪能できました。インストラクターの方々は爽やかで優しく、安心感があり、とても好印象でした。さらに、GoProの無料貸し出しや、船内の麦茶サーバーやお手洗いなど、利用者に嬉しいサービスも整っていて快適に過ごせました。

口コミに関しては、ツアーによっては「高評価を書けば割引」といった仕組みや、スタッフの前で評価をするよう促される場合もありますが、ここではそのようなことは一切ありませんでした。最後に口コミサイトのQRコードが載ったカードを渡されるだけで、評価を強要しない点もとても好感が持てました。

それでも高評価が多いのは、本当に良いサービスを提供しているからだと思います。安心して知り合いにもおすすめできるツアーでした。
