First of all, thank you for the wonderful memories on Ishigaki Island! Before the end of the rainy season, I was worried because the weather forecast showed cloudy and rainy conditions. There were some downpours during our travel, but the sun occasionally peeked out while we were active. We headed towards a spot where we could meet sea turtles, but due to the rain clouds and wind conditions, safety was prioritized, and we ended up at a different spot. Upon arrival at the new spot, the guide went in first to check the conditions and, finding the visibility poor, we moved to yet another spot. We successfully started snorkeling! Unfortunately, we couldn't meet any sea turtles, but we did encounter beautiful fish among the coral.

I was very pleased with the effort to find a snorkeling spot. If I could wish for something, it would be nice to have one guide per group. There were differences in stamina, and since I participated with my son, it felt like the guide was doing their best to assist everyone else. It would have been even better if we could have heard a bit more about the fish and coral.

I didn't feel any anxiety regarding infection control measures. Additionally, I didn't use the one-way ticket for the free trip to Taketomi Island, but I thought it was a nice perk that anyone could use.

まずは、石垣島の良い思い出をありがとうございました！梅雨明け前で天気予報は、曇り雨マークで心配でしたが、移動中はスコールのような雨もありましたが、活動中は時折太陽も顔を出してくれました。ウミガメに会えると言うスポットは、雨雲と風の状況から、安全を優先すると言う事で途中まで向かいましたが、残念ながら別スポットに。到着した別スポットでガイドさんが先に潜り状況確認され、透明度が無いと言う事で更に別のスポットに。無事シュノーケリングスタート！残念ながら、ウミガメに会う事出来ませんでしたが、珊瑚に綺麗な魚たちには出会う事が出来ました^_^
シュノーケリング出来るスポットを何とか探してくださる対応はとても嬉しかったです。欲を言うとすれば、対応ガイドさんの人数がグループに一人いるといいかな。と感じました。やはり、体力などの差もあり、私は息子と参加したのですが、海の中でのガイドさんの対応は他の方達で精一杯と言う感じでした。もう少し魚や珊瑚の説明が聞ければより良かったかな。
感染対策などは、不安に感じるところはありませんでした。
他、無料竹富島行きの片道チケットは使用しなかったので、誰でもが使用出来る特典が嬉しいかな。と思いました。

Since my flight was around 7 PM on the last day of my trip, I wanted to make the most of the half day and made a reservation two days prior. It happened to be a day of high tide, so we were able to take a route on the Nakama River cruise that usually cannot be accessed due to low water levels, allowing us to see mangroves that can only be found there. However, the water level was so high that the roots, which are a characteristic of mangroves, were almost submerged. I feel that experiencing the jungle-like atmosphere of the mangroves would be better during low tide. We sat on the right side of the boat, but since the boat traveled upstream along the left bank, I wished we had sat on the left side. (This also depends on the water level, so it can't be said definitively.)

On Yubu Island, we had 90 minutes of free time, including lunch. It takes less than an hour to walk around the entire island, so the time was sufficient. Since the return trip goes via Taketomi Island, if you have extra time, I recommend getting off at Taketomi Island to explore by rental bicycle or ox cart. You can ride an ox cart on Yubu Island, so personally, I think it's best to cycle around Kondoi Beach and Kaiji Beach.

Next time, I want to stay on Iriomote Island and enjoy more activities on the island.

旅行最終日が19時頃の飛行機だったので半日を有効活用したいと思い、二日前に予約を取りました。ちょうど大潮の日の満潮時だったので仲間川のクルーズでは普段水位が足りなくて通ることができないコースを通ることができ、そこでしか見られないマングローブを見ることができました。ただ、水位が高過ぎてマングローブの特徴である根っ子はほぼ水没していました。マングローブのジャングルらしさを味わうなら干潮時の方がいいような気がします。私達はボート右側に座ったのですが、ボートは左岸に沿って川を遡ったので左側に座れば良かったと思いました。（これも水位によって航行ルートが変わるので一概には言えませんが）
由布島では昼食を含めて90分の自由時間がありました。島全体は1時間もかからずに一周できるので時間は充分です。帰りは竹富島経由なので時間に余裕があるなら竹富島で降りて、レンタサイクルや牛車で島を観光することをお勧めします。由布島で牛車に乗れるので、個人的にはレンタサイクルでコンドイ浜やカイジ浜を回るのが良いかと。
次回は西表島に宿泊してもっと島内のアクティビティを楽しみたいです。

I participated in a half-day tour that included landing on the Phantom Island and snorkeling in the Sekisei Lagoon. Despite my worries about the weather during the rainy season, the forecast turned out to be wrong, and the view of the sea from the Phantom Island was stunning! I couldn't believe how beautiful the water was—was I really in Japan? The clarity of the ocean exceeded my expectations and was breathtaking. The staff kindly took photos for us, allowing us to create wonderful memories.

I didn't have much experience with snorkeling and was a bit nervous, but the staff provided thorough instructions on how to breathe and swim beforehand, which made me feel at ease when we started. Seeing the blue coral up close for the first time was incredibly beautiful and left a strong impression. If I could wish for anything, it would be to see even more fish up close for an even higher level of satisfaction.

Throughout the tour, they took infection prevention measures seriously, lent us anti-nausea bands, and the staff constantly checked on our well-being. I believe this tour is highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful sea of Ishigaki in a safe and secure environment!

幻の島上陸と石西礁湖シュノーケリングの半日ツアーに参加させていただきました。梅雨の時期で心配していた天気も予報がはずれてくれ、幻の島から見る海の綺麗なこと！ここは本当に日本！？と思うくらいの想像を超える海の透明度で絶景でした。スタッフの方は快く写真も撮ってくださり、素敵な思い出写真が残せました。
シュノーケリングはあまり経験がなく自信がなかったのですが、呼吸の仕方から泳ぎ方のコツまで事前に丁寧にご指導いただき、安心してスタートすることが出来ました。初めて生で見るブルーの珊瑚がとても綺麗で印象的でした。欲を言えばもっともっと沢山の魚がより間近で見られたらさらに満足度が高かったかと思います。
ツアー全体を通して、感染対策もしっかりされていましたし、酔い止めバンドを貸して頂いたり、常にスタッフの方に体調等気遣っていただき、石垣の綺麗な海を安心・安全のもと堪能したい方にとってもおすすめなツアーだと思います！

Although the weather was unfortunately bad during the rainy season, I was still able to see beautiful, transparent corals and tropical fish up close in the ocean. The guide provided explanations and took underwater photos, making snorkeling an immersive experience. For those bringing a camera, I recommend attaching a strap or similar to avoid dropping it in deeper areas of the sea.

During the mangrove canoe experience, I had a very refreshing time paddling through the jungle on my own. I was also able to see wildlife while navigating through the jungle, which added to the sense of adventure. The stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) that other participants were doing looked fun, so I would like to try that next time.

Additionally, throughout the tour, the guide shared various interesting facts about Ishigaki Island and kept the atmosphere lively, allowing me to bond with the other participants.

梅雨に行ったため、あいにくの悪天候でしたが、それでも海の中は透明で美しいサンゴや熱帯魚を近くで見ることができました。ガイドの方が解説や水中の写真も撮ってくれるのでシュノーケリングに夢中になれます。カメラを持参する方は、海の深い場所もあるので落とさないようにストラップ等を付けることをお勧めします。
マングローブカヌー体験ではジャングルの中を自分の手でカヌーで漕ぐという、非常に新鮮な体験をしました。また、ジャングルを漕いでいく中で野生動物も見ることができ、秘境感を味わえました。他の参加者の方のSUPも楽しそうでしたので、次回はSUPを体験したいと思います。
また、ツアーの道中もガイドの方が石垣島のいろんな豆知識を教えてくれたり、盛り上げてくれるので、他の参加者の方とも仲良くなれました。

As we approached the snorkeling point, I felt a mix of excitement and anticipation. The explanation of snorkeling was easy to understand, and then we headed into the sea... I was amazed by the various cute fish and coral reefs, and we had plenty of time for snorkeling, which left me extremely satisfied! Next, we went to the Phantom Island... This was the course I was looking forward to the most during this trip. When we landed on the Phantom Island, the breathtaking view was beyond words, and I was deeply moved by the 360-degree ocean view! It was truly a wonderful tour. The staff's thoughtfulness was also greatly appreciated. I'm really glad I chose this tour. If I have the chance, I will definitely use it again. Thank you!

シュノーケリングのポイントに近づくにつれて、ドキドキワクワク　　シュノーケリングの説明もわかりやすく、いざ海へ… 色んな可愛い魚や珊瑚礁達に感動し、シュノーケリングの時間もたっぷりあり大、大満足^_^ 次は幻の島へ… 今回の旅の中で1番楽しみにしていたコースでした。　　幻の島に上陸した時は言葉に表せないほどの絶景で、見渡す限り360度の海に大感動❗️
本当に素晴らしいツアーでした(^^) スタッフの方達の心遣いも大変良かったです^_^

I was worried about the unstable weather, but I was able to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding comfortably in the morning. At first, it was challenging to maintain my balance, but as I got used to it, I was able to ride in various positions, and it was a lot of fun. I also got to get close to the mangroves and see the plants.

After a lunch break, the snorkeling in the afternoon turned into a battle against the weather. Despite the thunderstorm, we managed to reach the Blue Cave while keeping an eye on the conditions. Care is needed as we walked through areas with poor footing. The Blue Cave is very mystical, and I believe the water's color would have been beautiful if the weather had been good. Thankfully, we were able to snorkel just before it was canceled, so I was glad to achieve my goal. We also encountered a sea turtle.

The staff provided us with various information, allowing us to fully enjoy the day. We took a lot of photos and created wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

不安定な天気が心配でしたが、午前中のSUPは快適にできました。
はじめバランスを取るのが大変でしたが、慣れてくると色々な体勢で乗ることができ、とても楽しかったです。マングローブに近づいて植物を見ることもできました。

昼休憩を挿み午後からのシュノーケリングは天気との戦いになりました。
雷雨の中、様子を見ながら青の洞窟まで何とかたどり着きました。足元が悪い所を歩いて行くので注意が必要です。青の洞窟はとても神秘的で天気が良ければ水の色が綺麗に出た事と思います。シュノーケリングはギリギリ中止にならずに出来たので目的が達成でき良かったです。ウミガメにも遭遇しました。

スタッフの方に色々な情報を頂き、一日を満喫する事ができました。
写真を沢山撮ってもらい、良い思い出ができました。

The mangrove tour at Nakama River was excellent. The guide's explanations were easy to understand. I became interested in the types of mangroves and their fascinating characteristics. I wanted to see a bit more of Iriomote Island, but the water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island, lunch, and the stroll through the botanical garden were all packed with activities. Even after all that, we returned to the hotel before 3 PM, and I was able to spend the rest of the time meaningfully. I'll save the visit to Taketomi for next time.

仲間川のマングローブツアーがとても良かったです。ガイドのお姉さんの説明も分かりやすい。マングローブの種類や不思議な性質に興味が湧きました。
西表島をもう少し見たかったですが、由布島への水牛車の渡し、ランチ、植物園散策と盛りだくさん。それだけ回ってホテルに戻ってもまだ15時前。その後の時間も有意義に過ごせました。竹富時は次回のお楽しみにしておきます。

From the moment we got on the bus, our guides, Kua-chan and Ko-chan, engaged us in conversation, making the experience enjoyable right from the start! We went canoeing at Kabira Bay, and luckily, the weather cleared up, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery during the experience. Ko-chan kept the atmosphere lively on the bus and interacted with all the participants during the canoeing, which was really wonderful. It was a stroke of luck to have him as our guide since he usually works in Iriomote Island!

I think canoeing at Kabira Bay is best done when the weather is nice. It was my first time snorkeling, and I had a blast! There were some unstable spots, and with so many corals around, it might be a good idea for women to wear leggings. Kua-chan guided us slowly and carefully, which made me feel at ease! During the bus rides, he also shared information about Ishigaki Island and recommended delicious restaurants, making the time outside of the activities enjoyable as well. I'm really glad that Kua-chan was our guide for the day! Thank you so much! I wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

バスに乗車した時からガイドさんの、くわちゃん、こうちゃんのお2人がたくさん会話してくださって最初から楽しいをスタートすることができました！
川平湾でカヌーをしましたがなんとか天気が晴れてくれていい景色の中で体験することができました♪
ガイドさんのこうちゃんがバスの中で盛り上げてくれたり、カヌー中も参加者全員に声をかけてる姿が凄く素敵でした♪ 普段は西表島の担当の方なので今回担当して頂けてラッキーでした！

川平湾でカヌーは晴れてる時にするのが良いのかなと思いました。
シュノーケリングは初めてで凄く楽しかったです！
足元が不安定な場所もあったり、サンゴがたくさんあるので女性の方はレギンス履くのが良いかもしれないです。
ガイドさんのくわちゃんがゆっくり丁寧に案内してくれたので安心してできました！
バスの行き帰りでも石垣島の説明や、美味しいご飯屋さんを教えてくれて体験以外の時間も楽しい時間を過ごすことができました♪

I chose to participate in an optional tour of the remote islands from a site in Ishigaki Island. It was a package that included the Phantom Island and snorkeling. The tour duration of three hours was convenient and appealing.

It took about 30 minutes by boat from Ishigaki Port. The waves were a bit high, but I didn't get seasick, and we safely arrived at Phantom Island. I was overwhelmed by the stunning contrast of the sea's color and the white sandy beach.

After staying for about 40 minutes, we headed to the snorkeling spot. When we arrived, the depth made me a little anxious, but once we started snorkeling, it was a precious experience to see beautiful coral reefs and schools of fish up close.

The captain and the instructor provided perfect support… thank you very much. There were families with small children participating as well, and they looked very happy. My wife and I both thought that if we come to Ishigaki Island again, we would like to participate again. I highly recommend it.

石垣島の離島オプショナルツアーのサイトから選んで今回参加しました。
幻の島とシュノーケリングがセットになったものです。ツアーの所要時間が3時間なのも手軽で魅力的でした。
石垣港から船で30分ほど。
波は高めでしたが船酔いする事もなく、無事に幻の島に到着。
素晴らしい海の色と白い砂浜のコントラストに圧倒されました。
40分くらい滞在ののちその後シュノーケリングスポットへ。
着いた時は深さもあり少し不安でしたが、シュノーケリング開始後は美しい珊瑚礁と魚の群れを間近に見て、経験できない貴重な体験でした。
そして、船長さん、インストラクターさんの完璧なご対応…ありがとうございました
小さなお子さんを連れた家族も参加されていましたが、とても嬉しそうでした。
家内とも次回も石垣島に来たら、また参加したいと思いました。
かなりオススメです。

I participated in the half-day plan for landing on the Phantom Island and snorkeling at the Sekisei Reef, and I had a great time because the instructors adjusted their teaching methods to match the skill levels of the guests. The weather was typical for early June during the rainy season, with cloudy skies and occasional downpours, but we were lucky that it cleared up just in time for our dive and when we landed on the Phantom Island.

First, we met on the road in front of Toyoko Inn. When it was time, I turned on my hazard lights and parked on the side of the road, and someone got out of a car that was already parked and called out to me. We registered on LINE for communication, and once everyone arrived, we moved to the parking lot at the port by car. In winter, diving suits are available for rent, but not in other seasons; however, this time we were provided with suits due to the low water temperature. After that, we boarded the boat, put on half of our diving suits, and headed to the snorkeling spot. There were tips for those who are prone to seasickness. Also, due to COVID-19 prevention measures, masks were required on the boat.

After about 30 minutes, we arrived at the snorkeling spot. We were given snorkeling fins, masks, and snorkel pipes, and received instructions on how to use them. Then, we began snorkeling.

My companion was a beginner and took some time to get used to it. Looking underwater was deep and seemed scary for someone with a fear of heights, but the staff did various things to ease their fears, and it seemed they started to enjoy snorkeling after a while. There were many fish, and the coral reefs were impressive. I realized I was good at swimming, and they encouraged me to dive deeper, which I did. However, the water pressure was strong, and I could only dive about three meters while equalizing my ears, but the staff was diving around eight meters deep, and I was just amazed.

After about an hour of fun, we returned the fins and diving suits and headed to the Phantom Island. We arrived after about 15 minutes and landed. Depending on the day, the Phantom Island may barely be above water, but at this time of year, it was beautifully crescent-shaped above the surface, with many corals and shells scattered around. The sea was emerald green and beautiful, and we enjoyed about 45 minutes of taking photos and exploring before it was time to head back.

We then took about 30 minutes to return to the original port. During that time, the staff entertained the small children with quizzes, which was enjoyable. We disbanded at the parking lot at the port.

Since there are no showers included in the plan, I think it would be good to use the Ishigaki Island Shower Station. It is about a 6-minute drive from the parking lot and costs 500 yen to use. The parking lot across from the shower station charges 600 yen for the first hour, so it might be better to walk from the Yajima No. 2 parking lot or Kuramoto parking lot, which costs 100 yen for an hour.

This plan includes a one-way free ticket to Taketomi Island, and if you show the LINE you registered with at a place called Moon-Rise, you will receive the one-way ticket.

In summary, the staff were all kind, and it was a plan that even beginners could enjoy. I had a lot of fun! Thank you very much.

こちらの幻の島上陸＋石西礁湖シュノーケリング半日プランに参加しましたが、お客さんのレベルに合わせて教え方を変えていたので、とても楽しめました。天気は6月前半の梅雨時で、曇り時々スコールでしたが、ちょうど潜るタイミングや幻の島に上陸した時は晴れてきたので、運が良かったです。

まず最初に東横インの前の道路で待ち合わせの為、時間になったら道路の脇にハザードを点けて停めてると、先に停めてあった車から降りてきて声をかけられます。連絡用のLINEを登録し、人数が揃ったら港の駐車場に車で移動します。冬はダイビングスーツ貸し出し、それ以外の季節は無しなのですが、今回は水温が低いとの事で貸し出されました。その後船に乗り、ダイビングスーツを半分着て、シュノーケリングスポットへ向かいます。船酔いしやすい人に船酔いしないコツの伝授がありました。また、コロナ感染予防の為船の中でもマスク着用でした。

30分程でシュノーケルスポットに到着。シュノーケリングのフィンとマスク・シュノーケルパイプが配られ、使い方をレクチャーされます。その後シュノーケリング開始です。

連れが初心者で慣れるまで時間がかかり、水中を覗くと深く、高所恐怖症には怖かったようですが、恐怖心を和らげる為にスタッフが色々してくれたようで、途中からシュノーケリングを楽しめていたようでした。魚も多く、サンゴ礁も見応えがありました。自分には泳ぎが得意なのを分かったようで深く潜ってみても大丈夫と言ってくれて、深く潜ったりもしました。ただ水圧が強く、耳抜きしながら3メートル潜るぐらいしか出来ませんでしたが、スタッフは8メートルくらい潜っていて、ただただ感動していました。

約一時間楽しんだ後、フィンやダイビングスーツを返却して、幻の島へ向かいます。15分程で到着し、上陸します。幻の島は日によっては殆ど水面に出ない時もありますが、今の時期は綺麗に三日月型に水面に出ていて、サンゴや貝殻がたくさん落ちていました。海もエメラルドグリーンで美しく、写真撮影など各々45分程楽しんで帰る時間になりました。

再び30分程かけて最初の港に向かいます。その間、スタッフが小さな子供にクイズを出したりして、楽しんでいました。港の駐車場で解散となります。

シャワーはプランには無い為、石垣島シャワーステーションを利用するのが良いかと思います。駐車場から車で6分ほどの距離に有り、500円で利用出来ます。シャワーステーションの向かいの駐車場は料金が一時間600円かかる為、一時間100円で利用出来る八島第２駐車場や蔵元駐車場から歩いた方が良いかも知れません。

こちらのプランでは竹富島の片道無料券が付属しており、Moon-Rise（ムーンライズ）というところで最初に登録したLINEを見せると片道券を渡してもらえます。

総括としては、スタッフが皆優しく、初心者でも楽しめるプランでした。とても楽しかったです！ありがとうございました。

In Thailand, there was none of the "poki poki" experience that I had before. During the morning canoe tour, my arms were sore (due to my age, the pain will come later), but I was satisfied with the treatment that took this into consideration.

I chose a facial massage, and it felt great as they worked out the waste from my body. It lasted 135 minutes, and it was a relaxing treatment that allowed me to rest. I was able to participate in the tours the following day with energy.

タイでも、経験したような「ポキポキ」は一切ありません。
　午前のカヌーでのツアーで「腕ぱんぱん(年齢のため、痛みは明日以降)」でしたが、
　この点にも留意された施術で、満足でした。

　顔のマッサージを選択し、老廃物を揉み出して頂いた感じでGoodでした。
　135分でした、ゆっくりと休憩を兼ねた施術で、
　翌日以降のツアーにも元気で参加できました。
　

First, we were able to explore the mangroves by boat and take our time with photos (the guide was also very attentive). The water buffalo cart was a slow-paced ride, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing at a leisurely pace. On the way back, we returned a bit faster with a different guide, but it was no problem since it was the return trip.

Finally, on Taketomi Island, we rode bicycles using a map. I had selected places to visit in advance online, so we were able to explore with plenty of time to spare.

Additionally, lunch was prepared with local ingredients, which was satisfying. It’s a tour that you can enjoy at a relaxed pace throughout the day, even for someone over 60...

まずは、ボートで「マングローブ」をいろいろ散策でき、
　写真もゆっくり取れました(ガイドも丁寧です)。
水牛車は、ゆっくりタイプに乗車でき、本当にのんびり観光できました。
　帰りは、別の方で「少し、急ぎめでの戻り」でした。帰りなので問題無し。
最後の竹富島では、地図を頼りに「自転車で回りました」
　事前に、ネットで見たいところを選択しておきましたので、
　時間に余裕を持って回れました。

なお、お昼も地元の食材を準備頂き、満足した。
　一日ゆっくり楽しめるツアーです。60過ぎのおばさんにでも、、、

The wind was strong, but I enjoyed both Hamajima and the snorkeling afterward. The staff were kind, friendly, and had a great attitude, from the transportation to the accompanying staff. I forgot my motion sickness medication, but they lent me a wristband that applies pressure to acupressure points. The explanations during snorkeling were also good. Hamajima had a fantastic atmosphere and was beautiful. However, because the wind was strong, the boat rocked quite a bit. It's a small boat, so it's understandable, but it felt a bit like a ride. My backside hurt, haha.

風が強かったですが浜島、その後のシュノーケリング共に楽しめました。
スタッフの人達は送迎から同行のスタッフまで、親切でフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。酔い止めを忘れましたが、手首のツボを押すバンドを貸してくれました。シュノーケリング中の説明も良かったです。浜島は最高の雰囲気で綺麗でした。
ただ風が強かったので船がかなり揺れるというかハネました。小さい船なので仕方ないでしょうが、ちょっとしたアトラクションのようでした。お尻が痛かったです笑

We visited with five guys, and we had a great time. The instructor's chatter was enjoyable, and we had a nice atmosphere. We quickly got used to the Segway, and it felt great.

I also recommended it to a friend who is going on a trip to Ishigaki soon.

インストラクターさんのお喋りが楽しくて、いい雰囲気で楽しめました。
セグウェイにもすぐ慣れて、気持ち良かったです。

I picked up my ticket at the counter and headed to the boarding area. Since the seats are unreserved, it's a good idea to arrive early to get a nice spot.
On Iriomote Island, we enjoyed a 30-minute mangrove cruise. The guide provided detailed explanations about the plants and animals.
We traveled to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart. The guide's shamisen was very soothing.
Lunch was a bento at a restaurant, followed by free time for exploration. It was nice to take it slow.
On Taketomi Island, we immediately went on a bus tour to see the star sand and other attractions.
It was a very hot day, so I was glad I didn't choose to ride a bicycle.
After that, we enjoyed a water buffalo cart tour on Taketomi Island, which included photo opportunities.
I was very satisfied with how efficiently we were able to see everything in one day.

西表島では30分位のマングローブ遊覧。ガイドさんが植物や動物について、とても詳しく説明をしてくれます。
由布島までは水牛車で移動します。ガイドさんの三味線は癒されます。
ランチはレストランでのお弁当。その後自由散策。ゆっくりできます。
竹富島では到着後すぐバス観光で、星の砂などに行きます。
とても暑い日だったので、自転車を選択しなくて良かったです。
その後竹富島での水牛車観光。写真撮影もありました。
１日で効率よく回れて大満足です。

The pickup location was in the city center, and since there was no shuttle service, we gathered with a rental car, but it was great that there was free parking available. The waves were calm, and I didn't feel seasick at all on the way to the island. The sea around the island was incredibly beautiful. I was able to take photos there, which became wonderful memories. We entered the water about 15 minutes away by boat. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and it was a lot of fun. The people from RIZE were all very kind and knowledgeable about the different types of fish, which made it a memorable experience. However, since there were no snorkeling photos, I think those who want to take a lot of pictures should bring their own camera to capture more memories. Thank you for providing such a valuable experience.

送迎場所がの対象場所が市街地であり、送迎がなくレンタカーで集合だったのですが無料の駐車場があったので良かったです。波も静かで全然船酔いもなく島に行けました。島の海はすごく綺麗でした。そこで写真を撮ったりでき、思い出になりました。そこから15分程船で離れた所で海に入りました。ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく、とても楽しかったです。RIZEの方々も凄く優しい方ばかりで魚の種類も詳しくてとても思い出に残りました。ただシュノーケルの写真がなく写真を沢山撮りたい方は個人的にカメラを持っていった方がより思い出が増えるかなと思います。貴重な体験をさせて頂きありがとうございました。

The course was well thought out and smoothly conducted, making the day fly by. I realized that there are many water buffaloes being raised, which is quite popular. It was a fun and fulfilling day. Thank you very much.

In the morning, I experienced a mangrove kayak tour, and in the afternoon, I participated in a snorkeling adventure at the Blue Cave!

Both activities were in small groups, and I was able to enjoy them while receiving thorough explanations.

They also recommended great places for lunch, and I truly appreciated the attentive service!

During the kayaking, I leisurely floated down the mangrove river in a line with families.

For snorkeling, we went quite far out and were able to observe the fish swimming among the coral!

I was also grateful for the free photo service!

In the morning, I experienced canoeing in the mangroves, and in the afternoon, I explored the Blue Cave and went snorkeling.

It rained during the morning mangrove tour, but the combination of the rain and the mangrove atmosphere was very enchanting. I was worried about whether I could paddle well since it was my first time canoeing, but the guide kindly taught me, and I had a great time.

In the afternoon, for snorkeling and the Blue Cave, they provided wetsuits, fins, and life jackets, so I could swim with peace of mind. It was also nice that when I got tired, I could hold onto the guide's float and take a break.

They took a lot of photos and sent me all the data without any additional charge, so I can always relive the memories.

It was a very enjoyable tour.

午前中はマングローブでカヌー、午後は青の洞窟とシュノーケリングを体験させていただきました。

午前中のマングローブは雨でしたが、雨とマングローブの雰囲気が合っていてとても幻想的でした。
初めてのカヌーでうまく漕げるか心配していましたが、ガイドさんが優しく教えてくださり、楽しく体験できました。

午後のシュノーケリングと青の洞窟はウエットスーツやフィン、ライフジャケットも貸してくださり、安心して泳げました。
疲れたりした時はガイドさんの浮輪？に捕まって休憩したりもできるのでありがたかったです。

写真も沢山撮ってくださり、追加料金なしでデータ全て送ってくださるので、いつでも思い出に浸れます。

とても楽しいツアーでした。

The weather was cloudy from the morning. First, we were given a booklet with all the tickets for the itinerary. We were with various tour groups. The journey to Iriomote Island was quite long. We transferred to a bus and headed to the cruise ship terminal. The driver and guide was very good at speaking! After switching to the cruise ship, we observed the mangroves. Having done quite a few guided river cruises in Southeast Asia, I wasn't particularly impressed. We then transferred to another bus to go to the water buffalo cart station. The water buffalo cart ride while listening to Yaeyama folk songs was nice! The Okinawan cuisine at Yubu Island, accompanied by explanations, was delicious! After the meal, we took a commemorative photo with the water buffalo "Rui-kun"! I wanted the photo data and purchased two for 2500 yen. You can quickly download the data with a QR code. Then, there was a thunderstorm! During that time, we enjoyed Yubu Island coffee and cake at the Yubu Island tea house. The coffee was very tasty with a slight acidity. It seems to be a daily blend. When the rain lightened up, we returned to Iriomote Island by water buffalo cart, switched buses to go to the port, and took a boat to Taketomi Island. We took another bus and visited two beaches. At the much-anticipated Hoshizuna Beach, the rain stopped, but we couldn't find any star sand... After that, we enjoyed a guided tour of Taketomi while listening to Yaeyama folk songs on the water buffalo cart. After finishing, we took a commemorative photo. The data costs from 1500 yen. With only 20 minutes left, we went up to the observation building, bought ice cream at an ice cream shop, and ran around—then took the bus back to the port to return... I wish they could shorten the cruise time and give us an additional 30 minutes for sightseeing on Taketomi Island. It was quite a hassle to tear off and present tickets for every part of the itinerary. I would prefer a system where you just show a printed wristband with the course number, like at an amusement park.

朝から曇りのお天気でした。最初に全ての行程のチケット綴りが渡されます。
色々なツアーの方と一緒でした。西表島までは結構長かったです。バスに乗り換え、クルーズ船乗り場まで行きます。運転手兼ガイドさんが喋りが上手いです！クルーズ船に乗り換え、マングローブ見学。東南アジアあちこちで、手漕ぎ船ガイド付きリバークルーズを、かなりしたので、イマイチ感動は無かったです。またバスに乗り換え水牛車乗り場まで行きます。八重山民謡を聴きながらの水牛車は良かったです！由布島について、説明付きの沖縄料理も美味しかったです！食後に水牛「るいくん」と記念撮影！写真データが欲しくて2枚2500円購入しました。QRコードですぐにテータ取り込めます。そこで雷雨のスコール！！その間、由布島茶屋で由布島コーヒーとケーキをいただきました。少し酸味のあるとても美味しいコーヒーでした。日替わりブレンドだそうです。小雨になるころにまた水牛車で西表島に帰り、バスに乗り替え港へ行き船で竹富島まで行きます。またバスに乗り２つ浜を回りました。楽しみの星砂浜で雨が上がりましたが、星砂は見つからず・・・。その後、水牛車にてガイドと八重山民謡を聴き竹富観光。終了後記念撮影。データーは、1500円～。
残り時間20分で展望ビルに上り、アイスの商店でアイス購入し、走り回り～またバスで港へ行き船で帰港・・・。クルーズ時間を短くするかして竹富島観光時間を、あと30分は取って欲しい。全ての行程でチケットを切り取り、出すのが大変でした。遊園地の腕輪のようにコース番号印刷をはめれば見せるだけでOKみたいなものを使ってほしいです。

1: I went to see the mangroves in Amami Oshima first, and this time the mangroves were quite disappointing. I do not recommend it. During the hour-long cruise, I listened to music and did other things. I will upload photos on social media, as a reality check.

2: Regarding the ox cart, I was informed by the local staff that moving to a different seat (especially towards the back) puts significant strain on the ox's neck, which has led to instances of fainting and even life-threatening situations in the past. It would have been better if this information had been provided during the adjustment phase when we were confirming our seating positions before departure, but this discussion happened during the return trip. I found it very stressful to receive a stern warning without prior explanation during the outbound trip when we were fixing our seats. I will never visit this island again. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not support it.

3: Additionally, the tour did not include the "2022 shuttle bus timetable" until I pointed it out. It was still showing the expired link from early 2021. The management staff seems to be involved with both the tour company and the matching site. I couldn't understand the operational awareness of the management staff.

4: I received a phone call the day before the tour to inform me of the meeting time (the same applies to other tours), but it was frustrating that, despite the application being online, the follow-up was done via phone. If it's an IP call, it incurs charges, and during my trip to Okinawa, I was busy the day before and in remote areas with poor reception (which I experienced). I strongly request improvements to the operational system. Essentially, the goal is to ensure mutual recognition of the meeting time and place. If so, it would be sufficient to transition to a screen where we can click through using the email address we used for the application, right? While developing an app or a large-scale system can be costly, this kind of task could be handled by a small team in a short time. I applied for two tours during my trip to Okinawa, but considering the shortcomings of the current system, I will not be repeating. Please enhance IT knowledge, update the latest information, and reconsider your marketing strategies.

Based on the reasons and experiences above, I believe it would be better to arrange individual options myself rather than relying on the tour application to avoid dissatisfaction.

1:奄美大島のマングローブを先に見に行っていると、今回のマングローブはかなりのガッカリレベル。おすすめはしない。
約一時間の遊覧中、音楽聴いて別のことしてました。

2:牛車では、座っている場所を移動(特に後方)すると牛の首に強度の負荷が生じ、気絶や生命につながる事案が過去幾度も発生したため現地担当者は懸念している旨説明がありました。
牛車がまだ出発前の段階で各自の席位置を確定させる調整段階の時に上記話があればよかったのですが、この話は帰りの牛車時でした。行きの牛車時に説明なく(かつ出発前の席固定調整時)に強い口調で注意だけされた私には非常にストレスフルでした。
二度とこの島へは行きません。非常に不快な思いでです。支援もしません。

3:また本ツアーは「2022送迎バス時刻表」を私が指摘するまで掲載がありませんでした。リンク期限切れの2021年前半掲載のままでした。
管理担当者はツアー会社側と本仲介(マッチングサイト)両者と推測されます。管理担当者の運用意識が私にはわかりかねました。

4:ツアー前日に電話がかかってきてその際に集合時間を案内されますが(他ツアーも同じく)申し込みがWebなのにその後アナログ対応で電話とは。。。IP電話だと電話代発生しますし沖縄旅行だと前日もバタバタしていたり離島や電波の悪い場所にいたり(私はそうでした)。運用システムの改善を強く要望します。
要は、目的が「集合時間、場所相互認識一致」ですよね。
なら申し込みに使用したメールアドレスからそのような画面へうつってクリックするなりすれば目的は果たせますよね？
アプリや大掛かりなシステム開発では費用がかさむこともありますが
この程度のものなら短時間少人数で対応できるわけです。
今回沖縄旅行で2つのツアーを申し込みましたが、現システムの悪さを踏まえてもリピートはありません。
IT知識向上と最新情報のブラッシュアップ、マーケティングを再度見直してください。

上記理由と体験から、ツアー申し込みよりも個別オプションを自分で手配した方が不満回避になると思いました。

The day after Okinawa entered the rainy season, I went to Ishigaki Island, and the next morning, a hotel shuttle picked me up to join a tour. The boat to Iriomote Island was quite rocky due to strong winds, which was a bit scary. I had imagined the mangrove cruise on Iriomote Island to be like a jungle, so I was a little disappointed that the river was wide. However, it was a fun tour as I finally got to ride a water buffalo cart, which I had been looking forward to.

少し怖かったです。

でも、念願の水牛車に乗れて楽しいツアーでした。

I experienced snorkeling and SUP! Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the phantom island this time due to the tides, but I hope to visit it someday!

During the morning snorkeling, I was able to see a lot of corals and colorful fish. In the afternoon, I tried SUP for the first time, and it was more stable than I expected. I relaxed on the board while floating down the river and enjoyed the peaceful natural surroundings.

Throughout the experience, three guides took care of us, and they were all absolutely fantastic! They also shared recommendations for local cuisine and little tips during our travel time.

午前のシュノーケルでは、サンゴとカラフルな魚を沢山見ることができました。午後は人生初めてのSUPでしたが、思っていたより安定感もよく、ボートに寝転んで川を流れたり、自然ののんびりした空間に癒されました\( ˆoˆ )/
全体を通して、3人のガイドさんが担当してくださりましたが、どの方もめちゃくちゃ良かったです！！！移動時間に島のおすすめグルメやプチ情報なども教えていただきました。

The Yaeyama region entered the rainy season considerably earlier than usual, so the island tour I was looking forward to was greatly diminished in enjoyment due to heavy rain. I apologize for this evaluation being based on the weather rather than the tour itself, but please understand it as a reflection of the experience.

I should have been surrounded by the blue sky and blue sea, creating a rare experience. Even with the cloudy skies and heavy rain, I managed to enjoy it to some extent, but my expectations were too high. (laughs)

The gelato at Yubu Island Chaya was delicious. I felt a bit sad that Taketomi Island has become more touristy compared to my visit 20 years ago.

Next time, I hope to use the tour again on a sunny day and give it a perfect score.

八重山地方が例年よりかなり早く梅雨入りしてしまったため、楽しみにしていた離島ツアーは大雨で楽しさ半減以下でした。
このツアーとしての減点ではなく、あくまで天気による評価で大変申し訳ないのですが、それでも体験の評価ということでご容赦ください。

本当から青い空と青い海に囲まれて得難い経験ができたはずです。
曇り空と大雨でもそれなりに楽しめましたが事前の期待が大き過ぎました。笑

由布島茶屋でのジェラート、美味しかったです。
竹富島は20年前に訪れた時より観光地化してたことが寂しく感じました。

今度は晴れた時にもう一度利用して満点評価を付けたいと思います。

At first, there were concerns about whether we could go snorkeling due to the bad weather, but on the day of the tour, the weather was fantastic, and we were able to go kayaking and snorkeling in the Blue Cave as planned.
Kayaking allowed us to paddle upstream through the mangrove forest, connecting with nature.
The snorkeling took us further out than expected, where we encountered a variety of colorful fish and witnessed the mystery of the coral.
During the car ride, we had a great time chatting with the instructor, and we ended up having a fun tour.
If the opportunity arises, I would definitely like to participate again.

最初、天気が良くないため、シュノーケリングもできるかどうかと言われていましたが、当日はめちゃくちゃ天気も良く、予定通りカヤックと青の洞窟シュノーケリングがすることができました。
カヤックは川を遡上しマングローブの森の中を行き、自然に触れ合えました。
シュノーケリングは思っていたより沖に出てくれたため、色とりどりの種類の魚達と出会うことができ、また珊瑚の神秘性も見ることができました。
車中はインストラクターと色々な話をして大盛り上がりで、楽しいツアーを終えることが出来ました。
機会があれば、是非また参加したいと思います。

On the mangrove kayak tour, we explored the mangroves of Miyara River. It was the rainy season in May, but we were fortunate with the weather, and there were very few people, making it feel almost like a private tour. The instructor was also very friendly, allowing even beginners to enjoy the experience with ease.

Unfortunately, the blue cave snorkeling tour was canceled due to strong winds and high waves on consecutive days. As an alternative, we were offered a landing on "Phantom Island" Hamajima and snorkeling nearby, which we experienced. The water was crystal clear, and we were able to see beautiful coral reefs and many tropical fish that we had only seen in aquariums. Hamajima was also wonderful, with the sandy beach creating beautiful striped patterns due to the waves. The instructor took photos of us in various poses, which greatly increased our satisfaction. I would love to participate again if given the opportunity.

マングローブカヤックツアーでは宮良川のマングローブをまわりました。5月の梅雨の時期でしたが、天候にも恵まれて人がとても少なくほぼ貸切状態でした。また、インストラクターの方の愛想もよく、カヌー初心者でも安心して楽しむことができました。

残念ながら、青の洞窟シュノーケリングツアーは連日風が強く波が高かったため中止となってしまいました。代替として「幻の島」浜島の上陸と付近でのシュノーケリングを提案して頂いたのでそちらを体験しました。海の水は透き通っており、美しい珊瑚礁と水族館でしか見たことのないような熱帯魚がたくさん泳いでいる光景を見ることが出来ました。浜島もとても素晴らしくで砂浜が波によってにキレイな縞模様を描いていました。インストラクターの方に様々なポーズで写真も取っていただきとても満足度が高かったです。機会があればまたぜひ参加したいです。

It was great that there was a shuttle service at the hotel. The weather was perfect, and it was adorable to ride the water buffalo twice. It was a tour that kept me entertained from start to finish.

Unfortunately, due to the rain, the glass-bottom boat tour was canceled, and we switched to a bus tour and a water buffalo cart, but I had a great time. The bus tour guide and the water buffalo cart guide explained everything very clearly, and during the water buffalo cart ride, they sang "Naiyuu Soosoo" with the Okinawan shamisen, which was very moving. The scenery was exactly what I had seen in photos and knew to be Okinawa, and I was truly impressed.

あいにく雨で、グラスボートは中止になってしまいバス観光と水牛車になりましたが十分楽しめました。バス観光のガイドさん、水牛車のガイドの方もとてもわかりやすく説明してくれ、水牛車では沖縄三味線で“涙そうそう〟を唄ってくれたのがグッときました。
景色が私が写真とかで見て知ってるこれぞ沖縄‼︎で感動しました。

I signed up for a snorkeling tour at the Blue Cave and a mangrove SUP tour, but we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to bad weather. However, the day before, they suggested snorkeling at a different location, and I decided to experience that instead. On the day of the tour, it was cloudy with some light rain, but I was able to enjoy both snorkeling and SUP thoroughly.

They took over 100 photos during the experience, and I was happy to receive the data for free. I didn't have to worry about taking my own photos, which allowed me to focus on the activities. The guides were really cheerful, and I had a great time throughout the experience. They also shared many recommendations for Ishigaki Island, which allowed me to enjoy my time even after the tour ended.

青の洞窟シュノーケリングとマングローブSUPのツアーに申し込みましたが、天候不良により青の洞窟には行けませんでした。…が、前日に別の場所でのシュノーケリングをご提案いただき、そちらで体験することにしました。当日は曇りでポツポツと雨が降っていましたがシュノーケリングもSUPも十分楽しむことができました。
体験中の写真も100枚を超えるくらい撮っていただき、しかもデータを無料で貰うことができて嬉しかったです。体験中に自分で写真を撮らなくていいので集中して取り組むことができました。
ガイドのみなさん、ほんとに明るくて終始楽しく体験することができました。石垣島のおススメもたくさん教えて頂いてツアー終了後も楽しく過ごすことができました。

The clarity was higher than I expected, and the coral was beautiful. It would be even better if the weather were nice. I thought I would like to go again when it's not the rainy season! ^_^

思っていたよりも透明度が高く、サンゴも綺麗でした。お天気が良ければもっといいんでしょうね。
