This was my first visit, and miraculously, the low tide coincided with my visit time, allowing me to reach the power spot deep inside the cave! It seems like something good is in store for me this year.

Even if you can't go all the way in, the cave is still very impressive, and you can enjoy a combination of the cave, the power spot, and the beautiful beach. It's a great experience for individuals, families, or couples alike.

今年は何かいい事ありそうです。
奥まで行けなくても鍾乳洞は見応えたっぷりで、鍾乳洞とパワースポットと美しいビーチの3点セットで楽しめますので、お一人でもご家族でもカップルでも楽しめます。

Just by saying "Beltora free pass," the driver understands right away, which is really helpful! You can just show it to get on and off, so it's really convenient!

I got off at the Chojin no Haka bus stop, which I had been curious about for a while. Nearby, there is the Kannonzaki Lighthouse, and the sea looked beautiful. I was lucky to see the blue sky after dodging the typhoon.

前々から気になっていた唐人の墓バス停で下車してみました。近くには観音崎灯台もあり海が綺麗に見えました。
台風をすり抜けて青空が見えてラッキーでした。

I mostly used public transportation, so it was very helpful and a great deal. I will use it again for my trips, which are usually 3 to 4 nights every 2 to 3 months.

In January 2026, we arrived on the cruise ship, and it was a great help that the driver came to the parking lot right in front of us. It was my first time in Ishigaki Island, and thanks to the veteran driver’s guidance, we were able to have an efficient and meaningful sightseeing experience. We were blessed with good weather, enjoyed beautiful scenery, and were able to take memorable photos, which made us very satisfied. I was particularly moved by Kabira Bay. During the drive, the driver shared stories about the culture and customs, and took us to recommended places (popular power spots), which was a lot of fun. I appreciate the flexible response to our requests for specific destinations. Before going, I was unsure and anxious about whether to rent a car, but chartering a taxi through Veltra allowed us to focus on sightseeing, which was great. Thank you so much to the driver who took care of us at that time.

2026年1月　当日クルーズ船での到着でしたが、目の前の駐車場に来てくれ本当に助かりました。初めての石垣島でしたがベテラン運転手さんのガイドで効率よく有意義な観光ができました。お天気にも恵まれ綺麗な景色、記念撮影も叶い大満足です。特に川平湾には感動しました。移動中も文化や習慣をお話ししてくれたり、おすすめの場所(人気のパワースポット)にも案内してくださったり楽しかったです。こちらの希望地の要望にも応えながらも、柔軟な対応に感謝いたします。行く前はレンタカーにしようか迷い不安もありましたが、ベルトラでタクシーをチャーターしたことで観光に専念できて良かったです。あの時の運転手さん、お世話になり本当にありがとうございました。

There are limited bus services, but for someone like me who can't drive, it's very helpful! I will continue to use it!

I stayed in the northern part and didn't have a car, so this was really helpful! The driver was kind and even asked where I wanted to get off, which was very appreciated since I'm not familiar with Ishigaki Island.

I purchased tickets in advance at a discount using points at Okinawa Airport. After arriving at Ishigaki Airport, I went to the bus stop for the Higashi Bus. There was already a route bus waiting for departure, and I boarded it. I showed the driver my smartphone screen, and he issued my ticket without any issues right away. There were also announcements posted inside the bus. Coincidentally, the same young driver was on both the outbound and return trips. I would like to purchase tickets here again next time since I can earn points.

I bought this ticket to visit the area near the island terminal since I will be staying a little away from the city in Maesari. It can take you not only to the city but also to the airport, Kabira Bay, and Hirakubo Cape, making bus sightseeing possible.

市街地から少し離れた真栄里へ滞在するので離島ターミナル付近を訪れるためにこのチケットを買っています。街中へはもちろんですが、空港や川平湾、平久保崎まで行けるのでバス観光が可能です。

I always use this bus ticket when visiting Ishigaki Island. It's very convenient since there's no need for payment each time. Thanks to this ticket, I can always go out with ease.

石垣島を訪問する際はこのバスチケットを必ず利用しています。

It's easy to exchange when boarding the bus, and just going back and forth between the airport and the island terminal makes it worth it, so it's cost-effective.

バス乗車時に難なく引き換えでき、空港と離島ターミナルを往復するだけでも元が取れるため、コスパがいい。

The location used for Ayu's music video shoot! It's a bit of a distance from the airport, but there are few people around, and it's a wonderful place that leads from a limestone cave to the sea. It's mystical and moving! (^_−)−☆

From the airport, you can easily and affordably travel to the island terminal with frequent services. It's even better if your accommodation is close to that route. Taxis were also easy to catch. If you use a hotel that is on the route, your destination, and a plan that includes transportation, the travel costs are quite reasonable.

空港から、離島ターミナルまでは、本数があり格安で移動できます。宿泊先が、その路線近くだと尚いいです。おタクシーもつかまりやすかったです。路線から、滞在するホテル、行き先、また、送迎付きプランを使えば、交通費は、かなり手頃です。

I found it very convenient during my last use, so this is my second time using it. I plan to stay in Ishigaki for another two months, and I intend to use it about twice a month from now on.

I came to Ishigaki Island alone. I live quite far from the city center, but I was relieved that there are buses running since I'm anxious about driving. Using the free pass, it's almost equivalent to getting the fare back for just one way, so I would like to use it again!

Since I needed to display the voucher, I was a bit rushed, but I was able to show it right away. Once again, I was grateful to be able to make a cashless purchase while traveling.

You can use it for 24 hours from the time of purchase, so there’s no disadvantage regardless of when you arrive in Ishigaki Island. However, this time, I received a printout that only allowed me to use it for 23 hours and 59 minutes from the start of use. I brought this up to the driver, but he insisted that there was no mistake. Since I couldn't get anywhere with that, I called the office, and it turned out that the driver had made an error. As a result, I was able to get it reissued.

購入から24時間使えて、いつ石垣島に到着しても有効期間で不利になることはありません。
が、今回は利用開始から23時間59分しか使えない印字で引き換えとなったので運転士に申し出ましたが間違いないとの一点張り。
埒が明かないので 営業所に電話したら運転士の誤りであることが判明、結果再発行してもらいました。

It's convenient because you can use it for 24 hours from the time of redemption, not just the purchase date. You can redeem it immediately by simply showing the voucher screen.

If you check the time properly and take action, it's the best ticket. It costs more than the ticket price for a round trip to the northernmost cape, but this ticket will cover it.

きちんと時間を調べて行動すれば最高のチケットです。最北端の岬往復でチケット代以上かかりますがそれがこのチケットで間に合います。

The arrival at Ishigaki Airport and the issuance of the one-day bus pass purchased at the bus stop went very smoothly, and I arrived at the island terminal as scheduled!

It's fun to see various things in the coolness of the limestone cave, but beyond it, there's a beautiful beach that was completely empty despite it being Golden Week, allowing us to relax in solitude. It's not often found in guidebooks, but it was a really great tourist spot.

鍾乳洞だけでもひんやりした中でいろいろ見られて楽しいですが、抜けた先にとてもきれいは浜辺があって、GWなのにたまたま誰もいなくて貸し切り状態でのんびりできました。
あまりガイドブックで見かけないけど、とてもいい観光スポットでした。

It will be more economical than purchasing a regular ticket. You can ride all routes on the island, so on holidays, take the island loop line (available in both east and west directions) and enjoy the scenery.

However, this does not include the regular sightseeing bus.

Ishigaki Island can be difficult to catch a taxi. For those with plenty of time, using the bus is recommended.

Round trip from the city to the airport is 1,120 yen.

Using the Kabira, Ibaruma, Hirakubo lines, and the island loop line offers good cost performance.

There are also discounts for riding the Anei Kanko Ferry.

It was a 4-hour tour of Ishigaki Island. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the driver skillfully drew out our interests, making for a very enjoyable time. In particular, there was a wealth of knowledge and insight regarding plants and nature, and I learned a lot in a fun way. I also appreciate the polite and enthusiastic guidance.

石垣島4時間のツアーでした。天気がイマイチの中、ドライバーさんがこちらの興味をうまく引き出して頂いて大変楽しい時間になりました。とりわけ、植物、自然に関する知識、見識が豊富で楽しく学ぶことが多くありました。また丁寧、熱心なご案内にも感謝申し上げます。
