I had a one-on-one experience with a diver. They carefully taught me everything I was worried about regarding diving, which was really great.

During the dive, I felt secure knowing they were right behind me.

They took 60 photos for me, so I didn't even need to bring my GoPro.

The changing area and shower room were a bit limited, but I don't think it was a problem.

The diver was incredibly attentive, and the service was excellent.

マンツーマンでダイバーが付いてくれました。ダイビングで心配になることを全て丁寧に教えていただきすごくよかったです。

ダイビング中も後ろからついてくれているため、安心です。

写真も60枚もとっていただき、goproなど持って行かなくても良かったです。

脱衣所、シャワー室は少し少ないですが、
特に問題ないと思います。

ダイバーさんがとにかく丁寧でサービスも良かったです。

The blue sea, close to the color of the cave, had blue fish swimming, and the underwater scenery was beautiful. I kept my eyes wide open, chasing after the fish. After a lunch break, I tried SAP for the first time at Kabira Bay! I was constantly amazed by the sea mixed with green and blue. I could see the fish swimming clearly, and it felt great to glide over the coral. There were also people kayaking on another tour, making it a popular spot. I believe it can be enjoyed not only during the peak season but also in the off-season!

洞窟の水色に近い青い海には青い魚が泳いでいて、海中もきれいで、ずっと目を開きっぱなしで魚を追いかけていました。
ランチ休憩のあと、今度は川平湾でSAPに初挑戦！
緑と青の混じり合った海には感動しっぱなしでした。
魚が泳いでいるのがよく見えて、サンゴの上をスイスイ進むのが気持ちいいです。
別のツアーでカヌーに乗ってる人たちもいて人気の場所でした。
シーズンオンはもちろんですが、シーズンオフでも楽しめると思います！

I was skeptical about whether the blue cave in the photos actually existed until I saw it in person with my friend. After looking at various reviews, I made a reservation with the highly-rated Pipi. Inside the cave, Arai took photos for us, and we posed like sea lions for a commemorative shot. Although it wasn't exactly like the pictures, it was quite blue. I'm glad I went. We also got to see clownfish and created fun memories.

Canoeing at Kabira Bay was amazing; even though we didn't dive, there were many blue fish swimming around. Arai took a smiling photo of us standing side by side on the SUP in front of the rocks. I wanted to go to the edge, and when I asked, Arai happily obliged. The service was excellent, so I highly recommend it.

洞窟内では新井さんが写真を撮ってくれて友人とシーサのポーズで記念撮影。
写真と全く同じではなかったですがかなり青かったです。行ってよかったと思いました。
クマノミにも会えて、楽しい思い出を作れました。
川平湾でのカヌーは潜っていないのに青い魚がたくさんいて海に浮かび、岩の前では、2人並んでサップに立った写真を新井さんが笑顔で撮ってくれました。
端っこの方まで行きたかったのでお願いすると新井さんは快く引き受けてくれました。サービスが良かったのでオススメです。

- In addition to the Churaumi Aquarium, we visited four other locations, and since all participants happened to be Japanese, we were able to stick to the schedule and had plenty of time at each place.
- Our veteran bus guide sang beautiful island songs using a shamisen and Okinawan castanets in the quiet bus.
- Last time, I also used a rental car and visited similar places, but this time I didn't have to worry about finding parking, and we were able to enjoy all five locations with a good time allocation and at a relaxed pace.

・美ら海水族館のほか4箇所に寄ったが、偶々参加者全員日本人だった為、集合が時間厳守で其々の場所で余裕があった。
・ベテランバスガイドさんが静かな車内で、三味線や沖縄のカスタネットを使い綺麗な声で島人の唄などを唄ってくれた。
・前回もレンタカーを使い、同じような処を観光したが駐車場を探したりせずに済み、全5箇所の時間配分良くゆったりと堪能出来た。

I was captivated by the gradient of colors in the water at Kabira Bay. When the tide is high, the sandy beach disappears, and the sea looks beautiful and expansive, but the waves can be rough, so it might be a good idea to check in advance. I also felt fortunate to see the mangroves. It's a great option for those who are not very active, as you can easily engage in a full-body workout that's healthy. The nearby sea is calm and has fish, so I think it's also suitable for small children.

川平湾の海の色のグラデーションに惚れ惚れしました。
満潮になると砂浜がなくなり海が広くなりきれいですが、波が荒れてる場合があるので相談してみるといいかも。
マングローブも見ることができたので得した気分。
運動不足の方でも簡単に、全身を使った健康的な運動ができるのでおすすめ。
近くの海は穏やかで魚がいるので、小さいお子さんにもおすすめかなあと思いました。

Kawahirawan is just as beautiful as it looks in photos, and I approached it with maximum expectations. Although the sea is in a bay, it's spacious enough to move around freely on a SUP and enjoy the scenery. I was advised that the afternoon is the best time to visit the Blue Cave, so they adjusted the schedule accordingly. After listening to the snorkeling instructions, I was so moved when I put my face in the water that I couldn't even speak in the blue world. I was so absorbed in watching the fish that I almost bumped into other people, but the instructors kindly called out to me, so there were no troubles, and I was able to enjoy the tour. They provided transportation back to the hotel and took photos for free, which was a greatly appreciated service.

川平湾は写真でみたままの風景で、期待度マックスで臨めました。
海は湾になっていますが広いのでサップで自由に移動したり、景色を楽しめたりできます。
青の洞窟は僕が、行ったときは午後がオススメということで調整してくれました。
シュノーケルの説明を聞いたあと、顔を水につけると青の世界に声が出ないくらい感動しました。
終わるまでずっと魚を見るのに夢中だったので途中ほかのひとにぶつかりそうになりましたが、インストラクターの方々が優しく声をかけてくれたのでトラブルにならずにツアーを楽しめました。
ホテルまで送迎してくれて、写真も無料で撮ってくれるのでサービスは大変有り難いものでした。

First of all you need to walk a little path to genki village but the signage can be bigger we won't very sure at first. Japanese staff tried their best to explain some informations about dolphins to us the kids learned something (I hope!). I was alone with my daughter so it was very difficult to take picture and looking after my little girl same time. It is better to have third person to help you take pictures. The whole experience was good we were very close with the dolphins watching them doing different tricks. I think we got to pad them about three or four times. I think this is a must try experience with little kids at Okinawa something you will always remember in life!

Cape Hedo and the Great Stone Forest are far from Naha and difficult to visit individually, so I was very satisfied with the tour bus that took us around. Since the tour is mainly free time, there's absolutely no problem participating alone!

辺戸岬や大石林山は那覇からは遠く個人では行きにくい場所なのでツアーバスで巡れてとても満足です。自由行動が基本なので１人参加でも全く問題無し！

I participated in a half-day tour. I was impressed by how the staff were considerate of the groups with children. Due to the tide, we first went snorkeling. Compared to other tours I’ve participated in, the free time was longer, and I was able to enjoy myself. During snorkeling, I saw sea snakes and rockfish, which I had never seen before, and it was very interesting. When I found a rockfish, the staff member said, "I'll take a beautiful photo for you," and went to take a free diving photo!

After that, we landed on Hamajima, known as the "Island of Illusions." The staff took many photos, and I was able to see the beautiful sea; it was the best tour. I would definitely like to participate again if I have the chance!

半日ツアーで参加しました。スタッフの方がお子さんのいるグループに配慮して動かれていたのが印象的でした。潮の満ち引きの加減で、まずシュノーケルに行きました。今まで参加して別のツアーと比べて、フリータイムの時間も長く、楽しむことができました。シュノーケルでは、今まで見たことがない、ウミヘビや、カサゴなど見ることができ、大変面白かったです。カサゴを見つけたとき、スタッフさんが「綺麗な写真撮ってくるよ」と素潜り写真を撮りにいって下さいました！
その後は、幻の島と呼ばれている浜島へ上陸しました。スタッフの方がたくさん写真を撮って下さり、美しい海を見ることができ、最高のツアーでした。
また機会があれば是非参加したいです！

The glass boat was new and looked beautiful, and the water buffalo were very cute; I felt relaxed while listening to their songs. I had a lot of fun for this price. The transition from the glass boat to the water buffalo cart was very smooth. Thank you very much!

The guide was thorough and provided a great service, showcasing Okinawan songs and dances. The course was well-organized, highlighting the key attractions and was definitely worth it.

ガイドも手抜きなく又、沖縄の唄や踊りを披露してくれサービス満点でした。
コースも見どころを上手くまとめていて値打ちあり。

Although it was raining and I didn't have high expectations, the guide explained the stars visible through the gaps in the clouds, and the hour flew by. Since it was my first time stargazing, each explanation was fascinating, especially the stars of the Milky Way that I saw through the binoculars. I learned that on a clear night with no clouds and a new moon, it would be visible to the naked eye, so I would like to try again. Despite the rain, the movement of the clouds meant that it wasn't completely impossible to see anything. They also provide raincoats for the open bus.

雨が降っていて期待ができない状態だったが、雲の間から見える星を説明してくださり、1時間があっという間に過ぎてしまいました。初めての天体観測だったため一つ一つの説明が面白く、とくに印象に残ったのが双眼鏡で見た天の川の星々です。雲がなく新月の夜であれば肉眼でも見れるとのことだったのでまたチャレンジしたいと思いました。
雨でも雲の動きが早いので全く見れないわけではありませんでした。カッパはオープンバスで貸してくれます。

My first Segway experience. I learned a lot about the trees and animals in Bannai Park during the tour. It was a quick two hours. I will come again!

初セグウェイ。バンナ公園の木々や動物など、ツアー中にいろいろ教えてくれました。あっという間の2時間。また来ます！

I experienced snorkeling for the first time with a friend at the Blue Cave!
The entrance to the cave was wide open and incredibly blue, so Sugunuma-san took a commemorative photo for us!
In areas with waves, Sugunuma-san pulled me along with a float, so I didn't get swept away and didn't get tired at all!
We saw lots of blue fish and had a great time with my friend!
Stand-up paddleboarding was also so much fun; the water was so clear that we could see fish and coral, and we were able to take photos in various poses!

初めてのシュノーケルで、友人と2人で青の洞窟を体験！
洞窟の入り口はぽっかり開いてて、めちゃ青かったので、菅沼さんが記念撮影してくれた！
波がある場所は、菅沼さんが浮き輪で引っ張ってくれて流されない上に全然疲れなかった！
青い魚も沢山みれて、友人と盛り上がってました！
サップも楽しすぎて、魚もサンゴも見えるくらい透明で、いろんなポーズで写真を撮ってもらえました！

The instructor sensed my nervousness about participating alone and shared interesting stories about Ishigaki Island before the tour started. During the tour, they called me by my first name, which helped us gradually warm up to each other!

While snorkeling, they explained about the fish and the Blue Cave with a smile, taught me some snorkeling tips, and we took pictures together, which really brought us closer and allowed us to enjoy the tour with smiles.

During the stand-up paddleboarding, they taught me how to turn while standing and even jumped into the waterfall with me, which was a lot of fun! I would love to do this again if I have the chance.

インストラクターさんは一人で参加する僕の緊張を読み取ってくれて、ツアー開始前は、石垣島の面白い話や、ツアー中には下の名前で呼んでいただき、徐々に打ち解けられました！
シュノーケルの時は、笑顔で魚や、青の洞窟の説明、シュノーケルのコツを教えてくれて、一緒に写真を撮ったことで距離がぐっと縮まり、お互い笑顔でツアーができました。
サップは一緒に立ってターンの仕方を教えてくれて、滝つぼにも一緒に飛び込んでくれて楽しかったです！また機会があればお願いしたいです。

I participated in a tour to a phantom island and went snorkeling. First, I was amazed by the beauty of the sea. We also took some photos, which became wonderful memories. It was so much fun that time flew by, and I wished I could have stayed longer. I have had a few snorkeling experiences before, but it was my companion's first time. At first, they were nervous and worried about whether they could swim well, but after a little while, they were saying how much fun they were having. They happily talked about wanting to do it again. Thank you very much for providing such a valuable experience.

幻の島とシュノーケリングのツアーに参加しました。まずは海のきれいさに驚きました。写真も撮っていただき、とてもいい思い出になりました。楽しくて、時間があっという間で、もっといたかったなぁという思いです。私は何回かシュノーケリングのような体験をしたことがありますが、同行者は初めての経験でした。最初は緊張していて、うまく泳げるかなという心配もしていましたが、始まってしばらくすると楽しい楽しい言っていました。また、またやりたいと嬉しそうに話していました。貴重な体験をさせていただき、本当にありがとうございました。

I heard that even those who are not good at swimming can participate, so I joined. They came to pick me up at the hotel, and I was surprised by how much the car shook on the unpaved gravel road, but it was fun. The shoes they lent me were clean and protected my ankles, preventing injuries from the coral. The wonderful Kobayashi-san, with a lovely smile, showed me easy walking paths and pointed out the clownfish's home. Inside the Blue Cave, there was a sandy beach with coral piled up. The guide, Kobayashi-san, explained that even if fish are nearby, they might be poisonous, so please do not touch them. At Kabira Bay, they took lots of pictures of me standing on the board. Kobayashi-san advised me not to touch jellyfish as it could be dangerous. Thank you, Kobayashi-san, for the wonderful memories! Wishing you happiness with her too! (laughs)

泳ぎが苦手でも参加できると聞き、参加しました。
ホテルまで迎えに来てくれて、舗装されていない入り口の砂利道でクルマが大きく揺れるのはびっくりしましたが、面白かったです。
貸してくれた靴は清潔でくるぶしまで守れるので、サンゴで足が傷つくのを防げました。
笑顔が素敵な小林さんが、歩きやすい場所を教えてくれて、クマノミのお家も教えてくれました。
青の洞窟内は、サンゴ礁の砂浜があって、拾われたサンゴが積み重なっていました。
ガイドの小林さんが、魚が近くにいても、毒を持った魚かもしれないので、触らないようにしてくださいと、レクチャーしてくれます。
川平湾では、ボードに立つ写真をいっぱい撮ってくれました。
小林さんが、クラゲに刺されたら危ないので触らないように促してくれました。
小林さん素敵な思い出をありがとう！彼女ともお幸せに！(笑)

Kawahirawan was so empty that I felt like I had it all to myself. It had been a year since I last did stand-up paddleboarding, but thanks to Matsuda-san's guidance, I regained my skills and ended up gliding smoothly, even overtaking Matsuda-san (laughs). The last time I tried, I didn't manage to stand on the board, so this time I practiced with the goal of paddling while standing. I got used to it and was able to stand, which made the scenery look different and it was so much fun! During the blue cave snorkeling, I was looking forward to swimming with Okinawa's tropical fish, and I was satisfied that it became a reality! At Arakawa Falls, I got so into it that I kept jumping into the plunge pool while straddling the rope! It was shaded and cool! Next time, I plan to invite my friends to join!

川平湾は他に人がいなかったので、貸し切り感覚で楽しめました。サップは1年ぶりでしたが、案内してくれた松田さんのおかげでかんを取り戻せて、スイスイ進んでしまい、松田さんを追い抜いてしまいました(笑)。以前やったときはボードに立たずに終わってしまって心残りだったので、今回は立って漕ぐことを目標に練習しました。慣れてきて立てるようになり、景色が違って見え、楽しかったです！青の洞窟シュノーケリングでは、沖縄の熱帯魚と泳ぐのが楽しみで、実現できたので満足です！荒川の滝では、ロープにまたがって滝つぼに何度も飛び込むほどハマりました！木陰になっていて、涼しかったです！今度は友人を誘って参加しようと思います！

The instructor made an effort to alleviate the participants' anxieties, creating a friendly atmosphere throughout the tour. At Kabira Bay for stand-up paddleboarding, they took us to a safe location where we could grasp the concept on land before actually paddling on the sea. During the Blue Cave snorkeling, the instructor led those who were not confident swimmers and checked in with questions like, "Are you okay? Are you scared?" This ensured that all participants could enjoy the tour safely.

インストラクターさんはツアーに参加した人たちの不安を取り除く説明を心がけていて、ツアー中は参加者全員が和気あいあいとした空気に包まれていました。川平湾supでは、安全な場所に連れて行ってくださり、陸の上でイメージを掴んでから、実際に海の上でsupに乗ることができます。青の洞窟シュノーケリングでは、泳ぎが得意でない参加者の方をリードしてくれたり、大丈夫ですか？怖くないですか？と声をかけてくれるので、参加者全員が無事にツアーを楽しむことができました。

I had heard that the weather in Ishigaki Island can change quickly, so I was worried on the day of the tour, but fortunately, it was sunny. During the stand-up paddleboarding at Kabira Bay, the wind was a bit strong, but thanks to the detailed explanations and energetic tone of our guide, Mr. Suganuma, I was able to enjoy myself. The snorkeling at the Blue Cave was overwhelming with more fish than I had imagined, and I was moved by the beauty of Ishigaki Island's nature, which I experienced with all my senses.

石垣島は天気が変わりやすいと聞いたことがあったので、ツアー当日は心配でしたが、運良く晴れました。川平湾サップの時は風が少し強かったですが、担当の菅沼さんの詳しい説明と元気な口調のおかげで、楽しい気分で過ごせました。青の洞窟シュノーケリングでは想像以上の魚の数に圧倒され、石垣島の自然の美しさを全身で体験でき、感動しました。

I was able to efficiently visit the attractions of the islands. We crossed to Yubu Island on a water buffalo, but water flowed into the seats, so I recommend participating with shoes that can get wet. The water buffalo was very cute (*^^*). On Taketomi Island, I chose the cycling plan. I went to look for star sand, but it seemed like many had already been collected, so I couldn't find as much as I expected (^^; Also, I got lost on the way back to the bicycle rental shop and was worried about making it back in time for the meeting, so I think those who are not confident in their sense of direction should allow extra time on the way back. It was a very enjoyable tour!

効率よく、島々の見所を観光できました。由布島まで水牛に乗って渡るのですが、水が座席にまで流れ込んできますので濡れてもいい靴での参加をオススメします。水牛がとっても可愛かったです(*^^*)竹富島ではサイクリングプランを選択しました。星の砂を探しに行ったのですが、もうたくさん拾われてしまったのか、思ったよりも見つかりませんでした(^^;また、自転車レンタル店舗へ戻るまでの道に迷い、集合に間に合うか焦ってしまったので、方向感覚に自信の無い肩は帰り道は時間に余裕を持って行動した方がいいと思います。とても楽しいツアーでした！

I participated in the tour during a week when the weather was forecasted to deteriorate. The original date I signed up for was canceled due to bad weather, so I joined the tour the next day. I think it's better to book early in your travel schedule if you plan to participate.

I was anxious about the cloudy skies from the meeting point to the location, but the clouds moved quickly, and as the tour progressed, the stars gradually became visible. The explanations were clear, and the beautiful stars were clearly visible.

天気が崩れる予報のあった週に参加しました。
元々申し込んだ日が悪天候のため中止になり、次の日のツアーに参加しました。予約される場合は、旅行日程の早いうちに参加された方がいいと思います。
曇り空で集合～現地までは不安だったのですが、雲の動きが早く、ツアーが進むうちに徐々に星が見えてきました。分かりやすい説明と、きれいな星たちがハッキリ見えました。

Since we didn't have much time, we chose a relatively quick tour. On the glass boat, we listened to explanations about the fish and coral while enjoying the view. We rode a water buffalo and explored the main street of Taketomi Island, and finally spent a little time at the beach. If we had arranged everything individually, it would have taken much longer, but since it was all set up, the transitions from the water buffalo to the bus were smooth. It was just as I expected, and it met my goals, so I'm satisfied. If you want to fully enjoy it, I think it's better to take your time and go at your own pace.

時間もなかったので、わりとさっと回れるツアーを選びました。ｸﾞﾗｽﾎﾞｰﾄでは魚やさんごの説明ききつつ、見て、水牛にのり竹富島の中心街をめぐり、最後にビーチでちょっと時間。個別に手配して回るともっと時間かかったと思いますが、セットになっていたのでベルトコンベアー式に水牛からバスなどスムーズでした。まあ思っていた通りで、目的通りなのでいいです。しっかり満喫したいなら時間をとって自分たちのペースで回ればいいと思います。

I visited Ishigaki Island for the first time, but since I didn't have a driver's license, I booked a tour to get around the island. I was satisfied to be able to do stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling in beautiful waters that I wouldn't have been able to reach on my own. It was great to also visit Kabira Park during lunchtime and enjoy the island's natural beauty in just one day.

初めて石垣島に来たのですが運転免許がなく島を回れなかったので1ツアーを予約しました。
自分では行けないような綺麗な海でsupとシュノーケリングができ満足でした。
お昼時に川平公園にも行け1日で石垣島の大自然を堪能できてよかったです。

It is an activity which could give a chance for kids to have known more about dolphin. Friendly staff and good encounter program which makes our day joyful.

We arrived at around 1400. There are several activities on site for kids to spend time. A mini trampoline, badminton, swings, balance track, tricycle, etc. At around 14:45, staff was going to gather all the participants and help the participants to wear the life vest. All the belongings could be kept in the locker in the toilet. 10 mins later, all the participants are guided to a room for a dolphin introduction session. The staff could speak fluence English in the introduction and we know more about a dolphin.
After the introductory session, all the participants are divided into several small groups. The instructor teaches us how we could touch the dolphin and teach us to make a simple order to the dolphin. The group had been exchanged after around 10 mins. This is a very good arrangement as the participants could enter counter with more than one dolphin.
As a family of three, I applied 2 people (Father and Son) to participate in this activity. I would like to take some photo and video for my family members. I found that I was not allowed to go into the area which make video/photo is difficult. It was a joyful moment and would be good if I could take more photo and video to share in social media. I would like to recommend the participant at least could bring one accompany to go into the activity area.
Overall, I highly recommend this activity especially for a family with kids.

This was my first time paddleboarding. I'm not particularly athletic, but the instructor was very kind and guided me well, and I was able to stand up right away! I also had a great time enjoying it with other guests. The shower and changing rooms were clean, which was nice. They took a lot of photos and sent them to my phone right away! I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't a little sunnier, as I would have loved to see a beautiful sunset, but overall, I was very satisfied!

今回がはじめてのサップでした。
私は運動神経がいい方ではないのですがインストラクターのお兄さんが優しくレクチャーしてくださり、すぐに立ってできるようになりました！他のお客さんとも一緒に仲良く楽しめました。
シャワー室や更衣室も清潔感があってよかったです。写真もたくさん撮っていただきすぐに携帯に送ってくださりました！
もう少し晴れていたら綺麗な夕日が見れたのかなとそこだけが残念でしたがあとは大満足です！

The Nakama River Mangrove Cruise features an open sightseeing boat, and the tropical river and sea breezes felt wonderful. The water buffalo cart on Yufu Island brought smiles and happiness to the faces of the guests. The water buffalo worked hard to cross the sea. Renting a bicycle on Taketomi Island was hot, but I was able to directly feel the atmosphere of the village. However, be cautious of traffic accidents, as light vehicles can come out of intersections quite suddenly.

仲間川マングローブクルーズは、オープンの観光船で、熱帯の川風、海風が気持ちがよかった。
由布島の水牛車は、お客さんの顔はハッピーという笑顔があふれてました。
水牛が頑張って海を渡ってゆきました。
竹富島のレンタサイクル。暑かったが、村の雰囲気を肌に直に感じることができました。ただし、交通事故要注意。交差点から軽四が勢いよく出てきたりする・・

I wanted to visit Daishi Forest Mountain, but since I'm not good at driving, I chose this tour. I was very satisfied with the result.

大石林山に行ってみたく、しかし運転が苦手だったためこのツアーを選択しました。
結果とても満足できました。

We chose Okinawa for my husband's 60th birthday celebration family trip and celebrated while watching the sunset in Okinawa. Since our boarding time was early, I thought we might miss the sunset, but we were able to see a beautiful one. Additionally, since Naha Airport was nearby, we were able to take some great photos of the sunset with airplanes in the background. My son chose BBQ, and we enjoyed watching the sunset while eating, indulging in more meat than we could finish.

主人の還暦祝いで家族旅行に沖縄を選び、沖縄の夕日を見てお祝いをしました。乗船時間が早かったので夕日は見れないのではと思っていましたが、綺麗な夕日をみる。また、那覇空港が近かったので夕日と飛行機のコラボ写真を取る事が出来ました。息子がBBQを選んび食事をしながら夕日を見、食べきれないほどの肉を楽しんで食べました。
