It was fun, and the places we visited were great, but the schedule was too packed. I was disappointed that I only had one hour at Pineapple Park, which didn't allow for enough shopping. I hope they can reconsider the time allocation. Also, there was someone who misunderstood the meeting time and didn't come back, so I would like them to distribute a schedule to ensure everyone is well-informed about the meeting time.

楽しかったし、行く場所も良かったのだがスケジュールが過密過ぎる。パイナップルパークが1時間しかないせいで買い物が満足にできなかったのが残念。
なので時間配分を見直して欲しいとは思う。
あとは集合時間を勘違いして帰ってこない人が居たので、時間表を配ったりなどして集合時間の周知徹底をしっかり行って欲しい。

Initially, I was considering signing up for the stargazing tour offered by the hotel. The night before, I checked the stars on the hotel beach. I could see constellations like Scorpius, but with streetlights around, while I could spot some bright stars, it wasn't a truly starry sky. I thought it would be better to choose a different location, which led me to find this tour. To put it simply, it was the right choice!

The location is a bit up in the mountains, surrounded by fields with nothing around. It's a great spot where you can see the sky in all directions down to the horizon.

Sitting in a chair while the guide uses a laser pointer to explain is like experiencing a real planetarium under the stars. I highly recommend it for those who want to purely enjoy stargazing rather than just taking star photos.

However, there is no pick-up service, so you need to meet at the location, which might be tough without a rental car. There were some taxi drivers there, though.

当初ホテルにも星空ツアーがあったので、それに申し込もうかなと思っていたので、前日の夜にホテルのビーチで星を確認すると、さそり座など確かによく見えるが、街灯なんかもあり、2等星とか明るいのは見えるものの、満天の星空とは言えないなぁと。
せっかくなら場所を選ぼうと思って探したのがこのツアー。結論から言うと正解！

場所はちょっと山の方で、周りは畑で何もない。360度低い位置まで空が見える良い場所。

椅子に座りながらレーザーポインターで指しながら解説してくれるのは、リアル星空でのプラネタリウムみたいな感覚。
星空フォトとかではなく純粋に星空鑑賞したい人には絶対オススメ。

ただし送迎とかはやってなく現地集合なので、レンタカーじゃないと厳しいかも。タクシーの人もいましたが。

I thought there would be 2 to 3 photos, but they took a lot.
It said that I could use the shower, but only cold water came out.
I heard there were places where hot water was available.
The staff, especially the boys, were all kind and easy to understand.
I was able to go snorkeling without any worries.
It was fun and went by in a flash.

Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't go to the Kerama Islands and ended up snorkeling along the main island. While we were snorkeling, it didn't rain, and I had a wonderful experience seeing small fish swimming in the beautiful sea! The full-face mask was easy to breathe in and very user-friendly. The banana boat allowed us to choose our speed, which made it a lot of fun! I hope to be able to go to the Kerama Islands next time!

あいにくのお天気で、慶良間諸島には行けず本島沿いでのシュノーケリングでした。
シュノーケルをしている間は雨も降らず、小さなお魚が泳いでいるのを綺麗な海で見ることができてすてきな経験をできました！
フルフェイスマスクは息がしやすく、使いやすかったです。
バナナボートはスピードを選ばせてくれ、楽しくできました◎

I was able to participate without any hesitation, even as a single person. All the activities were great, but if I had to wish for something, I would have liked the glass boat point to be closer to the image of a tropical fish tank.

I participated in a tour on the afternoon of my arrival in Ishigaki Island. It was my first snorkeling experience of the year, and thanks to the staff's attentiveness and kindness, I was able to enjoy snorkeling in the long-awaited Sekisei Lagoon! Since I brought my GoPro, I was able to capture a lot of videos!

Maboroshi Island is surrounded by emerald green waters, and it was incredibly beautiful and moving. The sight of waves repeatedly flowing through parts of the island that gradually submerged beneath the surface was so pleasant that I could have watched it forever.

Although it was just a half-day tour, it was so satisfying that I lost track of time!

石垣島到着日の午後からのツアーに参加させていただきました。
今年初めてのシュノーケリングだったのですが、スタッフの方々の気配りや思いやりに助けられ、念願の石西礁湖でのシュノーケリングを楽しめました！
ゴープロ持参だったので、動画もいっぱい撮れました！
幻の島は周囲をエメラルドグリーンの海に囲まれ、とても綺麗で感動。徐々に水面下になる島の一部を繰り返し波が通り抜けてゆく様子が気持ち良くずっと見ていたい感じでした。
半日ですが、時を忘れるぐらい大満足なツアーでした！

It was my first experience with kayaking, but the staff explained everything clearly and very politely, which made me feel at ease while participating.

カヤックの体験は始めてでしたが、スタッフの方が分かりやすくとても丁寧に説明して下さり、安心して取り組めました。

I planned a trip to Okinawa because I wanted my grandchild to experience snorkeling. One thing I absolutely wanted to include in this schedule was the Blue Cave. However, I was confused by the various pickup methods, as many shops offer tours by boat or stairs.

Among them, I was attracted to the plan that goes to the Blue Cave by kayak, but the next challenge was that many tours had restrictions such as no participants over 60 or required medical certificates. Fortunately, the guide was accommodating, so I decided to go for it with enthusiasm!

Staff member "Macchan" was very professional, even though we had a scared 7-year-old and a clumsy 60-year-old in our group. They made sure everyone could enjoy the experience, allowing us to participate with peace of mind.

At first, my daughter and her husband thought it was just "okay," but after actually participating, they were excited, saying, "It was amazing!" and "We had so much fun!" My grandchild even said the next day, "I want to see Macchan again!" and has become a big fan, still mentioning "Macchan" now that we're back in Osaka.

With all the photos taken, we created wonderful memories during our three-generation trip. Thank you so much for everything!

孫にシュノーケルを体験させたいと思い沖縄旅行を計画。
今回のスケジュールでどうしても入れたかったのが青の洞窟です。
ただ、ピックアップの方法が、ボートや階段など
たくさんのショップさんがツアーを開催されていて迷いました。

そんな中、カヤックで青の洞窟に行くというこちらのプランに
魅かれたものの・・・
次の難関が、60歳以上不可や診断書を求められるツアーが多いこと。
嬉しいことにアルガイドさんは、こちらもクリア♪
もう、ここしかない！という勢いで申し込みをしました。

スタッフの「まっちゃん」さんには、怖がりの7歳＆どんくさい60歳が
ご迷惑をおかけしましたが、そこはやはりプロ！
皆が楽しめるように、いろいろと気を配っていただき
安心して参加することができました。

最初は、「へ～、いいやん」程度だった娘夫婦も
実際に参加した後は
「最高に良かった！」「すっごく楽しかった！」と興奮状態。
孫は、次の日も「まっちゃんに会いたい♪」と
すっかりファンになっていて、大阪に戻った今も
「まっちゃん」のお名前が・・・。

たくさん撮っていただいた写真とともに
3世代の旅行で素敵な思い出ができました。
本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

It was a tour that took us around several places in the northern region by bus. You can optionally listen to explanations through earphones while on the bus. I was unsure about what to wear before participating, but since we only walked a little in the Oishi Forest, casual clothing is perfectly fine without worrying about hiking gear.
There were many participants who came alone, and the ages varied.
It was a very good experience. I would like to join other tours as well. Thank you.

北部をバスで数ヶ所を周るツアーでした。バスの中でも任意でイヤホンで説明を聞く事が出来ます。参加前に服装を悩みましたが、大石林山で少し山中を歩く程度なので、登山の装いなどを気にしなくても、楽な服装で大丈夫です。
1人参加の方が多かったです。年齢も様々でした。
とてもいい経験になりました。また他のツアーにも参加させていただきたいです。ありがとうございます。

I participated with my 7-year-old son!

During our snorkeling experience from the beach, he was a bit scared and wanted to return to the shore when he couldn't touch the bottom, so I thought it might be a bit much for him from the boat. I was prepared to wait on the boat.

Just as I told him, "You don't have to push yourself," he decided to give it a try and willingly followed the instructor's instructions to enter the water! He then enjoyed snorkeling with the instructor! He was fascinated by all the different fish and beautiful corals!

Even during free time, he continued to swim with the kind instructor, sticking close to him!

My son, who was initially a bit nervous about snorkeling, got really excited and had a great time collecting corals and shells on the subsequent "phantom island" visit. Throughout, the instructors were very encouraging and engaged with him, making it a truly satisfying experience.

7歳の息子と参加しました！

同じ旅の期間中に行った砂浜からのシュノーケル体験でも、足がつかなくなるとビビって浜に戻りたがっていたので、船からはちょっと無理かなぁと、船の上で待つことも覚悟して参加しました。

「無理しなくていいよ」と伝えた矢先、自分からやってみる！と進んでインストラクターさんの指示に従って海に入って行きました！
そしてそのままインストラクターさんに連れられてシュノーケルを楽しむ息子！！
色々なお魚や綺麗な珊瑚に夢中になっていました！

自由時間になってもインストラクターさんと一緒に泳ぐ、と、優しいインストラクターさんに着いて泳ぎ続けていました！

シュノーケルにビビり気味だった息子もテンションが上がり、その後の幻の島でも珊瑚や貝殻を拾いまくって楽しんでいました。
その間もインストラクターさんたちが息子に色々と声をかけてくださり、大満足の体験となりました。

The sea water was really clear, and we could see a lot of fish. The Blue Cave is not very far from the starting point, so I think even those who aren't very confident in swimming will be fine. The light blue color of the water inside the cave is also very, very beautiful. Our guide was always attentive to the participants' conditions and took many photos for us.

海の水が本当に澄んでいて、魚もたくさん見られました。青の洞窟が出発地からそんなに遠くないので、泳ぎにそんなに自信ない人も大丈夫だと思います。洞窟の中の水色はまたとてもとても綺麗です。そしてガイドさんが私たち参加者の状態を常に気を遣い、写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。

Just 10 minutes before the start, it was pouring rain, and I was almost ready to give up, but this is Ishigaki Island. In no time, the starry sky appeared, and I was able to participate.

The guide's explanations were very skillful and easy to understand. The children were able to see a starry sky with the Milky Way, the Summer and Spring Triangles, shooting stars, and the Southern Cross, which they had never seen before! I highly recommend it!!

開始10分前まで大降りの雨で、ほぼ諦めていましたがそこは石垣島。あっという間に星空が見えだし参加できました。

ガイドの方の説明がとても上手く、大変わかりやすかったです。天の川や夏・春の大三角形、流れ星、南十字星など見たことのない星空を子供たちに見てもらうことができました！おすすめです！！

In the 8-hour course, we were able to visit all the planned spots: Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and American Village. For lunch, we had the driver’s recommended soki soba, which was very delicious.

8時間コースで、美ら海水族館、古宇利島、アメリカンヴィレッジと予定していたところ全てを回れました。
また、お昼ごはんには、運転手さんおすすめのソーキそばをいただいてとても美味しかったです。

This experience is amazing for this price.
The weather was nice, and I could see clearly underwater.
The coral and fish are beautiful.
I was quite surprised by the construction of that boat.

この金額で、この体験は驚き。
お天気も良く、海の中がよく見えました。
サンゴも魚も美しい。
あの船の作りがすごすぎて、かなりビックリしました。

The day before, I received a call informing me that the location had changed from Yonaha Maehama to Imugya Marine Garden. I was looking forward to Yonaha Maehama, but I was glad that Imugya is a safe bay where children can also enjoy themselves, especially since I am not very familiar with marine activities. It was the first day of a three-day weekend, but I arrived at the free parking lot around 10:20 and was able to park. When I went kayaking, I only brought my smartphone and a bottle of water. They kindly lent me a waterproof case for my smartphone, which was very helpful. The staff will take care of other belongings, but I think it's best to leave unnecessary items (like valuables) in the car. The staff carefully taught us how to handle the paddles, and the tour began. They pointed out spots with beautiful fish, and I was able to see Nemo right at my feet, so I was glad I chose the clear kayak. They also took photos along the way, and since the weather was nice that day, there were drone shots as well. After the tour, I received about 30 photos and drone videos via AirDrop right on the spot. They even created a highlight video with music, and I was impressed by the professional finish. I think this tour is quite a bargain for what you get. It became a wonderful memory on the last day of my trip to Miyako Island. Thank you very much!

前日にお電話があり、与那覇前浜からイムギャーマリンガーデンに変更になりました。与那覇前浜を楽しみにしていたのですが、イムギャーは子どもも楽しめるような安全な湾になっていて、マリンアクティビティに不慣れなため良かったと思いました。3連休初日でしたが、10:20頃に無料駐車場に着き停めることができました。カヤックに乗る際はスマホとペットボトルの飲み物だけ持ち込みました。スマホの防水ケースを貸してくださり助かりました。それ以外の荷物はスタッフさんが預かってくれますが、なるべく不要なもの(貴重品等)は車の中に置いていくのが良いと思います。スタッフさんがパドルの扱い方を丁寧に教えてくださり、ツアーが始まりました。綺麗なお魚がいるスポットを教えてくださり、足元からニモを見ることができクリアカヤックにしてよかったと思いました。途中途中で写真も撮ってくださり、この日は天気も良かったのでドローンでの撮影もありました。ツアー終了後、その場でエアドロップで写真30枚ほどとドローンの動画をいただきました。ツアーの総集編のような音楽入りの動画も作ってくださり、プロの仕上がりで感動しました。これでこのツアー料金はかなりお得だと思います。宮古島最終日に最高の思い出になりました。本当にありがとうございました。

Since it was my first time touring the Yaeyama Islands, I chose a tour where I could listen to detailed explanations. I participated with the intention of just getting a taste, as it's certainly not an island you can fully explore in half a day. However, on Yubu Island, I was healed by the stories and songs of the ox cart driver, and I was able to relax while encountering the fallen Sagari flowers at just the right moment.

When crossing to Yubu Island, I happened to ride in the only four-wheeled ox cart, pulled by "Mirai." I plan to visit the leisurely ox cart driver (whose name I forgot) again on my return.

初めての八重山諸島巡りなので詳しく説明を聞きながら周れる　ツアーにしました。
到底半日で周れる島ではないので触りだけのつもりで参加しましたが由布島では牛車夫さんの語りと歌に癒やされ島内ではタイミングよくサガリ花の落ちたのに出くわしのんびりと過ごせました。
由布島へ渡るときの牛車は偶然にも1台しかない4輪のものでそれを引く「未来」クン
帰りに乗ったのんびり屋さん（名前は失念）にまた会いに行きますよ。

The tour started at 2:30 PM, which was a bit late, so the time spent at each location during the bus tour was short. I recommend joining an earlier tour. The water buffalo was cute.

ツアーに参加した時間が2時半と遅かったので、バス観光での各所の滞在が短かったです。早い時間で参加するのがおすすめです。水牛はかわいかったです。

My first impression was that the staff were very kind. I thought the snorkeling lesson for beginners would be unnecessary since I had personal experience, but it was conducted thoroughly and appropriately, and I didn't feel like my time to experience was reduced. During the experience, they taught us the names of the fish, where to find them, and even some interesting trivia, which made it worthwhile to participate. They also offered to take photos frequently, and all the staff were gentle and kind. If I visit Ishigaki again and participate in a tour, I would like to join a tour organized by RISE.

1番始めの感想がスタッフの皆さんが、とても親切でした。
シュノーケルの初めての方への講習も、個人的に経験していたため不要かと思っていましたが、丁寧かつ適切に講習されており、体験する時間が少なくなるような感じは無かったです。
また体験では、魚の名前やどこに何がいるか、また豆知識的なところまで教えてくれ、参加した甲斐がありました。
写真もこまめに撮ってくれるよう声をかけていただいたり、スタッフの全員が優しく親切な方でした。
また石垣を訪れ、ツアーに参加するならば、RISEさんの企画するツアーに参加したいと思います。

Please consider this review with the premise of participating with preschool children.

The bus… there was trash left by the previous passengers. The audio guide content was good, but the connection with the headphones was poor. The number of participants on the tour was about half of the bus seats filled, but during the hot summer, everyone was crammed in the front seats, and there was someone nearby with a strong body odor, which was tough. Given the current COVID situation, I thought it would be better to space out the seating instead of packing everyone together. There was no restroom on the bus, so I had to be mindful of my child's bathroom timing, and I was constantly worried about restrooms during our stay at each facility. It would have been better if there were restrooms available.

Kouri Island, Okashi Goten, Manzamo… the stay time was about 30 minutes, and we were always in a hurry. I was anxious thinking that if my child threw a tantrum, there wouldn’t be time for shopping. The drop-off location on the way back was flexible (changes can only be made within the designated drop-off points).

Pineapple Park… I wished we could have stayed a little longer. There was no time to enjoy tastings. It felt like we were just pulling the kids towards the exit.

Churaumi Aquarium… they set the stay time to accommodate two dolphin shows, allowing us to choose which one to see, which was great. The aquarium isn’t that large, so if you’re just doing the dolphin show and the aquarium, the time seemed about right. Lunch was on our own, but there wasn’t time to eat leisurely. The large bus parking lot was extremely far from the aquarium. There was a paid trolley-like vehicle running inside the park, but due to the admission ticket situation, everyone had to walk to the entrance. If the tour guide had prepared and handed out the tickets on the bus beforehand, we wouldn’t have had to walk so much… but maybe that wasn’t possible due to scheduling?

I’ve mentioned mostly negative points above, but overall, I am satisfied. Above all, it’s inexpensive; the service isn’t bad for the low price, and although it’s busy, you can visit many famous spots in one day. I would even like to try a different course when I come to Okinawa next time.

未就学児を連れての参加ということを前提にご覧ください。

バス…前の人のゴミが残っていた。音声ガイドの内容は良いがイヤホンとの接続が悪い。ツアーの参加人数はバスの座席半分程度が埋まったくらいだったが、夏の暑い時に全員前に座席を固められ、近くに体臭がきつい方がおられてしんどかった。コロナの時期でもあるし、前に固めずに間隔をあけて座らせたらいいのに…と思う。バスにはトイレがないので、子どものトイレのタイミングに気を遣い、各施設滞在中もトイレのことばかり気にしていた、トイレ付きならもっと良いのに…
古宇利島、おかし御殿、万座毛…滞在時間が30分程度と始終小走り。子供がわがままを言ったら買い物なんてしてる時間ないなぁと思ってヒヤヒヤしていた。帰りに降ろしてもらう場所は融通を聞いてもらえる(設定された降車地点の中でのみ変更可)
パイナップルパーク…もう少し長くてもと思った。試飲試食を楽しむ間はない。子どもを引っ張ってとにかく出口へという感じ。
美ら海…イルカショー2回分の時間帯に滞在時間を設定してくれていて、どちらか好きな方を選んで見ることが出来てよかった。水族館内はそんなに広くないので、イルカショーと水族館のみならば時間としてはこんなもんかな？という感じ。昼食は各自だがゆっくりたべる時間はない。大型バス駐車場から水族館までものすごく遠い。園内有料でトロリー的な乗り物が走っていたが、入館券の都合で全員歩いて入り口まで連れて行かれる。ツアーの方が予め準備しておいて乗ってきたバスの中で渡してくれたらこんなに歩かずに済んだのに…日付の都合で無理なのかな？

マイナスなことばかり上には挙げていますが、総合としては満足しています。
何より安い、安い割にサービスが悪いわけではない、忙しないけれど名所を1日で一気に回れる。
次回沖縄に来ても、別のコースを頼んでみたいと思うほどです。

We participated as a couple. Both of us had experience with dubbing, so we were impressed by the clarity of the water in Okinawa and the abundance of fish.

夫婦二人で参加しました。二人ともダビングの経験があったので、沖縄の海の透明度の良さと魚の濃さには感動しました。

Although it was cloudy in Ishigaki Island at the departure point, it was raining when we arrived at Iriomote Island by boat. While there was no impact when riding the sightseeing bus or the water buffalo cart, I had to buy a raincoat for 300 yen during the walking tour on Yubu Island. The rain diminished the charm of the sightseeing experience.

I also rode the water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island, but I felt that it wasn't necessary to ride it twice. 2,800 yen was quite expensive.

On Taketomi Island, there was no rain, and I wandered around the houses, but considering the residents, I felt it might have been a nuisance to them, which made me feel embarrassed.

出発地の石垣島は曇天だったのに、船で西表島に着いた時には雨だった。観光バスや水牛車に乗った時には影響はないが、由布島徒歩観光の際には雨で３００円の雨合羽を購入してまわった。雨が降ると観光の魅力が半減しました。
竹冨島でも水牛車に乗ったが、２度は乗らなくても良かった感想でした。２，８００円は高かった。
竹冨島では雨はなく、民家をめぐり、うろうろしましたが、島民の事を考えると迷惑してだろうなと、恐縮しました。

When I looked down in the transparent kayak, I could see lots of coral and fish. It was amazing to enjoy activities in such a beautiful sea even while pregnant! Also, they gave us many videos and photos afterward, which made for great memories.

透明のカヤックで下を向くと珊瑚やお魚たちがたくさん見えました。
妊娠中でも綺麗な海でアクティビティを楽しめて最高でした！
また、終わった後に動画や写真を沢山くれたので良い思い出になりました。

Since I’m not good with the heat in early July, I requested a bus tour, glass boat, and water buffalo cart. I had seen reviews mentioning that the guidance was unclear, so I was cautious about that, but there were no problems. During the bus tour, we had a little free time at one beach. The coral I saw while on the glass boat made me want to protect it in the future.

7月上旬で暑いのは苦手なので
バスの観光、グラスボート、水牛車をお願いしました。
体験談で案内が分かりにくかったということでしたが、
それを見ていってたので気をつけておりましたが、問題ありませんでした。
バスの観光でも、1つの浜で降りて少しの間自由時間がありました。

It was a meaningful day as we were able to go to the places we wanted with a chartered sightseeing taxi since we traveled without a car on our parent-child trip. The driver was friendly and kind, taking photos for us and sharing various information. I would like to request this taxi service again when I use a taxi in the future. Thank you very much!

I couldn't drive, so I requested assistance. It was helpful because the hotel was in the opposite direction from where I wanted to go, and I wanted to avoid taking the bus and sightseeing in the heat. I will definitely use this service again when I go to Okinawa.

車を運転できないので、お願いしました。行きたい所からホテルまで、逆方向なのと、暑いなかバスなどで観光地を回るのを避けたかったので、助かりました。また、沖縄行く時は利用させていただきます。

I went to the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island on a 9-hour tour. You can gather information using guidebooks or your smartphone while traveling to the destination, and there's no need to worry about restrooms or parking. You can also change your destination freely along the way, and even if you're tired on the way back, you can sleep in the car. Considering the convenience of being able to go to places efficiently until the last minute, I think it's a great value for the cost.

9時間のコースで美ら海水族館や古宇利島に行きました。目的地へ向かう車中でもガイドブックやスマホで情報収集できるし、トイレや駐車場の心配もない。途中で自由に目的地も変えられ、帰りは疲れても車中で寝ることもでき、ギリギリまで効率よく行きたいところに行ける便利さを考えるとコスパもいいと思います。
