I booked this tour to encounter sea turtles. On the morning of the tour, due to bad weather, the location was changed from Shinjo Beach to Shigira Beach, and I was worried about whether we would see any sea turtles. However, thanks to the enthusiasm of our wonderful guide, Matsuura, we discovered a green sea turtle! We were able to take many amazing photos with the sea turtle.

Additionally, we were guided to spots with clownfish, beautiful corals, and various fish, creating the best memories. I also want to thank you for kindly sharing recommendations for must-visit spots in Miyako Island, separate from the guided tour! I will definitely use your services again when I visit Miyako Island.

ウミガメに出会いたい為に今回こちらのツアーを予約しました。当日の朝、悪天候のため予定していた新城海岸からシギラビーチに変更になって海亀に出会えるか心配しましたが、そこは親切丁寧の素晴らしいガイドの松浦さんの熱意で1匹のアオウミガメを発見！何枚も素晴らしいウミガメとの写真を撮っていただきました
そのほかカクレクマノミや綺麗な珊瑚や魚たちのいる場所に案内していただき最高の思い出になりました。またガイドツアーとは別に宮古島のオススメスポットも親切に教えていただきありがとうございました！
また宮古島を訪れた際は利用させてもらいます。

I signed up for a tour that included a SUP and snorkeling set, and it was fun even in the rain! Although the weather was disappointing, we were able to enjoy ourselves without any issues despite the rain.

On the morning of the tour, they accepted reservations over the phone, and the guidance was quick and easy to understand, which was great. During the experience, the guide provided thorough and clear instructions, so even though almost everyone was a beginner, we were able to get the hang of it quickly.

I definitely want to visit the Pumpkin Cave recommended by the guide next time!

SUPとシュノーケリングのセットのツアーに申し込みました、雨でも楽しかったです！天候は雨で残念だったのですが、雨でも問題なく楽しめました。
当日の朝でも電話で予約を受け付けてくださり、案内も早くて分かりやすくて良かったです。体験中もガイドさんに丁寧にわかりやすく指導いただいたので、ほぼ全員初心者でしたがすぐに乗れるようになりました。
ぜひ次回はガイドさんおすすめのパンプキン鍾乳洞にも行ってみたいです。

I participated last year as well, and it was so much fun that I really wanted to go again this year, so I invited my friends and joined. I was overwhelmed by the changing expressions of Ishigaki Island depending on the weather. Last year, there was less water, and it felt like we could play happily, but this time, after heavy rain, there was a lot of water, making it a thrilling tour. However, thanks to the guides' arrangements, there were very few dangerous situations. I think the experience of being able to jump into a waterfall pool is something you can't often experience in life, and kayaking while seeing mangroves up close was also a valuable experience. I will definitely participate again if I have the chance!

去年も参加してたんですが楽しすぎて今年もどうしても行きたくて友達も誘い参加しました。
天気によって変わる石垣島の表情に圧倒されました。
去年は水が少なく楽しく遊べると行った感じでしたが今回は大雨の後で水が多くスリリングなツアーでしたがガイドさんたちの計らいで危ないことはとっても少ないです。
滝壺に、飛び込めるなんて体験はなかなか人生では経験できないことだと思いますし、マングローブを身近に見ながらカヌーなども貴重な体験でした。
また機会があったら参加します！！

I participated with my 80-year-old mother and my family across three generations. I was very worried due to her age, but the staff were incredibly kind, and by the end, my mother, who had been scared, enjoyed it the most. They took many photos and even drone shots, and by the end of the tour, we received edited materials, which was truly wonderful. I believe this tour company is very attentive and reassuring from start to finish. Thank you very much for this experience.

高齢のためとても心配していましたが スタッフの方達がとても親切で 終わってみたら怖がっていた母が1番楽しんでいました。
写真やドローンも沢山撮って頂き ツアーが終わる頃には編集した物まで頂き本当に良かったです。

It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding, and I was able to have a great time thanks to the careful instruction. They also took wonderful photos, creating the best memories.

I participated at the ages of 55 and 57, and since this limestone cave is a sacred place that was used for Ontake, I was glad to go before the age limit of 60, as there are concerns that access might be restricted in the future. The weather in Okinawa changes frequently, so I signed up the day before, but due to the tide conditions, even if you can apply, it’s uncertain if you can participate, so it might be better to plan ahead if time is limited. The time mentioned is just a guideline, so it's essential to email in advance. The shuttle service was free, which was reassuring. I wasn't confident about kayaking to the cave entrance, but I received assistance with a rope, which was helpful! Inside the cave, I thought it would be slippery, but it was actually quite grippy. They provided a ladder this time, making it easy to climb onto the rocks. There are basically no lights inside the cave (though there are flashlights), and the stalactites maintain beautiful colors, making it more stunning than above-ground caves, so I highly recommend it! Since it was during the rainy season, there were places where water fell like a shower, which was truly mystical to see how nature created it. At the end, diving from the rocks tested my courage (sweat). Overall, I was supported throughout (perhaps due to age), which allowed me to complete the experience. I recommend trying it at least once!

55歳と57歳で参加、こちらの鍾乳洞は御嶽に使われていた神聖な場所なので、もしかしたら行けなくなるかも！との事もあるらしいので、参加限界の60歳までに行けて良かったです。沖縄は天気がコロコロ変わるので前日申し込みしましたが、こちらは潮位の関係もあって、申し込みは出来ても参加になるかは分からないので、時間が限られる場合は早めが良いかも知れません。時間も目安なので、事前メール必須です。送迎は無料でしていただけたので、安心でした。カヤックで洞窟前まで自力に自信が無かったのですが、紐で繋いで介助があり助かりました！鍾乳洞内も、滑るのかと思ったら全然滑らずグリップがきいてました。岩に上がるのが今回ハシゴを用意して頂けたので楽に上がれました。鍾乳洞内は灯りが基本無いので（懐中電灯はあります）鍾乳石がキレイな色を保っていて、地上の鍾乳洞よりキレイなのでオススメです！今回、梅雨の時期だった為、水がシャワーの様に降り注ぐ場所があり、本当に自然に出来てることが神秘的でした。ラストに岩場からダイブするのが勇気が試されました（汗
全体的に、（年齢に応じてなのか）サポートされていたのでやり切る事が出来ました。一度参加されてみる事をオススメします。

This tour is the best way to experience the nature of Yanbaru. I want to explore it again next time with a rental car.

Lunch included very delicious sashimi and grilled mackerel. Cape Hedo has the atmosphere of the Great Ocean Road in Melbourne. The stunning views at Oishi Forest Park were breathtaking. I also enjoyed meeting Kuta, the Yanbaru kuina.

Originally, I had booked a one-day plan that included trekking to the waterfall, but I received a notification the day before that the plan would be changed due to the water level of the waterfall. On the day of the tour, there was a heavy rainstorm from early morning, and other participants were also forced to change their plans. The plan was to go to Yufu Island in the morning and then to the mangroves in the afternoon.

However, around midday, the weather cleared up, and in the afternoon, everyone was able to participate in their desired plans, which was impressive to see as everyone looked really happy. Even though the original schedule wouldn't have allowed everyone to do what they wanted, I was truly impressed by the staff who adapted to the afternoon weather.

元々は滝までのトレッキングを含めた1日プランで予約したのですが、前日に滝の水量からプラン変更とのご連絡がありました。そして当日、早朝からスコールのような雷雨が続き、他の参加者の方も同じようにプラン変更を余儀なくされ、午前は皆さんで由布島へ、午後からマングローブという流れになる予定でした。
でも午前の半ばあたりから天気が晴れへと変わり、午後からは皆さん希望通りのプランに参加出来ることとなり、どの方も凄く嬉しそうだったのが印象的でした。元々のスケジュールだと皆さんの希望のやりたい事は達成されなかったのに、午後の天気を読んで順応してくださったスタッフの皆さんに感服です。

On my first visit to Iriomote Island, I thought I would have a special experience, so I booked a night tour. While listening to the detailed explanations from the guide, we entered a jungle that we would never have ventured into on our own, and we were able to see various creatures like large coconut crabs, habu snakes, and crabs! Although I was a bit scared of the bugs and the habu, I felt very safe with the guide. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn't see the starry sky, but it was an exciting and wonderful experience! Thank you!

初めての西表島で、何か特別な体験はできないかと思い、ナイトツアーを予約しました。ガイドさんの詳しい説明を聞きながら、自分たちだけでは絶対に入らないようなジャングルの中に入り、大きなヤシガニや、ハブ、カニなど様々な生き物を見ることができました！
虫やハブが怖い気持ちもありましたが、ガイドさんと一緒なのでとても安心感がありました。
あいにくの雨で、星空は見られませんでしたが、ワクワクするとっても良い経験になりました！

I participated in a day trip from Ishigaki Island.
In the canoe, my viewpoint was close to the water's surface, so when I looked up, the sky felt very high and wide, and we were able to get very close to the mangroves. As we slowly moved along, feeling the sounds of birds, the water, and the wind, a scenery I had never seen before unfolded before me, creating an extraordinary world.
I had a truly wonderful time.
The guide's instructions on paddling were easy to understand, allowing me to participate with confidence.
Additionally, the various topics discussed during the tour were abundant and enjoyable, and I learned a lot.

石垣島から日帰りで参加しました。
カヌーは目線が水面に近いので、見上げれば空がとても高く、広く、マングローブのすぐ近くまでいけました。鳥の声、水の音、風も感じながらゆっくり進むカヌー、今までみたことのない景色が広がっていて非日常の世界でした。
とっても素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
ガイドさんの漕ぎ方のレクチャーもわかりやすく安心して参加できました。
またツアー中の様々な話題も豊富で楽しく、勉強になりました。

I experienced it in the second week of May, and since it's Okinawa, the temperature was warm and the weather was nice. However, the water temperature hasn't caught up yet, so it was cold. They lend you wetsuits, so it was okay, but it was still a bit chilly. Don't forget your jacket on the way back!

I experienced a night tour on Iriomote Island for the first time. Thanks to Shun's attentive and detailed guidance, I had a very enjoyable time! The weather was also favorable, and I encountered 5 to 6 coconut crabs, owls, habu snakes, crabs, and even clownfish, experiencing a variety of ecosystems that I wouldn't normally encounter. Iriomote Island is vast, so I want to enjoy even more of its captivating nature. Next, I would like to try other attractions like canoeing and snorkeling. Thank you very much! ☺

しゅんさんの丁寧で細やかなガイドで非常に楽しく過ごせました！
天候にも恵まれ、ヤシガニが5〜6匹、フクロウやハブ、カニやニモなど様々な生態系と出会い、普段では味わえない体験が出来ました。
西表島は広大なのでまだまだ魅力ある自然を楽しみたく、

During my first visit to Iriomote Island, I was looking for a good tour and stumbled upon this one. The morning mangrove canoeing was blessed with good weather; it was hot, but we were able to paddle leisurely in the spacious area. Our guide, Shotaro, gave us an initial lecture on how to paddle, which made me feel secure as we started. It was my first time seeing mangroves, and he taught us about the different types and characteristics, which was fascinating as we got to approach them closely in the canoe. Paddling through the mangroves was a bit challenging, but it was fun to coordinate with my friends while paddling.

I also wanted to visit Yubu Island, so it was perfect that we could go there as part of the package, and I enjoyed the afternoon sightseeing on Yubu Island. I was very satisfied to be able to take a photo with the water buffalo, Rui-kun.

The mangrove canoeing was very refreshing, and I felt rejuvenated by nature, so I would love to repeat this experience the next time I visit Iriomote Island! I'm glad I participated. Thank you!

初めての西表島で、何か良いツアーがないかと思っていたところ、こちらにたどり着きました。
午前中のマングローブでのカヌーは天候にも恵まれ、暑かったですが、広々としたところをのんびりと漕ぐことができました。ガイドのしょうたろうさんにより最初に漕ぎ方のレクチャーがあり、安心してスタートすることができました。マングローブを見るのは初めてでしたが、種類や特徴を色々教えてくださり、カヌーで近づいて間近で見ることができたのはとても面白かったです。マングローブの間をカヌーで通っていくのは少々難しかったですが、友達とタイミングを合わせながら漕ぐのは楽しかったです。
由布島も訪れたいと思っていたので、ちょうどセットで行くことができ、午後の由布島内の観光も楽しめました。水牛のるい君と一緒に写真を撮ることができ、大満足です。
マングローブカヌーはとても気持ちよく、自然に癒されたので、次回西表島を訪れる際にはリピートしたいなと思っています！参加して良かったです。ありがとうございました！

I participated with my wife and our two sons, aged 4 and 10. It was an adventure tour exploring the hot and humid subtropical night jungle, and everyone was excited from start to finish. We encountered many aspects of nature, including coconut crabs, crabs, limestone caves, fireflies, etc., which stimulated our senses. The guide was very attentive and provided interesting explanations, making for a fun time. I hope to do this again.

4歳と10歳の息子2人と妻を連れて参加しました。
高温多湿の亜熱帯ナイトジャングルを探検するという、冒険心MAXになれるツアーで、最初から最後まで全員大興奮でした。
ヤシガニ、カニ、鍾乳洞、ホタル、etc…たくさんの自然に触れて、五感を刺激されました。

My first time in Ishigaki was SUP.
It was so much fun, and I was able to create truly wonderful memories!
I thought it would be difficult to do activities this time due to the rain and wind, but on the last day, we were able to go to Kabira Bay when it was sunny.
The sea was crystal clear, and doing SUP surrounded by nature was incredibly enjoyable. The breeze felt so nice! There were also fish!

The atmosphere of Ishigaki, the food, and above all, the beautiful sea and nature were truly amazing, making it a fantastic trip.

I participated in the Mangrove Canoe & Baras Snorkeling Tour! In the morning, we went canoeing in great weather, and it was the best experience—I was very satisfied! In the afternoon, during the snorkeling tour, it was raining, but the underwater scenery was beautiful, and I was able to encounter several sea turtles!! It was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide, Yume, provided us with various information about the islands, as well as explanations about the mangroves and the fish, which made for a very fulfilling day overall!! I participated in a stargazing and night tour for the first time because I wanted to see the beautiful starry sky and the tropical flora and fauna. Since there were only my child and me as participants this time, we were able to take our time and learn various things from the guide. We were able to see coconut crabs and hermit crabs, and the starry sky was beautiful to see with the naked eye. I truly had a wonderful time. My child was scared at first, but by the end, they said, "It was so much fun!" and we were able to create lovely memories on our last day. The guide was kind and shared a lot of detailed information about the various plants and animals. I would love to join the stargazing and night tour again the next time I come to Ishigaki Island. きれいな星空と南国の動植物がみたくて、初めて星空&ナイトツアーに参加しました。
今回は参加者が私と子どもだけだったので、ガイドさんにいろいろ教えて頂きながらゆっくりと参加することができました。
ヤシガニやヤドカリ、肉眼できれいな星空もみることができて、本当に素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。
子どもも最初は怖がっていましたが、最後は｢とっても楽しかった！｣と言っていて、最終日に素敵な思い出を作ることができました。
ガイドさんも優しくて、いろいろな動植物も詳しく教えてくださいました。

I had a great time operating the kayak. The sound of the water as I paddled, the chirping of the birds, and my view being at the level of the river were all wonderful. Slowly moving the kayak while looking up at the bridge was a very nice experience. The guide provided thorough explanations, and I could feel their love for plants and animals.

From the initial contact to the guidance on the day of the event, everything was polite and made me feel secure in participating! We set off in a canoe with the guide and arrived at the cave entrance. We swam in, climbed, and jumped in; it was a lot of fun! I'm glad we were able to take many photos as well.

It was the start of the rainy season, but the light rain stopped, creating just the right climate. After finishing dinner, my 4-year-old son, full of enthusiasm with his headlamp on, was invited by our guide Yuya to go out, and he was already super excited in the car on the way. After applying insect repellent, we headed into the forest. As we carefully descended a muddy slope with puddles, my son exclaimed, "A snake!" When I looked down, there was a habu slithering beside us! My son, who spotted the first creature, was full of confidence! We continued to find various night creatures like crabs, frogs, and spiders, while listening to Yuya's explanations, and we even spotted several coconut crabs moving slowly. I was delighted to see my son imitating Yuya, aiming his headlamp and proudly saying, "I took a picture!" Both parents were very satisfied.

Although we couldn't observe the stars due to the cloudy sky, we were able to spend more time observing the creatures, which might have made it the best experience for my son. It was a night of exploration that the whole family enjoyed together.

梅雨入りでしたが小雨が止んでちょうど良い気候でした。夜ご飯を食べ終わりヘッドライトをつけた息子4歳はやる気満々です。ホテルへお迎えに来たガイドのユーヤさんにも、行くか！と誘われ、行きの車内で既に大興奮。虫除けスプレーをして森の中へ。水たまりで泥濘む坂道をそろそろと降りていくと、ヘビだ！と息子の第一声！ほんとか〜と足元を見るとハブがニョロニョロと隣を進んでいました！1番に生き物を見つけた息子は自信満々です！その後もカニやカエル、クモなどユーヤさんの説明を受けながら次々と夜の生き物を見つけていき、ノソノソ歩くヤシガニも何匹か見つけられました。生き物の写真を撮るユーヤさんの真似をして、ヘッドライト向けては、撮りました！と得意げな息子に父母2人も大満足でした。
曇り空で星空観察は叶いませんでしたが、その分、生き物観察に時間をかけられたので、息子にとっては最高だったかもしれません。家族みんなで楽しめた夜の探検でした。

Due to lightning, the SUP experience was canceled, and we only participated in the sea turtle snorkeling. It was my first time snorkeling, but the instructor kindly taught me, and I was able to swim without any problems. From the moment I first put my face in the water, I was able to spot fish, which really excited me. I was lucky to see clownfish and sea turtles as well. Although the weather during this trip was not favorable and I felt a bit unsatisfied, this snorkeling experience made up for it all. I felt that satisfied.

雷によりSUP体験は中止となり、ウミガメシュノーケリングのみ体験しました。
シュノーケリングは初めてでしたが、インストラクターの方に優しく教えていただき、問題なく泳ぐことが出来ました。
海に初めて顔をつけた瞬間から魚を見つけられ、とてもテンションが上がりました。
カクレクマノミやウミガメも全部見ることが出来、運が良かったと思います。
今回の旅行は天気に恵まれず、不完全燃焼感があったのですが、このシュノーケリングで全て帳消しになりました。それくらいの満足感があります。

I participated in a tour of the Pumpkin Cave. Canoeing to get there was fun, but the experience inside the cave was even better. The guide explained the mysterious world of the cave, allowing us to enjoy its wonders. The duration of the stay was just right; after enjoying the cave in the morning, we had time for other plans, making it a great tour. In the end, we all jumped together, and it was just so much fun. I would like to join other tours by pipi as well. The guides were all nice people, which was great.

ガイドの方が鍾乳洞の世界を説明してくれて神秘的な鍾乳洞を楽しむことができました。滞在時間もちょうどよく午前中鍾乳洞を楽しんだ後他に予定もいられるのでいいツアーでした。最後みんなでジャンプしたりとにかく楽しかったです。pipiさんの他のツアーも参加してみたいです。ガイドさんもみんないい人で良かったです。

I participated in a tour of the Pumpkin Cave. The tour guide was very kind, and it was enjoyable from start to finish, so I'm glad I went. The tide was a bit high when entering the cave, so we waited for the optimal timing for the guide! The focus on safety made it easy to enjoy the experience! I participated in late May!! Unfortunately, due to the cloudy weather, we had to give up on stargazing, but it was a great tour filled with adventure, including exploring for coconut crabs and discovering other small animals. It wasn't a physically demanding experience, so women were also able to join. The tour guide was very kind and friendly, making it a very fulfilling tour!! I think it's an experience tour that can be enjoyed by both groups and individuals!!!

5月下旬参加しました！！あいにくの曇りで星空観測は断念したのですがヤシガニ散策や他小動物の発見など冒険感溢れる良いツアーでした。ハードな体験ツアーではないので女性の方も参加してました。ツアーガイドの方もとても優しくフレンドリーでとても充実したツアーになりました！！
団体でも個人でも楽しめる体験ツアーだと思います！！！

Although there was a typhoon forecast, it didn't rain in the first half, and I was able to take beautiful photos among the mangroves! In the second half, while returning, we encountered a downpour and had to paddle against the wind, but it turned out to be a fun and memorable experience, almost like taking a shower! The instructor's stories were enjoyable, and it was clear how much they love nature, which warmed my heart. It was a healing time that allowed me to forget the busy days in the city! 台風予報でしたが前半は雨が降らず、綺麗なマングローブの中で写真を撮っていただきました！
後半は戻る時にスコール？で向かい風の中、シャワー浴びたみたいな中頑張って漕いだのが、逆に楽しく思い出になりました！！
インストラクターさんの話も楽しく、本当に自然が好きなんだと伝わってきて、ほっこりとしました。

First, we took part in canoeing. When we landed on a deserted island, I found a shell, and the conductor told me that it was edible, so I looked it up and found out it was a clam.

Next, we went snorkeling.
To my surprise, I saw a sea turtle and was able to touch a sea cucumber.
It was a lot of fun. I want to participate again.

僕は4年生です。お母さんと参加しました。
まずカヌーに参加しました。カヌーで無人島に上陸した時に貝を見つけた時にコンダクターの人にそれは食べれるよと教えてもらったので調べたらアサリということがわかりました。


次にシュノーケリングをしました。
なんとウミガメが見れてしかもナマコを触ることができました。
とても楽しかったです。
また参加したいです。

The weather was good, although there was a bit of a strong wind on the day. The event took place at Ingyamarine Garden, which had public changing rooms and restrooms. It was my first time on a clear kayak, and I enjoyed being able to observe the underwater and seabed more than with a regular kayak, which felt very liberating. (While I was paddling hard, I didn't have much opportunity to observe the underwater details, though...) Additionally, the guide was very kind and helped me several times when it was difficult to move forward due to the strong wind.

What set this tour apart from others was the drone filming; they edited a story-driven video with music in a short amount of time, and it turned out to be quite wonderful, creating a great memory. Thank you very much.

当日は風がやや強いものの、天気は良好。
開催場所はインギャーマリンガーデンで、公共の更衣室やトイレもありました。
クリアカヤックは初めてでしたが、通常のカヤックより海中や海底が観察でき、開放感が得られ楽しかったです。（一生懸命カヤックを漕いでいる間は、あまり詳細に海中を観察する余裕はありませんが…）
また、ガイドさんが大変親切で、風が強く前に進みにくいときに何度も助けて頂きました。
他のツアーと決定的に異なる点はドローン撮影で、音楽付きのストーリー仕立ての動画を短時間の間に編集頂き、なかなか素晴らしい仕上がりで、大変いい思い出になりました。　有難うございました。

Unfortunately, it was a stand-up paddleboarding experience in the rain, but the instruction was good and I had a lot of fun! Since it was clear stand-up paddleboarding, I was able to see the coral underwater, and I was moved by the beautiful underwater scenery. The shop staff were also very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. Additionally, they took many photos, which became a great memento!

あいにく雨の中でのサップ体験でしたが、ご指導も良く楽しくサップできました！
クリアサップだったので、海中の珊瑚まで見る事ができ、美しい海中に感動しました
ショップスタッフの方もご親切に対応いただき、ありがたかったです。

At night, we encountered insects and creatures that we had never seen before on Honshu, and my 6-year-old and 3-year-old sons were thrilled! The one who was the most childlike and excited was Dad, though! When we travel to Ishigaki Island again, we would love to participate!

夜、本州ではみたことがない虫や生き物に出会えて、6歳と3歳の息子たちは大喜びでした！誰よりも童心にかえりはしゃいでいたのはパパでしたが笑　また石垣島へ旅行した際は、参加したいです！

I experienced snorkeling and parasailing. Even as someone who can't swim, I was able to enjoy it while wearing a life jacket. After the experience, you can download photos at night, but if you want to take pictures underwater, it seems you can use a waterproof case for your smartphone. Please be careful not to drop it in the sea.

For parasailing, you move to a smaller boat than the main one, so those who are not good with motion may want to be cautious. On the day I went, the waves were calm, so it was fine.

You change clothes during the journey to the point, so it's recommended to wear something easy to change into. Water and bath towels are also provided, which was very helpful as it reduced the amount of luggage I had to carry.

シュノーケルとパラセーリングを体験しました。
泳げない私でも、ライフジャケットを着用して楽しむことができました。
体験終了後、夜に写真をダウンロードできますが、海中を撮影したい方は防水のケースに入れてスマホで撮影することも出来そうでした。海に落とさないようご注意ください。
パラセーリングはメインの船より小さい別の船に移動して実施するので、揺れが苦手な方は注意してください。
私が実施した日は、波が穏やかだったので大丈夫でした。
着替えはポイントまでに移動する道中で行うので、着替えやすい格好がオススメです。
水とバスタオルも用意してあるので、荷物が少なくとても助かりました。
