It was great to travel from the port to the shop while enjoying the sea, greenery, and atmosphere of Tokashiki Island. The location was perfect, with Aharen Beach just nearby. Since I was there, I spontaneously joined a snorkeling session and was guided in the waters of Tokashiki Beach. I encountered two turtles right at the shallow area as soon as I entered. After that, I explored the coral and sandy areas, and I was able to see clownfish as well. Although my stay was short, it was a lot of fun. Next time, I will stay overnight. Thank you very much! (o^^o)

港からショップに行くまでの間は渡嘉敷島の海や緑、島の雰囲気を堪能しながら移動ができ良かったです。
ショップ近くに阿波連ビーチがすぐ広がり最高なロケーションでした。
せっかくなのでシュノーケリングも急遽参加させて頂き、渡嘉敷ビーチの海でガイドをして頂きました。
入ってすぐ浅場で2匹のカメに遭遇。
その後は珊瑚や砂地を周り、クマノミなども見る事ができました。
短時間の滞在でしたがとっても楽しかったです。
次回は泊まりで行きます。

My 9-year-old daughter and I visited Miyako Island for the first time, and we decided to join the pumpkin cave exploration and sea turtle snorkeling tour. We were blessed with great weather, with little wind and calm waves, so we felt very lucky. For two people who can't swim, entering the cave from the entrance and jumping off the pumpkin stalactite was the most challenging part. During snorkeling, we were able to see sea turtles and clownfish. It was a wonderful experience.

Our guide, Yamato, was very kind and explained various things about the scenery. During snorkeling, he held my daughter's hand and guided her, which was very reassuring. Since I can't drive, I was quite worried about what to do with our valuables and how we would get around during the tour. In the end, we were able to ride in the guide's car, and he introduced us to a popular soba restaurant for lunch, which was great. He also took many beautiful photos for us. We had a fantastic day. 9歳の娘と二人で初めての宮古島、せっかくなので、パンプキン鍾乳洞探検とウミガメシュノーケリングツアーを参加しました。天気に恵まれて、風があまりなく、波もなく、すごく運がいいだと思いました。カナヅチの二人にとって、鍾乳洞の入り口から入る時とカボチャ鍾乳石から飛び降りる時は一番苦労していました。シュノーケリングはウミガメに会えて、クマノミも会えました。とてもいい経験でした。
ガイドのヤマトさんはとても親切で、景色についていろいろ説明してくれたり、シュノーケリングの時、娘の手を繋いで誘導してくれたり、とても心強いでした。運転出来ないので、ツアーの前に、貴重品はどうするのか？途中の移動はどうするのか、とても心配しました。結果、ガイドの車に乗せられて、昼ごはんは人気の蕎麦屋さんを紹介してくれて、とても良かったです。綺麗な写真もいっぱい撮ってくれました。この1日は楽しく過ごすことができました。本当にありがとうございました。

The weather was great, and it was the best! Since it was my first time canoeing, I struggled a bit at first, but once I got into the river, it was easy and I could paddle leisurely. The highlight, the Pinaisara Falls, had a perfect water flow due to the rain the day before, and it was very impressive! My daughter took a bit longer during the trek, but our guide was very kind and adjusted the pace to help her. Since we were slow, we barely made it to the 2:30 PM ferry on the way back, but we had a great time even on a day trip! I highly recommend this tour!

天気も良くて最高でした！
カヌーは初めてだったので、最初は少し手こずりましたが、川に入ってからは楽チンでのんびりゆったり漕いで行けました。
肝心のピナイサーラの滝は前日までの雨で水量もバッチリで迫力満点！
道中のトラッキングは娘が少し時間かかりましたが、ガイドさんが手を取ってゆっくりペースを合わせてくれたのでとても親切でした。
ペースが遅かったので帰りの14時半のフェリーが結構ギリギリになってしまいましたが、日帰りでも十分楽しめました！
オススメのツアーです！

I took my mother, who was experiencing snorkeling for the first time. Since we had a guide for a small group, we were able to enjoy it with peace of mind!

We were blessed with great weather and encountered so many sea turtles, it was amazing! We even received wonderful photo data, which was the best!

The guide was very friendly and easy to talk to, and the stories along the way were very interesting. We weren't blessed with good weather, so we could only use the SUP, but I was overwhelmed by the guide's attentiveness, extensive knowledge, and the grandeur of the mangroves. I was able to enjoy the SUP at a comfortable level of freedom, and the guide provided reassurance, making it a very satisfying activity. I want to do it again! Thank you!

It's been a few years since I visited Miyako Island. I heard from a friend who used this service that it was very good, so I decided to give it a try. I was worried about various things, like the risk of my 4-year-old and 8-year-old falling into the water, but the staff were incredibly kind and supportive, so I was able to participate without any anxiety. I've done many activities during my trip to Okinawa, but I haven't encountered such kind and attentive staff anywhere else. I quickly sent the drone footage to my family, and everyone was moved by it. I'm very satisfied!

数年ぶりの宮古島。
こちらを利用した友人が、とても良かったとの話を聞き利用させて頂きました。
子供4歳、8歳連れの為、落水の恐れはないか等色々心配でしたが、スタッフの方がとても優しくフォローして下さり、不安は全くなく参加出来ました。
沖縄旅行で数々のアクティビティをしてきましたが、スタッフさんがこんなに親切丁寧な所はなかったです。
ドローンでの撮影は、すぐに家族に送りましたが皆感動してました。
大満足！

I was able to watch the sunset while kayaking.
The meeting place was convenient as it showed up on Google Maps!
I recommend bringing or wearing clothes that you don't mind getting wet and that allow for easy movement.
Even beginners were able to ride the kayak! It was a very beautiful sunset and a great experience (＾ν＾).

The direct ferry from Ishigaki Island to Uehara Port was canceled due to high waves, so we arrived at Uehara Port an hour late via a bus from Ohara Port. However, they flexibly adjusted the start time by one hour to accommodate us. It was my first time kayaking, but they reassured me by saying, "Take your time, it's okay," which helped me relax and enjoy the mystical mangrove scenery along the riverbank. After kayaking, we trekked to the waterfall. The narrow mountain path was paced to suit us, and they occasionally stopped to explain the surrounding plants and aquatic life, allowing us to walk comfortably without getting too sweaty. I was moved by the mystical "Mononoke Forest" and the magnificent waterfall, and I was also very surprised that we, who usually live in the city, could walk there on our own. This was all thanks to the skillful guidance of our experienced tour guide. Thank you very much!

石垣島から上原港へのt直通の船が高波で欠航し、大原港経由でフェリー会社のバスで上原港に1時間遅れでの到着となってしまいましたが、臨機応変にスタートを1時間繰り下げてご対応くださいました。カヌーは初めてでしたが、「慌てないで大丈夫ですよ」と声をかけて下さるので、肩に無用な力も入らず、川岸の神秘的なマングローブの景色を楽しむことができました。カヌーを降りると滝までトレッキングです。狭い山道ですが、私たちにあわせたペースで進んでくださり、ときどき立ち止まっては周りの植物や水辺の生き物説明を交えて下さるので、汗だくになることもなく、快適に最後まで歩を進めることができました。神秘的な「もののけの森」や大自然の滝に感動し、また普段都会で暮らしている私たちが、自分の足で歩いて見に行くことができたことにも、とても驚いています。経験あるツアーガイドさんの上手な導きのおかげです。本当にありがとうございました！

I experienced snorkeling and a pumpkin cave tour!

The sea was beautiful, and I got to see a lot of fish; it was absolutely amazing. After that, we went to Pumpkin by canoe. We were blessed by a waterfall that only appears occasionally, and it was a very special place that we wouldn't have been able to access on our own, so it was really great.

The guides were friendly and provided thorough explanations, making for a fun experience.

I will definitely repeat this when I go to Miyako Island again. Thank you!

綺麗な海で魚にもたくさん会えて、海はかなり綺麗で最高でした。
その後カヌーでパンプキンに行きました。
たまにしかでないという滝に清められたし、自分たちではなかなかいけない神秘的な場所なのでとても良かったです^_^

お兄さんたちもノリ良く、説明も丁寧で
楽しい経験ができました。

We gathered at the remote island terminal and boarded a van heading towards the countryside of Ishigaki Island. As we progressed, the lights outside gradually disappeared, and I felt excited about where we were heading. Inside the vehicle, our two cheerful guides shared various stories and worked hard to keep the atmosphere lively.

During the journey, the vehicle stopped, and I wondered if we had arrived, but the guide caught a snake on the road and returned to the bus! I was surprised! I'm not good with snakes, but I thought it was a rare encounter, so I touched it as a memorable experience.

After a while, we arrived at a completely dark square. Just as my eyes were adjusting to the darkness, I looked up at the sky and saw a stunning starry sky! The constellations I learned in school spread out before me.

I was taught how to photograph the stars with my iPhone. While it couldn't compare to seeing them with the naked eye, I was able to capture a little memory. Normally, I don't take the time to look at stars, but here, I could have watched them for hours.

Reluctantly leaving the stars behind, we continued on a jungle exploration. I felt a bit anxious wondering if we were really going in there, but we ended up having a fun adventure walking through the water.

The guides were knowledgeable about many things and taught us enthusiastically, so I must have said "Wow" and "Amazing" countless times! On the way back, we enjoyed the sweet scent from the sugar factory.

I thought I would regret not being able to take photos other than the starry sky, but they perfectly captured everything we saw and shared the photos with us later.

It was our last night in Ishigaki Island, but we had a rich and fulfilling time. I would love to come back during this season to see fireflies again. Thank you very much.

離島ターミナルに集合して、ワゴン車に乗り込み石垣島の田舎といわれる方に向かいました。進むにつれ窓の外は、だんだん灯りがなくなり、どんなところに向かっているんだろうとワクワク。車内では明るいお二人のガイドさんが色々な話しをして一生懸命盛り上げてくださいました。道中、車が止まったので、もう着いたの？と思っていたら、ガイドさんが道にいたヘビをキャッチしてバスに戻って来られました！びっくり！ヘビは苦手ですが、なかなか出会うことも出来ないと思い、せっかくの記念なので触っておきました。
しばらくして真っ暗な広場に到着、ようやく目が暗闇に慣れて来た頃、空を見上げると満点の星空！学校で習った星座が、空に広がっていました。
iPhoneでの星の撮影の仕方も教えていただき、肉眼で観る星には叶わないけれど、少しでも記念に残すことができました。普段星なんてそんなにちゃんと見ることはないけれど、ここでは何時間でも見ていたいくらいでした。
星も名残惜しいけれど引き続きジャングル散策へ。こんなところ入っていくの〜？と少し不安になりながらも、水の中を歩いたり楽しい探検を終えました。
とにかくガイドさん達が色々なことに詳しくて、熱心に教えてくれたので、『へぇー』と『スゴイ』を何度言ったことか！
帰りは製糖工場からの甘い香りを感じながら帰って来ました。
星空以外、写真撮れなかったことが心残りかなと思っていたところ、しっかり見たものを写真に残してくれているという完璧さ！後で共有していただきました。
石垣島最後の夜でしたが、中身の濃い時間が過ごせました。次はまたこの時期にホタルを見に行きたいです。

This is my third time visiting Iriomote Island. I booked this tour because it includes a visit to Yufu Island. A friend from Australia, whom I met the day before, was able to join us at the last minute, and they were very accommodating. Our guide, Matsuko, was kind and although she has only been on Iriomote Island for a short time, she knew a lot and talked with us during the transfers.

The ferry to Uehara was canceled, so we had a morning tour to Yufu Island and an afternoon tour to Kura Falls, but the guidance was smooth, and I felt like I had the most satisfying day on my third visit. They took many photos and sent them to me right away via LINE.

I would like to request Pipisan again next time! Thank you very much.

西表島は3回目。由布島が組み込まれているツアーを探してここを予約しました。
前日に知り合ったオーストラリア人の友達も急遽いっしょに参加することになりましたが快く対応してもらえました。ガイドのまつこさんは優しくて、西表島歴はまだ短いそうですが色々なことを知っていて移動中もお話してくれました。
上原行きが欠航になり、午前由布島、午後クーラの滝ツアーとなりましたが、案内もスムーズで、3回目にして一番満足感のある1日を過ごした感じです。

I received polite answers to my questions before applying, which made me feel at ease about participating. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and I couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but the veteran guide from my hometown was great at explaining things, and our conversations were enjoyable. I was able to see plenty of fish up close. Every time I look at the photos I received on the way back, I remember the experience. I hope that next time I can finally go to the Blue Cave!

It was my first trip to Miyako Island! Since I was there, even though I'm not a strong swimmer, I decided to participate to see the beautiful sea and fish.

I was very anxious about snorkeling until I got into the water, but as soon as I entered, I was amazed to see the clear water and colorful fish up close that I had only seen in aquariums! The guide also checked on us from time to time, which made me feel safe while snorkeling. I was so happy to encounter a sea turtle at the very end, as I thought I wouldn't see one today! I'm grateful to the guide for searching so diligently!

The afternoon canoeing and pumpkin cave experience required quite a bit of stamina, but I was able to have an experience in a mystical space that I couldn't have done on my own. Although we were a bit pressed for time, the guide was very reliable, and we were able to finish safely within the time limit.

While it's nice to relax at the hotel, I had such memorable experiences on the tour that I would like to request it again when I travel to Miyako Island! Thank you for a full day of fun!

初めての宮古島旅行でした！せっかくの宮古島なので、泳ぎは得意ではなかったのですが綺麗な海や魚が見たく参加しました。

海に入るまでシュノーケリング出来るかとても不安でしたが、入ってすぐ透明度の高い海と、水族館でしか見たことのないカラフルな魚たちを間近で見ることが出来感動でした！
ガイドさんも時々気にかけて下さり、安心してシュノーケリング出来ました。ウミガメも今日は見れないのかなと思っていたら、最後の最後に出会えたので嬉しかったです！熱心に探してくれたガイドさんに感謝です！

午後のカヌーとパンプキン鍾乳洞は、体力がだいぶ必要ですが、神秘的な空間で個人では出来ない体験が出来ました。少し時間が押していたのですが、ガイドさんがとても頼もしく、時間内に無事終える事ができました。
ホテルでゆっくり過ごすのも良いですが、ツアーで思い出に残る経験が出来たので、また宮古島に旅行した時はお願いしたいと思いました！

We participated in a tour for our honeymoon. Although I was a bit anxious about snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding for the first time, we both had a great experience! The meeting location was different from what was mentioned in the email, but they were accommodating and drove us, which was nice.

We were able to see many coconut crabs that my child wanted to see. We also enjoyed observing bats, insects, plants, and the starry sky, which made us very satisfied. Thanks to our guide Yamato's detailed explanations, we had an even better experience! Having a guide with us was reassuring, and they were great at taking photos. The pictures taken by the guide were much more beautiful than the ones I took myself! If I have the chance to visit Miyako Island again, I would love to join this tour.

I participated because I wanted to see the mysterious limestone caves! Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, but it was such a fun tour that I forgot about it!

First, we took a kayak for about 10 minutes to reach the caves, and during that time, the sea was so beautiful, and there were fish swimming around!

Inside the cave, we enjoyed interesting talks about the names of the stalactites and the history of the caves!

I definitely recommend this to anyone going to Miyako Island!

神秘的な鍾乳洞が見られるということで参加しました！天気はあいにくの曇でしたがそれを忘れてしまうくらい楽しいツアーでした！

まずはカヤックで鍾乳洞まで約10分ほどかけて行くのですが、その最中も海がとても綺麗で魚たちも泳いでいました！

鍾乳洞内では鍾乳石の名前クイズや鍾乳洞の歴史など興味深いトークで楽しませていただけました！

宮古島に行く方には絶対におすすめしたいです！

I participated with my mother. It was my 67-year-old mother's first experience not only with snorkeling but also swimming in the ocean. Perhaps because the wind was strong, the waves were high, so she seemed scared and found it difficult to swim alone, but the instructor kindly helped her. We were able to encounter a sea turtle and take pictures together, creating the best memories. The couple who participated with us were also kind, and despite causing them some trouble, they treated us with warmth. I am filled with gratitude for everyone's kindness! Thank you very much!

It was rainy on the day of the tour, but that added to the jungle atmosphere, making it enjoyable in its own way. We participated as a family, and although my son fell behind while canoeing, he was very happy thanks to the guide's support. The trekking to the waterfall took just the right amount of time and was pleasant, with the guide's explanations along the way being easy to understand. It was a very enjoyable tour.

当日は雨模様でしたが、ジャングル感が増すのでそれはそれで楽しめます。家族での参加で、息子がカヌーで遅れをとる事もありましたが、ガイドさんのフォローのお陰で非常に喜んでいました。
程良い時間で滝へ辿り着けるトレッキングが心地よく、道中のガイドさんの解説も分かりやすく、非常に楽しいツアーでした。

I was able to go out to the ocean and see sea turtles. The sea was calm, and I enjoyed snorkeling safely. The water was so clear that I felt like I was walking or swimming in the sky as I could see the deep seabed clearly. Since life jackets are provided, there's no need to dive, so even those who are not good at swimming can enjoy it with peace of mind. If you are prone to motion sickness in the car, it might be a good idea to take some anti-nausea medication, as you might feel a bit queasy from the waves.

沖の方まで出てウミガメを見ることが出来ました。
海も穏やかで安全にシュノーケリングが楽しめました。
海が透き通っているため底深い海底まではっきり見えるので空を歩いたり泳いでるような感覚になりました。
ライフジャケットを着用用するので海に潜る必要もなく、泳ぎが苦手な方でも安心して楽しめると思います。
車に酔いやすい方は波で少し酔う可能性があるので酔い止めを飲んでおいた方が良いかもしれません。

I was worried about the rain and wind, but as the guide told us, the mangroves act as a windbreak, so it was very comfortable to canoe inside where there was no wind. I was able to enjoy it with my children without any worries.

雨と風で心配していましたが、マングローブは防風林になっているので、中は風が無いんですよーとガイドさんが教えてくれた通り、とても快適にカヌーが出来ました。子連れでも安心して楽しめました。

I was planning to book a kayak and cave tour through JTB, but it was fully booked. Just when I was about to give up, I found the clear kayak experience offered by VELTRA online and was able to sign up. I was really looking forward to enjoying marine sports! (*´σｰ｀)ｴﾍﾍ

Initially, it said the duration was 40 minutes, so I thought it would be over in no time... but it actually lasted over an hour and a half! (laughs) I was completely exhausted (my arms lost strength from paddling), and one of the participants even called from the water to ask if we could head back! I really had a great time (laughs).

Moreover, they took photos and even drone footage, which made for a fantastic keepsake. I participated with my sister and brother-in-law, and everyone said they had a lot of fun!

JTBで申し込もうと思ってた、カヤック&鍾乳洞ツアーが満員になってて、諦めかけた時にネットで見つけたVELTRA さんのクリアカヤック体験を申し込んだところ、申込みできて楽しみにしてたマリンスポーツを満喫することが出来ました(*´σｰ｀)ｴﾍﾍ
当初、所要時間40分と書いてあったので、アッという間に終わるんだろうな・・・と思っていたところ、なんと１時間半は越えていたかと(笑)ｗｗｗ
さすがに疲れはて(カヤックを漕ぐ腕の力が無くなって)、一緒に体験に参加されていた方が、海上から電話をかけてくれて、もう戻ってもよろしいですか？と問い合わせしてくれたくらい、満喫させていただきました(笑)
しかも、写真やドローンでの撮影動画まで撮っていただいて、スッゴく良い記念になりました。
姉と義兄の３人で参加しましたが、みんな楽しかった！と喜んでおります。

I went at the beginning of March. It was still a bit cold, but I was able to see sea turtles right away. They also took me to the coral, where I had an experience that I usually wouldn't get to enjoy, with many fish swimming right in front of me. I was able to take a lot of wonderful photos, and I am very satisfied. Thank you!

3月頭に行きました。まだ少し寒かったですが、ウミガメはすぐに見れました。サンゴの方にも連れて行ってくれて、目の前には沢山の魚が泳いでいるという普段では味わえない体験ができました。素敵な写真を沢山撮っていただいて、満足です。ありがとうございました！

Although the weather was unfortunate, I was very satisfied with the snorkeling as I got to see sea turtles and Nemo. The ocean was very beautiful, like a natural aquarium! Since I was there, adding the Pumpkin Cave was a great decision! It's a mystical place that you can't visit without a guide. The guide had a lovely smile, and I would love to request them again next time. Thank you, Ryoma!

あいにくの天気でしたが、ウミガメにも会え、ニモにも会えて大満足のシュノーケリングでした。
海もとても綺麗で天然の水族館でした♪
せっかくなのでパンプキン鍾乳洞をプラスして大正解！！
神秘的な世界でここはガイドさんなしでは行けない所。
素敵な笑顔のガイドさんで次の機会にもまたお願いしたいです。

The staff was enjoyable to talk to and very accommodating, but it was very cold, and the hour was tough. It was nice that they provided blankets and warm tea. The stars were often hidden by clouds, and I didn't find the tour to be worth the price.

スタッフの方のお話は楽しく対応も良かったですが、とても寒く1時間が辛かったです。毛布や温かいお茶を用意して下さったのは良かったです。
星は雲に隠れがちで見えなくなることも多く、このお値段で納得のいくツアーではなかったです。
