The departure from the bus terminal in front of Ishigaki Port was convenient, as the highlights were well-organized. It's nice to hear the guide's stories instead of driving a rental car. The guide who led my tour seemed to be studying the sanshin and even performed for us. I participated in a day tour to another remote island, and compared to that, I think the lunch was good for the price.

石垣港前のバスターミナルより出発、見どころがまとまっていて便利でした。レンタカーで行くよりガイドさんのお話も聞けます。私が参加した時のガイドさんは三線を勉強されている様で演奏してくださりました。別の離島で一日ツアーへ参加しましたが比べるとランチは、この金額でよかったかと思います。

Due to strong winds, stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling were canceled, and our family of four experienced canoeing instead. Paddling was a bit challenging, but even beginners could enjoy it without difficulty. During the transfer from the hotel, our guide shared a lot of information about sightseeing and shops in Ishigaki Island, allowing us to have a great time until the end. I would love to rely on their services again when I come back to Ishigaki Island!

強風でSUPとシュノーケリングは中止になり、家族４人でカヌーを体験。漕ぐのは少し大変でしたが、初心者でも無理なく体験できました。ホテルからの移動中はガイドさんが石垣島の観光やお店の情報をたくさん教えてくださり、最後まで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。また石垣島に来るときはお世話になりたいと思います！

I used it in December 2024. After purchasing, I mistakenly issued tickets for the Churaumi Aquarium in late November. Tickets should not be issued later than 10 days before the visit, or else the validity date will expire before the visit, rendering the tickets invalid. I contacted the travel agency in Taiwan via email to request a new FunPASS, which caused some trouble, but there was someone at the Taiwanese travel agency who spoke Japanese well and responded very politely.

If used properly, it can be a bit cheaper than purchasing tickets separately for each location. However, since the places to visit are spread out across Okinawa Main Island, I recommend planning ahead to use it effectively. For example, deciding which locations to stop by in the FunPASS for the day.

I also visited a gelato shop inside Aeon, and they were well aware of the FunPASS, so I had no issues using it anywhere.

2024年の12月に使いました。購入後、11月下旬に美ら海水族館のチケットを間違って発券してしまいました。本来は訪問の10日前以降で発券しないと、入場券の有効期限日を訪問前に迎えてしまい、チケットが無効になってしまいます。発売先の台湾の旅行会社にメールで連絡して、再度新しいFunPASSを発行してもらうと言うトラブルを起こしてしまったのですが、台湾の旅行会社に日本語の上手な方がいらして、とても丁寧に対応していただきました。
これを上手く使えばそれぞれでチケットを購入して入場するよりちょっと安くなります。
ただ、訪問場所が沖縄本島で分散しているため、上手に使うには前もって計画する事をお勧めします。今日はこちら方面に行くので、FunPASSの中のどこに立ち寄るなどです。
イオンの中のジェラート屋さんにも行きましたが、ちゃんとFunPASSの事を知ってて、どこでも全く問題なく使えます。

In January, I visited Ishigaki Island for the first time.
Kabira Bay had incredibly beautiful, clear waters.
I could see all the way to the bottom of the sea, and I felt that the cleanliness was due to the cooperation of everyone in taking their trash home.
In the photo, I discovered a sea turtle, which is said to be a lucky encounter! On its shell, there was surprisingly a fish! It was a rare experience with two strokes of luck combined.

1月に初めて石垣島観光をしました。
川平湾は、とても海が綺麗で、透き通っていました。
海の底までくっきりと見ることが出来、日頃からゴミの持ち帰りなど協力があっての綺麗さだと感じました。
写真は、出会えるとラッキーと言われているウミガメを発見！甲羅の上には、まさかの魚が！2つのラッキーが重なった貴重な体験でした。

After SUP in the mangrove forest, we went snorkeling in the sea. It was my first experience with SUP, but I was taught carefully and succeeded in paddling while standing! During the experience, I was able to learn a lot about the local plants and the characteristics of Ishigaki Island. While moving around, they also introduced us to recommended shops we passed by, which allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. Snorkeling was my second experience, and I was healed by the beautiful sea and colorful fish. There were children among the participants, but the staff provided careful support, so I think families with kids can participate with peace of mind. Thanks to all the staff, it was a fun trip! If you're sightseeing in Ishigaki Island using the route bus, this one-day pass is a great deal. Moreover, if you book through Veltra, you can pay cashless with a credit card. If you go through the JAL or ANA websites, you can also earn miles. With this pass, transportation on the island is affordable, making Ishigaki Island the top choice among Okinawa's remote islands. When I used it last year, there seemed to be some issues with name verification, which put a burden on the drivers, but this time it has improved, and I was able to easily issue the pass with a clear app display. I will definitely purchase it again the next time I visit Ishigaki Island. Thank you to Higashi Unyu!

路線バスで石垣島観光する場合、大変お得な一日券です。
しかもveltraからの予約ならクレジット払いでキャッシュレス。JALやANAのサイト経由ですとマイルも貯まります。
島内交通が安く済むこのパスがあるので沖縄の離島は石垣島一択です。
昨年利用した時は導入まもなかったのでしょうか、名前との照合があったり運転手さんに負担をかけていましたが、今回改善されて見やすいアプリ表示で簡単にパス券を発行いただけました。
また次、石垣島を訪れる時にも必ず購入します。東運輸さんに感謝です、ありがとうございます。

I used it on the last day of my 2-night, 3-day trip. The lunch was delicious, and the gentle and lovely bus guide provided detailed explanations on the bus, along with performances of the sanshin and singing, making the entire experience enjoyable. It was very convenient that we could get off at the airport on the way back.

2泊3日の最終日に利用しました。昼食も美味しく、バス車内では穏やかで可愛いバスガイドさんの丁寧な説明があり、三線&歌も披露ありで、終始楽しく過ごせました。帰りは空港下車ができるので、とても便利でした。

I stayed at Loisir Hotel Naha, and they provided transportation to the hotel, of course. It was an incredibly cost-effective tour that not only included the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium but also took us around various points of interest.

There were couples of various ages, families, and even international guests participating. We traveled by large bus, and the guide provided commentary along the way, which made it enjoyable.

The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium has local museums nearby, and I had a great time exploring them. Thank you very much!

Participation with parents in their 20s and 50s! I received a call the day before informing me that due to the wind and waves, the SUP experience would take place in the mangroves instead of Kabira Bay. If you prefer not to do SUP in the mangroves, you can cancel for free at this point. They will provide detailed information about the pick-up time and what to bring during that call.

The pre-activity lecture was thorough, and we were able to take photos with the mangroves in the background before we got too tired. Afterward, I accidentally fell in and got soaked, so I was really grateful to have a nice memory photo in good condition... (laughs)

They teach you how to ride, paddle, and stand not only during the initial lecture but also with ongoing guidance! My mother said before the experience that she "absolutely couldn't stand," but surprisingly, she was able to stand quite easily. After declaring that she was prepared to fall, she was even taught some fun challenges like jumping on the board and standing on one leg!

During the tour, we learned about the mangroves and the nature of Ishigaki Island at various points, and I was very satisfied not only with the fun of the SUP experience but also with the knowledge I was able to take home. We got to take a lot of photos! The moment I stood up for the first time, with my awkward stance, was perfectly captured, and it was moving＾＾

In early January, the weather was cloudy and windy, so it felt quite chilly at first. However, wearing a long-sleeved jersey in addition to my swimsuit, I found that I didn't mind it much after moving around a lot. But falling in and getting wet was definitely cold!! I strongly recommend bringing a change of clothes and a large towel for winter experiences, just in case and to fully enjoy the activity...!

I had so much fun that I want to try SUP in Kabira Bay as well! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

20代と50代の親子での参加！前日にいただいた電話で、風や波の関係で川平湾ではなくマングローブでのSUP体験になる旨を聞きました。川平湾でのSUPでないならキャンセル、という方はこの時点なら無料でキャンセルができるそう。送迎の時間、持ち物についてはその電話で改めて詳しく教えてもらえます。
アクティビティ開始前のレクチャーは丁寧で、「クタクタ顔になる前に」とマングローブをバックに写真撮影もしていただけました。なお、その後うっかり転落してびしょ濡れになったので綺麗な状態の記念写真が残ったのは本当に有り難かったです…（笑）

乗り方、漕ぎ方、立ち方も初めのレクチャーに加えて随時声かけで教えてくれます！母は体験前は「絶対に立てない」と言っていましたが、案外すんなりと立つことができていました。落ちる覚悟で色々準備してきたと宣言したところ、ボードの上でのジャンプや片足立ちなどちょっとしたチャレンジも教えてもらえました！

ツアー中、随所でマングローブや石垣島の自然について教えていただけて、SUPを体験できた楽しさだけでなく色々な知識を持って帰れて大満足です。写真たくさん撮ってもらえました！初めて立った瞬間のへっぴり腰の写真もバッチリ残ってて感動です＾＾
1月初旬、天気は曇りで風があったのではじめは割と肌寒く感じました。それでも水着に加え長袖のジャージで臨めば、たくさん動くのもあって途中からはとくに気にならなかったです。ただ落ちて濡れるとさすがに寒い！！万が一のために&全力で楽しむために冬季の体験では着替えと大きいタオルを持参しておくのを強くお勧めします…！

The guide showed us the sightseeing spots in Ishigaki Island and provided a detailed explanation of the scenery visible from the car window. The guide played the sanshin and let us listen to Ishigaki folk songs in the vehicle.

I participated in a day tour of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in the morning and snorkeling in the afternoon.

It had been lightly raining since the day before, and it continued to rain until the morning of the tour, but there were no issues with the morning SUP. By the afternoon, it cleared up a bit, so I was able to enjoy snorkeling without any problems. (Although it was supposed to be a tour of the Blue Cave, we had to snorkel at a different spot due to the weather.)

The SUP instructor was Mr. Kimura, who taught us energetically.

During the SUP in the mangroves, I was initially nervous about falling, but I got used to it and was able to focus on the scenery. (For those who are scared to stand, paddling in a cross-legged position is stable and comfortable. However, standing is much more fun! She fell in at the end, though.)

As long as you don't fall, you only get your feet and butt wet, so it's easy to enjoy, and I want to try it in the ocean next time.

We disbanded at the island terminal for lunch and ate Ishigaki beef burgers at a burger place recommended by Mr. Kimura called Vanilla Deli.

I ordered the double patty burger with avocado wasabi sauce that was recommended. Since it was Ishigaki beef, it was a bit pricey, but the minced patty was chunky and had a strong meat flavor, and the combination of the sweet sauce and wasabi sauce was excellent and very delicious.

We gathered again at the island terminal for the second half of the snorkeling.

Our guide was Mr. Sebastian. He was very cheerful and easy to talk to, and he was also very attentive to all the participants.

She tends to get seasick easily, so she felt a bit nauseous during the tour, but he quickly noticed and addressed it accurately, allowing her to recover and continue.

The visibility and the condition of the fish might not have been perfect due to the weather, but you can't control the weather in summer or winter, and I was able to enjoy it enough.

Mr. Sebastian recommended many places for dining and drinking at night. I didn't know any of them, so I quickly made reservations.

On the way back, I was taken to my hotel, washed off the salt, took a nap, and then enjoyed delicious food and drinks... The cool Christmas in Ishigaki Island is just wonderful.

Next time, I plan to aim for the off-peak season and hope for good weather from the gods, and I hope to finally visit the Blue Cave.

午前はsup、午後はシュノーケルの1日ツアーに参加させて頂きました。

前日から軽い雨で、ツアー当日の朝まで雨でしたが、午前のsupには特に支障はなく、午後からはそこそこ晴れたのでシュノーケリングも問題なく参加する事が出来ました。
(青の洞窟のツアーでしたが、天候の都合で別ポイントでのシュノーケリングとなりました。)

supは木村さんというインストラクターさんで、元気に教えて頂きました。

マングローブでのsup、最初は落ちたくない緊張感がありましたが途中から慣れてきて景色に集中できるようになりました。
(立つのが怖い人はあぐら状態で漕ぐと安定していて楽かもです。ただ立つほうがめっちゃ楽しいです！彼女は最後に落ちましたが)

基本落ちなければ濡れるのも足とお尻ぐらいなので気楽に楽しめるし、今度は海でやりたいと思いました。

お昼に離島ターミナルで1度解散し、木村さんオススメのバニラデリというハンバーガー屋で石垣牛ハンバーガーを食べました。

注文したのはオススメされたアボカドわさびソースバーガーのパテダブル。石垣牛という事もあり少しお値段はしますが、パテのミンチがゴロゴロと肉感が強く、甘いタレとわさびソースの相性も抜群でとても美味しかったです。

再び離島ターミナルで集合して、後半のシュノーケリングへ。

担当してくれたのはセバスチャンさん。
この方もとても明るく、接しやすい方で、また、参加者全員への気配りが丁寧な方でした。

彼女は酔いやすい体質なので、ツアー途中少しだけ波に酔う事もありましたが、素早く気付いてもらえ、的確に対処してもらえたのですぐ回復し、続行できました。

天候の影響で完璧な視界や魚たちの状態ではなかったかもしれませんが、夏でも冬でも天候の運はありますし、十分に楽しむ事ができました。

セバスチャンさんからは夜の飲食のおすすめ店をたくさん教えてもらいました。どこも知らない所で、とりあえず早速予約しました。

帰りはホテルまで送ってもらい、塩を流して一眠りし、美味い酒と飯へ…。涼しい石垣島のクリスマス、めっちゃ良いです。

次も閑散期を狙って、後は天候を神様に願い、今度こそ青の洞に行けたら、と思います。

I run a travel business. This time, I participated privately. The content of the tour was good, but I think the bus guide, Mr. Sunakawa, was excellent. He was very skilled at providing information on the bus, but his kindness, sincerity, and attentiveness in dealing with customers outside the bus were outstanding. It was a tour that made effective use of the last day. The bus was efficient, and the timing was accurate. The guide's explanations were very easy to understand, and I was able to enjoy myself without getting bored on the bus. There were also several participants who joined alone, so I recommend it for solo travelers as well. The guide kindly took photos for us.

There are many experience facilities to choose from, and with this, you can visit major tourist spots at a great price, which was nice.

If it includes places to go and things to eat, I think it would be really worth it.

However, it seems to be mainly used by overseas visitors, as I was approached as a foreigner everywhere I went, which made me laugh.

The way to access the QR code was a bit unclear, and I struggled for about 30 minutes before entering. When I called for inquiries, it was likely someone from overseas who assisted me. Their response was very quick and kind, but the explanations were a bit hard to understand.

As for the food and drink tickets, the restaurants are clustered in certain areas, so if you don't plan carefully, it might be difficult to use them.

From Kencho-mae, we were able to efficiently visit Manzamo, Pineapple Park, Okashi Goten, Kouri Ohashi, and Churaumi Aquarium by sightseeing bus. The time spent at each location seemed just right. I think it would be nice to have a course that includes lunch as well. Additionally, I felt that having more explanations from the guide would have been beneficial.

県庁前から、万座毛、パイナップルパーク、御菓子御殿、古宇利大橋、美ら海水族館を観光バスで効率良く巡れました。各場所の時間もちょうど良かったように思います。昼食付きのコースもあると良いと思いました。
また、ガイドさんの説明ももっとあれば良いと思いました。

I visited the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium for the second time with my family. During my first visit, I reserved discounted tickets through a certain travel agency and picked them up at their store. The store was located in Naha City, and going to pick them up was a bit of a hassle, so I searched for a better option and found that Veltra offered tickets, which I promptly reserved. Although it was slightly more expensive than the discount coupons sold at roadside stations, considering the precious travel time and the convenience of picking them up at the airport counter, it was definitely worth it. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is a wonderful spot where you can experience the beautiful world of the ocean. There are also plenty of free facilities, and several tourist attractions in the surrounding area, so you can enjoy a whole day around here.

２回目の美ら海水族館は家族と行きました。１回目は某旅行会社で割引チケットを予約して店舗受取しました。店舗は那覇市内にあり、受取に行くのが少し面倒だったので、もっと良い方法はないかと検索したところVeltraで取り扱っていると知り早速予約しました。道の駅などで販売している割引券より少し高めですが、貴重な旅行時間と空港カウンター受取の便利さを考えると断然お得でした。美ら海水族館は海の美しい世界を体感できる素晴らしいスポットです。無料の施設なども充実していますし、周辺の観光スポットもいくつかあるので、この周辺で一日楽しめます。

It was my first time in Okinawa, and since I don't drive, I joined a bus tour that included the places I wanted to visit. They efficiently took us to various locations, which saved both time and energy, so it was great. Although the person accompanying us was not a guide but an attendant staff member, they provided explanations at key points and shared recommendations for delicious food, which was very helpful. 初めての沖縄でしたが、車を運転しないので、行きたいところが入っているバスツアーに参加しました。各所へ効率よく連れて行っていただき、時間も体力も無駄にならずよかったです。同乗されていたのは、ガイドさんではなくアテンドスタッフの方とのことでしたが、要所要所で説明してくださり、また、美味しいものなど教えていただき、とてもよかったです。楽しく満足な1日でした。ありがとうございました。

What surprised me was that 90 percent of the passengers were from the neighboring great country. They looked just like us, so I didn't realize until I heard their language (laughs). However, the explanations were provided through a smartphone app, so it wasn't too bothersome. In fact, unlike domestic tour buses, it was quiet, with most people sleeping and no conversations. It was a windy day, so even with a down jacket, it was tough in a leather jacket—Manza Beach is formidable.

It had been several years since I last visited the Tropical Dream Center, but there were more facilities, and it was very impressive. The viewpoint I skipped last time became my favorite this time. The wind was strong, but I definitely recommend it. Although it was a bit of a long bus tour, the staff (all from overseas) were very kind and helpful, and I am grateful. I also appreciate them coming to pick us up when we misunderstood and were a bit late.

驚いたのは、乗客の90パーセントがお隣の大国のお方。見た目も当方と変わらないので、言葉を聞くまで分からなかった(笑)ただ説明はスマホのアプリをとうして聞く形だったので、そんなには気にならなかった。むしろ、国内のツアーバスと違って静か、ほとんど寝ていて会話なし。風が強い日だったので、ダウンがあっても大丈夫なくらい、皮ジャンでは辛かったです、恐るべし万座毛。熱帯ドリームセンターは、何年かぶりだったけど、設備が増えていて、とても見ごたえあり。前回はスルーした遠見台、今回での一番のお気に入り。風は強いけれど、ぜひおすすめ。少し長いバスツアーだったけれど、スタッフの方々（すべて海外のお方）は言葉の不自由もなくとても親切で感謝。勘違いして少々遅刻した我々をお迎えに来てもらい更に感謝。
　

I visited with my mother in her 70s and my sister in her 50s. We made a reservation on the plane, and after arriving at Naha Airport, we were able to exchange our tickets right away on the first floor. It was efficient in terms of time, and the price was great, which was really helpful.

Since my mother's main goal for the trip to Okinawa was the Churaumi Aquarium, we were able to enjoy it slowly together, making it a wonderful page in our travel memories.

I experienced SUP and snorkeling for the first time. Unfortunately, it was raining, but I was happy to have the rare opportunity to do SUP in the mangroves. For lunch, the guide recommended a great burger place. Although it rained during the snorkeling in the afternoon, I was able to see beautiful corals and fish when I dove into the sea. I was also very happy to encounter a sea turtle.

The guide's various knowledge made the experience even more interesting. Additionally, the guide was an excellent swimmer and was able to take some valuable photos for me.

I participated alone, but I had a lot of fun. I would love to do it again. I hope to experience it on a sunny day next time.

初めてSUPとシュノーケリングを体験しました。あいにくの雨でしたが、マングローブでのSUPという貴重な体験ができ嬉しかったです。お昼は、ガイドの方にオススメのハンバーガー屋さんを教えて頂きました。昼からのシュノーケリングも雨でしたか、海に潜ると綺麗な珊瑚や魚を見ることができました。海亀にも会えてとても嬉しかったです。
ガイドの方の様々な知識でより面白い体験ができました。また、ガイドの方の泳ぎがとても上手で貴重な写真を撮影して頂けました。
1人での参加でしたがとても楽しかったです。また体験したいです。次は晴れた日にできたら嬉しいです。

Although the time was short and it was a bit hectic, I was able to do a lot of sightseeing, and it was great to see the Churaumi Aquarium and the dolphin show. However, it was disappointing that some people were late for the meeting time. If we don't stick to the scheduled time for sightseeing, it can affect the rest of the day.

時間が短く、バタバタでしたが、たくさん観光ができ、美ら海水族館もイルカのショーも見ることができよかったです。
ただ、集合時間に遅れる人がいたのが残念でした。決められた時間内での観光をしてくれないと後に響くので。

I was impressed by the beauty of the water in Kabira Bay even before getting on the boat! I was worried because I tend to get motion sickness, but maybe because of the beauty of the sea, I was totally fine! I was also able to encounter sea turtles, which was a lot of fun! I definitely want to participate again with my grandchildren!

ボートに乗る前から川平湾の水の綺麗さに感激！乗り物酔いをしやすいので心配でしたが海の綺麗さのせいかぜんぜん大丈夫でした！ウミガメにも遭遇する事ができてとても楽しかったです！是非孫たちとまた一緒に参加したいです！

I almost circled Ishigaki Island, visiting various attractions. The bus guide provided detailed explanations, and we enjoyed a typical Okinawan lunch. It was more efficient for sightseeing than driving around with a rental car, especially since we could get off at the airport. It's a pity that the weather was cloudy.

石垣島をほぼ一周して名所を回り、バスガイドさんの詳しい説明、沖縄らしい昼食、空港で下車でき、レンタカーで回るよりも効率よく観光できた。
天気が曇りだったのが残念。

The bus guide and driver were kind and provided excellent service. The guide shared various stories, and they were very friendly. It was great to efficiently visit many places, creating wonderful memories. I'm glad I participated. The tour was almost fully booked, but everyone was punctual, which was nice.

バスのガイドさん、運転手さんは優しくて接客が良かったです。ガイドさん、色んなお話をしてくれました。とても親切でした。
色んな場所を効率よく回れて良い思い出になりました。参加して良かったです。
バスがほぼ満席になるツアーでしたが皆さん時間をよく守っていて良かったです。

This was my second time, but it was my husband's first visit to Okinawa! He was so moved by Okinawa that he was left speechless by the various places we experienced. This tour takes you to all the best spots and is absolutely the best tour. I highly recommend it! We are already talking about wanting to return to Okinawa after the reconstruction of Shuri Castle.
