I wanted to explore freely on my own, and I recommend this for those who feel the same! I used a bicycle, and there weren't many steep hills, which made it essential for getting around. In the summer, it gets hot and you sweat, so staying hydrated is crucial.

一人で自由に周りたいと思って利用しましたが、そういった方にはおすすめです！自転車を利用しましたが急な坂も少なく回るには欠かせなかったです。夏は暑く汗をかくので水分はかかせませんね。

The weather was bad, so the points where you could see the beautiful scenery lacked impact. It's better not to have high expectations for lunch. It's a shame that there is only a round tour available in the morning. The guide's stories and songs were very good.

天気が悪かったので、せっかくの絶景が見られるポイントも感動がなく。
ランチは期待しない方が良いです。
午前発は一周ツアーしかないのが残念。
ガイドさんのお話や歌はとても良かったです。

I was able to efficiently visit three islands! I had no particular complaints and was able to enjoy myself! Since I could return to Ishigaki Island before 6 PM, I was able to relax and enjoy dinner and sightseeing in the evening. I think about five hours is enough for sightseeing in the downtown area of Ishigaki Island, including meals, so for those staying for two nights and three days, I believe it's worth spending a day visiting the outer islands!

３つの島を効率よくまわれました！
特に不満もなく、楽しむことができました！
6時前には石垣島に戻れるので、夜もゆっくりご飯や観光ができました。
石垣島の繁華街観光はご飯も含めて5時間ほどあればいいと思うので、2泊3日で行かれる方は1日使ってでも離島に行くのが楽しめると思います！

I decided to take a trip to Okinawa as a birthday present for my mother and signed up for a tour.

I thought the bus guide would talk to us along the way, but instead, we were given an audio guide to listen to together before reaching the tour locations, which felt very impersonal and not very interesting.

Also, why was the guide so condescending? From the moment we arrived at the meeting point, the attitude was really unpleasant. When picking up various people from different locations, there was no explanation, and we were just left waiting, circling around the city. Before I knew it, we hadn’t left Naha City for an hour after getting on the bus. Other tours had bathroom breaks along the way, but this one didn’t have any. I understand time constraints, but when we arrived at Pineapple Park, I wanted to use the restroom, but I was rushed onto the cart and ultimately couldn’t go until we reached the exit.

At other locations, we were told to keep to the schedule in a very strict manner, like a military drill. I had no intention of being late, but I believe there’s a way to communicate that.

I wanted to film while crossing the Kouri Bridge, but the guide’s poor performance on the sanshin and singing ruined it. Additionally, when I met the guide at the smoking area and was told “Thank you for your hard work,” it left a bad taste in my mouth.

The guide may do this every day, but we are participating in the tour to create memories. Especially since I planned this to make my mother happy, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. I truly regret spending money on this tour after having such an unpleasant experience.

The aquarium is also quite a distance from the bus parking lot, so even though they say we have three hours, considering the round trip, it’s more like two and a half hours.

At the very end, the guide mistakenly called out loudly for the drop-off location, which was very frustrating. I will try to avoid participating in tours with this company in the future.

母親の誕生日プレゼントで沖縄旅行へ行く事になり、ツアーに申し込みました。　

バスガイドの方が道中お話をしてくれると思っていたのですが、音声ガイドを渡されてツアーの場所に行く前にみんなで聞く為業務的であまり面白くはなかった。

そしてガイドの方はなぜあんなに高圧的なんでしょうか？
集合場所に行った時から本当に気分が悪い対応でした。
いろんな場所へいろんな方を迎えに行く際もなんの説明もなく、ただ待たされグルグル市内を回り気がついたら乗車してから1時間那覇市内から出ていなかったです。
他のツアーでは途中トイレ休憩があったりしましたが、こちらのツアーでは途中トイレ休憩もなかったです。
時間の関係もあると思いますが、パイナップルパークに着いた時トイレに行きたいと思ったのに急かされカートに乗せられ結局出口までトイレに行けなかったです。

その他の場所でも時間を守るよう軍隊のようにキツく言われ、遅れるつもりもないですが言い方はあると思いました。

古宇利橋を通る際に動画を撮りたいと思っていましたが、ガイドさんの下手くそな三線と歌で台無しです。
そして喫煙所でガイドの方と会った際に[お疲れ様です]と言われた事も気分が悪かったです。

ガイドさんは毎日のお仕事かもしれませんが、私達は思い出を作りにツアーに参加しています。
特に今回は母に喜んでもらおうと企画したのに心から楽しむことができませんでした。
こんなに不快な思いをしてこのツアーにお金を払ってしまった事に本当に後悔しました。


水族館もバスの駐車場から距離がありますので3時間と言いつつ往復の時間を考えると2時間30分くらいです。

最後の最後で降車場所をガイドさんに間違えられ大きな声で呼ばれましたが、本当にいい加減にして欲しかったです。
今後はなるべくこちらの会社のツアーには参加しないようにします。

I saw Oishi Forest Mountain on TV, so it was a great help for me since I don't have a driver's license! If I had to say anything, I wish I could have stayed at Oishi Forest Mountain a little longer! I rushed to see the yellow course and the banyan tree, but it was just in time.

I was also satisfied with the Churaumi Aquarium, as I felt like I didn't have enough time! Since it's this time of year, I was a bit intimidated by the presence of Chinese tourists... but everyone is looking forward to it, right?

When I talked to my local friends, they said that this price for the content is incredibly cheap! I think so too. Thank you to the driver and the guide for the long time spent together! 😊

テレビで大石林山をしていたので免許がない私はとても助かりました！
しいて言うなら大石林山にもう少し長く居たいくらいです！私は黄色コース＋ガジュマルだけ見たくてダッシュしましたが、ギリギリでした。
ちゅら海水族館も私は時間が足りないくらいだったので満足です！
あとはこの時期なので中国人の方が居て怯んでしまいましたが。。みなさん楽しみにされていますもんね。
現地のお友達に話すとこの価格はこの内容ですごい安い！とのことでした。私もそう思います。

I applied to visit Okinawa for the first time, wanting to go to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. At the aquarium, I was healed by the size of the whale sharks and the fish living in the coral reefs. I'm glad I visited. The only disappointing thing was that the weather was cloudy and the wind was strong, so I couldn't see Okinawa's blue sea. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I hope to see the wonderful scenery of Okinawa. I was anxious about participating alone, but I felt the care and kindness of the tour guide and the driver, and I was able to enjoy the day. Thank you very much.

初めての沖縄、美ら海水族館に行きたくて申込ました。美ら海水族館では、ジンベイザメの大きさやサンゴ礁に住む魚たちに癒されました。訪れて良かったと思います。ただ１つ残念な事は、天気が曇で風が強く沖縄の青い海が見れなかった事です。再度訪れる機会があれば、素晴らしい沖縄の景色を見れたらと思います。1人参加で不安でしたが、ツアーガイドの方と運転手の気遣いと優しさを感じ、1日楽しく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

You can receive a call before departure. If there are clouds and it seems like the stars won't be visible, same-day cancellations are possible. In the end, I felt uneasy about the thickness of the clouds and requested to change the date, but they kindly accepted my request. For those who definitely want to see the stars, you can apply without hesitation and feel assured. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the Southern Cross, but walking in the pitch dark nature, relying on a flashlight, is an experience that you can't easily have alone. I participated with a focus on the stars, but I also enjoyed the wildlife, and I highly recommend it.

出発前にお電話をいただけます。雲が出ていて星が見えなそうであれば、当日取消も可能ということでした。結局、雲の厚さに不安を感じ、日にちの変更をお願いしましたが、快く受けていただけました。星を必ず見たいと思っている方は、躊躇なく申し込んでも安心です。残念ながら、南十字星は見られませんでしたが、一人では絶対いけない、真っ暗な自然の中を、懐中電灯を頼りに歩くのは、なかなかできない体験だと思います。星重視で参加しましたが、野生も楽しめておすすめです。

The bus terminal was conveniently located right in front of the remote island terminal, making it easy to find, and since we returned to the same place, it was very convenient for shopping and dining afterwards. During the tour, the guide shared behind-the-scenes stories about famous people from Ishigaki Island, sang using a sanshin, and provided detailed information about the island's nature, which kept us engaged throughout. We visited several spots, but the beauty of Kabira Bay was truly breathtaking. On the glass-bottom boat, we were lucky enough to see many marine creatures like sea turtles, rays, and clownfish, which was a lot of fun!

離島ターミナル目の前のバスターミナル集合だったので分かりやすく、帰りも同じ場所で解散のため、その後の買い物＆食事をするのに非常に便利でした。
ツアー中はガイドさんが石垣島出身の著名人の裏話を話してくれたり、三線を使って歌を聴かせてくれたり、島の自然について詳しく話してくださるなど、飽きることなく過ごせました。
いくつかスポットを回りましたが、川平湾の美しさは群を抜いて感動しました。
グラスボートでも、運良く海亀やエイ、ニモなど沢山の海の生物を見ることができ、とても楽しかったです！

The bus guide kindly explained various things, and the water buffalo cart moved slowly and quietly, with many beautiful flowers blooming. It was a healing tour.

バスのガイドさんが色々優しく説明してくださり、水牛車もゆっくり静かに時間が流れ、美しい花もたくさん咲いていて、癒しのツアーでした。

I had a great time participating while listening to the guide's stories and the songs played on the sanshin at the sightseeing spots in Ishigaki Island. The optional glass-bottom boat tour at Kabira Bay was also wonderful, with the colors of the sea being incredibly beautiful, creating great memories.

石垣島の観光名所を、ガイドのおじさんのお話や、三線の唄を聴きながら楽しく参加出来ました。オプションの川平湾グラスボートも、海の色が素晴らしく綺麗で、良い思い出になりました。

It was more efficient to see the sights on the islands by joining a tour rather than buying tickets individually. I recommend joining a tour for those who want to visit multiple islands in one day! In this tour, we had enough time to relax on the highlights of the islands, Iriomote Island and Taketomi Island, which was great. Even though it was January, the weather was nice, and the blue of the sea was striking.

個人で船のチケットを買って離島を回るよりも効率よく見所を観光できました。
１日で複数島を回りたい人は、ツアーに入ることをオススメします！
その中でも今回のツアーは、離島の目玉にしていた西表島と竹富島で、ゆっくり滞在する時間が取れたのでよかったです。
１月でしたが天気も良く、海の青さも際立っていました。

When I come to Okinawa, I always participate in this Churaumi Aquarium bus tour. The price is reasonable, and I was able to enjoy the stunning views of Kouri Island and Manzamo. This time, the course also included a stroll through American Village for the first time, making for a fulfilling Okinawa sightseeing experience. This bus tour is undoubtedly the best tour.

沖縄に来た時は、必ずこの美ら海水族館バスツアーに参加します。料金もリーズナブルですし、古宇利島、万座毛の絶景も堪能出来、また今回初めてアメリカンビレッジの散策がコースに追加され、充実した沖縄観光が出来ました。このバスツアーは文句なしでベストツアーです。

I couldn't see anything in the reviews! However, I participated in various tours in Hokkaido, so I understand that the chances of encountering wildlife are low. Still, the experience of walking through the jungle on Iriomote Island was indeed difficult without a guide, but I was able to catch glimpses of various ecosystems. I was able to see the starry sky during the tour, so I recommend participating during the new moon.

レビューで何も見れなかった！等ありますが、北海道等で様々なツアーに参加致しましたので、野性動物等に巡り会える可能性が低いのは承知の上で参加しております。
それでも西表島のジャングルの中を歩く体験は、やはりガイドさん無しでは難しく、様々な生態系を垣間見ることが出来ました。
星空はツアー途中で見ることができましたので、新月の時の参加をオススメします。

I booked a bus tour and a water buffalo cart. We departed from Ishigaki Port at 1 PM, enjoyed the bus tour, the water buffalo cart, and had some free time for sightseeing, then returned to Ishigaki Port on the first ferry from Taketomi Island at 4 PM. The guidance at various points was accurate, so I didn't get lost and had a great time!

バス観光と水牛車を申し込みました。午後１時に石垣港を出港し、バス観光、水牛車、自由観光して、午後４時の竹富島初の船で石垣港へ戻りました。所々での案内も的確で迷うことも無く、満喫出来ました！

We were picked up at the hotel and arrived at the stargazing spot in the dark. It was a cloudy day during the rainy season, but we were able to observe Orion and surrounding stars through the gaps in the clouds. The guide shared the names of the stars and stories from Greek mythology. After that, we moved to the starting point of the night jungle tour, progressing along a narrow path overgrown with vegetation that is rarely seen in the mainland. While searching for wildlife and insects, we only managed to find a hermit crab, a spider, a gecko, and a sand crab, as it was winter. The knowledgeable guide provided information about the names and characteristics of the plants we encountered, and we could also ask about different plants and phenomena that can be seen in other seasons, making me want to visit again in a different season. The day's temperatures were a high of 18°C and a low of 13°C, but it was cold with the north wind when we went out to sea. However, in the jungle, walking around made it feel just right even with a light jacket. They provided us with rubber boots, so we felt secure walking through puddles in the jungle and along the beach.

ホテルまでお迎えに来て頂き、
暗闇の中星空の観測地点に到着。
この時期は雨季に当たるそうで当日は晴れ間も見えた曇りの日でしたが、
雲間からオリオン座と周辺の星を観測することができ、ガイドさんが星の名前やギリシャ神話を教えて下さりました。
その後はナイトジャングルツアーの出発地点まで移動、
「内地」ではなかなか目にすることの無い草木の茂った細道を進みます。
野生動物や昆虫を探しながら進みますが、さすがに冬の時期で発見できたのは「ヤドカリ」「蜘蛛」「ヤモリ」「スナガニ」、あとは潮だまりの魚たちだけでした。
博識なガイドさんがその場その場で植物の名前や知識を教えて下さることはもちろん、違う季節に見られる動植物や現象についても伺うことができ、また是非違う季節にも訪れたいと思いました。
服装としては最高気温18℃、最低気温13℃の一日でしたが海に出ると北風が冷たく寒かったですが、ジャングルの中では歩いていることもあり羽織があっても丁度よく感じる程度で、足元は長靴をお貸し頂けるのでジャングルないの水溜まりや海辺も安心でした。

The guide was very polite and provided detailed explanations about plants and constellations. It was a shame that we could see the hermit crab, but not the coconut crab or wild birds.

I was excited to find creatures in the jungle at night, and I was moved by the starry sky peeking through the clouds on the beach at night. It was a valuable experience, even though the north wind was cold.

夜のジャングルで生き物を見つけてはしゃぎ、夜の浜辺に出て雲間の星空に感動し、北風が寒かったけど貴重な体験でした。

Was lucky to get the rebate plan (2for 1) (rebate will only come in after review) for our trip.
As my family and I weren’t prepared for this trip due to our busy schedule, I only booked it on 22nd Jan(midnight) when I was already in Okinawa. It was confirmed very quickly with details sent within 10hours.

Pickup:
The pickup was at hotel lobby(wasn’t clear on pickup point)
The bus was a little late that day, made my mom frantic and afraid that we were at the wrong pickup point. Attendance was easy and smooth.

First 2 locations:
Scenic and the time given was just perfect. There isn’t much around the area so have a good look & take photos & move on.

Lunch: I DIDN’T GET TO EAT LUNCH
The restaurant opposite the shopping place was full and had no seats to accommodate more guest. There wasn’t any selection to choose lunch so I didn’t get to eat. :)))) again, there weren’t other restaurants to eat at other than a buffet hotpot. Lunchtime was about 50mins so no buffet, don’t waste money.

Churaumi:
Easy & smooth entry. Reach around 2 pm
The bus was to leave at 4 pm. Ok here’s what I’m ??? about:
Dolphin show was 3pm & 3.30pm(dolphin feeding) finishes at about 3.50pm. Bus Bay is 10-15mins of walk back, so we rushed. Imagine elderlies walking, it would take time quite a while. The bus should leave at 4.15 pm for guest to enjoy the shows.

Nago pineapple park:
Time should be extended by 10mins.

Overall, good experience. The guide distributed snacks and kept doing headcounts before we left just to Ensure everyone’s on board. She was very friendly too!

This was a great opportunity to see some of the country without doing the driving. The aquarium was great and there were many other sights to enjoy. Due to the language barrier, there were times when it was a bit confusing, however the wonderful guide went out of her way to explain things and showed us great kindness. I highly recommend this trip.

This is my second time on the bus tour to the aquarium. The tour organized by Cellulian Tour was excellent, with the experienced guide providing thorough and attentive explanations. In addition to verbal explanations, the supplementary information through panels (diagrams/photos), the rental of GPS-enabled foreign language guide devices for foreign participants, and the singing and dancing were all aspects that impressed me with the unique guiding service compared to other tours. It would be very helpful for me, as someone with hearing difficulties, if explanations could be provided using a microphone between the meeting point at Palette Kumojii and DFS.

水族館へのバスツアーは、今回が2回目です。このセルリアンツアーさん主催のツアーは、経験豊富なガイドさんの懇切丁寧な説明が、大変良かったです。言葉での説明に加え、パネル（図/写真）での補足説明、外国人参加者へのGPS付き外国語ガイド機器の貸出、歌と踊り等々、他主催のツアーと全く違うガイドサービスに感動致しました。集合場所のパレットくもじ～DFS までの間、マイクを使用して説明頂けたら、難聴の私は大変助かります。

You can efficiently explore during the afternoon. There was information about celebrities from Ishigaki, and we enjoyed the guide's sanshin performance and singing. Although it was unfortunately rainy and windy that day, we were able to see many fish and corals while on the glass-bottom boat. It was great that it was a tour that a woman could easily join alone.

午後からの時間で効率よく回ってくれます。石垣出身の芸能人の情報あり、ガイドさんの三線や歌ありで楽しめました。当日は生憎の雨と風でしたがグラスボートでは魚や珊瑚がたくさん見られました。女性一人でも気軽に参加できるツアーで良かったです。

It was a wonderful visit to Taketomi Island with a temperature of 26°C even in winter. I signed up for the water buffalo cart tour, and after riding the cart, I rented a bicycle. This was the right choice, as I was able to take a nice ride around the West Pier and the beach, enjoying the beautiful scenery. I definitely want to visit Taketomi Island again and spend some relaxing time there.

I recommend renting a bicycle and suggest staying for as long as possible.

冬なのに26℃という気温でとてもすばらしい竹富島観光でした。
水牛車コースのツアーを申し込みましたが、水牛車に乗ったあとで
レンタサイクルを借りました。
これが正解で、西桟橋やビーチをぐるっと一回りして素晴らしい景
色を見ることができました。
是非また竹富島に行ってのんびりとした時間を過ごしたいです。

時間はできる限り長い時間の滞在をおすすめします

In January on Ishigaki Island, I was worried about the weather. However, whether it was due to good fortune or because one of the tour participants was a sunny person, I was able to enjoy the best starry sky. The stars viewed from a completely dark place without any streetlights were just like a planetarium. Before seeing the stars, I encountered a coconut crab, frogs, and a hermit crab, and on the way back, I saw an owl perched on a power line. The guide was also very good at storytelling, and I had a wonderful time.

が、日頃の行いが良いのか、ツアー参加者の中に晴れ〇〇〇さんがいたのか
わかりませんが、最高の星空を眺めることができました。
街灯などの灯りがまったくない真っ暗なところで見る星空はプラネタリウム
そのものでした。
星空を見る前に、ヤシガニやカエル、ヤドカリなどにも出会え、帰り道では
電線にフクロウがとまっているのが見えました。
ガイドさんもお話しが上手な方で、楽しい時間を過ごせました。

I wanted to visit Taketomi Island, which is easily accessible from Ishigaki Island, so I used this tour. The reason I chose this tour is that it's incredibly affordable! The round trip to Taketomi Island costs about 1,400 yen, and the water buffalo cart ride is 1,500 yen, but this tour is only 2,000 yen total!

Once you receive your tickets directly at the counter, you can board the boat individually, and they provide transportation to the water buffalo cart. You can choose to return at either 4 PM or 5 PM, allowing you to stroll around Taketomi Island or rent a bicycle without feeling rushed.

If you're going to Taketomi Island, I absolutely recommend this tour. I will definitely use it again!

石垣島に行くと気軽に行ける島、竹富島に行きたくて利用しました。
このツアーを選んだ理由は、とにかくおトクだからです！！
竹富島まで行くのに往復で1,400円位と、水牛車で1,500円かかる所が、このツアーは全部で2,000円！
ツアーも直接カウンターでチケットをもらえば後は個人で船に乗って送迎してくれて水牛車に乗って
帰りの時間も16時か17時が選べるので、竹富島内で散歩したりレンタサイクルしたりと、時間の制約も焦らず気ままに過ごせました。
竹富島に行くなら、このツアーが絶対一押しです。また絶対利用します！！

Our arrival was an hour earlier, and when I asked if we could move our participation time up, they kindly agreed! My 3-year-old daughter was thrilled to find star sand. It was impossible to rent bikes with a child, so the bus was a great help!

The weather was not favorable, and the scenery wasn't very good. However, after the sightseeing ended, I was dropped off at the airport, which was a great help.

The guides we met on each island were very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour! Since they had all lived in the area for a long time, they kindly shared information about the history, climate, and culture that wasn't included in guidebooks, leading to many discoveries.

各離島でお会いしたガイドの方がとても気さくで、ツアーを充分満喫できました！現地で長くて住まれている方ばかりでしたので、歴史や気候、文化などガイドブックに掲載されていない情報なども親切に教えていただき色々な発見もありました。

The service for the boats and buses was smooth and good. However, since cycling takes time, I wish I could have stayed a little longer.

船やバスの対応はスムーズで良かったです。ただサイクリングに時間がかかるので、もう少し長く滞在できたらいいなぁっと思いました。
