It was a flute and singing show, so it had a calm atmosphere rather than a noisy one, which was nice. I was also surprised that the food included unlimited refills for salads and soups. The salad was packed tightly in the bowl, so I couldn't really go for a second helping. The steak was lean, tender, and very generous in portion. The staff were all friendly and had a great vibe.

フルートと歌のショウだったので、騒がしい感じではなく、しっとりとした雰囲気で良かったです。また、料理ではサラダやスープなどがおかわり自由というのも驚きました。
サラダは器にぎっしり詰まっていて、とてもおかわりはできませんでしたが。
ステーキ肉は赤身で柔らかく、ボリュームたっぷりでした。
店員の方達がみな気さくで良い感じでした。

The activity is fantastic, thanks to the wonderful support from the captain. After confirming participation, I received a video with subtitles detailing the parking location and meeting point, which was very easy to understand.

After filling out the participant information, we set sail. The captain provided a clear explanation of the yacht, which was reassuring. The boat is well-equipped, complete with sunshades, and is very clean. I think the cost performance is excellent if you can experience steering this boat.

I would definitely like to participate again.

One point to note is that, as shown in the photos, the boat is quite small, so it's advisable to take motion sickness medication to avoid getting seasick.

If you don't get seasick, there's no doubt you'll have a special experience in Okinawa.

主催者の船長さんの対応が素晴らしいアクティビティです。
参加確定後、駐車場の場所と集合場所までの内容が動画にテロップ付きで送られてくるので非常にわかりやすかったです。

参加者の情報記入後、出航。
船長さんがヨットの説明を分かり易くしてくれて安心できます。
船の設備しっかりしており、日除け用のパラソル完備。清掃も行き届いています。
この船に乗れて操縦体験もできるなら非常にコストパフォーマンスいいと思います。

また、参加したいアクティビティです。

注意点としては、写真の通り非常に小さい船なので酔いやすい為、酔い止めを飲んでおくといいでしょう。

酔わなければ、沖縄で特別な体験ができること間違いなしです。

The weather was nice, and the sea was beautiful, but I didn't see many fish or sea turtles. The boat handling skills were lacking, and since they frequently reversed, there were a lot of bubbles hitting the glass surface, making it a bit hard to see.

When I informed you about the birthday, you kindly emailed to let me know that there would be no band on the third floor BBQ, and only drinks would be provided. It turned out to be a very enjoyable birthday party while being blown by the cool breeze on the boat. The staff were all very kind, making it a memorable birthday! ❣️

They may be adhering to the passenger limit, but with about 50 people on board, it feels like a Tokyo morning commuter train where your shoulders touch the person next to you. It can be uncomfortable and makes it hard to focus on the glass boat experience.

To provide a good experience, I believe it's more important to consider how many people can enjoy the glass boat experience rather than just sticking to the passenger limit.

乗船できる人数は守っているのかもしれないが、一隻に50人程乗っており、隣の人と肩が触れ合う東京の朝の通勤列車のよう。不快な気分にもなるし、グラスボートに集中できる状態にならない。
良い体験を与えるためは乗船人数制限を守ることよりも、どの程度であればグラスボートを堪能できる体験を提供できるかというお客様目線が必要だと思う。

The waves were high and a bit murky due to the season, but the tour staff were all energetic and cheerful, making it a lot of fun! There were many people on the tour, but it was great that they kept us in smaller groups as much as possible. It was reassuring for children and those who are not good at swimming to be well taken care of! The time spent on the phantom island was not short and was just the right amount. However, some people did experience seasickness, and the back of the boat did not have a roof, so for those who need it, motion sickness medication, sun protection, and hats are essential!

波が高く季節的に少し濁ってはいましたが、ツアーのスタッフ達がみんな元気で明るく、たくさん楽しませて下さいました！ツアー自体は一緒に行く人が沢山いたのですが、なるべく少人数グループにしてくださったのもよかったです。子供や泳ぎが苦手な方でもきちんと見てもらえて安心です！幻の島の滞在時間も短くなく丁度いい時間でした。ただ船酔いしてる方もいらっしゃったのと、船の後ろの方は屋根がついていないタイプだったので、必要な方は酔い止め、日除けや帽子必須です！

The tour was the best course to fully enjoy the summer in Ishigaki Island, including the phantom island and Taketomi Island sightseeing. The instructor was kind and took lots of photos and videos. The freedom to explore Taketomi Island at your own pace was also a big plus! It was definitely a tour that makes you want to visit Ishigaki Island again!

The journey from the hotel to the sea took about 30 minutes, during which we talked about various things related to Ishigaki Island while enjoying the scenery, and they also recommended some great restaurants... The time in the car was fun as well.

Regarding the snorkeling, I'm not very good at swimming, even struggling to swim across a 25-meter pool, but the two instructors were very supportive, pulling me along and checking in on me frequently, which made me feel very safe while swimming.

When I come back to Ishigaki Island, I would love to join another tour with you. Thank you very much!

ホテルから海までの道中は30分くらいでしたが、景色を見ながら色々石垣島についてのお話をしてくださったり、おすすめのご飯屋さんを教えてくださったり・・・
車の中も楽しかったです。
肝心なシュノーケリングに関して。
25メートルのプールを泳ぎきれない程泳ぐのは苦手な私ですが、インストラクターのおふたりが引っ張ってくださったり、こまめに声をかけて様子を見てくださったので、とても安心して泳ぐ事が出来ました。
また石垣島に来る時は別のツアーでもお世話になりたいです。

I was thinking about a good tour for my father, who had mentioned, "I want to ride a yacht someday," and I discovered this company. (There aren't many yacht experience tours available in Okinawa.) Due to the rainy season, Okinawa was experiencing continuous heavy rain and bad weather. The captain contacted us the day before, providing advice and informing us of the risks due to the weather, and even accommodated us by changing the date by one day, allowing us to avoid the heavy rain and strong winds! Although there was rare fog, we were blessed with weather that occasionally showed the sun, and all family members had the opportunity to take turns steering the yacht. The voyage was wonderful, and the captain's passion for sailing made the experience enjoyable; I believe it's an unmissable tour for sea lovers. We created unforgettable family memories, and I want to try sunset sailing next time! Thank you, Captain!

「いつかヨットに乗ってみたい」と話していた父に何か良いツアーはないかと考えていたところ、こちらの会社を発見。（沖縄でヨット体験をできるツアーはなかなかありません）梅雨時期ともあり、沖縄は連続の大雨で天候不良。前日に船長からご連絡を頂き、天候によるリスクやアドバイスを頂き、日時を1日変更するご対応までしてくださり、大雨や強風を避け乗れるできました！稀にみない霧はありましたが時より太陽が見える天候に恵まれ、交代で家族全員操縦体験させて頂きました。航海はもちろん、なんと言ってもヨット愛が素晴らしい船長のお話しが楽しくて、海好きにはたまらないツアーだと思います。忘れられない家族の思い出ができたのと、次回はサンセットセーリングをリベンジしたいです！船長、お世話になりました！

It was my first trip to Ishigaki Island.
Although it was during the rainy season, we were blessed with great weather, making for the best snorkeling experience.
Initially, I had booked a tour that included a morning visit to the Phantom Island and an afternoon at Taketomi, but due to the tides, the schedule was changed to Taketomi in the morning and Phantom Island in the afternoon.
Since the ferry times to Taketomi Island were fixed, we felt a bit rushed while exploring the island.
The snorkeling allowed us to see many tropical fish, and the staff even filmed underwater videos for us.
Phantom Island was truly beautiful, and I was amazed by it. It’s no wonder it’s used for commercial filming.
The staff were very friendly and flexible with the itinerary to ensure we had the best experience, allowing us to have a very enjoyable time.

初めての石垣島旅行でした。
梅雨期でしたが、お天気に恵まれて最高のシュノーケリングになりました。
当初、午前に幻の島・午後に竹富の予定のツアーで申込していましたが、潮の関係で午前竹富・午後幻の島に変更になりました。
竹富島へは往復のフェリーの時間が決まってしまったので、島内は少しバタバタと見てまわった感じでした。
シュノーケリングはたくさんの熱帯魚が見れたし、スタッフさんが水中のビデオも撮ってくれていました。
幻の島は本当にキレイでびっくりしました。CM撮影等に使用されるというのも納得でした。
スタッフさん達はとてもフレンドリーで、ベストな体験が出来るよう、行程も臨機応変の対応して頂いて、とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。

It was cloudy that day, but the water was clear and beautiful, allowing us to see many fish and corals! Despite it being a weekday, there were a lot of people participating, and I thought it was great that the guide checked everyone's condition while leading the tour! The information the guide shared about Ishigaki Island was also very interesting, including recommendations for local restaurants that only locals might know! I truly hope everyone will participate!

I chose this place because of the free parking. It was great.
I learned a lot about the differences in the river's water levels during high and low tides, as well as the differences when there's a lot of seawater.
It was a bit disappointing, but I could still see quite well, and there were sea turtles too.

船に乗り川の水が多い時、海水が多い時の違い、満潮干潮の時の違いなど
よくわかりました。残念な時でしたが、それなりによく見え、ウミガメもいました。

I didn't go into the sea because I was pregnant, but thanks to the glass-bottom boat, I was able to enjoy the beautiful ocean. They moved us to points where we could see fish, and I was able to see many colorful fish.

I had a reservation for after 1 PM, but due to the weather conditions (rain, wind, tide), I received a call from the staff that suggested changing it to after 3 PM on the morning of the day. As expected, the boats were canceled until 2 PM due to heavy rain and wind. I was about to give up, but services resumed after 2 PM, and the tide conditions were good, allowing us to see turtles, rays, many fish, and coral. It was also great that we could leave our car in the free parking lot and enjoy a leisurely lunch at a nearby delicious soba restaurant while adjusting our schedule. 13時すぎに予約をしていたのですが、天気の状態（雨、風、潮）から、15時過ぎに変更しては？と、当日の朝、スタッフの方からご連絡をいただきました。
案の定、14時までは豪雨と風のため、船は欠航。諦めかけていたのですが、１４時過ぎの便から再開され、潮の状態もよく、亀、エイ、たくさんの魚、サンゴに会えました。無料駐車場に車を置かせてもらって、近くの美味しいお蕎麦屋さんでゆっくり、ランチをしながら、時間調整もできたのも、よかったです。

If it had been clear, I think the sea would have been beautiful, but even though the forecast was for rain and it was cloudy, I still thought it was very nice.

晴れておれば、海の中も綺麗だったと思いますが、雨の予報でしたので、曇天でしたが、とてもよかったと思います。

I visited Kabira Bay for the first time and participated in a glass-bottom boat tour. We were blessed with clear skies and were able to see many fish. We also spotted turtles twice—one swimming normally and another resting among the coral. I would like to join this tour again the next time I come to Ishigaki Island.

初めて川平湾を訪れ、グラスボートツアーに参加しました。快晴に恵まれ、たくさんの魚を見ることができました。亀も２回見ることができました。普通に泳いでいるものと珊瑚の間で休んでいるものです。次回、石垣島にきたときも参加したいと思います。

The guide provided a lot of explanations about the fish and even took pictures of sea cucumbers while diving! All the photos turned out great! Thank you!

Although it was unfortunately a cloudy day, the sea looked beautiful. I felt happy when I saw a sea turtle.

当日はあいにくの曇り空でしたが海の中は綺麗に見ました。ウミガメが見られた時は幸せな気分になりました。

As expected of Kabira Bay, it was a bit cloudy, but the clarity of the water was amazing! We saw a remora riding on a sea turtle, various types of coral, and clownfish around sea anemones as we moved to different points. It was so much fun to watch, and while the glass-bottom boat was nice, it really made me want to go snorkeling. I didn't feel seasick at all in the calm sea! 😊

さすが川平湾、少し曇っていたのですがとにかく透明度がすごい！
ウミガメの上にコバンザメが乗っていたり、色々な種類のサンゴ、イソギンチャクの周りのカクレクマノミなど、ポイントに移動しながら見せてくれました。
見てると楽しくて、グラスボートもいいけど、やっぱりシュノーケリングしたくなっちゃいます。
静かな海で船酔いは全くしませんでした(^^)

Positive points:
- They stayed with my mother, who was struggling.
- The equipment was comfortable and good.
- The explanations were well done.
- I didn't know there would be three dives, but for an additional 5,500 yen, they took us to Tokashiki Island.
- They took us to good dive spots.

Negative points:
- I thought there would be a shop; it was my first time on a direct boat.
- My mother was diving for the first time, and I wasn't sure if she could do it, but we couldn't choose how many dives each person would do.
- Once it was clear she couldn't dive, I wanted her to be allowed to join the snorkeling group.
- My mother's payment for one dive was wasted, and I couldn't use it for my three dives.
- The return boat was too fast, and a basket full of equipment moved, pinching my legs between the bench and the basket, causing an injury.
- I shouted that it hurt, and even though someone must have seen it, no one helped.
- At that time, there was a mark, and later it swelled.

良かった点は
・うまくできない母にずっと付いててくれた。
・装備が楽で良かった。
・説明が上手だった。
・3ダイブあるとは聞いていなかったがオプション　5500円プラスで渡嘉敷島にも行ってくれた。
・良いポイントに連れてってくれた。
悪かった点は
・ショップがあると思っていた。直接ボートは初めて。
・母がダイビング初めてでできるか分からなかったけど1人ずつ何回ダイブするか選べなかった。
・できないってわかったらシュノーケル組に参加させて欲しかった。
・母の1ダイブ分のお金が無駄になったけど、私の3DIVEめ分に利用できなかった。
・帰りのボートが速すぎていっぱい機材が入っているカゴが動いて座ってたベンチと足が挟まれて怪我をした。
・痛いって叫んだし、絶対見てたはずなのに誰も見てみぬふりされた。
・その時は痕が付き、その後腫れた。

I was able to make a reservation at a great price through Veltra.

I was worried I would be late for my reservation time, but when I called, they kindly assured me that it would be fine to arrive at my own time.

The parking was free, and it was conveniently located just a short distance from Kabira Bay.

On the glass-bottom boat, I found that looking down the whole time made me feel nauseous, so I tried to focus on the distant views instead.

They provided a lot of explanations, but I couldn't catch everything, which was a bit disappointing.

That said, I was very satisfied to see sea turtles and clownfish!

予約時間よりも遅くなりそうだったのですが、電話すると、快く対応していただけて、着いた時間に合わせてで大丈夫との事でした。

駐車場も無料で、川平湾からすぐの場所で便利でした。

グラスボートは、ずっと下を見ていると酔うので、見るポイント以外は遠くを見るようにしていました。

色々説明をしてくれていたのですが、それがよく聞き取れなくて少し残念でした。

とはいえ、ウミガメやクマノミも見られて、大満足でした！

I was worried about the weather, but it turned out fine, and I felt relieved when the boat departed. Just to be safe, I took some motion sickness medication, but I didn't feel much rocking at all, so I was completely fine (I usually get motion sickness easily, though...).

At first, I was worried about not being able to see anything, but they changed locations and found a whale spouting. They got us close and even maneuvered the boat so we could see it multiple times, which was great. It was heartwarming to see a mother and calf swimming close together. Although we didn't get to see the tail fluke like you do in photos or on TV, I definitely want to try again.

On the boat, I was allowed to sit at the bow, and even without seeing any whales, just staring at the ocean was refreshing.

I was unsure which tour to choose, but the location was easy to find, parking was convenient, and it was close to town, so I'm glad I went with the tour from Chatan. I missed out on getting a postcard and handbook, though.

　心配していたお天気も大丈夫で船が出発して一安心でした。
　念の為酔い止め薬を飲みましたが揺れとかもそんなに感じず全然大丈夫でした。(基本的には酔いやすいのですが…)

　最初は見れなくてどうなるかと思いましたが、場所を変え探してくれて塩吹きを発見しては近付き、先回りをしては姿が見れるように船を走らせてくれて何度も見れて良かったです。
　親子で寄り添いながら泳いでいる背中も見れてほのぼのしました。
　写真やテレビで見るような尾ひれをあげてとはいかなかったですがまたチャレンジしたいと思います。
　船では舳先に座らせてもらいクジラが居なくてもボーッと海を見ているだけでリフレッシュできて良かったです。

　どの場所から出発のツアーにしようかと迷いましたが、場所もわかりやすく車も停めやすく、町中からも近くて北谷発にして良かったです。
　ポストカードとハンドブックもらいそこねました。

The beauty of Kabira Bay made me want to see the fish, but I thought it would be too cold for snorkeling, so I opted for a glass-bottom boat. I was able to get a 10% discount even with a reservation made just the day before, which was a lifesaver.

Once on the glass-bottom boat, I was able to see beautiful coral and fish. Luckily, I also spotted a sea turtle. It seems that high tide is the best time, so I think it's a good idea to check that before deciding on a time to participate.

川平湾の美しさ、魚を見たく、でも、シュノーケリングをするには寒いと思ったので、グラスボートに。
前日までの予約でも1割引でしたので、ギリギリの予約でしたが、助かりました。
グラスボートに乗り、海底を覗くと、美しい珊瑚や魚を見ることができました。ラッキーなことに海亀も見られました。
満潮時が良いようですので、調べてから参加時間を決めるといい、と思いました。

I made a reservation the night before, but everything went smoothly without any issues. You can't expect that to happen overseas, right? This was my second time at Kabira Bay, and it was sunny! Kabira Bay really is best enjoyed in sunny weather. I recommend checking the weather the night before and on the day of your visit before participating.

前日夜の予約でしたが、トラブルもなくスムーズに対応頂きました。海外じゃ、こうは行かないですよね。 川平湾は2回目でしたが、晴れました! 川平湾はやっぱり晴れがいいですね。 前日の夜の天気、当日の天気を見て参加することを、おすすめします。

I was very satisfied with the Veltra reservation as it was very smooth and affordable. The check-in on-site was also very smooth.

As for the glass boat, it gradually became foggy, possibly due to everyone's excitement, which was quite disappointing. I wish they could have wiped the fog during the ride or applied more anti-fog solution. Alternatively, I think it would be better to replace the glass itself. Since the main attraction is viewing the underwater world through the glass, I hope they can improve the maintenance in this area.

Veltraの予約はとてもスムーズでしかもお安く出来たので満足。現地での受付もとてもスムーズでした。

グラスボートですが、皆の熱気のせいなのか段々と曇って来てしまいとても残念。走行中でも曇りを拭けるとか曇り止めをもっと塗っておくとかして欲しかった。もしくはグラスそのものを新調した方が良いと思います。
グラス越しに海の世界を見るのがメインなのでここのメンテナンスはもっとしっかりやって欲しい物です。

Since I stayed near Mihama American Village, I looked for a whale watching tour departing from the nearby area instead of Naha, and I found this tour. It was within walking distance from American Village to the port, and perhaps by chance, we encountered whales about 30 minutes after leaving the port by boat. We saw at least three whales, including a mother and calf. There weren't any big movements, but we were able to see flukes and pec slaps.

美浜アメリカンビレッジ近くに宿泊したので、那覇ではなく近辺発のホエールウォッチングツアーを探したところ、このツアーを見つけました。アメリカンビレッジから港まで徒歩圏内でしたし、たまたまかもしれませんがボートで港を出てから30分ほどでクジラに出会えました。親子を含め少なくとも3頭のクジラが見られました。あまり大きな動きはありませんでしたが、フルークやペックスラップが見られました。

I participated on a day when the weather had been bad for a while, and the departure had been postponed, but we finally set sail. We did encounter whales, but they were a bit far away. However, since this is nature we're dealing with, it can't be helped. It was quite a rocky day, but I didn't get seasick and had a fun half-day. I'm grateful for the courteous service from the staff.

天候が悪い日が続き、延期も続き、やっと出航できた日に参加しました。
クジラには出会えましたが、少し遠かったかなー。
でもこれだけは自然が相手なので仕方ないです。
かなり揺れた日でしたが、船酔いする事もなく楽しい半日でした。

We participated as a family of five after taking motion sickness medication in advance. However, two of us were still affected. That said, we were very happy to see the whales spouting and breaching several times. For those who are prone to motion sickness, even medication might not prevent seasickness. Since you can only see whales during this season, I'm glad we participated in the whale watching. Thank you for providing us with this precious experience.

家族5人で事前に酔い止めを飲んで、参加しました。が、うち2人は撃沈。でも、くじらは潮吹きも、ブリーチングも何回か見られて、とても嬉しかったです。乗り物に酔いやすい人は、薬を飲んでも船酔いするかも知れません。この時期にしか、くじらは見られないので、ホエールウォッチングに参加して良かったと思います。貴重な体験をさせていただき、ありがとうございました。
