I'm not that great at fishing, but surprisingly, I caught a rare fish! My family of three enjoyed a feast of fish! We were able to have it cooked at a nearby diner for a reasonable price! I want to go again!

Paddling to Pumpkin Cave by sea kayak required quite a bit of stamina, but working together with my family made me feel that our bond deepened. I am grateful for the very kind guidance from Tsubasa and Shintaro, which made for a very enjoyable adventure. Thank you very much. And thank you to Nao for letting me experience SUP.

It was my first time SUPing, but thanks to the coaching, I was able to stand up and paddle right away. During snorkeling, I was thrilled to see clownfish and sea turtles. I'm grateful to all the staff for providing such a wonderful and moving experience.

SUP初めてでしたがコーチングのおかげですぐに立って漕ぐ事が出来ました。シュノーケリングではクマノミや海亀にも会えて感動しました。素敵な感動体験を与えてくれたスタッフの皆さんに感謝です。

I had the experience on a sunny day after the rainy season in June.

They called me in advance, and meeting in the parking lot was smooth.

The cheerful and energetic young man had a wonderful smile and spoke casually to my children (ages 6 and 4), making it a very enjoyable time for them.

Even though it was their first experience, the kids quickly got used to it with the kind young man leading them. The beauty of the sea and the abundance of fish captivated us adults as well, allowing us to focus on the kids with peace of mind.

The Blue Cave was also very beautiful, and I was happy that they took many family photos for us.

After the experience, it took us some time to change, but they treated us with kindness and a smile the entire time without any signs of annoyance.

I am grateful for the unforgettable experience my children had on their first trip to Okinawa!

When we return to Okinawa, we will definitely go for another experience. Thank you!

6月梅雨明けの晴れた日に体験させてもらいました。

事前にお電話下さり、駐車場での落ち合うのもスムーズでした。

笑顔の素敵なハキハキ元気なお兄さんで、子供(6歳、4歳)にも気さくに話しかけて下さり子供たちもとっても楽しく過ごせました。

子供たちは初体験ながらも優しいお兄さんに連れられてすぐに慣れたようでした。
そして私たち大人も海の綺麗さと、魚たちの多さに夢中になってしまうので、子供達をしっかり見てくださって安心して熱中できました。

青の洞窟もとても綺麗で家族写真も沢山撮って下さり嬉しかったです。

終了後も着替えたりするのに時間がかかってしまいましたが、嫌な顔一つせず終始優しく笑顔で接して下さいました＾＾

子供たちにとって初めての沖縄で忘れられない体験をさせていただき感謝です！

It's really just a basic experience. The location is shallow (enough to stand) and there are no waves, so you can participate with peace of mind. However, to be honest, the time spent actually paddleboarding is less than an hour, and there's not much freedom. I understand that safety is a priority since it's for people who have never tried it before, but it didn't feel like I really did anything with the paddleboard.

本当に体験程度です。場所も浅瀬(足がつく位)で、波もないような所なので、安心して体験できますが、正直サップをしている時間は1時間もない位であまり自由もありません。体験したことない人がやるので、安全重視なのはわかりますが、SAPで何かやったっていう感じではありませんでした。

I participated in this tour with a plan for snorkeling at Barasu Island and sightseeing at Yufu Island. It was my first experience with snorkeling, and I was a bit anxious, but the instructor provided thorough guidance, and I was able to enjoy it very much! During the sightseeing at Yufu Island, I was able to savor views that I normally wouldn't see! Upon landing on the island, I was welcomed by many water buffaloes, and while gazing at the beautiful sea, I enjoyed island-exclusive gelato, spending a truly luxurious time. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to participate!

今回のツアーには、バラス島シュノーケリングと由布島観光のプランで参加致しました。シュノーケリングは初体験で少し不安もありましたが、インストラクターの方に丁寧にレクチャーしていただき、とても楽しむことが出来ました！由布島観光では普段見ることができない景色を堪能することができました！島に上陸すると沢山の水牛達に迎えられ、綺麗な海を眺めながら島限定のジェラートを堪能しとても贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。また機会があれば是非参加したいです！

I was thinking of an activity to do with my 2-year-old daughter, and I made a reservation here! It was just the right amount of time for my easily bored daughter, and she had a great time. The sea view from the boat was beautiful, and I highly recommend it!

The phantom island was incredibly beautiful!! I was moved just like in the guidebook. The snorkeling allowed me to see many fish and corals, and I was very satisfied. The free rental of GoPro was also a delightful service!

I was a bit anxious since it had been a while since I last went into the sea for snorkeling, but the pre-explanation was easy to understand. Once I got into the water, I felt secure as the wetsuit kept me afloat. It was fun just floating there while fish came close to my float. I appreciated the staff for adjusting my mask and inviting me to other activities. Everyone on the team was friendly and approachable, which was great. It was also my first time parasailing, and everything from preparation to cleanup went smoothly, allowing me to enjoy the experience without any issues. The boat did sway quite a bit, but since I took motion sickness medication beforehand, I managed to be okay. For those who are prone to motion sickness, I recommend taking medication in advance and bringing anti-nausea medication just in case.

初めてのシュノーケリングで海に入るのも久しぶりだったので不安でしたが、事前の説明も分かりやすく、いざ海に入ってみるとウェットスーツだけでも体が浮くので安心して体験できました。魚が勝手に浮き輪の近くまで来てくれたので、浮いているだけで楽しかったです。ズレていたマスクの位置を直してくださったり、他のアクティビティにも誘ってくださったりと、担当の方には色々とお気遣いいただきましてありがとうございました。スタッフ皆さん気さくで話しかけやすい雰囲気で良かったです。パラセーリングも初めてでしたが、準備から片付けまでスムーズで何事もなく安心して体験できました。船はわりと揺れましたが、事前に酔い止めを飲んでいたのでなんとか大丈夫でした。酔いやすい方は事前に酔い止めを飲んでおくのと、吐き気止めの持参をされた方が無難かと思います。

I signed up for snorkeling and parasailing. Since the departure from Naha was at 3 PM, I chose the course from 8 AM to 12:30 PM, and it was a great experience. The process from check-in to receiving the wetsuit and boarding was smooth. The explanations before and after departure were provided in both Japanese and English, which was nice.

Although there are some limitations on the options, it was possible to sign up for additional activities on the day, so I think you can enjoy even more. There were many pickup locations for the free shuttle (we were picked up at our hotel by Chura Chari). The pickup was a bit earlier than scheduled, and although I specified a different drop-off location, they kindly accommodated my request.

If I go to Okinawa again and want to do marine sports, I will definitely sign up for a tour with Marine Club Berry.

シュノーケリングとパラセーリングを申し込みました。
那覇発が15時だったので、８時〜12時半のコースにしましたが大満喫です。
受付からウエットスーツのお渡し、乗船までスムーズでした。出航前後の説明も日本語、英語で分かれて説明があり、それも良かったです。
枠に制限はあるものの、当日にオプション申し込みも出来たので、プラスα楽しめると思います。
無料送迎のピックアップ場所もたくさんあり（私達はちゅらチャリでピックアップホテルへ移動）
お迎えも時間よりちょい早め、送りは違う場所を指定しましたが、快く送ってくれました。
また沖縄へ行ってマリンスポーツをするならマリンクラブベリーさんのツアーを申し込みます。

I participated in a half-day short tour of the Pumpkin Cave. With six participants and three guides, I was worried about whether it was profitable for them, but I received such generous support that I felt completely at ease.

Especially, our guide "Nogi-chan" led the tour with a constant smile, making it an incredibly fun memory. There was also a surprising connection that happened by chance, which was quite a shock, but thank you, Nogi-chan! Please continue to do your best as a guide in the future.

半日のパンプキン鍾乳洞だけのショートのツアーに参加しました。参加者6名に対してガイド3人と儲け出るのか？と心配になるほど手厚いサポートをもらい、安心して参加できました。
特にガイドの「のぎちゃん」が終始笑顔でツアーを引っ張ってくれ、最高に楽しい思い出になりました。
まさかの偶然の繋がりもあり、びっくりしましたが、のぎちゃんありがとう！今後もガイド頑張って下さい。

With the guidance of a polite and friendly guide, my children, who were snorkeling for the first time, were able to participate with confidence. The water was very clear, and we could see many colorful fish even in deeper areas. The suits and snorkels we borrowed were all comfortable to use, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free experience. We also had many underwater photos taken, and we were thrilled to see clownfish as well. It was a very satisfying tour. Thank you!

I was anxious about my first stand-up paddleboarding experience, but the staff were very supportive and taught us well, so I was able to enjoy it. We were taken care of by Instructor Ohno. My daughter was a bit slow at paddling, which made her a little anxious, but Instructor Ohno helped her out, allowing her to paddle in a relaxed state. They took several photos with a GoPro, so we were able to capture some memories. Paddling while being illuminated by the sunset felt wonderful.

はじめてのサップ体験で不安でしたが、スタッフの方が親身に教えてくださったので楽しむことができました。私たちは大野インストラクターにお世話になりました。娘はサップをこぐのが遅くて少し焦りましたが、インストラクターの大野さんが引っ張ってくださったので、リラックスした状態でこぐことができました。Goプロで何枚か写真を撮ってくださったので、思い出に残すことができました。夕日に照らされながら、サップをこぐ事はとても気持ちよかったです。

A knowledgeable instructor with great communication skills attended us.

We visited Miyako Island for the first time as a family.

Wanting to have a great time, we requested a combo tour of sea turtle snorkeling and the Pumpkin Cave.

During the morning cave tour, we paddled our own sea kayaks to the cave with the instructor accompanying us.

Along the way, the instructor kept checking in on us, so we hardly felt tired.

The inside of the Pumpkin Cave was enchanting, and the fresh water flowing inside was refreshingly cool, a nice contrast to the outside temperature of over 30 degrees.

Inside the cave, while there was a bit of congestion with other tour groups, our instructor was efficient and organized, allowing us to fully enjoy the cave without any stress.

In the afternoon sea turtle snorkeling, we had heard that the chances of seeing turtles were higher in the morning, but we were able to see them perfectly at the spot the instructor took us to, and my wife and kids were very satisfied.

Although carrying items like cameras is not allowed on the tour, the instructor took great photos with a GoPro from stylish angles.

The underwater photos with the sea turtles and with Nemo were a hundred times better than what I could have taken as an amateur.

For a family of four, the price is a bit higher, but considering the memories we created together, it was a worthwhile investment.

Our instructor was also well-versed in the history and flora and fauna of Miyako Island, making our travel enjoyable throughout.

初めての宮古島に家族で訪れました。

思い切り楽しもうと思い、
ウミガメシュノーケリングとパンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーのコンボをお願いしました。

午前中の鍾乳洞ツアーでは、
カヌーで岩場にある鍾乳洞まで
インストラクターさん帯同のもと
自分たちのシーカヤックで漕いで行きました。

途中、インストラクターさんが、
ずっと気にかけて声がけをしてくれるので、
疲れはほとんど感じません。

パンプキン鍾乳洞の中は幻想的で、
洞内を流れる淡水は、
30度以上の外気とはうって変わって
ヒンヤリと気持ちが良かったです。

洞内では他のツアー会社とお客さんで渋滞する中、
私たちのインストラクターさんは、要領良くテキパキしていて、全くストレスなく洞内を堪能できました。

午後からのウミガメシュノーケリングでは、
午前中のほうが見れる確率が高いと聞いていたウミガメですが、インストラクターさんが連れて行ってくれたポイントでバッチリ見れることでき、妻と子供たちも大満足でした。

ツアーでは、カメラなどの携行品はNGですが、
インストラクターさんが随時GOproでセンスの良いアングルで撮影してくれます。

ウミガメとの写真や、ニモとの写真などの水中写真は、素人の私が撮るよりも100倍良かったと思います。

家族4人となると、
少しお値段はあがってしまいますが、
家族との思い出つくりと考えると安い買い物です。

私たちのインストラクターさんは、
宮古島の歴史や動植物の知識にも長けていて、
移動中もとても楽しむことができました。

I joined the tour because I wanted to see sea turtles.

I was told that there would be little rocking, but it was a windy day and the boat swayed quite a bit. Even though I took motion sickness medication, I ended up feeling quite seasick and unfortunately couldn't go on the sea turtle exploration. However, the staff were very kind; they provided tea and vomit bags before I even had to complain about feeling unwell, and they guided me to a quiet spot on the top deck.

I also participated in another tour with a maximum of six people, and I was impressed by the homey atmosphere and attentive service. However, since this tour had a larger number of participants, complete beginners who don't know anything might feel a bit anxious.

The snorkeling spot on this tour was deep and clear, so it seemed that those with a fear of heights might find it scary, but the sea was incredibly beautiful.

ウミガメをみたくて参加しました。

揺れが少ないとのことでしたが、風が強い日で揺れたこともあり酔い止め薬を飲んでいたもののかなり船酔いしてしまい、残念ながらウミガメ探索に行けませんでしたが、スタッフの方は体調が悪いと訴える前にお茶や嘔吐用の袋をくれたり、トップデッキの静かな場所に案内してくださったりとても親切にしてくださいました。

最大6名の別のツアーにも参加しましアットホームさと丁寧なサービスに感動しましたが、こちらは参加人数が多いので、全くの初心者で何もわからない方は少し不安になるかもしれません。

このツアーでスノーケリングをする場所は深さがあって透き通っているので、高所恐怖症だと怖かったらしいですが、それほど綺麗な海でした。

The guide was very kind and taught us various things, making the experience very enjoyable. If I have the opportunity to go to Okinawa again, I would like to participate once more.

The only good thing about participating in the tour was encountering a sea turtle. Here are the reasons for my evaluation:

- I was mistaken for someone else with the same last name, which caused the tour schedule to switch between the morning and afternoon.
- On the bus to Yubujima, it seemed they left the original participants behind at the port and had to turn back. At the port, they swapped one group of customers and departed again, all without any announcements or apologies.
- Perhaps due to the time lost, there was a comment saying, "Yubujima has fewer things to see, so if you hurry, you can return in less than an hour." I wanted to see everything while I was there...
- Although the snorkeling seemed to be focused on aesthetics, the content did not live up to expectations.

Overall, I was particularly concerned about the lack of coordination within the tour company. Even though I had signed and submitted a consent form once, I was made to fill it out again, indicating a lack of information sharing. Additionally, although the snorkeling was advertised to take place in the morning, it was changed to the afternoon due to the number of water buffalo carts, resulting in Barasu Island being completely submerged. Since there wasn't much to see, I think it would have been more meaningful to spend time looking at fish at other points instead of just viewing the island from the boat.

At the next snorkeling point, my friend, who is not used to swimming, said, "I felt rushed and couldn't enjoy it much because I was worried about chasing after the buoy held by the guide. I was anxious about getting kicked by the fins of other participants and having my mask slip." While I appreciated the attention to safety, there were many flaws throughout the tour.

Seeing the sea turtle was very nice, but since encounters are rare and it was just a coincidence that the turtle was swimming nearby, this led to my evaluation.

ツアーに参加して良かったことはただ一つ、海亀に遭遇できたことです。
評価の理由を列挙します。

・同じ苗字の別人と間違えられてツアー内容が午前と午後で入れ替わる。
・由布島行きのバスで、本来の参加者を港に置き去りにしたようで途中で引き返していた。港では一組の客を入れ替えて再出発。その間特にアナウンスや謝罪なし。
・タイムロスしたからなのか「由布島は見るとこ少なめで回ってもらえれば1時間以内に戻って来れますので」という発言。行くからには全て見たいが…。
・シュノーケルは映えを意識している様子なのに内容が伴っていなかった。

総合するとツアー会社の連携が取れていなかったことが特に気になりました。一度同意書を書いて渡したのに、再度書かされそうになったりと情報共有が行われていないようです。
また、シュノーケルが募集サイト上では午前中催行とあったのに、水牛車の数の問題で午後に変更されたことでバラス島が完全に水没していました。特に見応えもなかったため、島自体は船から眺めるに留めて他のポイントで魚を見ていた方が有意義な時間を過ごせたと思います。
次のシュノーケルポイントでは、泳ぎ慣れない友人曰く「急かされて忙しなく、ガイドの持つ浮きを追いかけることを気にしてあまり楽しめなかった。他の参加者のフィンに蹴られそうでマスクがずれたらとヒヤヒヤした」とのこと。
安全面に配慮されていたのは良かったですが、ツアー全体を通して粗が多かったです。
海亀を見れたことは非常に良かったですが、遭遇自体が珍しいらしく偶然近辺を泳いでくれた海亀のおかげなので、この評価に至りました。

In the morning, we headed to the cave by kayak and explored the Pumpkin Cave! Along the way, we received a light guide about the flora and fauna of Miyako Island! Since we paddled in pairs, it was a bit challenging to synchronize our timing, haha. The cave was mystical, and it was fun to explore while listening to the instructor's explanations. In the afternoon, we went snorkeling and even encountered sea turtles!

The instructor took photos during kayaking, cave exploration, and snorkeling, and later sent us the pictures and videos via LINE, so it was great not to have to bring a camera!

It was the best honeymoon ever! Thank you!

午前中にカヤックで鍾乳洞へ向かい、パンプキン鍾乳洞を探索しました！
道中も軽く宮古島の草花生き物についてガイドしていただけました！
カヤックは2人1組で漕いだのでタイミングを合わせて漕ぐのが難しかったです 笑
鍾乳洞も神秘的で、インストラクターさんの説明を聞きながら探索するのが楽しかったです。
午後にはシュノーケリングをしてウミガメとも出会う事が出来ました！

カヤック、鍾乳洞、シュノーケリングは全てインストラクターさんが写真を撮ってくれて、後でLINEで写真や動画を送ってくれるのでカメラを持っていく必要がなくて良かったです！

最高の新婚旅行になりました！ありがとうございました！

Snorkeling in the ocean was amazing! Additionally, it was a great experience to see sea turtles and sea snakes with the extra plan!

Due to it being the summer peak season, there were many people. While the parasailing experience was still with a small group, the snorkeling felt crowded as there were many others in a limited area, making it difficult to move around.

Additionally, when I applied online for the parasailing and snorkeling plan, for some reason, I was told on the day of the event that I had signed up for diving. I was confused and explained that I hadn't signed up for that, but they mentioned something about not issuing a refund.

I'm currently inquiring about the application issue as it has left me feeling unsettled.

夏のオンシーズンということもありますが、人が多くパラセーリングはまだ少人数での体験でしたが、シュノーケリングは狭い範囲内で他の方もたくさんいる中体験する感じだったので、移動などしづらかった
またWEB申込時、パラセーリングとシュノーケリングのプランで申し込んだのですが、なぜか当日現地ではダイビングを申し込んだことになっていて、いきなり言われてよく分からず申し込んでない旨伝えたのですが、返金はしません的なことを言われたりしました。
申込の件は、モヤモヤしているので現在問い合わせしています。

On the second day of using PiPi, today's guide was Komugi.

I felt reassured by the guidance on kayak operation, safety measures, and the ability to assess individual skills. Additionally, even while moving as a group, they made sure to allow time for individual experiences, providing a value that exceeds the cost. The two instructors this time were also very kind, a man and a woman.

Due to hotel circumstances, I didn't want to move my car, so I took a taxi, but the tour finished after 8 PM. Since it's a bit far from Route 58, I think it's not a problem for those who can walk back to the national road. Of course, if you're driving yourself, there's nothing to worry about.
*It takes about 15 minutes for two adults to walk to the national road.

I love Okinawa and visit about 5 to 6 times a year. When I do, I want to go kayaking! I will definitely use this service.

カヤックの操作方法から、安全面、又個々の能力を見極めながらの誘導は安心しました。
また、集団で動く中でも個々の時間を大切に設けてもらい
金額以上の体験ができます。
今回のインストラクターの方2名もとても親切な男女の方でした。

当方、ホテルの都合で車を動かしたくない為、タクシーで行きましたが
ツアー完了は20時過ぎ。
58号からは離れている為、国道まで帰りは歩いて帰れる方なら問題ないと思います。
もちろん自走の場合は何も心配はありません。
※国道まで大人2人で15分程度。

沖縄は好きで年5.6回は伺います。
その際はカヤックに乗りたい！＝こちらを利用します。

My husband and I visited Okinawa for our anniversary trip.

After arriving at the meeting point, we called the number provided and met our guide. She was very cheerful and wonderful! The weather was nice, and although the sun was strong, she quickly guided us to a shaded area and explained the precautions and equipment we would be using, which was very thoughtful of her!

Once we entered the sea, she taught us many things, and she took more photos than we expected, creating the best memories! It was truly, truly enjoyable, and my husband and I are talking about coming back again. ⭐︎ When we do, we hope to have the same guide again! Haha. Thank you for the fun time!

I was a bit nervous since it was my first time with mangroves and kayaking, but they provided a clear lecture on paddling techniques and safety precautions at the beginning, so I was able to enjoy it without any issues! We took some photos ourselves, but the instructor also took several pictures for us, which we received later as data. It was a wonderful keepsake!

There were 11 participants on the tour, but the instructor paid close attention to everyone, so I think those who might worry about falling behind in a group can participate without feeling rushed. Even though the pace was fast, I enjoyed learning various trivia and fun facts. ✨

However, when it’s sunny, my feet got really burned, so next time I participate, I plan to wear leggings as a precaution. Thank you for a fun time!

はじめに漕ぎ方、注意事項など分かりやすくレクチャーして下さるので問題なく楽しめました！
自分たちでも写真は撮りますが、インストラクターの方が何枚か撮ってくださり、後程、データで頂けるのは記念になって非常に良かったです！
ツアーには11人参加されていましたが、インストラクターの方が全員をよく見て下さるので、グループで遅れを取らないか心配な方も焦ることなく安心して参加出来るのではないかなと思います。ペースが早くてもクイズや豆知識など色々教えて頂けるので楽しかったです✨
ただ晴れていると、ものすごく足が焼けるので、次、参加する際はレギンスを履くなどの対策をしたいと思います

We traveled by boat to a coral reef spot near Sesoko Island, and as our room descended down like a submarine, we saw so many fish through the windows! It was so beautiful! The kids were also thrilled. Thank you very much.

瀬底島の近くの珊瑚礁スポットまで船で移動して、自分たちがいる部屋が下にうぃーんと下がり、潜水艦のようになると、窓からたくさんのお魚が！
とっても綺麗でした！

とても楽しかったです！！カヤックを楽しんだり、パンプキンケイブを探検したり、シュノーケリングでニモやカメを見ることができました！！私たちは、非常に社交的で親切なツアーガイドのイーゴと一緒に行きました！このツアーを心からお勧めします！

It was so fun!! We loved kayaking, exploring the pumpkin cave, and seeing Nemo and the turtles when snorkelling!! We went with the tour guide iigo, who was very outgoing and helpful! Would thoroughly recommend the tour!

We made a reservation for four people the day before, and we received a prompt confirmation. Since Kawahira Bay tends to have strong winds, we chose a canoe experience that we could enjoy with peace of mind, and it was incredibly fun to canoe in such beautiful weather! The guide was a wonderful person who was very pleasant, and during the transportation, they shared interesting tidbits about Ishigaki Island. The local instructions were clear, and we were able to take many great photos. Thank you very much. It became a wonderful memory of Ishigaki Island. I would like to use this tour again.

家族4人での前日申込でしたが、すぐに予約OKの回答をいただきました。川平湾が風が強まる傾向にある環境とのことで、安心して楽しめるカヌーを選択しましたが、晴天の絶景のなか体験するカヌーはとても楽しかったです！
ガイドさんはとても感じの良い素敵な方で、送迎中も石垣島プチ情報を教えていただき、現地の指導もわかりやすく、素敵な写真も沢山撮影いただきました。本当にありがとうございました。
とても素敵な石垣島の思い出になりました。
