We participated on August 21 with two adults and one 7-year-old child. Initially, we signed up for the Pumpkin Hall Cave and snorkeling tour, but due to bad weather, the Pumpkin Cave was canceled, and we switched to SUP instead.

Although we originally had a reservation for Monday, we had to change it to Tuesday because of the typhoon, and then we were told that snorkeling might be difficult, so we rescheduled for Wednesday. Thank you for accommodating us despite the repeated changes!

SUP was no problem for our 7-year-old as they could sit while paddling, and the child enjoyed it. After that, we were excited for snorkeling and were thrilled to see the sea turtles, which made our child very happy! There were quite a few people, causing some sand to stir up and make the water murky, but that’s to be expected in shallow areas. However, our child was really happy, so we were satisfied.

During snorkeling, I noticed that my child had lost a fin, but our guide, Mr. Goto, was very kind and helped us look for it without any complaints. Thank you! The staff, including Mr. Goto, were all very friendly, and I’m glad we signed up for the tour.

8/21に大人2名と7歳児1名で参加しました。
最初はパンプキンホール鍾乳洞とシュノーケリングのツアーに申し込みましたが、天候が悪くパンプキン鍾乳洞は中止になり、代わりにSUPに変更。

本当は月曜日に予約していたものの台風の影響で、火曜日に変更、ただシュノーケリングは難しいかもと言われ、さらに水曜日に変更いただきました。
度重なる変更にも快く調整していただきありがとうございました！

SUPは7歳でも座りながらであればまったく問題なく、子供も楽しんでいました。
その後、楽しみにしていたシュノーケリング、お目当てのウミガメにも会えて子供も大喜びでした！若干人が集まり過ぎて砂が舞ってしまい濁っていましたが、浅瀬だとしょうがないですね。。ただ子供もすごい喜んでいたので満足でした。

シュノーケリングの時に気付いたら子供がフィンをなくしてしまったのですが、ガイドの後藤さん（りくさん）が嫌な顔せず親切に対応、探していただきありがとうございました！
ガイドの後藤さん含め、とても親しみやすいスタッフばかりでツアーに申し込んで良かったです。

We participated as a group of four women! We split into canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding, but we were allowed to switch halfway, so we got to experience both. Even as beginners, we were able to progress without falling!

During the experience and in the car, we heard a lot about mangroves and environmental creatures, which sparked our interest!

Our guide, Ren-chan, was cheerful and friendly, making it a fun experience!

After the activity, it was great that we could wash off the dirt in a simple shower room and change clothes.

I definitely wanted to participate in a mangrove kayaking tour during our honeymoon, and since it was said to be easily accessible, we chose this one. Before getting on the kayak, they briefly taught us how to operate it, and the flow of actually paddling to get a feel for it was not too complicated, which was great. Once we were on the water, the pace was very relaxed, including practice time, allowing us to observe many creatures and plants along the shore. The guide was very friendly, and the stories shared during the tour were entertaining. They answered many of our questions, and my husband and I were truly impressed by their passion for wildlife and nature. Because of this, I believe we were able to learn about nature, animals, and the Hija River while having fun. This tour has become one of our wonderful memories. Thank you!

　新婚旅行中に絶対マングローブカヤックのツアーに参加したいと思っており、アクセスもよいとのことだったのでこちらでお世話になりました。
乗る前にカヤックの操作の仕方を簡潔に教えていただき、実際に漕いで感覚を掴んでいく流れだったので複雑すぎず良かったです。
乗ってからは練習の時間も含めてゆったりと進行していくのがとても丁度よく、水際の生き物や植物をたくさん観察することができました。
ガイドさんはとても気さくな方で、ガイド中のお話も面白かったです。質問にもたくさん答えていただけて、本当に生き物や自然が好きな方なのだね、と夫と感心してしまいました。それゆえに楽しみながら自然や動物達、比謝川について学ぶことができたと思っています。
今回のツアーは素敵な思い出の１つになりました。

I went snorkeling for the first time, and even though I'm not a good swimmer, they carefully taught me how to put on the equipment, which made me feel safe to participate. I was able to see sea turtles and fish up close, and it was a very enjoyable tour.

初めてシュノーケリングをし、泳ぎも苦手なものですが、器具の付け方から丁寧に教えていただき安心して参加できました。ウミガメや魚を近くで見ることができ、とても楽しいツアーでした。

I went on a mangrove canoe and Piñai Sāra waterfall trekking tour for the first time, and although I was a bit nervous, the explanations were clear, and the guidance was very smooth, helping us avoid crowds and allowing us to have a fulfilling day. Lunch with a breathtaking view! Snacks while soaking in negative ions! Everything was fantastic. The kids had a great time playing as well, thank you very much. I definitely want to come back next year. I look forward to it!

初めてマングローブカヌー➕ピナイサーラの滝トレッキングツアーで、ドキドキしましたが説明も分かりやすく、とってもスムーズに混雑に合わない様に案内していただき充実した1日を送ることが出来ました。絶景を見ながらのランチ！マイナスイオンを浴びながらのオヤツ！どれも最高でした。子ども達も沢山遊んでいただき、ありがとうございました。是非来年も来たいと思います。その際はよろしくお願いします！

I was able to enjoy various spots without overlapping with other groups. I compared it with other tours and chose this one, and I'm glad I asked Windmill for help.

他のグループと被ることがなく様々なスポットを楽しめました。他のツアーとも比較探してここにしましたが、風車さんにお願いしてよかったです。

The explanation of the plants and animals by the guide was easy to understand and fun, and even as a beginner, I was able to enjoy it without hitting any rocks or capsizing.✌ In my case, my butt and the area from my thighs to my knees got a little wet! Shorts are fine! I wore a hat, and it didn't get blown off at all. There were also people wearing sunglasses! The guide took photos for us, but there were a few people with waterproof bags, so if you have one, I recommend bringing it!

お兄さんの植物や動物の説明が分かりやすくて楽しかったし、初心者でしたが岩にぶつかったり転覆したりすることなく楽しめました✌
私の場合はお尻が少しと、太もも〜膝あたりまで濡れました！短パンなら大丈夫です！
帽子をかぶって行きましたが、特に飛ばされたりはしませんでした。サングラスをかけている人もいました！
写真はお兄さんが撮ってくれましたが、防水のバッグを持っている人が何人かいたので、あるなら持って行くことをおすすめします！

I participated in various activities and tours during my trip, but this was the most fun. The instructor was friendly and a great person, and the other participants were also nice, so we all had a wonderful time enjoying SUP and snorkeling together.

旅行中様々なアクティビティやツアーに参加しましたが、これが1番楽しかったです。
インストラクターさんもフレンドリーで良い方で、同時参加者の方も良い方だったので、みんなでワイワイとSUPとシュノーケルが出来てとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。

We participated as a family of three with our 6-year-old daughter. It was her second time snorkeling, and the first time in a year. The weather was great, and we were all thrilled to see so many fish at a fantastic spot, as well as the mysterious scenery of the Blue Cave! A super handsome guide led us, and our daughter was all smiles and really enjoyed herself!!! We were satisfied with all the photos and videos we received. I'm really glad we participated!

The mangroves were very beautiful for my first experience, and I really enjoyed it! There were also many creatures, which made it a lot of fun!

It was a tour with Shoutaro's team. I felt that they had a wealth of knowledge about Iriomote Island. During the SUP and snorkeling experiences, as well as in the car while traveling, they shared many stories, which made it very enjoyable! My daughter, who accompanied me, dislikes snorkeling, so it was good that the time was short. The port is also close to Naha Airport, so depending on the flight, it seems possible to go on the last day as well. I recommend it for first-time snorkelers. However, there are a lot of people, including many foreigners.

同行した娘がシュノーケル嫌いなので、時間が短くて良かったです。港も那覇空港に近いので便によっては最終日にもいけそうです。初めてのシュノーケルにオススメだと。ただ人が多い。外人さんも多い。

Not only did we take photos with the sea turtles, but we also enjoyed introductions to nearby fish and creatures like sea anemones. ^_^
At the Pumpkin Cave, I struggled a bit climbing, but thanks to Tetsu's support, I was able to make it to the top! Thank you so much (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

I was overwhelmed by the scale of snorkeling, which was beyond my imagination. I heard that this wasn't even the best condition. Ishigaki Island is truly amazing. I look forward to visiting again.

I went canoeing at Kabira Bay. It was a bit cloudy, but I was able to take a lot of photos. They turned out very beautiful, and I'm satisfied. I chose the full-day course, but we returned near the hotel in the morning and then took a bus to do the same course again in the afternoon, so it might be nice to have different optional activities for the morning and afternoon. It felt like a bit of a time loss there. It would have been better if we had some time to stroll around Kabira Bay during lunch.

I was also anxious about snorkeling, but I received solid support and was able to swim happily. I had misunderstood and thought we would be snorkeling inside the Blue Cave.

川平湾でカヌーをしました少し曇りもありましたが沢山写真を撮っていただきました。画像にするととても綺麗で満足です。1日コースにしたのですが、午前に一旦ホテル近くまで戻ってきて、また昼から同じコースをバスで行くため、午前と午後別のオプショナルでもいい感じです。そこが少し時間のロスのような。川平湾で昼散策する時間があったらよりよかったかも。
シュノーケルも不安でしたがしっかりサポートしてもらい楽しく泳ぐことができました。青の洞窟のなかをシュノーケルするのかと勘違いしてました。

I participated with the Ren-chan team and the Taro team. It was disappointing that we couldn't go to the waterfall due to the weather, but the mangrove tour was even more enjoyable than I imagined, and it became a wonderful memory. Ren-chan taught me a lot about Iriomote Island and mangrove knowledge! During our lunch break, I tried the recommended dishes from the cafeteria that Ren-chan suggested! I was amazed by the magnificent scenery while snorkeling, something I had never seen before! Taro-kun took photos from various angles, and my whole family was delighted!
It was a very fulfilling tour. I want to visit Iriomote Island again!

れんちゃんチームとたろうチームで参加しました。天候の影響で、滝には行けず残念でしたが、マングローブツアーも想像以上に楽しく、とても良い思い出になりました。れんちゃんには、西表島のことやマングローブの知識を沢山教えてもらいました！お昼休憩には、れんちゃんに教えてもらった食堂のおすすめを食べました！シュノーケリングでは、見たことのない壮大な景観に感動しました！たろうくんが様々な角度から写真を撮ってくれて、家族全員喜んでいました！
とても充実したツアーでした。また、西表島に訪れたいです！

I was disappointed that the pumpkin event was canceled, but I was able to rebook with SUP and snorkeling, and it turned out to be a lot of fun. I even encountered a sea turtle, which became a wonderful memory!

We had three children: a middle schooler, a fifth grader, and a third grader.
We split into two groups!
The kids were super excited the whole time and seemed to have a lot of fun.
They explained everything about living creatures, mangroves, and everything we saw floating in the sea, which was very educational!

I was able to see a lot of fish while snorkeling! It was safe to participate even with children, and the whole family had a great time. The kids were really excited to see clownfish and squid! In the end, we even encountered a sea turtle, which made for truly wonderful memories.

I went to Iriomote Island for my honeymoon! It was a very enjoyable trip that felt extraordinary. On the tour, I experienced a water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island and a canoe experience where I could feel the great outdoors. The weather was a mix of rain and sunshine, but luckily, the rain stopped at just the right times during both the Yubu Island visit and the canoe experience, and the sun occasionally showed its face, bringing us good luck. Our guide was very friendly and approachable, making the experience even more enjoyable! Thank you, Moo!

結婚旅行で西表島に行きました！
非日常でとても楽しい旅でした。
ツアーでは水牛車で由布島とカヌー体験で大自然を感じました。お天気が雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが由布島でもカヌー体験でもタイミング良く雨が上がり、時々太陽も顔を見せてくれて運が味方してくれました。
ガイドさんもとても気さくで距離が近くて楽しく過ごすことができました！ムーさん、ありがとうございました！

I think there isn't much difference in the tours of the Pumpkin Cave regardless of the company you choose. However, this company had a no mobile phone policy (while customers from other companies were bringing their phones without issue).

One downside of this company is that there are no restrooms, showers, or changing rooms at the meeting point. Additionally, you have to climb up and down a fairly steep slope to get to the beach, so if that’s a concern for you, it would be better to choose a tour company that has a parking lot near the beach and provides transportation by car.

パンプキン鍾乳洞のツアー自体はどこの会社を使っても大差ないと思います。ただこの会社は携帯持ち込み禁止でした。（他の会社のお客さんは普通に携帯持ち込んでました）

ここの会社の難点は、集合場所にトイレ、シャワー、更衣室がないことです。
それからビーチまで結構な急坂を上り下りしなくてはならず、それが嫌な方はビーチの近くの駐車場を確保していて、車で送迎してくれるツアー会社を選んだ方が良いと思います。

I participated in a half-day tour in the morning! The Pumpkin Cave, which you can't visit on your own, was even more exciting than I imagined—truly an adventure! I was really satisfied with the tour! ✨

Our guide was Tetsu, who looks like a local but is actually from Osaka! He created a fun atmosphere with his cheerful and lively talk—truly impressive!

On this day, our team of 10, including families and couples, aimed for the Pumpkin Cave! Under Captain Tetsu's guidance, we first got on kayaks to head to the cave's entrance! (Don't worry, there are thorough instructions on paddling and safety before we head out to sea.)

The entrance to the Pumpkin Cave is actually in the ocean! So, the timing to enter is only during the perfect moment when the tide is low enough but the kayak doesn't run aground! This really heightens the sense of adventure.

What lies beyond this point is for you to enjoy! An experience that exceeds your imagination awaits you! You can fully experience the unique terrain of Miyako Island! I especially recommend it for those who love nature activities.

Lastly, Tetsu! I had so much fun! Thank you for the precious experience!!

パンプキン鍾乳洞の入口は海の中なのです！
なので入れるタイミングは潮が引きつつもカヤックが座礁しない絶妙なタイミングのみ！
この辺がアドベンチャー感をめちゃくちゃ掻き立てます

I couldn't enjoy my experience because the staff was inflexible. Additionally, during the phone confirmation, I was told that there would be no issues for children or the elderly, but the staff on-site provided the exact opposite explanation. I felt that the responses given over the phone were aimed at preventing cancellations, which left me with a strong sense of distrust.

担当スタッフの融通が効かなかった為、
楽しめなかったことと、
電話確認の際、子供やお年寄りも全く問題無しと聞いていたのに、現地の担当スタッフは真逆の説明をされていたので、電話ではキャンセルさせない為の回答をしていたと感じ、非常に不信感に抱いた。

The size of the children's snorkel didn't fit, and it kept coming off during the experience, causing my child to swallow seawater and struggle. However, the instructor kindly helped to adjust it each time and spoke to us gently. After it was over, my child said, "That was fun. I want to do it again," so it was a good experience.

子供のシュノーケルのサイズが合わず、体験中何度も外れてしまい、子供も何度も海水を飲んで苦しんでいましたが、その度にインストラクターさんが親切に付け直してくれて優しくお声がけいただきました。
終わってから、子供が『楽しかった。もう一回やりたい』と言っていたので、良かったです。

We participated as a couple. It was our first time kayaking, but the guidance was thorough, allowing even beginners to enjoy it without difficulty. They moved at a slow pace, so we weren't left behind and could progress at our own speed. We were able to fully enjoy the nature of Okinawa and created wonderful memories.

Since the sunlight is quite strong, I think it's good to have a hat, arm covers, and drinks. My feet got wet, but the strong sunlight dried them quickly, so changing clothes wasn't necessary.

If there’s another opportunity, I would like to use this service again.

夫婦2人で参加させて頂きました。
カヤックは初めてでしたが丁寧にご指導頂き、初心者でも難なく楽しむことができました。ゆっくりと進んでくださるので置いていれることもなく、自分のペースで進むことができました。沖縄の自然を堪能でき、いい思い出ができました。
日差しがかなり強いので帽子やアームカバー、飲み物があるといいと思います。足元が濡れましたが日差しが強いのですぐに乾き、着替えは不要でした。
また機会がありましたら利用させて頂きます。

The person who guided us was very nice, and my elementary school son was able to enjoy rowing as well. The river was calm, and there were many creatures, allowing us to fully enjoy nature. Thank you very much!

案内して下さった方がとてもいい方で、小学生の息子も楽しくオールを漕ぐことが出来ました。川は穏やかで生き物もたくさんいて自然を満喫しました〜ありがとうございました。

I found a tour that could be reserved the night before and booked this set, but I received a call in the morning of the day, informing me that the Pumpkin Cave was fully booked, so it became a tour only for sea turtle snorkeling. We gathered at the parking lot of Shigira Beach. After hearing the precautions, we put on our gear and headed to the sea. As soon as we entered the water, we were able to see fish, which raised our expectations, but unfortunately, we did not encounter any sea turtles. It was disappointing, but we were able to take photos with clownfish and silhouettes, creating great memories for the family. The staff provided thorough guidance, making it feel safe for beginners to participate.

As a follow-up, I really wanted to see a sea turtle, so the next morning, I tried again with a life jacket and underwater goggles, and I was able to see a sea turtle! I think I was able to meet a sea turtle because they shared some tips with me, so I’m glad I participated in the tour. They also quickly processed a refund for the change in the tour.

前日夜予約できるツアーを探してこちらのセットを予約しましたが、当日朝連絡があり、パンプキン鍾乳洞が満員とのことでウミガメシュノーケリングのみのツアーとなりました。
シギラビーチの駐車場にて集合。
注意事項をきき、グッズ身につけて海へ。
海に入るとすぐに魚をみることができ、期待大でしたが、ウミガメには遭遇できませんでした‥。
残念でしたが、クマノミとの写真やシルエットの写真など撮っていただき、家族のいい思い出になりました。
丁寧に教えていただき、初心者でも安心して参加できると思います。

追記、
どうしてもウミガメを見たかったので、翌日の朝ライフジャケットと水中メガネでリベンジしてみたところ、ウミガメをみることができました！
ポイントなど教えてもらったのでウミガメに会うことができたと思うので、ツアーに参加してよかったと思います。
ツアーの変更の返金もすぐしてくれました。
