I think it's cost-effective because they take you to various places efficiently without getting lost, and the stop times are set. Feeding the bears at the bear ranch is fun, and the sunset at Lake Shikotsu was really beautiful, possibly because they considered the timing. Thank you very much.

朝から夕方迄、道にも迷わず停車時間も決まっているので効率的各所に連れて行ってくれるのでコスパいいと思います。
クマ牧場の餌やりは楽しいですし、最後の支笏湖の夕日は時間のタイムリーも考えてくれているのか本当に綺麗な夕日が見れました。ありがとうございます。

You wouldn't be able to visit this many spots in one go even if you drove yourself. Plus, considering the highway tolls, it's quite satisfying.

自分で運転してもコンパクトにこれだけのスポットを一度に回れないでしょう。しかも高速代とか考えると、満足です。

This time, I participated in a bus tour during summer vacation. The content of the tour was good, but the lunch buffet I was looking forward to was extremely disappointing. I don't expect high-end ingredients, but I would enjoy it if there were more variety. There were about 20 participants this time, and although there seemed to be enough space on the bus, the seats were narrow and cramped. I thought it would be nice if there was a bit more consideration for that. The return trip to Sapporo took about three hours, and the mountain roads were tough. It would have been better if we had used the expressway earlier to get back a bit faster. I had a good impression from the last tour I participated in to Shakotan and Yoichi, so this time was disappointing.

今回、夏休みを利用しバスツアーに参加しました。ツアーの内容は、良いのですが、楽しみにしていた昼食バイキングの内容が酷く期待はずれでした。高級な食材を望んでいませんが品数が多ければ楽しめます。今回、参加者が20名でバスの席に余裕がある様でしたが、席間が狭く窮屈でした。
もう少し配慮していただけると、良いなと思いました。帰りの札幌迄の時間が3時間程かかり、山道でしんどかったです。早めに高速に使用し少しでも早く帰れたら良かったです。前回、積丹、余市方面のツアーに参加した時のイメージが良かったので、今回は、残念でした。

I am very satisfied because I was able to visit various places in one day! However, since there are many places to go, the time spent at each ability is a bit short. It might not be suitable for those who want to take their time. But the bus guide was really nice and it was fun. I would like to experience it again!

I wanted to have a bathroom break because there might be accidents before reaching the destination. I hope they can improve the fact that there are about 3 hours and 30 minutes from Sapporo to Shakotan without a bathroom break.

Also, the tour guide was a foreigner, and while I’m not sure if it was an inbound-focused policy, their Japanese was not very proficient, and they were trying hard to explain in English, Chinese, and Korean. I was especially disappointed because I had high expectations and felt reassured after the last tour from Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go, where the tour guide was great.

Could this be a downside of the increasing number of tourists from overseas? By the way, out of 24 people, 7 were Japanese. It felt more like a tour aimed at overseas tourists rather than domestic ones.

目的地に着くまでにアクシデントがあるかも知れないのでトイレ休憩がほしかったです。
札幌から積丹までの約３時30分間トイレ休憩無しなのは改善してほしいです。
また、添乗員さんが、外国の方でインバウンド向けの方針かわからないけれど、日本語は、あまり得意ではなく英語と中国語　韓国語など説明を頑張っていました、
前回、金沢から白川郷のツアーと添乗員さんが良かったので期待と安心してたので尚更残念でしたた。
海外からの観光客が増えていることの弊害でしょうか?ちなみに24名中7名が日本人でした。
国内より海外向けの方向のツアーのような気がしました。

I just wanted to confirm the meeting place, but I was annoyed that I had to pay for the call on the navigation dial. There were many spots that looked great for photos, but when I was on my own, I found myself with a lot of free time during the free activities. On the bus, the sunlight was harsh coming from the right on the way there and from the left on the way back. I was sitting right in the middle of the curtain, so the person in front didn’t close it for me, and neither did the person behind me, which was tough.

集合場所確認したかっただけなのに電話したらナビダイヤルで通話料取られるのが腹立った。
写真映えはする場所が多かったが1人だと自由行動の時結構時間を持て余した。
バスは行きは右から、帰り左からの日差しがきつかった。ちょうどカーテンの真ん中の席だったので前の人はこっちまで閉めてくれないし後ろの人も閉めてくれずつらかった。

I participated with my mother in her 60s. I feel that the charm of the bus tour is being able to travel comfortably without the need to rent a car and drive in the vast Hokkaido. Thanks to the favorable weather, we were able to fully enjoy the magnificent nature at both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, and I felt it was a great location to participate in. The tour schedule and the time allocated at each spot were just right, and the guide's instructions were smooth, which made me feel at ease. During the travel, there was an audio guide (available in multiple languages) that provided knowledge about the characteristics of the regions we passed through, local legends, and the animals that inhabit the area, allowing us to spend our time without getting bored. The meals included dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients, and both the quantity and quality were satisfying. Everyone participating adhered to the meeting times, and no one was late, which made for a pleasant experience as everyone acted with ample time.

60代の母と2人で参加しました。広大な北海道で自分でレンタカーを借りて運転する必要なく快適に旅行できる点が、バスツアーの魅力だと感じています。天気に恵まれたこともあり、支笏湖、洞爺湖ともに雄大な自然を満喫できて参加してよかったと感じるロケーションでした。ツアーこスケジュール感や各スポットでの時間配分が丁度よく、ガイドさんの誘導もスムーズで安心できました。移動の車中では音声ガイド(多言語対応)があり、通過する地域の特色や伝承、生息している動物に関する知識、支笏湖や洞爺湖の豆知識を聴くことができ飽きずに過ごせました。食事の内容も北海道の食材を使った料理もあり、量と質ともに満足できる内容でした。参加している方は集合時間をきちんと守る方たちで全員遅れることなく、みなさん時間に余裕を持った行動をしていたので気持ちが良かったです。

I was impressed that we could see all of this in just one day. The time spent at each location was just right. The bus was spacious, and the guide provided accurate information.

1日でこれだけ全部見ることができることに感動です。
1箇所での滞在時間もちょうど良かったです。
バスも広々し、ガイドさんも的確なガイドをしてくださいました。

The bus reception, the guide, and the driver were all foreigners. However, I was able to spend my time without any issues. The time spent at each sightseeing spot was just right, and I was able to enjoy the tour without getting bored. Unlike typical budget bus tours, I was relieved that I wasn't forced to visit souvenir shops. The guide was also very considerate at each destination and was a nice person. Lake Shikotsu was very beautiful. I would like to participate in other bus tours from Veltra when I visit Hokkaido again.

バス受付、ガイドさん、運転手さん全て外国人でした。が、困る事なく過ごせました。
各観光地での時間もちょうど良く、飽きる事なく観光できました。よくある格安バスツアーのごとく、無理矢理お土産屋さんに連れて行かれる事なく安心です。
ガイドさんも行く先々、気にかけてくださり良い人でした。
支笏湖とても綺麗でした。
また北海道に行く際はベルトラさんの他のバスツアーにも参加したいです。

The tour of Lake Hill Farm, Lake Toya, Mount Usu, Showa Shinzan, and Hell Valley allowed us to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace. The views from Mount Usu, especially of the Pacific side and Lake Toya, were particularly impressive, and both the meals and snacks were delicious, leaving us very satisfied.

However, it was a bit disappointing that lunch and the ropeway were charged separately, making it more expensive than other tours. I wish at least one of those had been included in the tour price.

レークヒル･ファームも洞爺湖も有珠山と昭和新山も地獄谷も
すべて余裕を持って景色を楽しめるツアーでした。
特に有珠山から見る太平洋側と洞爺湖側が印象深く、
食事も間食もおいしくて大満足でした。

ただし、昼食とロープウェイが別途料金であるにも
他のツアーより高いということが唯一残念なことでした。
一つでもツアーの料金に含めたらと思いました。

I love Hokkaido, but I don't think I'll ever come back here. After eating food at a roadside station I stopped by, I immediately felt unwell on the bus. I was scared that it might be related.

北海道大好きだけど、ここは二度といかないと思う。寄った道の駅にある食べ物を食べたら、直ちにバスの中で体調を崩した。関係あるかわからないか怖かった。

The guide was bright and cute, creating a very pleasant atmosphere on the bus. The advice at the drop-off point was spot on, and the instructions for delicious food, photo spots, and restrooms were easy to understand. The driver also kindly said "Have a good time" each time we left, which was nice. Everyone kept to the meeting times, and we had a fun day. Thank you!

明るくて可愛いガイドさんで、バスの中も大変和やかな雰囲気でした。
降車地でのアドバイスも的確で、美味しい食べ物や写真スポット、トイレの指示もわかりやすかったです。
運転手さんも１回１回行ってらっしゃいと行ってくれて感じが良かったです。
皆さん集合時間も守られてて、１日楽しく過ごせました。

In July, during another Furano tour (where lunch was an omelet curry course), the omelet curry was served cold, which was a bit disappointing. However, this time at the Furano Wine House, we enjoyed warm cheese fondue and hamburger steak, which were very delicious. The stops were carefully selected, and above all, we were blessed with great weather, making it a fantastic experience.

Many participants in the course were seasoned travelers, and the progress was so smooth that the bus left even before the meeting time. The bus guide and driver were also wonderful, making us feel secure in our participation. Thank you very much. I would like to join again during the lavender season.

7月に別の富良野ツアー（ランチがオムカレーのコース）ではオムカレーが冷めていてちょっと残念だったのですが、こちらは富良野ワインハウスで温かいチーズフォンデュとハンバーグステーキが供され、とてもおいしくいただきました。立ち寄る場所も厳選されていて、何よりお天気に恵まれて最高の体験になりました。
コースに参加された皆さんも慣れた方が多く、集合時間前にはバスが出発しているくらいスムーズな進行でした。バスガイドさん、ドライバーさんもとても素敵な方で、安心して参加できました。ありがとうございました。ラベンダーの季節にまた参加したいと思います。

The Blue Pond is said to be affected by the weather, and I heard that there are days when it doesn't look very blue, but despite the rain starting to fall, it was a beautifully blue pond like something out of a painting.

However, it seems that this tour is geared towards international travelers, as we were the only Japanese participants. The guide was proficient in Chinese and English, but mentioned that they were a bit less confident in Japanese. Still, they made an effort to talk to us, the only two Japanese people, and took photos for us, which made for a comfortable experience.

The bus was a minivan and felt a bit cramped, but you could sleep if you wanted to. The windows were large, so you could see the scenery well.

The duration of the stay was just right, and the meeting place at Sapporo Station was easy to find, so there were no downsides.

I highly recommend it!

青い池は天気に左右されるそうでそんなに青くない日もあると聞きましたが、雨が降り始めていたにも関わらず、絵に描いたような青色の池で綺麗でした。
ただこのツアー自体海外旅行向けサービスらしく日本人の参加者は自分たちだけでした。ガイドの方も中国語と英語が得意だそうで、日本語は少し苦手だと仰っていました。それでも2人しかいない日本人の私たちに話しかけていただいたり写真を撮っていただいたりと気に掛けていただいて、快適な体験ができました。
バスはミニバンで少し狭くは感じましたが、寝ようと思えば寝れます。窓も大きいので景色もしっかり見れます。
滞在時間もちょうど良かったですし集合場所も札幌駅でわかりやすくて悪いところないです。
めちゃくちゃおすすめです。

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and we ended up walking in the rain in Otaru. We had no choice but to go museum hopping. Despite it being the off-season in October, there were many tourists. Due to the high prices of meals, we found ourselves searching for cheaper places to eat. A small seafood bowl cost ¥2,980.

On the Shakotan Peninsula, the wind was strong, so we returned to the bus early. The bus was comfortable, so the weather really determines the experience in Hokkaido during the off-season.

残念ながら天気が悪く、小樽では雨の中を歩くことになりました。仕方ないので美術館めぐりとしました。
10月のシーズンオフなのに観光客が多い。食事の単価が高いこともあり安い店を探して歩き回ることになった。小鉢の海鮮丼が\2980でした。
積丹半島では、風が強く早々にバスに戻りました。バスの中は快適でしたので、シーズンオフの北海道は天気次第ですね。

The 400 km journey was quite difficult for me to manage on my own, but since I wasn't driving, I was able to look around and even doze off a bit while visiting various places, which was great. However, the time spent at each location was a bit short. The description of Hell Valley mentioned a foot bath, but there was really no time for that. I love breathtaking views, so I was very satisfied to see beautiful scenery in various places, and the bear ranch was also interesting. If I had to say, I feel like it would have been better to skip Hell Valley and go for the Usuzan Ropeway instead. Overall, it was a very satisfying day.

1日400kmの行程は、自分ではなかなか行きにくいけど、運転しないのでキョロキョロしたり居眠りもしながら色々周れて良かった。
ただ、各場所の滞在時間は短め。
地獄谷の説明には、足湯があると書いてあったが、とてもそんな時間は無い。
絶景が好きなので、きれいな景色が色々見れたことは大満足だし、熊牧場もおもしろかった。
しいて言えば、地獄谷やめて有珠山ロープウェイとかの方が良い気がする。
トータル的には大満足の1日でした。

The climb up the Usuzan Ropeway and the path to the observation deck was quite challenging. The bear ranch had young bears and there was also a shrine, which was enjoyable.

有珠山ロープウェイで登ってそこから展望台までの道はなかなかきつかったです。熊牧場は若い熊もいて神社もあって楽しかった。

I felt a bit rushed for time, but because of that, I was able to visit various places and see a lot! The tour guide was also interesting and it was fun. 😊

時間に少し追われる気分でしたが、その分色んなところに行けたし、見ることが出来きました！

Kamoi Cape and Otaru stroll. I had plenty of time to enjoy both. I walked from Minami-Otaru Station to Otaru Station, and there were various shops, making it lively. I would like to join this tour again.

神威岬、小樽散策。両方とも時間が充分で楽しめました。南小樽駅から小樽駅まで歩いてみたが、色んなお店があり賑やかだった。また参加したいツアー。

Most of the participants were foreign tourists. The tour guide was fluent in multiple languages and provided detailed explanations in three languages. Lunch was free, but the tour guide kindly recommended places (affordable and delicious options, and what to eat there), which I thought was truly wonderful, even though it was part of their job. The weather was also fantastic that day, and my friends who came from afar were very happy. I would like to participate again in a different season.

参加者はほぼ外国の観光客でした。添乗員さんが語学が達者で、３カ国語順番に丁寧に説明してくださってました。昼食は自由だったのですが、その添乗員さんがオススメの場所(安くて美味しく食べれるところや、ここはこれを食べたら良いとか)をこれまた親切に教えてくれて、仕事だとはいえ、とても素晴らしいと思いました。この日はお天気も最高で、遠方から来た友達もとても喜んでくれました。また別の季節でも参加したいです。

I had a great time visiting many places and enjoying the natural scenery! I wanted to see a little bit of various locations, so it felt a bit rushed at times, but for us, it turned out to be a very satisfying bus tour. There were also foreign travelers, but everyone was well-mannered, and I didn't have any unpleasant experiences on the bus. Our tour guide was from China, but their Japanese was excellent, and they provided a lot of information about souvenirs and the scenery visible from the bus window.

沢山の場所や自然の景色見て回れてとても楽しかったです！
色んなところをちょっとずつ見てまわりたかったので、少し慌ただしい感じはありましたが、私達的には大変満足なバスツアーになりました。
外国の人達もいましたが、皆さんマナーも良く特に嫌な思いもすることなくバスの中は過ごせました。
また添乗員さんも中国の方でしたが、日本語が大変お上手で沢山のお土産の情報や、車窓から見える景色について教えてもらいました。

The day I participated was perfectly clear, and the blue pond looked very clear and beautiful, which was moving. The lavender fields were also in full bloom, and I was able to see many beautiful flowers, which was great. The schedule was well-organized, and since it was my first time in Hokkaido, I was able to visit various places, which was very nice. The tour guide was a man, but he was very considerate, and the driver also prioritized safe driving, allowing us to participate in a very comfortable tour. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

ちょうど参加した日が快晴で、青い池がとても澄んで綺麗に見えて感動しました。
ラベンダー畑もちょうど満開で美しい花たちを沢山見られてとても良かったです。
タイムスケジュールもよく、初めての北海道だったのすが色々なところを見て回れてとても良かったです。
また添乗員さんも男の方でしたがとても気配りがよく、運転手さんも安全運転を心掛けていただき、とても快適なツアーに参加できました。
また何かあれば利用したいと思いました。

I think the travel itinerary was good, but I wonder why they chose a microbus. It was cramped, uncomfortable to sit in, and made me even more tired. I would have liked to know the type of bus in advance.

旅行の行程は良かったと思いますが、バスをなぜマイクロにしたのか、窮屈で座り心地も悪く、余計に疲れが増えました。あらかじめ、バスの車種もわかるようにして欲しかったです。

The earphone guide for the tourist attractions was playing on the bus, which helped me understand the sights well. I didn't mind the conversations of other guests, and I thought this was a great idea. The cheese fondue for lunch was delicious.

バスの中では観光地のイヤホンガイドが流れており、観光地のことが良くわかり良かった。
他のお客さんの話し声も気にならず、これはよいアイデアと思いました。
お昼ごはんのチーズフォンデュ美味しかったです。

I felt that the zoo was smaller than I expected, but it took about three hours to go around, so it was just right. I visited on a weekday, but there were a lot of middle school students there on a school trip, and it was quite noisy.

思ったより動物園は小さかった気がするが、一回りすると3時間くらいかかるのでちょうどよかった。平日参加したが、中学生が修学旅行でたくさんいてうるさかった。

The guide spoke Japanese, Chinese, and English, and provided us with photo spots, recommended souvenirs, and highlights each time, making for a more fulfilling day. However, since many tour participants gathered at the same meeting place at the same time, it was quite confusing. I finally found the group by asking the three people holding binders. I think it would be helpful to have clearer identification for the tour name to make it easier to find.

日本語、中国語、英語の3カ国語を話されるガイドさんで写真スポットやオススメのお土産、見どころを毎回教えてくださりより充実した１日になりました。
ただ何組ものツアー参加者が同じ集合場所の同じ時間だったのですごくわかりにくくバインダーを持っている３人に声をかけてやっと見つけられたのでツアー名がはっきりわかる等すぐにわかりやすくなる工夫をされるといいと思います。

The weather was bad, and I couldn't see the beautiful scenery. The only memory I have is of the bears at the bear ranch. I want to try again, but it's a bit too far, which is disappointing.

お天気が悪く、絶景が見えなかった。　クマ牧場のクマだけが思い出です。リベンジしたいけどちょっと遠すぎて、残念です。

I participated using a wheelchair, but I was able to enjoy the sightseeing smoothly without any issues. Thank you for your support. Additionally, I was glad to receive very helpful information about places to eat after sightseeing and about Sapporo city.
