A tour bus definitely needs a guide. They provide various detailed explanations and considerations. The recorded explanations for foreigners are also quite good. The Blue Pond was in the evening and it was late autumn, so the colors weren't that impressive, but when I walked in the opposite direction, I found some beautiful blue spots. I think summer might be the best time to visit.

If the time spent at each sightseeing spot were a bit longer, I could have taken photos more leisurely, but I felt like there were too many places packed into the itinerary. However, it might be a good course for first-timers. Overall, it was a healing tour.

やっぱり　観光バスにはバスガイドさんが必要ですね。いろいろ細やかな説明や配慮。外国人向けの録音による説明も　まあ　いいかな。青い池は夕方でしたし、季節も晩秋でしたので　色がいまいちでしたが、逆向きに歩いてみたら　きれいな青色が見えるところもありました。夏に来るのがベストかな？
　各観光地での見学時間がもう少し長ければ　ゆっくり写真を撮る事も出来ましたが、、、観光地詰め込み過ぎかなとも思いました。　でも　初めての方には　良いコースかも知れませんね。　全体としては癒されたツアーでした。

I was looking forward to Hokkaido!
On the day of the tour, it was raining for some reason...☔️
I was half resigned to the fact that the blue pond I was most excited about might not actually be blue, but it was definitely blue!! ^ ^ I was so moved! ^ ^
I heard that there is usually a huge traffic jam at the entrance, but maybe because of the weather, we were able to get in smoothly, which was actually a good thing. ^ ^
During the bus ride, we mainly had audio guides through earphones, but the bus guide was very nice and provided live commentary, creating a wonderful atmosphere. ^ ^
The other participants were also very well-mannered, with no one being late or talking loudly, which made it comfortable.
I would love to participate again! ^ ^

ツアーに参加する日だけなぜか雨…☔️
1番楽しみにしていた青い池は果たして青いだろうか？と半ば諦めていましたが、ちゃんと青かったです！！^ ^感動しましたー^ ^
通常は入り口から大渋滞になるらしいのですが、天気のせいかスムーズに入れてかえってよかったのかもって思いました^ ^
バス移動中は基本はイヤホンでの音声ガイドでしたが、バスガイドさんがとてもいい方で生のガイドもしていただき、とてもいい雰囲気でした^ ^
参加された方々もとてもマナーがよくて遅刻とか
大声でしゃべりまくるとかなくて、快適でした。
また参加したいと思いました^ ^

Due to the ropeway being out of service, I was torn between taking a route bus, the Hakodate Night View bus, or a taxi, and ultimately decided to use the taxi.

To conclude, it was fantastic. I would like to use it again the next time I visit Mount Hakodate. I also hope I can request the same driver next time.

With the driver's guidance, we smoothly navigated through the crowds at the summit, and he provided explanations about the night view and pointed out great photo spots. It was wonderful that he took photos while illuminating them with his light.

There were people standing on the route bus, and there was a long line at the summit. Thanks to choosing the taxi, I was able to avoid those issues, and with a set time of 60 minutes, it was easy to plan my schedule and allocate time for other sightseeing.

While the price is higher than the route bus, I recommend it for those who want to efficiently enjoy Hakodate sightseeing! Thank you to the driver in the Estima!!

ロープウェイが休止期間のため、路線バス、函館夜景号、タクシーのどれにしようか悩んだ結果、こちらのタクシーを利用しました。
結論から言うと最高でした。次回函館山に行く際も利用したいと思います。今回の運転手さんが指名できたら良いなとも思います。
運転手さん案内のもと、山頂の人混みのなかをスイスイと進み、夜景の解説や撮影スポットを教えてくださいました。運転手さん持参のライトで照らしながら写真を撮ってくださりとても良かったです。
路線バスは立ち乗車している人もいて、山頂では長蛇の列でした。タクシーにしたおかげでそれらを回避でき、60分と時間も決まっているので予定が立てやすく、ほかの観光に時間を割くことができました。
路線バスより値段は上がりますが、効率よく函館観光したい方におすすめです！

The autumn scenery in Biei shines in golden hues, and it truly offers breathtaking views that leave you speechless. I was really looking forward to this trip, but unfortunately, it rained, which was disappointing. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the hamburger for lunch. On the Furano and Biei course, many of the sights include a zoo, so I looked for options without that. I would love to see more courses that allow you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hokkaido, such as Oiwake Farm and the Somes Saddle in Sunagawa. I'm glad there weren't any visitors from China.

秋の美瑛は黄金色に輝いて、本当にため息しか出ないほど美しい景色を堪能できます。今回かなり楽しみにしていましたがあいにくの雨で残念でした。ただ、昼食のハンバーグは大変美味しくいただきました。富良野、美瑛のコースではどれを見ても動物園が入ってることが多いので、それ以外で探しました。是非北海道の美しい景色を堪能できるコースを増やしていただきたいです！追分ファームや砂川のソメスサドルなど。中国の方がいなくてよかったです。

You can enjoy sightseeing easily without a car, which can be quite challenging with a rental car. At first, I thought it would be nice just to see Lake Mashu, but I was truly moved by the sulfur mountain that I hadn't been aware of. You can feel the sulfur more closely than at Mount Aso in Kumamoto. It might soon be prohibited to get close to it, so now is the time to go.

You can be taken to the airport on the way back, but since it's around 4 PM, you'll have a bit of extra time. There are only flights to Sapporo during that time, so if you delay your start by about an hour and a half, you'll still make it to the next flight to Haneda.

レンタカーでも大変な、車なしならもっと大変な観光がお手軽にできます。最初は摩周湖だけでも見られたら良いかなと思っていましたが、意識していなかった硫黄山が感動です。熊本の阿蘇山より硫黄を身近に感じられます。そのうち近づくの禁止になるのではないでしょうか。行くなら今のうちです。

帰りに空港に送っていただけますが、16時前後なのでちょっと時間が余ります。その時間は札幌行きの便しかないので、開始を1時間半ほど遅らせてもらっても次の羽田便には間に合いますね。

The weather was cloudy, so the lake's blue wasn't as vibrant as expected, but the water was still very clear, and with the autumn foliage, there were many picturesque spots.

天候が曇り、なので予想より湖の青は感じられなかったけど、それでもとても水が綺麗で紅葉時期と重なり、写真映えするところがたくさんありました。

I participated with my fifth-grade grandson. He was really looking forward to his first visit to Asahiyama Zoo. Although it rained, the tour guide provided excellent information, and we were able to move around efficiently, which made us happy to complete our mission. The autumn leaves were beautiful, the bus was impressive, and with a small group, we had a relaxed experience. It was a comfortable trip, but the lunch buffet was disappointing, with few options and mediocre taste.

小学5年の孫一緒に参加。孫は初めての旭山動物園でとても楽しみにしていました。あいにくの雨ではありましたが添乗員さんの詳細情報が素晴らしく効率よくまわれ、ミッションクリアしたと喜んでいました。紅葉も素晴らしく、バスも立派で少人数で、ゆったり。快適な旅でしたが、ただお昼のバイキングは残念で品数も少なく、味もイマイチでした。

On my fourth solo trip to Hokkaido, I participated in a bus tour for the first time. I was able to visit not only Lake Shikotsu, which I had always wanted to see, but also Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, and Mount Usu. Despite the quick pace, I was blessed with good weather and was very satisfied.

Even though they are the same type of lake, the colors were completely different, and each offered a memorable landscape that I still can't forget, along with the tranquility of those scenes. The lunch I had while gazing at Lake Toya (was it too luxurious?) was also delicious.

During the travel, I was able to listen to interesting stories about the sights and their history through earphones, which made the long travel time enjoyable without feeling bored. A fond memory was finally seeing the summit of Mount Yotei (Ezo Fuji), which had been hidden by clouds throughout the tour, just before reaching Nakayama Pass.

4度目の北海道ひとり旅で、今回初めてバスツアーに参加しました。
ずっと行きたかった、支笏湖だけでなく洞爺湖、昭和新山&有珠山まで、駆け足ながらお天気にも恵まれ、大満足です。
同じ湖でも、湖の色がまったく違い、でもそれぞれに印象深い風景で、今でもあの光景と静けさは忘れられません。
洞爺湖を眺めながらいただいた昼食(豪華すぎる？)も、美味でした。
移動中も、イヤホンで観光案内やそこにまつわる歴史など、なかなか興味深い話が聞けて、長い移動時間も退屈する事なく過ごすことができました。
ツアー中、ずっと雲で隠れていた羊蹄山(蝦夷富士)の頂上が、中山峠の手前で最後に見れたのも良い思い出です。

This time, I participated in a bus tour during summer vacation. The content of the tour was good, but the lunch buffet I was looking forward to was extremely disappointing. I don't expect high-end ingredients, but I would enjoy it if there were more variety. There were about 20 participants this time, and although there seemed to be enough space on the bus, the seats were narrow and cramped. I thought it would be nice if there was a bit more consideration for that. The return trip to Sapporo took about three hours, and the mountain roads were tough. It would have been better if we had used the expressway earlier to get back a bit faster. I had a good impression from the last tour I participated in to Shakotan and Yoichi, so this time was disappointing.

今回、夏休みを利用しバスツアーに参加しました。ツアーの内容は、良いのですが、楽しみにしていた昼食バイキングの内容が酷く期待はずれでした。高級な食材を望んでいませんが品数が多ければ楽しめます。今回、参加者が20名でバスの席に余裕がある様でしたが、席間が狭く窮屈でした。
もう少し配慮していただけると、良いなと思いました。帰りの札幌迄の時間が3時間程かかり、山道でしんどかったです。早めに高速に使用し少しでも早く帰れたら良かったです。前回、積丹、余市方面のツアーに参加した時のイメージが良かったので、今回は、残念でした。

I am very satisfied because I was able to visit various places in one day! However, since there are many places to go, the time spent at each ability is a bit short. It might not be suitable for those who want to take their time. But the bus guide was really nice and it was fun. I would like to experience it again!

In mid-October, we were blessed with perfect weather, making it an incredibly enjoyable experience. The two-hour course included everything from explanations and changing clothes (putting on raincoats, boots, and life jackets) to the kayaking experience and receiving photos, so the actual kayaking was probably about an hour. However, it was quite satisfying due to the physical activity involved.

We paddled through a very calm and sparkling lake with a transparent bottom, with only the wind and waves from distant sightseeing boats creating some ripples. It was impressive how quiet it was, allowing us to hear the guide's voice clearly amidst the magnificent scenery.

The soft serve ice cream we had afterward was delicious! It was such a wonderful experience that I would love to go again in a different season.

10月の半ばで、これ以上ないお天気に恵まれて、最高に楽しい体験でした。
説明、着替え（カッパと長靴、救命胴衣の装着）、カヤック体験、写真受け取りまで全部含めて2時間のコースなので、カヤック自体は1時間くらいだったのでしょうか。でも、運動量もあるのでかなり満足感があります。
風や遠くの遊覧船で起こる波があるくらいでとても穏やかでキラキラの湖面を、底が透明なカヤックで進みます。雄大な景色の中なのに、ガイドさんの声がよく聞こえるくらい静かなのが印象的でした。
終わってから食べたソフトクリームの美味しかったこと！
また違う季節にも行ってみたいと思うくらい素敵な体験でした。

I just wanted to confirm the meeting place, but I was annoyed that I had to pay for the call on the navigation dial. There were many spots that looked great for photos, but when I was on my own, I found myself with a lot of free time during the free activities. On the bus, the sunlight was harsh coming from the right on the way there and from the left on the way back. I was sitting right in the middle of the curtain, so the person in front didn’t close it for me, and neither did the person behind me, which was tough.

集合場所確認したかっただけなのに電話したらナビダイヤルで通話料取られるのが腹立った。
写真映えはする場所が多かったが1人だと自由行動の時結構時間を持て余した。
バスは行きは右から、帰り左からの日差しがきつかった。ちょうどカーテンの真ん中の席だったので前の人はこっちまで閉めてくれないし後ろの人も閉めてくれずつらかった。

I participated with my mother in her 60s. I feel that the charm of the bus tour is being able to travel comfortably without the need to rent a car and drive in the vast Hokkaido. Thanks to the favorable weather, we were able to fully enjoy the magnificent nature at both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, and I felt it was a great location to participate in. The tour schedule and the time allocated at each spot were just right, and the guide's instructions were smooth, which made me feel at ease. During the travel, there was an audio guide (available in multiple languages) that provided knowledge about the characteristics of the regions we passed through, local legends, and the animals that inhabit the area, allowing us to spend our time without getting bored. The meals included dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients, and both the quantity and quality were satisfying. Everyone participating adhered to the meeting times, and no one was late, which made for a pleasant experience as everyone acted with ample time.

60代の母と2人で参加しました。広大な北海道で自分でレンタカーを借りて運転する必要なく快適に旅行できる点が、バスツアーの魅力だと感じています。天気に恵まれたこともあり、支笏湖、洞爺湖ともに雄大な自然を満喫できて参加してよかったと感じるロケーションでした。ツアーこスケジュール感や各スポットでの時間配分が丁度よく、ガイドさんの誘導もスムーズで安心できました。移動の車中では音声ガイド(多言語対応)があり、通過する地域の特色や伝承、生息している動物に関する知識、支笏湖や洞爺湖の豆知識を聴くことができ飽きずに過ごせました。食事の内容も北海道の食材を使った料理もあり、量と質ともに満足できる内容でした。参加している方は集合時間をきちんと守る方たちで全員遅れることなく、みなさん時間に余裕を持った行動をしていたので気持ちが良かったです。

The tour of Lake Hill Farm, Lake Toya, Mount Usu, Showa Shinzan, and Hell Valley allowed us to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace. The views from Mount Usu, especially of the Pacific side and Lake Toya, were particularly impressive, and both the meals and snacks were delicious, leaving us very satisfied.

However, it was a bit disappointing that lunch and the ropeway were charged separately, making it more expensive than other tours. I wish at least one of those had been included in the tour price.

レークヒル･ファームも洞爺湖も有珠山と昭和新山も地獄谷も
すべて余裕を持って景色を楽しめるツアーでした。
特に有珠山から見る太平洋側と洞爺湖側が印象深く、
食事も間食もおいしくて大満足でした。

ただし、昼食とロープウェイが別途料金であるにも
他のツアーより高いということが唯一残念なことでした。
一つでもツアーの料金に含めたらと思いました。

The guide was bright and cute, creating a very pleasant atmosphere on the bus. The advice at the drop-off point was spot on, and the instructions for delicious food, photo spots, and restrooms were easy to understand. The driver also kindly said "Have a good time" each time we left, which was nice. Everyone kept to the meeting times, and we had a fun day. Thank you!

In July, during another Furano tour (where lunch was an omelet curry course), the omelet curry was served cold, which was a bit disappointing. However, this time at the Furano Wine House, we enjoyed warm cheese fondue and hamburger steak, which were very delicious. The stops were carefully selected, and above all, we were blessed with great weather, making it a fantastic experience.

Many participants in the course were seasoned travelers, and the progress was so smooth that the bus left even before the meeting time. The bus guide and driver were also wonderful, making us feel secure in our participation. Thank you very much. I would like to join again during the lavender season.

7月に別の富良野ツアー（ランチがオムカレーのコース）ではオムカレーが冷めていてちょっと残念だったのですが、こちらは富良野ワインハウスで温かいチーズフォンデュとハンバーグステーキが供され、とてもおいしくいただきました。立ち寄る場所も厳選されていて、何よりお天気に恵まれて最高の体験になりました。
コースに参加された皆さんも慣れた方が多く、集合時間前にはバスが出発しているくらいスムーズな進行でした。バスガイドさん、ドライバーさんもとても素敵な方で、安心して参加できました。ありがとうございました。ラベンダーの季節にまた参加したいと思います。

The Blue Pond is said to be affected by the weather, and I heard that there are days when it doesn't look very blue, but despite the rain starting to fall, it was a beautifully blue pond like something out of a painting.

However, it seems that this tour is geared towards international travelers, as we were the only Japanese participants. The guide was proficient in Chinese and English, but mentioned that they were a bit less confident in Japanese. Still, they made an effort to talk to us, the only two Japanese people, and took photos for us, which made for a comfortable experience.

The bus was a minivan and felt a bit cramped, but you could sleep if you wanted to. The windows were large, so you could see the scenery well.

The duration of the stay was just right, and the meeting place at Sapporo Station was easy to find, so there were no downsides.

I highly recommend it!

青い池は天気に左右されるそうでそんなに青くない日もあると聞きましたが、雨が降り始めていたにも関わらず、絵に描いたような青色の池で綺麗でした。
ただこのツアー自体海外旅行向けサービスらしく日本人の参加者は自分たちだけでした。ガイドの方も中国語と英語が得意だそうで、日本語は少し苦手だと仰っていました。それでも2人しかいない日本人の私たちに話しかけていただいたり写真を撮っていただいたりと気に掛けていただいて、快適な体験ができました。
バスはミニバンで少し狭くは感じましたが、寝ようと思えば寝れます。窓も大きいので景色もしっかり見れます。
滞在時間もちょうど良かったですし集合場所も札幌駅でわかりやすくて悪いところないです。
めちゃくちゃおすすめです。

The driver's knowledge was wonderful, and I learned various trivia. Additionally, being able to understand the background allowed me to see the buildings and scenery from a different perspective, for which I am very grateful. Furthermore, since we could discuss the destination on the day of the tour, I was able to see the places I wanted to, and it ended right on time, which was impressive. Thank you very much.

The tour guide was very efficient and had a good grasp of the content. The guided announcements on the bus were very helpful.

The climb up the Usuzan Ropeway and the path to the observation deck was quite challenging. The bear ranch had young bears and there was also a shrine, which was enjoyable.

有珠山ロープウェイで登ってそこから展望台までの道はなかなかきつかったです。熊牧場は若い熊もいて神社もあって楽しかった。

I felt a bit rushed for time, but because of that, I was able to visit various places and see a lot! The tour guide was also interesting and it was fun. 😊

I took a taxi tour from Asahikawa Airport to Biei and Furano. I was able to learn a lot not only about the sightseeing spots but also about the food, terrain, and seasonal attractions. Although I originally had a very tight schedule, the driver creatively adjusted the route to show me the autumn leaves, which was truly enjoyable. They were also familiar with great photo spots, and I was grateful for all the pictures taken. It was my first time in Hokkaido, and my first visit to Biei and Furano, but it turned out to be a really fun experience.

旭川空港から美瑛・富良野をタクシー観光しました。
観光地のことだけでなく、食べ物、地形、シーズン毎の楽しみなどたくさん教えてもらいながら観光をすることができました。
元々かなりタイトスケジュールで予定を組んでいたのですが、それプラスで道を工夫しながら紅葉を見せてくださったり本当に楽しかったです。またフォトスポットも把握されており、写真もたくさん撮っていただきありがたかったです。
初めての北海道で、美瑛・富良野も初めてでしたが本当に楽しい時間となりました。

The day I participated was perfectly clear, and the blue pond looked very clear and beautiful, which was moving. The schedule was well-organized, and since it was my first time in Hokkaido, I was able to visit various places, which was very nice. The tour guide was a man, but he was very considerate, and the driver also prioritized safe driving, allowing us to participate in a very comfortable tour. ちょうど参加した日が快晴で、青い池がとても澄んで綺麗に見えて感動しました。
ラベンダー畑もちょうど満開で美しい花たちを沢山見られてとても良かったです。

The earphone guide for the tourist attractions was playing on the bus, which helped me understand the sights well. I didn't mind the conversations of other guests, and I thought this was a great idea. The cheese fondue for lunch was delicious.

バスの中では観光地のイヤホンガイドが流れており、観光地のことが良くわかり良かった。

I participated alone.
From 8 AM to 5 PM, I was taken to famous spots with a guide for 5,600 yen, which is great.
Both the driver and the guide were nice people.

1人で参加ました。
8時〜17時まで、名所にガイド付きで連れて行ってくれて5,600円、最高です。
運転手さんもガイドさんも良い人でした。

I felt that the zoo was smaller than I expected, but it took about three hours to go around, so it was just right. I visited on a weekday, but there were a lot of middle school students there on a school trip, and it was quite noisy.

思ったより動物園は小さかった気がするが、一回りすると3時間くらいかかるのでちょうどよかった。平日参加したが、中学生が修学旅行でたくさんいてうるさかった。

If you're in Kushiro, a lake tour is a must, and I found that the Pikari boat was perfect for sightseeing. The weather was great, and since it was difficult to take a sightseeing boat on Lake Akan due to timing, we opted for a motorboat to see the scenic spots.

釧路ならば湖巡り、ということで調べて、ピカリ号がぴったりの観光内容でした。お天気もよく最高で、阿寒湖では遊覧船が時間的に難しかったのでモーターボートにのり景勝地を見ました

I finally got to go on the long-awaited day trip bus tour to Furano and Biei. This course departs from the Sapporo Station North Exit, which is very close to my accommodation, and covers all the places I wanted to visit. The reviews were good, so I decided to join!

It was a weekday at the end of September. The weather forecast predicted cloudy skies with occasional rain, but the bus was nearly full, and it seemed like all the participants were Japanese.

At our first stop, "Campana Rokkatei," we enjoyed the local specialty 'Furano Mochi' right there and also bought 'Campana Furano,' which is fresh grapes coated in white chocolate. Since it's a refrigerated item, we ate it on the bus... it was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness! (I noticed this was also available at the Hakodate store, but I wonder if the Marusei Ice Sandwich is not available at the Furano store?)

The lunch at "Furano Wine House," just a few minutes away, was as delicious as the reviews suggested, and I was very satisfied! Surprisingly, my husband, who usually dislikes pork, finished the 100% pork hamburger. (It was tender and the Japanese-style sauce was tasty.) Even I, who am not fond of solid cheese, found the mini cheese fondue here so good that I want to eat it again.

However, when we headed to the main destinations "Farm Tomita" and "Shikisai no Oka," it started to rain quite heavily, and I think it might have been a mistake to eat the cut melon and freshly baked melon bread beforehand, haha.

At our final stop, "Aoi Ike," there were unexpectedly few people, and I was able to take photos calmly even with a short stay. I guess the rain helped with that, haha.

In the end, it rained on and off all day, and unfortunately, the distant mountains weren't visible, but the scenery from the bus was nice, the food was delicious, and I was really glad I participated.

This tour had both a female driver and guide, who exchanged the towels laid on the steps during boarding and alighting, provided useful information at each location, and even offered tips for after plans based on our drop-off points. Their safe driving, enjoyable conversations, and thoughtful care were much appreciated.

Next time, I hope to join when the lavender is in bloom and the weather is perfect! Thank you for a truly wonderful time!

念願の富良野・美瑛日帰りバスツアー、こちらのコースは宿泊先からすぐの札幌駅北口出発、行きたいところを全て網羅、クチコミもよかったので参加を決定！
9月末の平日。天気予報は曇り時々雨でしたが、車内はほぼ満席で参加者は皆さん日本人だったような…。

最初の訪問地「カンパーナ六花亭」では名物『ふらの餅』をその場で頂き、生ぶどうをホワイトチョコでコーティングした『カンパーナふらの』も購入。冷蔵品なのでバスの車内で食べましたが…甘さ控えめで美味しい！(こちらは函館店にもありましたが、マルセイアイスサンドは富良野店には無いのかな？)

そこから僅か数分の「富良野ワインハウス」での昼食もクチコミ通り美味しくて大満足！
実は豚が苦手な夫もポーク100%のハンバーグを完食。(柔らかくて和風ソースが美味)
固形チーズが苦手な私もこちらのミニチーズフォンデュはまた食べたいと思うほど。

ただ…この後に向かったメインの訪問地「ファーム富田」や「四季彩の丘」では途中から結構な雨になり、カットメロンや焼きたてメロンパンを先に食べたのは失敗だったかも笑

最後の訪問地「青い池」は予想外に人が少なく、短時間の滞在でも落ち着いて写真が撮れました。これはきっと雨のお陰かな？笑

結局この日は一日中雨が降ったりやんだりを繰り返し、遠くの山々は残念ながら綺麗に見えなかったけど…車窓からの景色もよく、食事も美味しかったし、やっぱり参加してよかったと。

今回のツアーはドライバーさんもガイドさんも女性の方で、バスの乗降時にステップに敷いたタオルを交換してくれたり、現地での有益な情報や帰着時の場所ごとにアフタープランを練るヒントまで頂いて、安全運転は勿論、楽しい話しや細やかな気遣いが嬉しかったです。

次回はラベンダーの咲く頃、お天気が最高の時に参加できたらいいなー笑
