The weather was nice up to the red-crowned cranes, and it was great to see them flying. After that, it turned into a snowstorm, and the scenery wasn't very good anywhere. There were two buses, and one seemed to be mostly Japanese people, while I was on the bus with many Asian travelers. At Lake Akan, it was mixed with snow, and it was tough to kill an hour there. I thought it would be helpful if the Eco Museum could be the destination and if the bus could come closer. Do we really need an hour at Lake Akan?

丹頂鶴までは、天気も良く、飛ぶような姿も見れて良かったです。
その後、吹雪みたいになり、どこも景色がイマイチでした。
2台バス構成で、1台は日本人ばかりだったようで、私はアジア系の人の多いバスでした。
阿寒湖も吹雪混じりで、１時間を潰すのが大変でした、可能ならば、エコミュージアムを目的にしていただき、バスも近く迄来てくれたら助かるなぁ、と思いました。阿寒湖１時間いりますか？

For the people of Hokkaido, it felt like spring had arrived, with temperatures and clear skies no different from those in the Kanto region, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

From the top of Mount Usu, I was moved by the grandeur of Showa Shinzan and Lake Toya, the miracles of the Earth, and the local efforts to coexist with active volcanoes.

Usually, the temperature is significantly lower when getting off the ropeway compared to the base of the mountain, but this time I didn't mind at all and was able to fully appreciate the scenery from the heart.

I sat next to someone of the opposite sex who was also traveling alone on the bus, and our conversation picked up along the way, making me feel the joy of travel once again.

北海道の人にとって、春が来た？というほどの、関東と変わらぬ気温と快晴の空のもと、美しい景色を堪能しました。
有珠山の上から見た、昭和新山、洞爺湖の雄大さ、地球の奇跡、活火山と共存する地元のかたの取組の展示など、全てに感動です！
いつもならロープウェイ降りるとかなり山の下より気温が低いらしいのが、全く気にならず心から景色を堪能できました。
バス席は一人参加で、同じく一人参加の異性の方のとなりでしたが、途中から話が盛り上り、旅の楽しさを改めて感じました。

The drift ice has a different landing date every year, and this year I was lucky to see it on the second day of its landing, with beautiful weather. I want to go see it again next year.

I participated on February 17 from Osaka to see the penguin walk. The weather was favorable and the highway was smooth, so I was able to enjoy the park for a full three and a half hours. There was no wind, so it wasn't as cold as I had worried it would be, and I didn't need a hat or earmuffs. It was also good that I adjusted my timing, as I had no trouble finding a place for lunch. I enjoyed the break and shopping at the Sunagawa Service Area along the way. The bus guide's stories were interesting, and I enjoyed the unique information from a Hokkaido resident and the scenery from the bus without getting bored during the trip. Thank you very much.

ペンギンの散歩を見るため、大阪から2月17日に参加しました。
天候に恵まれ高速もスムーズだったので、園内3時間半たっぷり楽しめました。風もなかったので心配していたほど寒くもなく帽子や耳当ては不要でした。時間をずらしたのがよかったのか昼食休憩場所にも困りませんでした。
途中の砂川サービスエリアでの休憩＆買い物も楽しめました。
バスガイドさんのお話も興味深く、北海道民ならではの情報や車内からの景色など道中飽きることなく楽しめました。

I thought it would be quite difficult to travel around the Eastern Hokkaido region using public transportation, but then I learned about this tour. I believe it's very valuable to be able to visit so many sightseeing spots in just one day. It's also recommended for those who have a rental car but don't want to drive on snowy roads, as it's something they're not used to.

道東はなかなか公共交通機関での移動が厳しいと思っていた矢先にこのツアーを知りました。
一日でこれだけの観光地を回れるのは非常に価値があると思います。
レンタカーがあっても雪道の運転など慣れないことはやりたくない方にもおすすめです。

This was my second visit to the zoo. The last tour I participated in didn't have enough time because it stopped at other sightseeing spots, so this time I chose a tour with plenty of time. However, there was also a penguin walk, so in the end, we still didn't have enough time...
I think it can't be helped since the blizzard made the road conditions worse.
But once again, I was healed by the cute animals and I was very satisfied.
I'm thinking of going for my third visit in the summer.
The bus guide also taught us various things, and there was plenty of time for breaks, so it was great to be able to buy souvenirs and snacks!

２回目の動物園でした。前回参加したツアーは他の観光スポットも寄るため時間が足りなかったので、今回はたっぷり時間があるツアーを選択しました。でも、ペンギンのお散歩もあったので、結局時間は足りなかった…。
吹雪で道路事情も悪くなってしまったので、仕方がないかなと思います。
でも、今回も可愛い動物たちに癒されて大満足です。
３回目は夏にしようかなと思います。
バスガイドさんもいろいろ教えてくれたり、途中の休憩も十分時間があって、おみやげや軽食が買えて良かったです❗

Since there was no observation of the drift ice, I thought it might be a shopping voucher, but there was a 40-minute boat ride, and it was not eligible for a refund. That's a bit disappointing... However, I enjoyed spending more time at the Abashiri Prison. It was very spacious, and I had so much fun that I didn't have enough time. For lunch, I recommend the seafood bowl. It was delicious and left me full. I was lucky to get a seat on the Ryuhyo Monogatari. There were people standing. At Notoro Cape, the driver spotted birds and deer, which made it very enjoyable.

流氷は観測すらなかったからお買い物券かなと思ったけど、40分間の乗船があり、返金対象にはなりませんでした。ちょっと残念…。その分時間を網走監獄で多めに取って楽しみました。とても広くて時間が足りないくらい楽しかったです。昼食は海鮮丼がオススメ。美味しくてお腹いっぱいになりました。流氷物語号は座れたからラッキー。立ってる人もいました。能取岬では運転手さんが鳥や鹿を見つけてくれてとても楽しめました。

The guide was strictly providing information only in Japanese, but when I asked, they mentioned, "There are usually many people from China." The content of the tour was good, but on the bus, there were no other Japanese people besides my husband and me, which made it feel more like an overseas trip and added unnecessary pressure.

ガイドさんは割り切って日本語でのみ案内をしていましたが、聞けば「いつも中国の方が多いんですよ」とのこと。ツアーの内容は良かったが、バスの車中では私たち夫婦以外に日本人がおらず、まるで海外旅行のようで余計な気を使うことになってしまいました。

At Memanbetsu Airport, there were clear instructions for transportation, and the driver arrived early, which filled me with surprise and joy. Throughout the trip, the driver prioritized safety and drove at a comfortable speed, providing us with maximum freedom and flexibility without limiting our sightseeing time.

The final destination was a guesthouse, but we planned to stop by a supermarket along the way to purchase ingredients for dinner. The driver patiently waited for us, and we ultimately arrived at our destination safely. We were able to conclude our enjoyable two-day trip in Eastern Hokkaido without any issues. 女満別空港では、分かりやすい送迎の案内があり、ドライバーさんも早めに到着してくださっていて、とても驚きと嬉しさでいっぱいでした。
旅の間、ドライバーさんは安全を最優先に、安心できる速度で運転してくださり、私たちの観光時間を制限することなく、最大限の自由と柔軟性を与えてくれました。
最後の送迎先は民宿でしたが、その途中でスーパーに立ち寄り、夕食の食材を購入する予定がありました。ドライバーさんは辛抱強く待ってくださり、最終的に無事に目的地へ到着。楽しい道東二日間の旅を無事に締めくくることができました。本当にありがとうございました！

The driving was very careful, and the conversation was enjoyable, introducing us to delicious gourmet food from various places. Even when our schedule didn’t go as planned, they flexibly adjusted things to ensure we could enjoy ourselves freely. It's very convenient; you can visit many famous attractions in just one day. You can see the red-crowned cranes and swans, and touch the sulfur vents. The time spent at Lake Akan is relatively short, but it's enough to experience either ice activities or sightseeing.

很方便，一天就可以走完許多有名景點。看丹頂鶴、天鵝、去摸摸硫磺噴氣，阿寒湖停留時間比較短，但也夠體驗冰上活動或觀光走走擇一。

I was very satisfied to be able to visit all the places I wanted to go 🥰. The tour I participated in (in February) had a mix of participants: one-third were Chinese, one-third were Taiwanese, and one-third were Japanese. Everyone gathered on time without any delays, making for a stress-free trip. At the photo spots, the crew took a lot of pictures for us, creating wonderful memories.

私が参加したツアー(2月)は、中国人の方3分の1、台湾の方3分の1、日本人3分の1という割合でした。
皆さん時間に遅れることなく、きっちり集まりストレスのない旅でした。写真スポットの所では、乗務員の方がたくさん写真を撮って頂き良い思い出になりました。

The driver was a very kind and polite woman. I was able to go to all the places I wanted to visit, and I was very satisfied. The price was high, so I hesitated at first, but I was able to make effective use of my time, and I definitely want to use this service again.

とても優しくて丁寧な女性の運転手さんでした。行きたかったところへは全て行くことができ大満足でした。値段が高いから最初は迷ったけれど、時間を有効につかえ、ぜひまた利用したいと思いました。

I used the service for 3 hours, departing from the Asahikawa Hotel, and after stopping at the Christmas tree, Seven Mild Hill, and Shirahige Falls, I got off at Junpei. Originally, it was supposed to be about a 3.5-hour course, but I managed to complete it in under 3 hours by taking all the photos in just 5 minutes. The driver came to pick me up at the hotel lobby and communicated with me using a translation device, so everything went smoothly without any inconvenience. He took great photos and was very kind in guiding me, which I really appreciated. I brought a tripod, but I didn't need it. I plan to use this service again with my family next time.

3時間利用して旭川ホテルから出発し、クリスマスツリー - セブンマイルドヒル - 白ひげの滝 - タクシン館まで寄った後、順平で降りました。 元々3時間半くらいのコースですが、すべての写真を5分で撮って3時間以内に完成しました。 運転手さんがホテルのロビーに迎えに来てくださって、翻訳機でコミュニケーションしてくださって、不便なく無事に行ってきました . 写真もよく撮ってくださって親切に案内してくださってとても良かったです。 三脚を持って行きましたが、必要がありませんでした。 今度家族と一緒に利用しようと思います。 3시간 이용했고 아사히카와 호텔에서 출발하여, 크리스마스 나무 - 세븐마일드 힐 - 흰수염 폭포- 탁신관까지 들린 후 준페이에서 내렸어요. 원래 3시간 반정도 코스인데 모든 사진을 5분만에 찍어서 3시간 내에 완수했어요. 기사님이 호텔 로비에 데리러 와주시고, 번역기로 소통해주셔서 불편함없이 잘 다녀왔어요. 사진도 잘 찍어주시고 친절하게 안내해주셔서 너무너무 좋았습니다. 삼각대를 가져갔는데 필요가 없었어요. 다음에 가족들과 함께 이용하려구요.

As a resident of Sapporo, driving in winter can be challenging, so when it comes to using public transportation, I have to transfer to a bus at Asahikawa Station, which is often crowded and requires a long wait, making it difficult to find a seat. That's why I decided to use this tour.

There are several tours to Asahiyama Zoo, but this one allows for a longer stay of over three hours, which lets you fully enjoy the zoo, unlike others that stop at various sightseeing spots and have shorter zoo visits. The comfortable bus took us right to the entrance of the zoo, making it easier than going on my own.

The guide shared interesting information about the area and Hokkaido during the trip, which was beneficial even for someone like me who lives in Hokkaido.

Regarding the penguin walk, since I visited during a busy weekend, it's important to secure a good spot early, or it can be hard to see. I managed to get a front-row spot just 15 minutes before it started. Also, using an umbrella can be a nuisance to others, so having a hat is a good idea in case it snows.

札幌市民ですが、冬は運転が大変なので公共の交通機関で行くとなると、旭川駅でバスに乗り換え、バスは大混雑で長時間待つことになり座ることもできず・・など時間がかかってしまうので、こちらのツアーを利用しました。
旭山動物園へ行くツアーは他にもいくつかありますが、動物園以外にも観光スポットに立ち寄るため動物園の滞在時間が短く、こちらのツアーは滞在時間が3時間以上あり、動物園を満喫することができました。設備の整ったバスで快適に動物園の門の前まで行くことができ、個人で行くより楽でした。
ガイドさんが道中、そこの土地についてや北海道について紹介してくれ、北海道に住んでいる私にとってもためになる内容でした。
ペンギンの散歩について
週末の混雑している時期に訪れたため、早めに場所取りをしないと見えにくい場所になってしまいます。15分前でぎりぎり前列を確保できました。また傘を使うと他の人の迷惑になってしまうので、帽子があると雪が降ったときなどにいいと思います。

I participated in early February, but I couldn't see the drift ice. The weather was good, so the Aurora cruise operated, but it only went around the nearby sea. The visit to Abashiri Prison took 75 minutes, but there wasn't enough time, so I just had a quick look. I didn't have time to choose souvenirs. If I had more time on the Aurora cruise, I would have liked to explore Abashiri Prison more leisurely.

I took the JR train to the meeting point in Abashiri, but it was on the same line as the Drift Ice Story train (which I realized upon reflection), and the tour included riding the Drift Ice Story train, going by bus from Abashiri to Kitahama Station, and then returning to Abashiri on the Drift Ice Story train, so it felt a bit off.

As for lunch, I felt it was unavoidable given the tour's itinerary. The time allocated for other locations was just right.

2月の上旬に参加しましたが、流氷は見られませんでした。天気はよかったので、おーろら号は催行しましたが、近くの海をぐるっとまわるだけでした。網走監獄は所要時間75分でしたが、時間が足りずにサラッと見て終わりました。お土産を選んでいる時間はありませんでした。おーろら号に乗っている時間があれば、網走監獄をもっとゆっくり見たかったです。
集合地点の網走までJRで向かいましたが、流氷物語号と同じ路線（考えてみれば気づくこと）で、ツアーの流氷物語号に乗車する内容でも、網走からバスで北浜駅に向かい、流氷物語で網走に戻るというツアーだったので、うーん、という感じでした。
昼食も、ツアーの内容なら仕方ないか、といった感じです。
その他の場所の所要時間はちょうどよかったです。

It was a cold day with snow falling, but I was able to see a group of king penguins on their walk. I've been to the zoo several times, but this was the first time I got to see the penguins' walk, and it was so moving that it made me forget about the cold.

雪の降る寒い日でしたがキングペンギンの集団お散歩を観る事が出来ました。何度か動物園には来ていますが初めてペンギンのお散歩を見れて寒さも吹き飛ぶ位の感動でした。

I'm glad I participated in the tour that was packed with places I wanted to visit. The travel time was long, and I was reminded once again of how vast Hokkaido is.

I was considering renting a car, but I was worried about driving on snowy roads and getting tired from long-distance driving. In that context, I appreciated that they picked me up at Memanbetsu Airport and took me to the hotel, providing a sense of security knowing I could take a nap and still arrive at the next destination. It was a 7-hour course, and they managed to cover almost all the places I requested. However, I had no sense of distance, so I only picked a few places I wanted to see, hoping to fit everything, including meals, within 7 hours. Unfortunately, we visited all the tourist spots I picked, and there wasn't enough time for a meal. I was really looking forward to the meal, so it would have been better if they had suggested cutting a few other spots if it seemed like we wouldn't have time for food. The driver was very kind, and their driving was professional—no complaints there. I felt it would have been nice to have some communication about the plan leading up to the trip (like the possibility of going over time if we extended to this spot, or how long it would take as a reference).

レンタカーも考えていたのですが、雪道が不安ということと、長距離の運転をすることで疲れが心配でした。そんな中、女満別空港まで迎えに来てくれて、最後はホテルまで送ってくれ、しかもうたた寝をしていても次の目的地に着いているという安心感がありました。7時間のコースでしたが、こちらがお願いしたところをほとんど回ってくれました。でも距離感とかさっぱり検討がつかなかったので、とりあえず見てみたい場所をピックアップしただけで、食事込みで7時間以内に収めてほしかったのですが、ピックアップした観光名所をすべて回り、食事の時間が取れませんでした。食事もすごく楽しみにしていたので、食事に行けなそうなら他の名所を何個か削る提案があったらなお良かったなと思いました。運転手さんはとっても優しくて運転もプロで文句なしです。旅行までの期間でプランのやり取り(この名所まで足を伸ばすと時間がオーバーする可能性がある、参考として○時間かかるなど)をできたら良かったなと感じました。

It was my first tour in Japan, and it was amazing. Since the bus tour seemed crowded, I opted for a taxi tour, which turned out to be a great choice. I was able to relax and enjoy the scenery. The driver was very kind, and thanks to him, I had a wonderful time.

I participated in a tour during the Spring Festival. There were probably only four Japanese people, and the rest were likely all Chinese. The tour guide was also a Chinese person who had been in Japan for two years. Anyway, the group was not punctual at all; we started late, and my concerns about the rest of the trip were confirmed as delays continued. A 10-minute delay was the norm. The only time we were on schedule was for the last restroom break at the service area. I felt sorry for the tour guide, who was anxious every time. Thank you for your hard work, especially when you hurried and stumbled!

春節真っ只中のツアーに参加しました。たぶん日本人は4人だけ。あとは、たぶん全員中国人。添乗員さんも来日二年目の中国の方。とにかく時間を守らない人達、先ず出発が遅れ、この先を案じるも期待を裏切らない遅れぶり。10分なんて当たり前。最後のSAのトイレ休憩が唯一時間通り。気の毒なのは添乗員さん毎回毎回気を揉んでました。慌てて転んだりほんとご苦労様でした！

Thank you for holding the welcome board and guiding us so well! You also took photos for us, and even though it was snowing and the roads were slippery, your driving was excellent and we had a great time! The ability to go only to the places we wanted was a major advantage.

I highly recommend it to Koreans. You can book with confidence! Especially if you have a group, it's great because you can split the fare. Anyway, during the peak season, a bus tour costs around 100,000 yen, so just come to Biei and take the taxi tour!

Departing from Asahikawa Zoo and returning to Asahikawa Station, the round trip takes about 4.5 hours. We visited several attractions and captured the white beard waterfall at sunset. The transportation here is not very convenient, so if you have three to four people, renting a car is a cost-effective choice.

旭川动物园出发，旭川站返回，来回4.5小时，几个景点都走到了，拍到了落日下的白须瀑布，这边交通不方便，如果有三到四人的话租车是一个性价比很不错的选择

It was a wonderful experience! The driver was a really nice person and amazing! Even though I lost my cellphone and couldn't find it, the driver found it during the final check in the car and brought it to the restaurant, which was truly great.

I made a reservation for four hours. Since taxi fares vary depending on the time, punctuality is essential. However, my taxi driver finished the schedule 15 minutes early. I was informed that I would have to exclude some plans because my proposed schedule exceeded the time, but I was disappointed that the tour ended early.

私は4時間の予約をしました。タクシー予約は時間に応じて料金が異なるため、時間厳守が必須です。しかし、私のタクシー運転手は予定を15分早く終わらせました。私が提示したスケジュールは時間を超過するため、いくつかの予定を除外しなければならないと案内されましたが、早くツアーを終えたことが残念でした。
