I was given a bus number at the reception, but there was nothing displayed on the bus, and when I asked the driver, he didn't know the number either. The seat number I was told at the reception was already occupied by someone else. Even when I tried to explain that the seat was different, I couldn't communicate because of the language barrier, so I felt uncomfortable from the start. I also think there was no need to stop at Shimamukui Coast, as there was nothing there.

受付でバスの番号を言われたが、バスには何も表示が無く、運転手さんに訪ねても運転手さんも番号を知らなかったし、受付で言われた座席の番号には他人が座っていた。
席が違う事を伝えても言葉がわからないので伝わらなく、最初から気分が悪かった。
バスのコースも島武意海岸は立ち寄っても何も無かったので立ち寄る必要は無いと思います。

This is hardly what you would call a tour. There was absolutely no explanation provided, the bus departed even though others were not on board, and the meeting time was not communicated unless we asked. The vehicle was not a bus but a HiAce. There were originally no details about how long we would stay where, and we had no idea what would happen when and where. In hindsight, it was good that we had over two hours in Otaru, but everything else was quite terrible. It was very disappointing to see some Japanese people talking loudly in the vehicle without consideration for others. I really don't want to use this service again; it was extremely disappointing. Please do something about employee training.

これはツアーとは言い難いです。
全ての説明は一切なし、他の方がバスに乗っていないのに発車する、集合時間もこちらが聞かないと言わない。乗り物もバスではなく、ハイエースでした。どこにどれくらい滞在するのかの詳細も元々ないですが、いつどこでどうなるのか全くわからずでした。結果論、小樽の滞在時間が2時間以上あった事はよかったですが、それ以外はなかなか酷かったです。日本人の方なのに車内で大声で話して、他の方に配慮がない方もいてとても悲しくなりました。もう2度と利用したくないレベルで非常に残念でした。まずは社員教育をどうにかしてください。

The bus was small and uncomfortable, and I had trouble finding a place for my luggage. As a result, I got a bit carsick. I think the tour guides will understand eventually, but the older ladies are worried about the restroom situation. I believe it would be good to inform everyone about the location of restrooms once we arrive at the sightseeing spot.

バスが小さく乗り心地が悪く、荷物の置き場に困った。なので、少し車酔いしてしまいました。添乗員のお姉さん達もいずれ分かると思いますが、おばさん達はトイレが心配なのです。
観光地に着いたら、トイレの場所を伝えた方が良いと思います。

It was a fun day tour!
I was able to take in the beauty of Hokkaido's nature.
I was also fortunate to have a great driver and guide, and I'm really glad I participated!
I was introduced to a lot of delicious food and felt completely satisfied! It was a day filled with happiness!

About 80% of the visitors were from overseas, but I didn't have any particular concerns and enjoyed my time. I was able to efficiently visit many tourist spots, and I highly recommend it. The guide was also wonderful, providing assistance in three languages.

海外の方が8割ぐらいでしたが、特に気になることもなく楽しめました。
効率よく沢山の観光地を訪れることができ、オススメです。
またガイドさんが3ヶ国語で対応され素晴らしかったです。

A family trip to Hokkaido for five people.
It was a bus tour from Sapporo that allowed us to fully enjoy Asahiyama Zoo for a whole day.
Even though it was during Golden Week, there was no traffic, and the drive was smooth, which was great and stress-free.
It was nice to hear the fun talk from the bus guide again after a long time, and the nostalgic Showa vibe was pleasant.
I’m looking forward to enjoying another sightseeing bus tour next time! ♪

家族5人の北海道旅行。
札幌からのバスツアー、旭山動物園をしっかり一日楽しめるツアーでした。
ＧＷでしたが、渋滞も無くスムーズにドライブ頂き、ストレス無く良かったです。
バスガイドさんの楽しいトークも、久しぶりに聞けて、昭和な感じも良かったです。
また、次回も観光バス楽しみにしております♪

The weather was great, and it was the perfect day. The tour guide was very kind and provided detailed explanations at key points, which made it even more enjoyable. Every place was beautiful, and I would highly recommend this tour.

It was a tour that efficiently took us to places we couldn't visit on our own! The bears we saw up close were impressive, and the Ezo bear cubs were incredibly cute! At the end, we were worried about missing our flight due to the time at Lake Shikotsu, but our guide provided us with precise advice. We called a taxi to Lake Shikotsu instead of going to the final destination with the other tour guests, and we made it to New Chitose Airport safely! Thank you, guide, for your accommodating attitude! We were blessed with great weather and had an amazing trip to Hokkaido!

自分では回れないような所を効率良くまわってくれるツアーでした！間近で見たクマは迫力ありましたし、エゾクマの赤ちゃんはとてもかわいかった！最後の支笏湖で帰りの便に間に合わなくなってしまうので、ガイドさんに的確なアドバイスを頂き、そこで他のツアー客とは最終地点までいかずタクシーを支笏湖まで呼び千歳空港まで無事間に合いました！ガイドさん！嫌な顔せず対応してくれてありがとうございました！天候にも恵まれ最高な北海道旅行を楽しめました！

No member was late for any stop. Everything was smooth; our guide was nice and spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese. Though the weather wasn’t good in the morning, overall it was a nice trip.

As mentioned in other comments, there are many foreign participants, but the guide diligently called for punctuality in three languages! We were able to complete the entire itinerary without any delays.

The cherry blossoms at Hokkaido Shrine were truly beautiful. In Shakotan, there was an incredible strong wind, but I was satisfied to see the stunning Shakotan Blue sea. We had nearly two and a half hours in Otaru, but with so many tourists, time flies by quickly with lunch and shopping. It might be a good idea to have a list of stores you want to visit in advance.

北海道神宮の桜は本当にきれいでした。
積丹はとんでもない強風でしたが、美しい積丹ブルーの海を見れて満足です◎
小樽は2時間半近く時間がありましたが、観光客も多いのでお昼ご飯＆買い物であっという間に時間がきます。ある程度行きたい店の目星をつけておくのがいいかもしれません。

Most of the participants were foreigners, but the guide was very friendly and communicated in Japanese, English, and Chinese, allowing us to have a fun day. In just one day, we were able to visit various places, and the weather was nice, so we took a lot of great photos.

参加者がほとんど外国人なのですが、ガイドさんがとてもフレンドリーで日本語、英語、中国語の三カ国語で対応してくれて、楽しい一日を体験できました。たった一日だけで色んなところに行けて、天気も良くていい写真がいっぱい撮れました。

The tourist spots and the tour guide were good.

There were delays with participants at every meeting time. Unfortunately, it was only the foreign guests. In the end, the planned sightseeing destination was removed, which was really frustrating.

Although it was a different location, this was my second time using the service. Just like last time, there were many foreigners. The tour guide was also very polite in three languages. I would like to participate again somewhere.

I participated because I wanted to see the cherry blossoms in Hokkaido. The Shakotan Blue at Cape Kamoi is amazing. I was able to stroll leisurely in Otaru. The 5 PM parade at Shiroi Koibito Park was wonderful.

北海道の桜が見たくて参加しました。神威岬の積丹ブルーは最高です。小樽はゆっくり散策できました。白い恋人パークでは17時のパレードが素敵でした。

This is my fifth time participating in a day trip bus tour with Beltora. Once again, we were lucky not to be caught in the rain, and we enjoyed the beautiful Shakotan Blue of the Sea of Japan. In Otaru, we had 2 hours and 30 minutes of free time to enjoy seafood bowls and stroll along the Otaru Canal, which was a lot of fun. At the Shiroi Koibito Park, I bought some park-exclusive sweets as souvenirs. I believe there was a Chinese tour guide who provided guidance in fluent English and Japanese, which made foreign guests feel comfortable and enjoy the experience. I definitely want to participate in another bus tour with Beltora.

自分は今回でベルトラさんの日帰りバスツアーの参加5回目です、今回も雨に降られず楽しい積丹ブルーの日本海、小樽では2時間30分の自由時間で海鮮丼をたべたり、小樽運河を散策したりと楽しい時間でした、白い恋人パークではパーク限定のお菓子をお土産で買いました、あとは中国の添乗員さんだと思いますが、流暢な英語と日本語で案内してくれたので、外国人のお客さんも安心して楽しまれてました、またぜひベルトラさんのバスツアーに参加したいと思います。

It was great to visit places like Cape Chikyu and Showa Shinzan, which are difficult to reach by train. Since we stopped by many places in one day, it was a bit hectic, but I never felt like I had too much free time.

地球岬や昭和新山などは電車では行きにくいところなので、今回のツアーで巡れて良かったです。1日で多くのところに立ち寄るので少し忙しないですが、時間を持て余すこともなかったです。

It was a tour that allowed us to fully enjoy southern Hokkaido from Sapporo! There were many inbound participants, and only two groups of Japanese, but the guide was multilingual, which made for a fun time!

札幌から南の北海道を存分に楽しめるツアーでした！インバウンドの方が多く参加されていて日本人は２組だけでしたが、ガイドの型が多国語を操る方で楽しい時を過ごせました！

It was great that we could efficiently visit places we wouldn't normally go to on our own through the bus tour. We even experienced a blizzard at high altitudes, which allowed us to fully enjoy Hokkaido. The lunch was also a well-balanced meal, and I was very satisfied.

I participated in the tour with the intention of visiting the bear farm. It was fun to revisit the bear farm after several years. Previously, the bears were lively and bustling, but this time they seemed somewhat lacking in energy and it felt a bit lonely. The tour progressed at just the right pace. I was told there were foot baths and hand baths, but there was no explanation of where those spots were.

くま牧場目当てでツアー参加しました。
何年ぶりかでくま牧場を再訪でき、楽しかったです。以前は熊達が総立ちで賑わしかったのですが、今回は皆心なしか元気が無く寂しい感じがしました。ツアーは、丁度いい位の進み具合でした。足湯や手湯が有ると言われただけでどこにそんなスポットが有るかは説明無しでした。

There were more overseas guests than Japanese people.
But the guide explained in three languages.
After finishing listening in Japanese, I would take a nap and wake up at the sightseeing spot.
I was playing by guessing the meaning in English and checking my answers in Japanese by myself.

At the sightseeing spots, the guide would address each person in a way that suited them, so there were no problems.

Everyone was quiet on the bus, and the gathering went smoothly.

I was able to see various landscapes in one day.

For dinner, I went to the Genghis Khan restaurant that the guide recommended, and it ended up being a fulfilling day!

I was a bit anxious since it seemed like an inbound tour, but the tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, Chinese, and English, so there were no issues with understanding, and we could enjoy the sightseeing without any problems. The time allocation was just right, allowing us to enjoy the sights and visit souvenir shops. It was also great that the tour ended at 6 PM, making it easy to plan for after activities like dining or enjoying the night view, especially since it's a tour for places that are difficult to visit without a rental car.

インバウンド向けのツアーのようだったので不安がありましたが、添乗員さんが日本語
中国語・英語で説明、聞き取りづらいこともなく問題なく観光できました。
時間配分もほどよく観光できてお土産屋を見られて楽しめました。
レンタカーなどを利用しないと観光が難しい場所のツアーで18時に終了するのでその後の予定も組みやすい点（食事や夜景など）が大変良かったです。

Jigokudani, Sairo, Chikyumisaki, Lake Shikotsu, and Showa Shinzan each had a stay of about 30 minutes. It felt a bit busy as we took photos and then gathered together. Since Lake Toya is a hot spring town, it was nice to have restaurants and souvenir shops where everyone could spend their time freely.

地獄谷、サイロ、地球岬、支笏湖、昭和新山はそれぞれ滞在時間３０分ほどでした。写真を撮ったら集合、という感じでちょっと忙しかったです。洞爺湖は温泉街ということで飲食店やお土産屋さんがあり各自で自由に過ごすことができて良かったです。

It was a very cold day, but both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya were very beautiful. The view from Mount Usu was also wonderful, and I was very satisfied.

At first, I was planning to take the train from Sapporo, but as I researched, I found it quite far and time-consuming, so I discovered this tour. It’s really convenient since you just sit back and get taken there without any hassle.

On this day, the road conditions were very good, and we arrived much earlier than expected, which gave us more time for sightseeing—what a lucky break! The guide was also a fun and kind person.

I had heard that the penguin walk only happens in the morning in March, so I had given up on that, but to my surprise, they held the walk in the afternoon too! It was a delightful surprise.

I highly recommend this tour for anyone considering visiting Asahiyama Zoo from Sapporo.

はじめは札幌から電車で行くつもりでしたが、ずいぶん遠くて時間もかかるなぁと調べているうちに、こちらのツアーを発見。
迷わず座っているだけで連れて行ってもらえるので楽ちんです。
この日は道路事情がとても良くずいぶん早く到着したため、見学できる時間が予定よりも長くなってラッキーでした♪
ガイドさんも楽しく親切な方でした。
3月はペンギンのお散歩は午前のみと聞いていたので諦めていましたが、まさかの午後もお散歩開催！
嬉しいサプライズでした。
札幌拠点の観光の方で旭山動物園を検討されている方には、是非オススメしたいツアーです。

I thought it was cold, but it didn't bother me.
I enjoyed the ropeway at Mount Usu.
Everyone was punctual, and the movement and shopping went smoothly without any concerns.

The male guide and driver were excellent! 😄 There were only two groups of four Japanese people among a full bus, but there was no one making noise, and everyone kept to the meeting time, so I had nothing to worry about. Thank you for a wonderful day! 💕

The meeting place was hard to find...
There was a guide on the bus, and it was a tour with audio streaming through earphones.
The Okurayama Jump Stadium had a stunning view!
At Shiroi Koibito Park, I was able to buy sweets that can only be found there.
There were just so many tourists. The checkout line was very long.
The outer market was small.
The seafood bowl was exquisite!
I think this plan for half a day at this price is very reasonable.

集合場所が分かりにくかったです…
バスの中にはガイドさんもいますが、イヤホン付けて音声が流れてくるツアーでした。
大倉山ジャンプ競技場は、絶景でした！
白い恋人パークは、そこでしか買えないスイーツを買えました。
とにかく観光客が多かったです。レジも長蛇の列でした。
場外市場は少なかったです。
海鮮丼絶品でした！
半日でこのプランでこのお値段はとても良心的だと思います。

I participated in the tour in late March. This place wasn't too cold, and although there was still some snow, it didn't fall during our tour that day. There was only one other group of Japanese people besides us. The guide was from China and provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. His Japanese was quite good, but if you don't pay close attention, you might miss important information... The bus etiquette of the foreign guests was very poor. The couple sitting next to me stood up dozens of times while the bus was moving to get their luggage from the overhead compartment or to change seats with each other. I was really worried they might stumble and fall over into my space.

3月後半に参加しました。
こちらの場所はそんなに寒くもなく、雪は残ってましたがこの日のツアーの間は降りませんでした。
私たち以外に日本の方はもう一組だけでした。
ガイドさんは中国の方で、日本語、英語、中国語で説明してくださいました。
日本語お上手ですが、しっかり聞いてないと、大切なことを聞き逃してしまいます…
外国の方のバスのマナーがとても悪かったです。
横の席のご夫婦は、走行中に何十回と立ち上がり、棚の上の荷物を取ったり前後で席を変わったり。よろけてこちらに倒れてくるんじゃないかとヒヤヒヤしてました。

It was cloudy when I left Sapporo. I'm glad I didn't get caught in the rain. The wind was strong everywhere, but it was very beautiful. It was my first time participating, and it was great. I want to go again in the summer.
