The water buffalo cart, mangrove tour, and Taketomi Island were all fantastic. I'm really glad I participated in this tour.

It was tough to wake up early, and it was disappointing that the soup and rice for lunch were cold.

水牛車もマングローブ遊覧も竹富島もすごく良かったです。
このツアーに参加して本当に良かった。

朝が早いのが大変だったのと、昼食のお吸い物とご飯が冷めていたのは残念でした。

The moss phlox was almost in full bloom, and I was able to enjoy its fragrance. There were many different varieties of tulips, and they were very beautiful. Although the bus ride was quite long, it was a great bus trip.

芝桜ほぼ満開で香りも楽しめました。
チューリップも色々な種類があってとても綺麗でした。バス走行距離ありましたが良いバス旅でした。

The Ishigaki Island trip and the Mijima tour were great. It was my first experience with mangroves and water buffalo. I was moved. Taketomi Island was a bit lacking, but it was so unique that it didn't feel like I was in the same Japan. It was an efficient sightseeing experience.

石垣島旅行の三島ツアー良かったです。マングローブも水牛も初体験。感動しました。竹富島は少しものたりなかったけど、同じ日本とは思えないほど独特でした。効率の良い観光です。

The guide was someone who could communicate in three languages, making for a culturally rich day trip. We were able to tour Shakotan Cape Kamui and Otaru without wasting any time, and we ended with a stop at the Shiroi Koibito Park, getting off at the TV Tower. If I had gone on my own, it wouldn't have been this smooth, so the bus tour was great. Also, since I didn't have to drive, I could enjoy seafood for lunch along with some drinks, which was fantastic!

ガイドさんが三カ国が対応できる方で国際色豊かな日帰り旅でした
無駄なく積丹神威岬ー小樽を観光でき、最後は白い恋人ファクトリーに立ち寄りテレビ塔で下車　個人で行ったらこんなふうにはいかないのでバスツアー🚌はよいですね
あと車運転しないからランチは海鮮と一緒にお酒も飲めて👍でした

I definitely think you should visit Cape Kamoi. The path to the very tip of the cape was rough and the wind was strong, but the view was absolutely amazing! I hope to go again if I get the chance.

As I walked among the thickening trunks of cedar trees, surrounded by giant trees represented by Jomon Sugi, I felt that humanity is still like a baby in the grand timeline of Earth's existence, and that humans are just one of the many creatures in nature. It was a very moving mountain walk.

Thanks to our guide maintaining a brisk pace to Jomon Sugi, we had a short wait for the restroom, making for a very efficient trekking experience.

On the way down, the pace slowed a bit, allowing us to take photos of Yakusugi, but I wished we could have had a little more time for photography, given the time we saved on the way up.

At the water station along the way, we had to quickly fill our bottles and leave, which created a bit of a rush (quick decisions were necessary).

That said, it allowed us to return to the trailhead early, where we could use the restroom without much waiting, and we had plenty of time before the bus departure. Overall, I was very satisfied with the tour.

If I had gone alone without joining the tour, I think I would have been tempted to stop for photos and videos everywhere, which might have prevented me from reaching Jomon Sugi or made me miss the return bus, or even led to dangerous situations at sunset. Therefore, I highly recommend participating in a guided tour led at a brisk pace.

山深く進むにつれて幹が太くなる杉に囲まれ、縄文杉に代表される巨木の間を歩いていると、地球誕生から見ると人類はまだまだ赤ちゃん、人間は自然の中の生き物のひとつだと感じます　とても感動した山歩きでした

ガイドさんがハイペースで縄文杉まで進んでくださったので、トイレでの順番待ちが短く済み、とても効率的なトレッキングになりました

下りでは少しペースを落としてくれて、屋久杉を撮影することもできましたが、行きのハイペースで稼いだ時間の分、もう少し撮影時間をとって欲しかったと感じました

途中の水汲み場も水を汲むやいなやの出発で、迷っていたら汲むことができない慌ただしさ（即断即決が必要）でした

とは言え、そのおかげで登山口に早く戻って来れたので、そこでのトイレもあまり並ばずに利用でき、バスの発車まで余裕があり、全体的には大満足のツアー参加でした

ツアーに参加せずに単独で行っていたならば、写真や動画を撮りたくなるところばかりなので、前に進めず、縄文杉まで行かずに折り返しとなるか、帰りのバスに間に合わなくなるか、日没になって危険なことになる、そんなことになっていたように思うので、ガイドさんのハイペースに先導されるツアー参加はお薦めだと思います

This time I invited my parents to Japan. Due to work reasons, I could only arrange for them to go to Hokkaido by themselves. Hiring a car was too expensive, so I found this travel company online and arranged a 3-day tour for them, covering three different itineraries. They were very satisfied, and there was a Chinese-speaking guide (attendant), which was very convenient. It was my first experience with a water buffalo! I was surprised by the strength of the water buffalo, pulling about 15 adults! I was able to leisurely explore Taketomi Island while listening to the shamisen.

大人15人程が乗っているのに水牛1頭で引っ張ってくれて力の強さにびっくりしました！
竹富島内を三味線を聴きながらゆっくりみることができました。

The weather was great, and the views of Cape Kamoi, Shimamu Coast, and Shakotan Mountain were amazing! Cobalt blue and emerald green. I was able to fully experience Shakotan Blue. On that day, due to strong winds, access to the tip of the cape was prohibited, but I still enjoyed it thoroughly.

There was plenty of free time in Otaru, the driver was pleasant, and the guide was efficient in their responses. Everyone on the tour was punctual. I returned to Sapporo feeling very good.

It was a memorable day. I'm really glad I participated.

お天気も良く、神威岬、島武意海岸、積丹岳の眺めは最高でした！
コバルトブルー、エメラルドグリーン。
積丹ブルーを存分に感じることができました。この日、強風で岬の先端までは立入禁止でしたが、それでも満喫しました。

小樽の自由時間はたっぷりあり、ドライバーさんも感じよく、ガイドさんの応対も手際よく、ツアーの方々も時間にきっちり。とても気分よく札幌に帰って来ました。

心に残る一日でした。参加して本当に良かったです。

I signed up for two different tours on consecutive days, and coincidentally, the same tour guide was with us. Asahiyama Zoo was sweltering, reaching nearly 29°C, and both the animals and I were exhausted. However, after that, the Patchwork Road was cool, and the Shirahige Falls were almost cold. The driver shared interesting facts about Hokkaido, making it a fun trip even on my own.

旭山動物園が29℃に迫るほどの暑さで動物たちも自分もぐったり
でもその後のパッチワークの道以降は涼しく、白ひげの滝は寒いくらいでした
運転手さんが北海道の豆知識を教えてくださったり、ひとりでも楽しい旅行になりました

A day trip that can be reached by bus from Hakata Station in about 3 hours.

I highly recommend it because you can visit places that are not easily accessible with a knowledgeable guide.

なかなか行けなかった場所に丁寧なガイド付きで行けるので、とてもおすすめてす。

I think it would be difficult for us to visit this many places in one day, but we were able to tour efficiently. The participants were half Chinese and half Japanese, and the tour guide provided thorough guidance, allowing everyone to keep to the schedule and move smoothly. They also recommended some great shops, which was helpful.

自分たちでは1日でこれだけの場所を訪れることは難しいと思いますが、効率的に観光できました

I had an absolutely wonderful time!

After seeing stories from travel YouTubers about not being able to buy tickets for the ox cart and reading everyone's reviews, I was able to efficiently explore Taketomi Island by bus. The subtropical scenery of Yubu Island was so cute! After enjoying our bento, we relaxed at a gelato shop while looking at Manta Beach. If you're unsure on your first visit to an outer island, I definitely recommend visiting all three islands.

I had two small children with me, but they had a great time too! There were restrooms available everywhere.

The day before, I had a terrible experience with a different company, ○○ Pipi, who completely stood me up after I made a reservation through their site. I regretted not booking directly with a specialized company. However, Ishigaki Island Dream Tourism was specialized in outer islands, so I felt reassured! They did get my last name wrong, but it was fine!

旅系YouTuber達が牛車のチケット買えなかった話を見たり皆さんの口コミを見て竹富島はバスで効率良く回れました♪由布島の亜熱帯の景色が可愛くて♡お弁当の後はマンタ浜を眺めながらジェラート屋さんでのんびり♪初めての離島で迷ったら是非3島周った方が良いですね。

小さい子供2人居ましたがちゃんと楽しんでいました♪トイレが至る所にありました。

前日にこちらのサイトで予約していた違う会社○○ピピにすっぽかされ散々な目に遭ったので…専門の会社に直接予約すればよかった…と警戒していましたが石垣島ドリーム観光さんは離島が専門で安心できます♪名字間違えてたけど大丈夫です笑

My stay at the hotel in Kyoto was for three days, but I only had one day to relax and there were so many places I wanted to visit... Among them, this tour was the most enjoyable! 😀 I usually walk with a cane, so I was a bit anxious, but I was able to enjoy the tour until the end without any issues. ✨ The Arashiyama Bamboo Grove was especially beautiful.

I think the bus guide provided a lot of information, and we were able to visit many tourist spots, which was very satisfying. On the other hand, the time spent at each location was quite short, giving a busy impression. I think it might be okay to skip the Okashi Goten, as there are many locations on Kokusai Street and at the airport. In fact, I didn't buy anything since it would just become extra luggage.

バスガイドさんの情報量が多く、観光地もたくさん回れたため満足感はとてもあると思う。その一方で、一つ一つの箇所の時間が短いので結構忙しい印象。
御菓子御殿は削ってもいいのではないかと思う。国際通りや空港にもたくさんあるので。実際手荷物になるので何も買わなかった。

I was worried about whether I could complete the trek, but I was able to enjoy trekking at a relaxed pace that took into account the fitness levels of the participants. We were able to take photos at all the scenic spots. Additionally, they provided a figure of Kodama, allowing us to capture photos that suited the mossy forest perfectly. I had a very enjoyable time. 完歩できるかどうか心配でしたが、参加者の体力レベルを考慮して頂いたゆったりしたペースで楽しくトレッキングする事ができました。映えスポットは全てで写真撮影もできました。また、木霊のフィギュアも用意してもらい、苔むす森に相応しい写真を残す事ができました。とても楽しい時を過ごす事ができました。ありがとうございました。

The way the guide spoke and the atmosphere were unique and very Okinawan, which made it a lot of fun. The cows were also taking their time, and I was healed by the song of the last guide.

I only understood it was an optional tour site for overseas visitors after participating. There were many foreigners around, and only four Japanese people… However, the guide translated expertly in three languages, so there was no inconvenience at all.

The only downside was that the bus's air conditioning was a bit too strong, and I honestly felt cold at times, which made me a little worried about catching a cold again. But I was satisfied to see the beautiful moss phlox and nearly full-bloom tulips. Thank you very much. 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️

海外向けのオプショナルツアーサイトだと参加して初めて理解しました。周りは外国の方々が多く日本人は４人だけでした…でもガイドの方が三カ国後を上手に訳されていて不便さは全くありませんでした。

残念なことはバスのクーラーが少々強くて正直寒く感じる事があり、風邪が、ぶり返さないかとちょっと心配でした。
でも美しい芝桜とほぼ満開のチューリップを目にすることができ満足でした。

I was given a bus number at the reception, but there was nothing displayed on the bus, and when I asked the driver, he didn't know the number either. The seat number I was told at the reception was already occupied by someone else. Even when I tried to explain that the seat was different, I couldn't communicate because of the language barrier, so I felt uncomfortable from the start. I also think there was no need to stop at Shimamukui Coast, as there was nothing there.

受付でバスの番号を言われたが、バスには何も表示が無く、運転手さんに訪ねても運転手さんも番号を知らなかったし、受付で言われた座席の番号には他人が座っていた。
席が違う事を伝えても言葉がわからないので伝わらなく、最初から気分が悪かった。
バスのコースも島武意海岸は立ち寄っても何も無かったので立ち寄る必要は無いと思います。

It was a place I had been to once before, but I was glad to participate as there was new fun to be had. However, at every location, I enjoyed myself so much that there wasn't enough time.

一度は行ったことがある場所でしたが、新たな楽しさがあって参加してよかったです

- The bus was about 20 minutes late without any notice. I was told to arrive early, so waiting in the dark for over 30 minutes was unsettling. I thought it would be reassuring to have a system that allows for email communication.
- The pace of the tour was quite fast for me, which was challenging, but everyone in the group was very kind, and it really lifted my spirits. The guide was also very good at managing time, and we were able to go to the restroom smoothly at the designated points. They even prepared warm drinks for us, and I truly appreciated that they considered my pace as an older woman. Thank you so much!!
- The person from Yakushima-ya (the rental shop) who was introduced to me was very considerate, and I felt energized before going! Thank you.
- I was anxious, but I'm glad I went. The cedars that have been there for so long have an incredible presence, and I was able to recharge my energy.

・バスが連絡なしに20分ほど遅れました。早めに着くように言われていたので30分以上、暗闇で待つのは不安でした。メールでも連絡ができるシステムを導入するといろろ安心だと思いました。

I went for my birthday and it was a nice experience. The current was a little bit strong so we went to a different area for snorkeling. It is perfect for beginners or if it’s your first time snorkeling. Staff was so nice.

The guide from Shusan was very enjoyable and spoke Japanese well. Although most of the group was from China, they were well-mannered, arrived on time for departure, and the bus was quiet, just like a Japanese tour. However, since the points of interest are only on the bus, I think it would be better to know this in advance to enhance your experience. Meals are not provided at the rest stop, so I recommend buying food and bringing it with you.

シュウサンのガイドはとても楽しく日本語も上手でした。
ほぼ中国の方でしたが　マナ-もよく出発時刻に揃っているしバスの中も静かで日本のツアーと変わりない様子でした。
ただポイントはバスの中だけなので事前に知っておいた方が楽しめると思います。
休憩場所でのご飯は望めませんのでご飯は買って持参したほうがいいと思います。

I made my reservation just before my trip to Nagasaki. I thought Nagasaki was a good place for sightseeing because it has trams and buses, but since it's a hilly city, I opted for the regular sightseeing bus. The guide and the driver were very kind. It was great to be able to get to the places I wanted to visit smoothly and in a short amount of time.

長崎旅行の直前に申し込みました。長崎は、路面電車やバスがあるので観光するには良いと思いましたが、坂道の多い街なので定期観光バスにしました。
ガイドさんや運転手は、とても親切です。行きたい所へスムーズに短時間で行けるのが良かったです。

It was more challenging than I expected, but the sense of accomplishment is incredible!! At one point, crossing a bridge without handrails was psychologically terrifying, but thanks to the guidance of our experienced guide, I was able to move forward safely. Although I was traveling alone as a woman, I was able to interact with the other members I was with, and even though it was a very tough hike, I had a great time participating.

予想以上に過酷でしたが、達成感が半端ないです！！途中、手すりのない橋を渡る事が心理的に恐怖だったのですが、ベテランガイドさんの誘導もあり、無事に歩みを進めることが出来ました。女性の一人旅でしたが、ご一緒した他のメンバーとも交流させていだきながら、(大変キツイ登山ではありましたが)楽しく参加することが出来ました。

I think you can enjoy this even if you participate alone, thanks to the thoughtful support from guide Mr. Yuu and driver Mr. Abe. It's great that we can cover a lot efficiently. There isn't time for lunch, but you can buy light snacks like hot dogs at the destination.

ガイドの周さん、ドライバーあべさんの気配りがある対応で、一人参加でも楽しめると思います。効率よく周れるのがいい。昼食の時間はありませんが目的地でホットドッグなど軽食を買うことが出来ます。

I was worried because I had terrible muscle pain from the Jomon Sugi trekking the day before, but I was able to experience it safely. The fantastical scenery of the moss-covered forest, which is different from the Jomon Sugi course, was truly wonderful!! (I completely fell in love with the charm of the moss.) The guide was a veteran, which made me feel at ease, and the people I was with were kind, making it a great memory.

前日の縄文杉トレッキングで酷い筋肉痛になり不安でしたが、無事に体験することが出来ました。縄文杉コースとはまた違った、苔むす森の幻想的な景色は、本当に素晴らしかったです！！(すっかり苔の魅力にはまってしまいました)ガイドさんもベテランの方で安心でしたし、ご一緒した方々も優しく、良い思い出になりました。

This is hardly what you would call a tour. There was absolutely no explanation provided, the bus departed even though others were not on board, and the meeting time was not communicated unless we asked. The vehicle was not a bus but a HiAce. There were originally no details about how long we would stay where, and we had no idea what would happen when and where. In hindsight, it was good that we had over two hours in Otaru, but everything else was quite terrible. It was very disappointing to see some Japanese people talking loudly in the vehicle without consideration for others. I really don't want to use this service again; it was extremely disappointing. Please do something about employee training.

これはツアーとは言い難いです。
全ての説明は一切なし、他の方がバスに乗っていないのに発車する、集合時間もこちらが聞かないと言わない。乗り物もバスではなく、ハイエースでした。どこにどれくらい滞在するのかの詳細も元々ないですが、いつどこでどうなるのか全くわからずでした。結果論、小樽の滞在時間が2時間以上あった事はよかったですが、それ以外はなかなか酷かったです。日本人の方なのに車内で大声で話して、他の方に配慮がない方もいてとても悲しくなりました。もう2度と利用したくないレベルで非常に残念でした。まずは社員教育をどうにかしてください。
