I was able to see a sea turtle right after diving into the ocean. Moreover, since it was in shallow water, the children were able to watch the sea turtle without any fear and felt safe. Additionally, our tour guide, Yamachan, was very kind and made the tour even better by taking many photos and taking us to fish spots.

海に潜ってすぐにウミガメに会えました。
しかも浅瀬だったので子供たちも恐怖感なく安心してウミガメを見てました。
また、同行してくれたツアーの山ちゃんは、沢山写真を撮ってくれたり、魚スポットに連れて行ってくれたりととても親切でツアーをより良いものとしてくれました。

The tour was barely held due to the impact of the tsunami. It seems that many companies canceled their tours, so it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The Blue Cave was even more of an unknown world than it appeared in photos, and it was truly moving. During the fish feeding, a variety of fish came close, which was a bit scary but also really cute.

ツアーが中止になった会社も多数あったようで
凄く空いていてゆっくり堪能できました。
写真で見ているより青の洞窟は未知の世界で感動しました。
魚の餌付けでは多種の魚が寄って来て怖いくらいでしたが凄く可愛かったです。

The experience was enjoyable. The captain was also a great storyteller and very entertaining. Although we couldn't enter the Blue Cave, we got very close to it, and the view was absolutely stunning!

↓ Here are some suggestions for improvement:

1. The life jackets smelled bad.
2. The interior of the boat, including the cushions, didn't feel clean (haven't they been washed?).
3. The music was too loud.
4. The windows were dirty, making it hard to see the scenery.

The heat added to it, and I got seasick right after boarding. Other families also seemed to struggle, with mothers and children looking very uncomfortable.

Ninety minutes is quite long, so we should have taken some measures before boarding.

I apologize for the harsh feedback. I believe many Japanese people prefer a clean environment. I'm sure that if improvements are made, you'll see a significant increase in repeat customers. Good luck!

②船内もクッションなど清潔な感じがしなかった（洗ってない？）
③音楽が音が大きすぎる
④窓の汚れなのか景色が見にくい

暑さも重なって乗ってすぐに船酔いをしてしまいました。
他のファミリーの方達もお母さんとお子さんがすごく辛そうでした。

90分はとても長いので、
何か対策をして乗るべきでした。


厳しい評価ごめんなさい。
日本人は清潔な環境を好む方が多いと思います。
きっと改善したらリピーターさんがすごく増えると思います。

We participated with our 6-year-old child and two family members. The canoeing in the mangroves, followed by trekking, and finally playing in the waterfall, were all amazing experiences that allowed us to fully enjoy the great nature of Iriomote Island. The homemade rice balls for lunch were also very delicious. Additionally, the guide was very kind and took great care of our child, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind!

6歳の子供と家族3人で参加しました。マングローブでのカヌーとそれに続くトレッキング、そして最後に滝での水遊びと、どれも西表島の大自然を満喫できる最高の体験でした。お昼ご飯の手作りおにぎりもとても美味しかったです。また、ガイドのお姉さんがとても優しく子供もしっかりケアしてくださり、安心して楽しむことができました！

On this day, I was worried whether the tour would take place due to the earthquake, but miraculously, only the 3 PM tour was held. It was my first experience with clear SUP, and thanks to the instructor's kind and thorough guidance, I was able to stand on the board and paddle. During our free time, with the instructor's generosity, I also had the opportunity to experience clear kayaking. I was able to see the blue coral reefs and many fish. In the end, I received a wonderful video that included many photos and images taken with a drone. I made the best memories in Miyako Island.

この日、地震の影響でツアーが催行されるか心配でしたが、奇跡的に15時のツアーのみ催行されました。初体験のクリアSUPでしたが、インストラクターの方の懇切丁寧な指導のおかげで、何とかボードの上で立って、パドルで漕ぐことができました。自由時間には、インストラクターの方のご好意で、クリアカヤック体験もさせていただきました。青い珊瑚礁や多くの魚も見せていただくことができました。そして、最後には多くの写真とドローンで撮影された画像も入れて、一本の素敵なビデオをプレゼントしていただきました。宮古島で、最高の思い出ができました。

It was an extraordinary experience beyond my imagination, and it became a great summer vacation memory. I don't think you can have such an experience anywhere else but in Okinawa.

想像以上の非日常体験ができて、良い夏休みの思い出になりました。沖縄以外ではなかなか体験出来ないと思います。

My 6-year-old grandson hid in the corner of the boat when the waves came, but he was happy. We also had fun playing in the shallow water. We were able to slowly enjoy nature with the gentle current. I think it was great that we experienced a little thrill with the waves splashing.

6歳の孫は波が来るとボートの隅に隠れてしまいましたが、喜んでいました。
浅瀬で水遊びも出来て楽しかったです。
緩やかな流れでゆっくり自然を満喫出来ました。少々の波があってザバーンとスリルも体験出来たので良かったと思います。

It was the first experience of snorkeling for the whole family. My 8-year-old child seemed anxious, but the staff member kindly spoke to us and engaged with us even underwater. His refreshing and gentle smile left a strong impression.

Due to the typhoon, it was cloudy and raining from the morning, but the underwater world felt like a different realm and was truly moving. While we were splashing around, he dove down to take photos and videos, which became wonderful keepsakes. The process was smooth and efficient, and I really liked it! I heard that diving is possible from the age of 10, so I would love to go again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful time this time. It became my best memory in Okinawa.

家族全員、シュノーケリングは初めての経験でした。
子供は8歳で不安そうにしてましたが、お兄さんが優しく声をかけてくださり、海の中でも話しかけてくれました。
爽やかで優しい笑顔が印象的でした。

台風の影響もあり、朝から曇天で雨が降ってくる中の体験でしたが、海の中は別世界で感動しました。
我々がワチャワチャしてる間に、下まで潜って写真や動画を取ってくださり、とてもいい記念になりました。
スムーズな進行で無駄がなく、とても気に入りました！
10歳からダイビングができると伺ったので、また行きたいです。
今回は本当に素敵な時間を過ごさせて頂き、ありがとうございました。
沖縄での1番の思い出になりました。

The temperature was low, but I felt warmer than I expected. However, the guide's explanations were excellent, and I learned a lot of things. The quiz time was also fun. There were two groups from Japan, one from Singapore, and one from Taiwan, so we were quite mixed, but the explanations in Japanese, English, and Mandarin were impressive!

気温は低かったけど、思った以上に暑く感じました。しかしながらガイドさんの説明が上手く、色んな事が知れました。クイズタイムも楽しかった。同行は、日本二組、シンガポール一組、台湾一組とバラバラでしたが、日本語、英語、北京語まじえての説明はさすがですね～

The explanations were easy to understand and kind, and the store was clean, which was great! It was hot, so I got tired, but the staff helped me out by guiding me!

説明もわかりやすく親切で店内も綺麗でよかったです^_^暑かったので疲れてしまいましたが店員さんが引っ張ってくれたので助かりました！

The cave tour in the afternoon was canceled due to slightly rough sea conditions, but thanks to the somewhat amusing talk and guidance from the handsome Osaka local, Tecchan, we were able to see sea turtles and take photos. I understand that making safety decisions in such harsh natural environments can be challenging, but we were very satisfied.

少し荒れた海の状態で、午後からの鍾乳洞はキャンセルとなりましたが、イケメン大阪人てっちゃんの、ちょっと微妙に面白いトークと案内のおかげで、海亀に会えましたし、写真も撮れました。厳しい自然環境の中で、安全面の判断で大変かと思いますが、こちらは大満足でした。

Today, due to the impact of the typhoon, we only did sea turtle snorkeling. She wasn't very confident in swimming, so I was quite worried until we started, but our guide, Riki, was very kind and reassuring. Not only did he carefully explain how to move in the water beforehand, but he also provided detailed information about the creatures we saw. It was really great. He took wonderful photos and videos, so I recommend this experience for couples or families.

本日は台風の影響でウミガメシュノーケリング🤿のみに変更になりました。彼女も泳ぎがあまり得意ではない為、行うまではとても心配でしたが、ガイドのりきさんが優しく引っ張ってくれてとても安心できました。海中での動き方などを事前に丁寧に説明してくれるだけでなく、実際に見た生き物について詳しく教えてくれるところがとても良かったです。写真や動画を上手に撮って下さるので、付き合っている方や家族の人におすすめです。

Although my plans were slightly disrupted due to a canceled flight, I made my first visit to Iriomote Island. Since I was in Iriomote, I thought I should go on an adventure and decided to try canoeing. Fortunately, the weather improved. I was a bit anxious because I had children with me, but thanks to J's explanations, guidance, and assistance, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The kids seemed to have made great memories and want to go again tomorrow! Thank you for the great experience!

欠航で少し予定は狂ったものの、西表島に初上陸。西表に来たからにはアドベンチャーをと思い、カヌーを体験。幸い天気は回復。子供もいたため不安でしたが、Jさんの解説、引率、助力により、とてもいい経験になりました。子供は明日も行きたいととてもいい思い出になったようです！

The guide who assisted us this time, Hikaru, was wonderful, and I would love to request him again if I participate in the same tour. My child was scared and anxious about the deep sea where they couldn't touch the bottom, but the guide stayed by our side and helped them swim safely. We were able to see sea turtles and clownfish. At one point, my child reached their limit, and we had to turn back, which made me feel sorry for the other participants, but the guide coordinated with the other guides, and it seemed that the other participants were able to finish the tour as planned, which was a relief. It became an unforgettable memory for my child's birthday trip. Thank you very much for your help.

今回ガイドしてくださった方（ひかるさん）の対応が素晴らしく、もしまた同じツアーに参加するなら指名したいぐらいです。
子どもが足がつかない海を怖がって怯えてしまったのですが、ガイドの方が付きっきりで対応してくださり、無事泳ぐことが出来るようになり、ウミガメ、カクレクマノミなどを見ることができました。
途中で子どもの限界が来て、戻ることになってしまい、他のツアーの参加者の方には申し訳ないと思いましたが、他のガイドの方と連携していただき、他の参加者の方も予定通りツアーを終えたようでほっとしました。
子どもの誕生日旅行の忘れられない思い出になりました。
大変お世話になりました。

Due to the impact of the typhoon, the route to the moss-covered forest is closed due to flooding. We had to quickly change to a shorter route to see the Yayoi Cedar. The guide was a very experienced gentleman in his 70s who provided explanations very thoroughly! I definitely want to take revenge next time I have the opportunity.

台風の影響で増水となったことを受け、苔むす森まで歩くルートが通行止め。急遽弥生杉を見るショートルートに変更になりました。ガイドさんは70台のベテランの方でとても丁寧に説明してくださいました！
次回機会があれば必ずリベンジしたいと思っています。

We participated as a group of six. We left at around 5 AM and returned home after 6 PM, which turned out to be harder than expected, but the sense of accomplishment was immense!

It was a long-distance walk of 22 km, but 80% of it was on a flat cart path, after which we transitioned to a proper mountain climb.

On the day of the tour, due to the influence of a typhoon, we experienced a mix of light rain and heavy downpours, and the temperature dropped. However, I was able to enjoy the walk until the end while keeping pace with the guide and other team members!

Even in the rain, the Jomon Sugi and various other Yakusugi trees looked particularly radiant, and I feel it was a very precious experience!

6人グループでの参加でした。朝5時台に出発し帰宅は18時過ぎと思ったよりハードでしたが、達成感は人一倍でした！
往復22kmの長距離歩行でしたが、8割は平坦なトロッコ道、そこからは本格的な登山に移ります。
当日は台風の影響でしとしと雨とザーザー雨の繰り返しで気温も下がる中でのツアーでしたが、ガイドさん他チームメンバーと歩調を合わせながら最後まで楽しく歩き切ることができました！
雨の中でしたが、一段と縄文杉をはじめ数々の屋久杉の姿は輝いて見え、とても貴重な経験ができたと感じています！

On this day, the waves were high, so we couldn't go to the Pumpkin Cave, but in the morning we experienced snorkeling, and in the afternoon, we tried sea kayaking. My 8-year-old was super excited to see a sea turtle swimming right in front of him during his first snorkeling experience. Then, during the highly anticipated sea kayaking, thanks to the staff's kindness, he also got to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). When I asked him which activity he enjoyed the most, he said, "They were all fun!" (laughs)

Yutti, our snorkeling guide, and Hiro and Kyo-chan, who guided us with their Kansai dialect during kayaking and SUP, all provided very clear explanations, making us feel safe during the experience. Their attentive service and fun conversations allowed our family to have a wonderful time! Next time, we plan to tackle the cave again, and I definitely want to request it here.

この日は波が高くパンプキン鍾乳洞は行けませんでしたが、午前中はシュノーケリング、午後からはシーカヤックを体験しました。
８歳のこどもは、はじめてのシュノーケリングで目の前を泳ぐ海亀に大興奮、そして、楽しみにしていたシーカヤックでは、スタッフさんのご厚意でSUPにも乗せてもらい、どれが楽しかったと聞くと「ぜんぶ楽しかった～！」とのこと(笑)
シュノーケリングのゆってぃさん、カヤック&SUPの関西弁のひろさんときょうちゃんさん、スタッフの方々はみなさん、とても分かりやすい説明で安心して体験できましたし、丁寧な対応と楽しいトークで、家族一同素敵な時間を過ごせました！
今度は鍾乳洞リベンジ、是非こちらでお願いしようと思います。

It was a wonderful tour where I could learn about the nature, history, wildlife, and plants of Shiretoko while receiving explanations right in front of me. The guide's explanations were thorough, and the three hours flew by. It was also a good workout, so if I have the chance to visit Shiretoko again, I would like to participate once more.

知床の自然、歴史、生き物、植物について目の前で解説をしていただきながら学ぶことのできる素晴らしいツアーでした。ガイドの方の説明は丁寧で、3時間あっという間でした。いい運動にもなりましたので、また知床に来る機会があったら参加したいと思います。

I rode a kayak for about an hour up a river filled with the unique trees of Okinawa. Slowly navigating the murky Hija River was a truly valuable experience. Thank you!

カヤックに乗って1時間くらい沖縄特有の木々が生い茂る川をのぼりました。濁りのある比謝川をゆっくり進むのはとても貴重な体験でした。ありがとうございました！

I was able to feel the presence of completely different creatures and nature than during the day, and it was very exciting. Leon, who guided us, was very knowledgeable and taught us many things we didn't know. It was a wonderful tour that made me love the creatures and nature of Miyako Island even more. The starry sky was only visible through gaps in the clouds, but I heard that if it were clear, you could see a full 360 degrees of stars. I hope to have a chance to do it again someday!

日中とは全く違う生き物の姿や自然を感じることができて、とてもワクワクしました。
案内をしてくださったレオンさんがとても博識で知らなかったことをたくさん教えてくださりました。
宮古島の生き物や自然がもっとすきになる素敵なツアーでした。
星空は雲の隙間から覗く程度でしたが、晴れていたら360度満天の星が見えるとのことでした。
またいつかリベンジしたいと思います！

景色は穏やかでした。初めてのダイビングでしたが、インストラクターや他のスタッフはとても協力的でした。ぜひ試してみるべきです。

The view was serene.as it was my first diving but my instructor and other staff members were very coordinated.its a must try.

I joined a French traveler who wanted to visit Yakushima, a place I had been to before. This time, they specifically requested a guide, and I served as the interpreter. Trekking while listening to interesting explanations provided just the right short breaks, allowing us to walk at a good pace.

過去にも訪れた屋久島に行きたかったフランス人に同行する形で参加しました。今回は是非ガイドさんを頼んで欲しいと言われて、私がその通訳を。
興味深い説明を聞きながらのトレッキングは、時々ちょうど良い短い休憩にもなってテンポ感よく歩けました。

Despite the bad weather, we were able to swim with the turtles as planned while ensuring safety! Both the staff and Leon were kind, and my son had a great time. Thank you very much!

I was taken care of during the snorkeling, sea kayaking, and pumpkin cave tour on the 23rd. I got to see a sea turtle while snorkeling, and I was captivated by the very mystical world of the pumpkin cave. Especially in the pumpkin cave, with the guide's help, I climbed the walls and was even splashed by a waterfall. It far exceeded my expectations for the tour, and I'm really glad I participated. The guide, Tsubasa, was very polite, great at keeping the energy up, and I had a wonderful time.

If you come to Miyako, this tour is a must-do. I definitely want to participate again next time.

23日にシュノーケリング&シーカヤック&パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーでお世話になりました。
シュノーケリングではウミガメに会え、パンプキン鍾乳洞ではとても神秘的な世界に魅了されました。
特にパンプキン鍾乳洞ではガイドさん協力の下、壁を登り、滝にも打たれました。
予想していたツアー内容をはるかに超えたもので本当に参加して良かったと思っています。
ガイドのつばささんもとても丁寧、盛り上げ上手で楽しく過ごすことができました。

宮古に来た時には参加必須です。次回もまた参加したいと思います。

Regarding the tour guide, while they didn't exhibit particularly bad behavior, their lack of enthusiasm was quite noticeable. I understand that due to cost issues, there wasn't a bus guide, but all the information about Okinawa was provided through a pre-recorded audio system on the bus.

Additionally, it would be helpful if they could call out names or display the tour name on a poster at the meeting point, as it was unclear which bus to board. Also, the name of the tour displayed above the bus front should match the name of the tour we are participating in to avoid confusion.

These are the points that concerned me. I hope for improvements.

特に酷い態度を取ったりするわけではないが、やる気のなさがすごい
費用などの問題でバスガイドがつかないのはわかるが、バスの中での沖縄案内は録音済みの無線で全て済ませていた。
あとは集合場所で名前を呼ぶなりツアー名などの案内を画用紙等で表示させてくれないとどのバスに乗るのかわからない。それとバスフロントの上に表示させるツアーの名前を参加するツアーの名前と同じにしてくれないとわからない。

以上が気になった点です。
改善よろしくお願いします。

On the day of the event, due to the wind, there were large waves at Lake Shikotsu, so we kayaked on the Chitose River instead, which was also very beautiful and satisfying.
There were many participants, but the check-in process was smooth, which was great.
The instructor was also very attentive, engaging with all the participants appropriately, and he sent us photos at the end via AirDrop.

当日は風の影響で支笏湖は大きな波が立っていたため、千歳川でのカヤックでしたが、千歳川もすごく綺麗で満足です。
参加人数は多かったですが受付もスムーズでよかったです。
インストラクターのお兄さんも、参加者全員に程よく声掛けをしてくださり、写真も最後にエアドロで送ってくれました。

Since it was the earliest time in the morning, there weren't many other customers or groups, allowing us to leisurely enjoy various aspects of nature. It was my first time kayaking, and I was a bit anxious at first, but they taught us carefully, making it a refreshing experience that I can't usually have in the city! I was also happy to receive various tips and recommendations for restaurants from the instructor! I would love to participate again!

朝一番早い時間だったので、他のお客さんや団体があまりおらず、ゆっくりいろんな自然を見れました。カヤックも初めてで最初不安もありましたが、丁寧に教えてくださり、普段都会では体験できないので新鮮でした！またインストラクターさんに色々な豆知識やおすすめのご飯屋さんまで教えていただき嬉しかったです！また参加したいと思います！

The weather was great, and I enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding in the beautiful emerald green sea. The drone footage and photos were stunning, and I felt it was definitely worth it! Thank you to the instructors as well!

We participated as a family of four, but due to the typhoon, it was canceled. Just when we were feeling disappointed, we were offered the opportunity to go kayaking in the inland sea. When we arrived that day, there were many people gathered, and a handsome guide suggested snorkeling at a different location. They flexibly changed the plan, and as a result, we had a wonderful snorkeling experience.

The service was very polite, and even our children, who were experiencing this for the first time, felt safe participating. When introducing children to nature, in a new place, and with new experiences, safety and reassurance are the top priorities, so we were very grateful for the way they handled everything.

During snorkeling, we were able to swim alongside sea turtles and beautifully colored tropical fish at an arm's length, and our entire family was extremely satisfied.

家族4人での参加だったのですが、台風の影響で中止に。。
がっかりしていたところ内海でのカヤックをご提案いただきました。
当日行くと大勢人が集まっており、イケメンのガイドさんが再度別の場所でのシュノーケリングをご提案。臨機応変にプラン変更していただけ、結果素晴らしいシュノーケリング体験ができました。
対応も非常に丁寧で、初体験の子どもも安心して参加出来ました。
自然相手で、初めての場所、初めての体験を子どもにさせる際、やはり安心安全が最優先となる中でこのような対応をして頂けたのがとても有り難かったです。
シュノーケリングはウミガメや美しい色をした南国の魚が手に取るような距離で一緒に泳ぐことができ、家族全員が大満足でした。
