We enjoyed kayaking on the Hija River. For us, a couple with good stamina, the distance was a bit short, which was somewhat unsatisfying, but we had fun playing around the Naha area and it was a delightful time.

なかなかシュノーケリングでこの景色を見ることは出来ません。
そういう意味では一度は行って欲しいポイントです。

どうせ行くなら一日で済ませてしまうのは効率良い屋久島登山の楽しみ方だと思います。
身体的なダメージは登山次の日に下半身全部が筋肉痛、二日目の本日は特にダメージがある箇所が痛む程度です。

So, I made a quick decision. They take you from Naha, and for a full day, the tour includes a hotel buffet lunch, aquarium admission, and entry fee for Oki Chinen Forest. I believe the cost performance is definitely good when you add all these up. I was very satisfied with the experience.
There was no guide, but a polite and friendly attendant provided information through earphones before we reached each point. This allowed for a nice little pre-learning session. At each location, we were free to explore, so there was no issue of crowding. There was plenty of free time at each stop.
While there are many courses that only visit the aquarium, I couldn't find any other that included Oki Chinen Forest and the buffet at the JAL hotel. I highly recommend this tour for anyone staying in Naha!

・美ら海水族館へは子供がまた行きたい。
・JALオクマリゾートは以前宿泊したことがあり、リラックスができて素敵なところというのは実際に見ていたので確実♪
・大石林山は、沖縄の人なら誰でも知っているという沖縄が始まったとされるスピリチュアルスポットだそう。いままで行ったことがない、知らなかったー。私が行きたい！！
・辺戸岬もこんな機会じゃないとなかなかいけない。
ということで、即決しました。那覇から連れていってくれて、丸1日、ホテルビュッフェランチも水族館の入場料、大石林山の入山料。これらを足していったらコストパフォーマンスがいいこと間違いなしだと思いました。
実際もとても大満足。
ガイドさんはいなく、各ポイントに着く前に丁寧で親切な添乗員さんがイヤホンで聞かせてくれます。これで事前プチ学習ばっちり。そして、それぞれのポイントでは自由に行動させてくれるのでぞろぞろ・・なんてことも全くありません。各滞在先での自由時間もたっぷりです。
水族館に行くだけのコースは多々ありますが、大石林山・JALホテルでのビュッフェが含まれているものは他には見当たりませんでした

事前に申告してあったサイズのマリンブーツやウェットスーツ等を着て歩いて浜辺迄移動します。
海も思ったよりは冷たくなく、親切なインストラクターのおねぇさんと洞窟まで泳いでいきます。
そして、海の透明度が高かったです。
途中見つけた海洋生物を説明して下さったり、手に乗せて下さったり海藻が水面まで伸びている浅瀬を通ったり・・・。
お目当ての洞窟は思ったよりもとっても狭くて暗い。
ロープを全員で持って目をつぶって奥に進みます。
これが距離感覚も無いし手を伸ばせば岩だしで、ちょっと怖い。
そしてこの洞窟は蝙蝠が飛ぶ洞窟でした。
沢山居てそっちにもビックリ。
実際の色はぜひ現地で確認してみてください。
泳げない方でもライフジャケットで沈む事は無いので安心して海に入れます。
泳ぎに自信の無い方は引っ張ってもらえます。
ちょっと泳ぎに自信がないって方にもオススメ出来る内容でした。
水中カメラで撮ってくださったデータを頂けるのもうれしいですね。

My first time in Okinawa and my first time snorkeling! From the parking lot guidance, everyone was very helpful and attentive.

到着して、テキパキとご案内していただき、ウエットスーツに着替えて、体験をする人たちと一緒に船に乗りました。
酔ってしまわないか不安でしたが、船から青の洞窟まではすぐでしたし、波もあまりなく、風が気持ちきいなーというかんそうでした！
青の洞窟に到着して、船から降りる瞬間がいちばんこわかったです笑
はじめはインストラクターさんの浮き輪に掴まりながらでないとすすめなかったのですが、だんだん水に慣れてきて、足ヒレで泳げるようになりました！
人が多かったですが、インストラクターさんと、同じグループの方々と一緒に青の洞窟へ！
綺麗な青色にみえて、すごく感動しました。海もとても綺麗で、下を見ると、底まで透けて見える！
魚もすごく近かったです。
写真撮影してもらったあとは、船の近くで魚に餌をあげたり、写真を撮ったりしました。
餌をあげると近くに寄ってきて、夢のようなかんじがしました。
人生初のシュノーケリング、ほんとうにいい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！

The staff took lots of photos, so I was able to keep wonderful memories. The rafting lasted about an hour and a half, but it felt like only 40 minutes because it was so fulfilling. I definitely want to participate again.

私たちは午前のラフティングに参加しました。
集合場所は、馬堀駅からとても近く看板もでているのですぐにわかります。
スタッフの方はみなさんとても気さくで愛想が良い方ばかりでした。
到着し、全員集まると当日保険の説明もあり安心してラフティングに参加できました。
更衣室で着替えて全員で川に向かいます。
川では乗り方、漕ぎ方、救助のされ方などの説明をとても楽しくしてくださいます。
いざボートで出発すると、真夏を感じさせない位の、川の涼しい風と水しぶきでとても気持ちがよかったです。
激流を下る時は、より一層のスリルがあり、下るたびに初対面の方たちともどんどん打ち解けていきました。
途中に、泳げるスポットや岩の上からの飛び込みスポットもあり、泳げない私でもライフジャケットのおかげで楽しむことができ、すごく楽しかったです。
スタッフの方がたくさん写真を撮ってくださるので、とてもいい思い出を形で残せました。
１時間半程度の所要時間でしたが、４０分程度に感じるくらいとても充実した内容のラフティングで、ぜひまた参加したいと思います。
年齢問わず楽しめるアクティビティなので、すごくおすすめです。

Last year, I visited Shakotan for the first time and fell in love at first sight with the stunning Shakotan Blue.
This year, I decided to try something different and challenge myself with night snorkeling!
The day before, there was heavy rain in Hokkaido, so I was worried about whether we could actually snorkel with water overflowing from various places. However, when I called to confirm, I received the reassuring words, "Of course you can! We did it even during the day when it was raining!" So, off I went for my first snorkeling and night snorkeling adventure!
Since it was my first time, the explanations were clear and thorough. After putting on the wetsuit and life jacket, we walked about five minutes to the beach and entered the water! The beach was very calm, with no waves at all!
I was really anxious because I can't swim (even though I was the one who wanted to do night snorkeling, haha), but I held onto a kickboard and was pulled by the instructor. It was super easy! When I thought about it, I had fins and a life jacket on, so I could swim after all!
When I looked into the water, I was surprised to see so many different fish! On the sea urchin road, there were tons of sea urchins! As expected of Shakotan!
I also got to hear many funny stories from the instructor, and they even dove down to collect starfish and sea urchins for me to touch!
While doing all this, we arrived at a cave!
With my heart racing, I turned off my flashlight inside the cave, and when I peered into the pitch-black sea, I saw shimmering bioluminescent plankton... I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" while waving my hands around. The bioluminescent plankton react to stimuli, so as I looked while being pulled along, I saw them scatter, responding to the instructor's fins, like countless shooting stars flowing by.
I learned that bioluminescent plankton can be seen anywhere in Japan, but because there are fewer plankton remains in the sea around Hokkaido, they can be seen more beautifully here than in any other sea in Japan.
Thank you for such a fun time! The night sea was magical, and I had a precious experience that left me very satisfied. I think I might get hooked on snorkeling!

当日、確認のためにした電話では「もちろんできますよ‼︎日中も雨でもやってました‼︎」との心強いお言葉をいただき、いざ、初めてのシュノーケル&ナイトシュノーケルへ‼︎笑
初めてということでわかりやすく、丁寧な説明をしていただき、ウェットスーツやライフジャケット等を装備ののち、5分くらい歩いた海岸から着水っ‼︎
とても穏やかな海岸のようで波は全くなかったです‼︎
泳げないため、不安で不安で仕方なかったのですが、(自分からナイトシュノーケルやりたいといったくせに笑)ビート板に捕まってインストラクターの方に引っ張ってもらいました♪
すっごく楽チンでした♪笑
よく考えたら足ヒレ付けてライフジャケット着るので泳げました笑

洞窟内はとても神秘的でとても綺麗な景色に感動でした。
１ファミリーに１人インストラクターが専属でついてくれますので、お父さんお母さんが子どもの面倒を見て全く楽しめないということもありません。
とても安心で子ども連れのファミリーに絶対おすすめプランです。
インストラクターのお兄さん（名前伺うの忘れてしまいました）の娘に対するわかりやすい説明親切、丁寧な対応に感謝しております。また、きれいな写真もたくさん撮っていただきりありがとうございました。

ここまで来て諦めさせるわけにはいかないよ。言っていただき何とか往復歩くことが出来ました。帰り道 何人かのガイドさんに「靴オペしてもらったんだね」と明るく言われ何となく気持ちも明るくなりました。

The buffet lunch at JAL Okuma Hotel felt a bit limited in variety, but everything, including Okinawa's local specialties, was delicious. The view from the hotel's private beach was very lovely.
The Churaumi Aquarium is located within the vast Ocean Expo Park, and the scenery overlooking the sea was wonderful. Above all, I was overwhelmed by the impressive sight of the whale sharks swimming in the giant tank. The stay time is two hours, so if you want to see the exhibits thoroughly, you might find it insufficient. We were mainly there to see the whale sharks, so it was enough for us. Additionally, since we moved quickly, we were able to catch the dolphin show as well.
It takes over two hours by car from Naha City to Cape Hedo, so it was very comfortable to tour the sightseeing spots while dozing off on the bus. Everyone else was participating with their families, and I think it's a program that people of all ages can enjoy throughout the day without any difficulty.

日差しが強かったため、帽子やサングラスは必須です。
昼食のJALオクマホテルでのバイキングは、少し品数が少ない気もしましたが、沖縄の名産品をはじめ、どれも味は美味しかったです。
ホテルのプライベートビーチからの景色がとても素敵でした。
美ら海水族館は、広大な海洋博公園の中にあり、海を望む風景が素晴らしかったです。なにより、巨大水槽を泳ぐジンベイザメの迫力に、圧倒されました。
滞在時間は2時間なので、展示をしっかり見たい方は、時間が足りないかもしれません。私たちは、ジンベイザメ目当てだったので、十分でした。また、急ぎめに回ったので、イルカのショーも観ることができました。
那覇市内から辺戸岬までは車で2時間以上かかる長距離ですし、バスでうとうとしながら、観光地を巡ることができ、とても快適でした。
私たち以外はご家族で参加されていましたし、老若男女で無理なく一日中楽しめるプログラムだと思います。

国内外あちこち行っていますが、ここまでリピートしたくなるツアーはなかなかありません。

The Okinawan dialect that the staff occasionally spoke was really cute. We were so excited about snorkeling that we arrived quite a bit earlier than our reservation time, but they let us take a shower to cool off, making the wait enjoyable. The day we participated was sunny, and even after showering, we dried off quickly, but it was nice to be able to listen to the instructions in the shade.
The Blue Cave was very popular and quite crowded, but while waiting, we had fun chatting with the entertaining staff member who accompanied us, and then... a truly breathtaking view unfolded before us! I strongly recommend experiencing this at least once in a lifetime.
初めての沖縄旅行では絶対にマリンアクティビティがしたい！と思い、大学時代のサークルメンバーを誘って申し込みました。友人の中には、海があまり得意ではなく不安な気持ちを抱えている者もいましたが、お店の皆さんが色々と優しく話しかけてくれたので、終始和んだ雰囲気で参加させて頂くことが出来ました。お店の方がたまに話す沖縄の方言？がとても可愛かったです。シュノーケリングをとても楽しみにしていた私たちは予約の時間よりもかなり早めについてしまいましたが、シャワーで水浴びさせてくれたりして、待ち時間も楽しく過ごさせて頂きました。参加させて頂いた日は晴天で、シャワーを頭から被ってもすぐに乾いてしまうくらいでしたが、日陰で説明が聞けるのも良かったです。
青の洞窟は大人気でかなり混雑していましたが、待ち時間の間も同行してくれたお店の面白いお姉さんと楽しく話しながら待っていると、、、そこには本当に感動の絶景が広がっていました！一生に一度はこの体験をされることを強くオススメしたいです。

I had a faint memory of traveling to Okinawa when I was little, but I was surprised to find that the impression of the city was completely different when I visited again as an adult. From there, we headed north to Cape Hedo, located at the northernmost tip of Okinawa Island. It features a karst landscape, characterized by limestone rocks eroded by rain, and from the cliffs, the endless deep blue ocean stretches out.
After a five-minute drive, we arrived at Mount Oishi, which also features a karst landscape and is a lush tropical forest mountain. There is a gentle hiking course that can be completed in about 30 minutes.
The hiking course at Mount Oishi is said to be filled with "phytoncides," substances that have detoxifying effects derived from trees. After lunch, we headed to the Churaumi Aquarium located in central Okinawa. Upon entering the grand architectural style, we were greeted by dazzling tropical fish, sea turtles, rare deep-sea creatures, and the enormous whale shark. This aquarium is undoubtedly a famous spot with one of the largest tanks in the world. During our visit, it was just after the release of Disney's animated film "Finding Dory," so the sea turtles, clownfish, and surgeonfish featured in the movie were very popular among the children.
After the extraordinary experience at the aquarium, our final stop was the Okashi Goten, famous for its purple sweet potato tarts. It offers a wide range of classic and new Okinawan sweets, making it an ideal place to purchase souvenirs. While the prices are not particularly cheaper than other souvenir shops, buying here comes with perks like shopping bags and straps for the purple sweet potato tarts, making it a good deal. After leaving Okashi Goten, we returned to the original pickup location and disbanded.

小さい頃に沖縄へ旅行へ来た記憶がうっすらありましたが、改めて大人になってから来てみると全く街の印象が違う事に驚きました。素朴な南国世界が広がっているかと思いきや、那覇は良い意味で整備された観光国際都市であり、中国、韓国、アメリカといった多彩な人たちが存在感を発揮していました。
そんな那覇の中心部を走るモノレール（ゆいレール）の旭橋駅から徒歩1分、ヒルトンホテルの前からジャンボツアーズのバスが出発します。ピックアップ地点は幾つか存在しますが、ヒルトンホテルは待合ロビーが広々としているので、暑い季節に待機する際に便利だと思います。
私たちが乗り込んだツアーはたまたまタイミングが良かったのか、他のお客さんは韓国女性の方が一人だけ。大型バスに贅沢にも三人の客だけが乗るという素晴らしく快適なバスの旅となりました。しかしもちろん、通常通りお客さんがたくさんいたとしても、座席の幅が広いので悠々と移動時間を過ごせるかと思います。
私が今回のツアーでとても良いと思ったのは、この「移動時間」が程よい環境だったという点です。ガイドさんの説明は必要なものだけ、自動音声ガイド（日本語・中国語・韓国語・英語対応）も重要なポイントを押さえての再生。つまり、運営側から私たちへのアクションが必要最低限なのです。これによって、私たちは1〜2時間かかる移動時間を本当にゆったり過ごせたという印象があります。「みっちりバスガイド付きの人情旅」を楽しみたいという方ですと少し物足りないかもしれませんが、私たちにとってはこのポイントが最高に感じました。
ツアーバスはその快適空間を維持したまま、まず伊芸サービスエリアで休憩。ここは素朴なサービスエリアで、海を見渡せる悠々とした場所になっています。そこから北上して向かうは、沖縄本島最北端に位置している辺戸岬。カルデア地形（石灰質の岩が雨などで浸食されて生じる奇峰奇岩の地形）が特徴的で、崖からは果てしない紺碧の大海原が広がります。続けて5分ほど移動して向かったのが大石林山。こちらもカルデア地形が特徴的な、鬱蒼とした南国の森の山です。30分程度で巡れる緩やかなハイキングコースが整備されています。
大石林山のハイキングコースは、巷で言われている「フィトンジット（樹木から生じる解毒効果のある物質）」なるものが充満しているそうです。その科学的な実証性の程度はさておき、とにかく心や体が癒されるような開放的な気分になる事は紛れもない事実です。このハイキングは本当に素晴らしい自然美に満ちていて、のびのびと魂を解放する事が出来たような気がします。
ハイキングを終えた後は、しばし南下をしてJALプライベートリゾートオクマへ向かいます。このリゾートホテルの敷地内にある天井の高い、実に広々としたレストランでブッフェスタイルの昼食を食べます。沖縄そばからミミガーまで様々な料理があり、こちらも楽しい充実した食事となりました。
そして、昼食を終えた後に向かうのが沖縄中部にある美ら海水族館です。豪壮な建築様式の中へ入ると、きらびやかな熱帯魚、ウミガメ、珍しい深海生物、巨大なジンベイザメなどが私たちを迎えてくれます。いうまでもなく、この水族館は世界最大級の大水槽を有する名所。圧倒的な魚たちの世界に自然の壮大さを感じました。私たちが入った時期はちょうどディズニー社のアニメ映画『ファインディング・ドリー』が公開されたところでしたので、作中に登場するウミガメやカクレクマノミ、ナンヨウハギなどが子供たちに大人気でした。
水族館の非日常体験が終わると、最後に立ち寄るのが紅芋タルトで有名な御菓子御殿です。沖縄らしい定番または新作のお菓子商品がずらっと網羅されており、お土産を購入するのに最適です。特別に別のお土産店より値段が安いというわけではありませんが、ここで購入するとショッピングバックや紅芋タルトのストラップなどが特典として貰えるのでお得だと思います。御菓子御殿を出た後は、もとのピックアップ場所へと戻って解散です。
以上のように、個人旅行では疲れやすい移動時間を快適に過ごしつつ、ポイントを押さえた沖縄の中部〜北部のバス旅が出来たという事で、大満足のツアーでした。沖縄に初めて来た、あるいは久しぶりに来たという方には最適なツアーだと、私は思います。

Considering our travel schedule, I was hoping to do some light snorkeling, and this two-hour session was perfect for us. 旅行のスケジュール的にも、軽くシュノーケリング出来たらな~と思っていた所、こちらの２時間が私たちにはぴったりでした。ウェットスーツに着替え、シュノーケリングの基本的な説明もあり安心してスポットに向かう事もできました。 海外の方々には英語での説明もされており、さすが観光地だなという印象も受けました。
何人かに1人、スタッフの方が付いて下さり写真も撮っていただき、水中カメラのレンタルも無料という事で自由に写真を撮る事もできました。私たちは午後から古宇利島へ行く予定だったので、お昼ごはんは道中にこんなお店があるよ~などスタッフの方と気さくにおしゃべりも楽しむ事もできました。
何といっても、海の綺麗さと目の前を通り過ぎる魚にまるで水族館の中にでもいるような素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 海から上がっても、すぐにシャワーを浴びれる手軽さもこのツアーの魅力の一つかなとも思います。 水中カメラのレンタルが私には最高で、終わった後もその余韻に浸ってます（笑） 次回、また訪れる時にはダイビングにも挑戦してみたいと思います。旅行もすごくよりよい物になりました。ありがとうございました。

せっかく沖縄に行くならシュノーケリングしたいねと連れと話していたところ、こちらのブルーオーシャンさんの青の洞窟のシュノーケルを発見！！すぐに予約させて頂きました！！！前日まで台風が来ていたので、無事にシュノーケリング出来るのか不安に思っていましたが、当日はなんとか雨も降らず晴天に恵まれ無事にアクティビティをする事が出来ました♪しかし、スタッフさんにお話を伺うと前日も通常通り行われていたとの事♪♪青の洞窟のシュノーケリングはあまり気候に左右されないんだそうです( ´ ▽ ` )♪船に乗って5分ほどで洞窟へ到着しました！！！10人程のグループに1人スタッフさんが付いてくださり、安心して海に入る事が出来ました！海に入った瞬間はあまりに綺麗な海の透明度に言葉を失う程感動しました！！！！！！私たちが参加した時は日曜日のお昼前という事もあってか、大混雑で洞窟の中では30分くらい渋滞していました。しかし、その時間もスタッフさんが写真を撮ってくださったり、洞窟の中をじっくり見る事が出来たりととても有意義な時間でした！♪そして、洞窟の中にある1番青く見えるスポットでペアごとに個人撮影をしてもらいました！！そこで撮って頂いた写真は本当に一生の宝物です！とっても綺麗で神秘的で、インターネットで見ていた画像よりも何倍も綺麗に感じました！是非みなさんにも実際に行って見てもらいたいです！！！
そして洞窟の外へ出て船に乗ってもどりました。アクティビティ中は水中カメラを貸して頂いていたので何枚も素敵な水中写真を撮る事が出来ました！スタッフさんもとても優しくて気配り上手でしたので終始安心して参加する事が出来ました！！
